Petar and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He returned my call at 11pm. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. The work was top notch. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are awesome. I had multiple gas leaks in my basement and initially called a different plumbing company out that gave me an astronomical quote to pressure test the line and do repairs. I ended up calling Emergency Plumbers instead of moving forward with the other company. The Emergency Plumbers team arrived in less than 30 minutes from my phone call. They identified and fixed 6 leaks in a matter of hours, whereas the other company quoted a time frame of 2-3 days. Petar, Ivan and his crew do great work at a very reasonable price - a very difficult to find combination. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called this company after calling two other plumbing services who took my info and said I will have someone contact you soon! One call was made at 9am and the other at 3pm. I had a water line break right near the meter by the street and had been without water since 7am. I called Emergency Plumbers at 4:30pm. The operator wasn't sure if they would be able to fix it since it was about to get dark. BUT!! Petar came out and fixed it in the dark!!! I can't thank them enough!! We have our business as well, and when a customer is in need, we act!! It's how you get customers and make money!!! We officially have plumbers!! To those other guys....you won't be in business very long....

Emergency Plumbers is BY FAR the BEST plumber I have ever worked with! They are highly responsive, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and trustworthy.   I've used them for numerous jobs ranging from simple faucet replacements to sewer line replacement and each and every job was as low stress as you could possibly expect a plumbing job to be!  I have called in a panic about an urgent issue and have always been amazed at how quickly Emergency Plumbers were able to come out, diagnose, and fix the issue.  I've told ALL my friends about them and can't recommend them highly enough!

A sidenote - many of their trucks have  photos of the plumbing team on them and in the course of the last few years, I have met each and every one of their plumbing team.  It is a testament to the stability of their company that they've put photos of their plumbers on their trucks knowing they have a stable and skilled team!  THANK YOU,  Emergency Plumbers!!!

They came very quickly and made a simple repair to faulty old shut off valves but the charge was extremely high  for the work done .

After reaching out to Emergency Plumbers on a couple of prior urgent/emergent occasions, and experiencing very responsive, timely, reliable, excellently priced, and always successful services with several different plumbers, an amazingly efficient and empathetic administrative assistant (Alex is the best!), and even meeting the owner when he came to work on a more complex issue at my home on one occasion, I feel extremely confident in their abilities and have them saved in my phone as my go-to plumbing experts!!!!! I highly recommend this company. They are really doing a great job!!!

Came home from work and discovered a waterfall in my basement. Having had a horrific flood down there just 5 months before, I am a BAAAD Adventures in Plumbing Maven, and I seriously considered committing myself to a psych ward rather than dealing with reality. But at 5 PM, I started calling those plumbers who promise 24/7 Emergency Service, and quickly realized they only offer emergency service during regular business hours. I needed EMERGENCY emergency service on a Friday, after hours. Luckily, based on a few Yelp reviews, I called Emergency Plumbers, and - cue the angel chorus - they could help me! Showed up in 20 minutes flat, assessed, diagnosed, located, fixed, closed, cleaned up, and departed in UNDER AN HOUR. A miracle! They also recommended a restoration service to clean up the gooshy mess - I'll  see how they work out tomorrow. I HAVE PLUMBERS! You will, too.

Always great service from these guys...they are so prompt and courteous and do real good work - have had a toilet sealed, a broken water pipe fixed and a hot water heater repaired.  Petar and Nick have been wonderful to work with on my 2 most recent calls.  Highly recommended.

After several years of being a homeowner, I have come to expect disappointment whenever anyone comes to service my house in any way. Yesterday (a Friday), my nanny called me at 5 PM, as I was getting ready to leave work to tell me that my hot water heater was leaking badly. I went on Facebook and asked a bunch of people if they had any plumber recommendations. I even asked strangers. As I drove home, I desperately tried to find any plumber who was willing to come to to my house on a Friday night, but most of them told me that they would not be able to come until Monday. Someone I don't know on Facebook recommended Petar with emergency plumbers to me. I called around 5:15 PM. The extremely nice lady who answered my call told me that she would call to find out when she could get someone over to me and that I would get a call back. Less than one hour later, Tony from emergency plumbers was at my door. At 6:15 on a Friday evening! I was worried because I never received a call back and never found out what the charge would be for someone to come to my house. Tony assured me that there was no charge for him to just come and look. He discovered that the source of my leak was not only my water heater but a broken sprinkler pipe in my front yard. Honestly, he had to be looking pretty hard to find what he found and I am so grateful. He was ready to get to work right away but my husband wanted him to start the next day. He said he would come at 10 AM and I requested as early as possible. He said he would do his best to get to us by 9 AM. Sure enough, at 8:45 AM on Saturday morning, Petar, Tony and a few other men showed up at my house, with my new (I think, better) water heater in hand. They hooked it up, fix my sprinkler pipe, and were gone in a matter of hours. They charged me what they said they were going to charge me without any surprises. They only left a few hours ago, but so far, so good. I hesitate to post this review because I feel like they are the best kept secret of the Atlanta plumbing world and I want to be able to reach them if and when I need them again. That said, they deserve a glowing review. Do not hesitate to use this company.

My plumber was supposed to come at 10am on a Friday and never showed up. All other plumbers couldn't come out until Monday....Somebody gave me Emergency Plumbers number and the guys were at my house within an hour!! Friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Petar gave me a fair price and I am calling them back to replace my sump pump.
