I needed an Italian shampoo bowl installed in my salon. Rohan was excellent! He took his time and even advised me to get different water Valve closures. (Which seems  to have resulted in amazing water pressure.) He removed the existing bowl and proceeded to install the new one. He was knowledgeable, professional, diligent and friendly. I had been without air for almost seven weeks. I had been stood up by two other guys this week. I wrote Rohan on a Saturday morning around 11:30. He replied immediately, told me there would be an extra charge for the emergency call, and said he'd be here between 12:30 and 1:30. He burrowed into my crawlspace (which hadn't been opened until this week in 9 years oops).

He was able to guess very quickly what was going on, and ran a test to ensure he was right. He had the part on his truck and within an hour of his arrival, I had air in my house. My dogs are thankful! In addition, Rohan and I talked afterward and he REALLY cares about HVAC. It's not just a job for him. It's a calling. His prices are very fair, especially considering his quick and caring work. He helped offer me tips for upkeep and maintenance. He is now my HVAC guy for life.

Rohan is the man! His attention to detail is second to none! I've had him out to my business multiple times for both HVAC and plumbing issues and he was more than thorough in addressing them. He will take the time to get everything right. Highly recommended!

Rohan was great; he was the 5th/6th plumber I called on a Friday, mid-morning and the only one who agreed to get to me that day. My shower valve broke and I couldn't shut off the water flow. I had to kill the main to the house, but Rohan made it to me in the evening and was able to fix the shower. After everyone else told me they couldn't make it that day, Rohan did. Excellent service!!! Highly recommended!!!

I almost never write reviews but this experience with Rohan and this company has been absolutely incredible. I'm sure it's not always possible, but Rohan came out day of and addressed a leak beneath my kitchen sink that turned out to be a rotten garbage disposal. He fixed that and informed me of a bunch of piping problems that my home inspector apparently missed. I had him come back out to address upgrading my archaic AC filter and all of his plumbing recommendations (which were quoted below others based on a rough review of competitors). On top of all of this, this work was all completed while I was out of town which was very stressful for not only myself but also my roommate. Rohan was a good communicator, eased our stress, was punctual, and did great work. He is worth every penny and I can't recommend him and HVAC Guyz enough. He is the only person I'll call for HVAC and plumbing issues from now on.

My AC went out Friday night. Not wanting to slowly steam my family over the whole weekend in the hot GA summer heat, I called around to a handful of companies on Saturday morning. Only Rohan was able to come same day. He was a great communicator and explained everything that was going on. He was superstar, working in my sweatbox of an attic for four hours to solve a very tricky short circuit in a rat's nest of shoddy wiring left by someone who had previously modified the system. Can thank him enough for getting everything up and running again.

I had called them to for them to come over and give an estimate for a whole new heating and air system. Our furnace had gone out and then our AC decided to go as well. The guy tells me to leave address and that he would get back at me. He never did. I even called and left a message ... nothing. So i would not recommend them.

Great customer service! The owner comes out to all new client appointments and conducts the service himself. I had my AC unit checked for routine maintenance as well as a garbage disposal repair. He kept me updated throughout the appointment on his findings and even taught me a few things along the way. My new go-to for all things plumbing, electrical and HVAC related.

The moment I noticed that the AC was not working properly in our home, I immediately called HVAC Guyz. Rohan replied immediately and was able to fit me in right at that moment. Wow. This guy is great. I called him at like 2pm on a Thursday. Everyone else I called couldn't come until Monday. He said he could come at 6pm that day! He was right on time and fixed our problem really quick. The fee for coming out went toward the cost of the fix, so that was great too.

He seemed very knowledgeable, gave us several tips on how to save money on our HVAC, was honest and friendly and great to work with.

I came home on a Friday night to no a/c.  After spending precious time trying to get my regular HVAC service guy to schedule time to help me without response, I started making a couple of calls.  Rohan called me back within two hours and was at my house the next morning fixing my a/c!  He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on my HVAC system.  I was up and running in no time.  Now Rohan is my regular guy!  First class service - highly recommend.

I had issues with a different plumbing company (you can see my review for Mr Rooter on Yelp). Not only did Rohan fix the mess that the previous company made, he also taught us tips and tricks for both our hot water heater and Hvac system.

Rohan was super easy to communicate with via text and was on time. He also was able to come later in the day due to me having to work, which made my life so much easier!

Rohan was AWESOME. When our AC went out in Atlanta IN AUGUST when we had a baby in the house, he got to us THE DAY WE CALLED HIM and had it fixed the next day. He was honest in his assessment after we had a bad experience with another vendor trying to upsell us and try to convince us to buy a whole new system. Rohan made the repair in less than an hour and even showed me how to look out for things and trouble shoot in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The owner, Rohan, is someone who cares about precision and quality of workmanship for a reasonable fee. Our furnace stopped heating in January during a cold snap. Turns out one of the motors was seized up due to a buildup of dirt (change your filters, people!) And needed to be replaced. The thing was so grimy that the rod was stuck in the fan wheel and was very difficult and time consuming to remove. Despite all of this struggle and having to go all the way to Norcross in traffic for the motor he returned the same day to finish the job and still charged a reasonable rate. I plan on having him back for future jobs.

Rohan came out and did a great job.  Explained the problem I was having and was able to fix same day.  Great customer service and easy to deal with.  Came with all parts needed to fix my issue.  Would not hesitate to use him again.

I am so very happy to have found Rohan.  The quality of his work is impeccable and he is so very customer service oriented.   I am 61 years old and very cautious as to whom I will let into my home.   Rohan is very professional, explained everything to me as he worked and took care of a big problem I had with my filter not stabilized.  I know my HVAC is going to run for a very long time and only Rohan will be servicing it.   HVAC Guyz are the absolute best!!

Rohan was a life saver. Our HVAC stopped cooling one fine day making our upstairs very hot (perfect timing). Home warranty was an option but you know you always get scheduled with the worst of the worst, and they couldn't schedule me in for a few days..

I checked up some reviews on Yelp and HVAC Guys showed up as the only 5 star reviewed provider. Curious I checked other platforms and all had glowing reviews, so I messaged the business on Yelp, and got a response almost immediately.

It took me a bit to respond to him, given the chaotic household on a Saturday evening but I was made aware that there is an emergency service fee and the repair charges to fix! Rohan was on his way around 7pm!

Rohan has a good demeanor and very personable. He got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Within 20 mins I had my HVAC working again. He gave him quite a few pieces of relevant information about my HVAC and even cleaned the coils outside to make sure everything was tip top!

The total charge was reasonable - please don't compare these with DIY costs as HVACs need some level of knowledge and expertise. They accept all forms of payment but Venmo/Zelle make it super easy to pay for the services.

Highly recommended. They also offer maintenance, which is top on my list prior to me turning my heat on.

I'm a new homeowner and am so happy to have found a plumber and HVAC repair company I can trust. Rohan is great. I live in an older condo with a ridiculously complicated utility closet, gas shut-off, and water shut-off situation. Even small repairs are never straightforward and could lead to large expense. Rohan was great about working with this situation, telling me the worst case and best case scenarios, and, best of all, telling me which repairs were critical and which could be put off because they would not cause any further damage. I really value a plumber who will explain things, tell you the degree of urgency, and help you assess the risk versus the reward for potential repairs. Rohan really knows what he's doing, double checks things after fixing them, keeps you informed so you can make repair and replace decisions, and gives you important preventative maintenance information. For instance, he explained the importance of getting the right sized air filter so as not to cause expensive future damage and how to tell when you're water heater is deteriorating before it damages the whole HVAC system. He could easily have not told me these things, and just profited from replacing the entire HVAC system when it gave out. But he's honest and is looking out for you rather than trying to make a quick buck. He will give the same attention to small repairs as to big ones, and his rates are beyond reasonable.

I definitely recommend HVAC Guyz.   I called and Rohan came out within a few hours.  He fixed my AC unit the same day.  He explained everything and kept me informed during the whole process.  They are fair in their prices too.  Highly recommend them.

Rohan arrived when he said he would and had the problem with my A/C diagnosed and fixed in a matter of probably ten minutes. He checked the refrigerant levels on both my systems and gave me some helpful pointers.

Rohan is amazing.  He pays so much attention to detail and does thorough job.  I've had another HVAC guy in the past who would fix something, and then I would have to call him again after a few months.  Rohan does such a detailed job that I might not have to see him for a whole year because everything just works well.  He is also super-friendly.

Reached out when our tenants notified us of a leak in the basement.  Rohan got back to me the same day and went out to look at the issue.  He ended up replacing the whole HVAC system which appeared to be in rough shape.  He also found some furnace issues a plumber overlooked just a few weeks prior.  He took care of all of it and even changed an air filter he found that needed to be changed.  It was a big expense to get the HVAC unit replaced but in the long run, I think it was for the best.  Rohan will be our go-to HVAC and plumbing contact from here on out.  Thanks for the service and great communication.

These guys are amazing. Incredibly responsive, fair priced, honest, and educational. The thing I loved most is they don't up sell anything. They show you what the issue is and then tell you what they can do about it. They don't overcharge for parts and they do exactly what they say they will and exactly when they say it. They are now on auto dial for any HVAC issue I have. Their rating here is well earned...easy 5/5

Rohan is a rare breed these days!  He clearly loves his work and is a true craftsman with an amazing work ethic. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We have had 2 experiences with this company and the business owner, Rohan. We needed faucets installed, a toilet replaced and a rather new furnace fixed. Everything went like clockwork the first time when Rohan did the work himself. The 2nd time, Rohan accommodated our timeline by sending another plumber. Unfortunately that guy essentially stood us up (won't bore you with details of my 2.5 hours lost). Y'all, sometimes things go wrong and it's frustrating and time consuming. When this happens, how a company responds makes all the difference. Obviously since I'm still giving 5 stars, this business owner made things right. Rohan is a good person with a strong work ethic and he's trying to run an honest business with a positive attitude. I'm so glad I informed him of my frustrations because he's a stand up guy who went above and beyond to make it right.  I'm saving his number in my phone for the inevitable next time.

I was able to call Rohan at noon on a SUNDAY to get my AC serviced and had a technician at the house by 4pm that same day! The technician took about an hour, and our AC has been blowing great since. Rohan even followed up a few days after my service to make sure the AC was still working fine. Exceptional service from these guys, I would definitely call them if ever I needed them again.

Three weeks in July/August:

A mosquito whines in my ear - I don't bother swatting it away. A ceiling fan hums and thrums overhead, pushing hot air around the cramped room. Half unpacked moving boxes lie scattered and abandoned. My cat stays crouched under the bed for endless hours - he can't move in this heat. A bead of sweat rolls down my face as I force a smile on camera, trying to pitch a TikTok dance that is not too sell-y. Update: Client wants the logo bigger.  

The wet towel I keep draped around my neck every day is molding and beginning to smell. I smell. The apartment smells - a thick, unavoidable, nasty sweet smell coming from the floors, the walls, the air. The apartment has become a sauna and it is sweating out its toxins.

Dishes pile. Flies buzz. I can't clean. I can't move. I can't think. The temperature inside sits at a sickening 85 degrees, almost proud of itself. I'm on the edge of madness. I might possibly already be mad. I used to cry hot, angry tears. Now I just stare.

He highlights the situation's urgency to the homeowner.

3 days later Rohan returns and he's brought the HVAC Guyz with him. From 9 AM sharp until almost 8 PM at night, the team works tirelessly in the sweltering, Georgia heat. In the afternoon, Rohan heads out to grab the crew some lunch and offers to pick something up for me as well.

Before they leave, Rohan walks me through what to expect and how long it might take before I start to feel the results of a new AC unit. He reminds me that I can call me anytime with any questions or concerns.

The next morning I wake with blankets bundled around me. I beam as I shuffle over to the thermostat - the temperature is set to 68 and the internal temperature reads at 68. A perfect match.

Before I have a chance to update Rohan with the good news, he reaches out to me checking to see how things are going.

We laugh, we cry (ok just me) - but wow. What an amazing experience. Thank you so much to Rohan and the HVAC Guyz for their hard work and commitment. From beginning to end, I have been extremely impressed. This is an organization I recommend whole heartedly - especially for anyone with a worst case scenario HVAC issue.

We just moved into a new house under the assumption that everything was great with our HVAC system. It wasn't. Lesson learned. Rohan saved us big time. He responded very quickly, went above and beyond while he was at our house to diagnose the problem and explain to us exactly what was going on. Our issue was particularly difficult to deal with but he stuck with it and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He's trustworthy, very transparent about what he's doing and I'd happy recommend him and his team to anyone.

We've been having trouble with our air conditioners and have had other people come in fill in refrigerant, change filters etc. The trouble persisted. Rohan, owner, came to check out our Air conditioning units yesterday. I've never had anyone patiently explain how the units work. Stuff that you can do yourself at home (to save you that extra cash) and stuff you should get checked. He was absolutely professional, checked every detail and explained everything he was doing. It was refreshing to have that kind of transparency on the job. Reasonable and efficient and he KNOWS what's he's doing. Rohan was wonderful! We called him in a panic on a summer Sunday evening after normal business hours (around 7:30 p.m.), when we noticed our A/C unit was making an odd noise and not getting cool air into the house. He was at our house before 10:00 the next morning, and had us up and running again by 11:00. Not only was he thorough in his explanations of what was going on with our system, he was not patronizing to me as a woman in doing so, as some of my past repair people have been. Additionally, his prices were fair, and he followed up with us the day after he completed his work to make sure everything was running smoothly.

just had rohan come check out my hvac system. my system is located right beneath the loft ceiling on top of the bathroom which is really hard to access. rohan was very patient, friendly and professional with his approach (even though he had to crawl and make himself a dustball). he quickly identified a potential problem, opened up the drain pipe, found it was clogged, and cleared it up. the personal conversation we had was an extra.

i've had many contractors come and usually an awkward/formal kind of interaction ensues. but it was different with rohan. he made me feel very comfortable and it was almost like having a friend come to help out. oh, and he even helped fix a slidling door!

rohan is a real expert at what he does and a guy you can relate to. i highly recommend his business.

I had surgery yesterday and (of course) the AC unit broke in the middle of the night. I called a two other repair companies on Yelp and the earliest anyone could come out was a week from now. I called HVAC Guyz and Rohan (owner/operator)called me back almost immediately and he came over and fixed our unit on a Saturday evening. He was incredibly informative and helpful and we have found our forever HVAC  repair company!  

I couldn't be more grateful; after surgery to be sitting in a hot room was unbearable and now I can rest and recuperate in a perfectly cooled too.

He takes extra care and does what he has to ensure the customer is truly satisfied/happy, and is driven to find the root of the specific problem you're experiencing, and doesn't leave until it is all handled properly. He is honest, trustworthy and seems like he really enjoys what he does and thus does the job right. I had issues with my HVAC system and it stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Everyone else I called said they couldn't get to it till days later, or at the earliest, the next day. He came after hours sensing the panic in my voice and fixed my problem. I highly recommend this professional and skilled expert! I don't normally write these reviews, but I had to give credit where it's due... great personalized service, attention to detail, and isn't there just to take your money and check the box that he provided a service. He goes beyond the call of duty. I now have a company I can always depend on and feel very comfortable referring friends and family too as well. Thank you!

Pass.  He talks a big game and may me capable but has no desire to do anything but do total replacement of unit or charge $90 for listing to him feed u b.s. for an hour.  Gifted him his requested $90 and left in a 90 degree house.  Called a real company who had me back to 70 deg.F in a few hours.  Give Rohan a call if you are open to a $90 donation
