Our septic tank had been leaking for months and the area smelled really bad. We researched and called two companies. The first one said they would come but never showed up. Easy Clean Septic came on time and did a thorough inspection.  Now our tank is fixed and they indeed did a Great and Clean job. We are very pleased! Highly recommend

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

Great job Jeffrey! We had a stopped up kitchen sink. Came within the hour replaced sink, facet, and plumbing under the sink. Cleaned the drain line quickly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Cost was very reasonable!

I have now had  2 separate issues and Chris' customer service, experience and professionalism are second to none. He is very fair when  it comes to price and also very trustworthy. We called in with and emergency leak situation and two techs showed up within an hour and addressed the situation quickly. We also learned the regulator (not sure if that's the proper term) was bad, and had that replaced at the same time. Was very relieved that they showed up so quickly and knew what they were doing. Very professional technicians - great customer service - highly recommend!!!

Christmas Eve - pipe burst. Lonnie was our Christmas angel - was here in about 1 hour on Christmas Eve! So thankful and great service. Totally exceeded any expectation and very reasonable for emergency service.

This is a family-owned company and they really care about delivering great service. They answered my phone calls, came when they said they would, gave a fair price, and (this blew my mind) pointed out anal flaws in the ceramic on a toilet they'd ALREADY INSTALLED and offered to replace it if we wanted, free-of-charge (we didn't, since we never would have noticed the defect if they hadn't pointed it out). We'll only use Royal flush from now on!

Very knowledgeable technician seem to know his job but I felt as if I was overcharged small job I was charged $316 for a job that should have took 30 minutes tops

Dispute while you can.  If you have a recently renewed HVAC service contract, dispute it while you can. They are going under. Called today because a repair they did actually made my a/c run worse and was told they no longer do heating and air and cannot fulfill any of their services contracts. The owner won't even speak to anyone!!!!!
