After paying  $10,000 to this company they left a mess of dirt and mud outside and the sump pump which they said was replaced ended up going out again two month's out from the date they were here.

I've been using The Clog Dawg for several years now. The owner, Steve, has always been helpful and dependable. Today, Steve sent Paul Rouse. Paul was extremely professional, polite, bright and demonstrated a commitment to getting the job perfect. I was very happy with the work performed and look forward to having him back on the next plumbing job. Thank you Steve for sending such a quality plumber. He was able to fix some of the shoddy workmanship performed by previous plumbers. So glad we have everything correct and now can avoid a potential disaster in the future. I woke-up to a broken water heater and called Clog Dawg in the afternoon after realizing there was no fixing it on my own. They had someone out late that afternoon and were able to set-up the repair for the following day, working around my schedule. The tech was timely, professional and extremely quick - had me running with warm water within in hour! Pricing was reasonable for a good brand heater & a fix within 24 hours of first reporting the issue.

As someone who has not had the best experience with plumbers, I greatly appreciated their customer service & great work.

I had a toilet leak caused by a faulty pressure relief valve. Steve and his guys came by same day, replaced the PRV and had a new toilet ready to go. The leak caused damage to the flooring and Steve recommended us to a remediation company that also did a great job. Clog Dawg came back after the flooring was replaced to install the new toilet. Great work, would use these guys again.

What a first class experience! I needed someone to inspect a plumbing issue for an insurance claim on a leaking appliance. While it was not a high paying job, they prioritized my visit and even recommended me to a mitigation service that was so very helpful.
The price was beyond reasonable and lower than anywhere else I had called. Their service and response felt like I was a VIP client.

We have used Clog Dawg repeatedly for all kinds of projects, and love working with them.  They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably-priced -- especially given their expertise.  Their customer service can't be beat, and their work is top-of-the-line (special shout-out to Randy, who's an awesome manager!).

I have used these guys twice now, once to install a new hot water heater after removing a completely outdated, broken one and then also to remove and install new toilets.  Can't say enough great things about this company and the people that work there. They come in take care of what's needed efficiently and promptly.  Steve came out the same day my hot water heater burst and helped me work through all the problems that came with the water damage and updating some of the plumbing issues. Randy even took the time to fix a loose tile on my bathroom floor while installing the toilet.  I will definitely call the Clog Dawg the next time I have any plumbing needs.

Kitchen sink backed up.  This company responded quickly.  George was friendly and efficient.  I was initially shocked at his quote but I had a pipe that needed replacing.  The company gave me a $200 coupon off for a cash payment.  Problem was solved and they give lifetime warranty.

I need my main sewer line cleared early this morning.  Steve took the call and laid out all the options and costs. No dooms day scenarios when Brian came out less than an hour after the call was made.  No high pressure upsells like other plumbers I won't mention. Great value and honest service.

This was a straight forward sewer line clean out.  A few plumbers I called  claimed a flat rate but could only give me a price on the initial call not the entire service. How is that a flat rate?

Over the years we paid 2 different plumbers to replace the outdoor water service line with copper. The first destroyed the yard and didn't replace the entire line to house. Of course it broke a couple of years later and the 2nd guy completed the repair. Well his connection broke leaking 36,000 gallons of water underground undetected until water company told us we had a big bill coming.

So I called Clog Dawg. He was able to locate the leak, propose the correct repairs and guarantee his work with a 5 year warranty. Very pleased.

I called Clog Dawg Plumbing a few weeks before needing plumbing work done in my Kitchen. This was one of 3 companies I quoted for the job. Kenny quoted me low end $450 high end $900 after a detailed discussion on the phone of what I needed done plumbing wise to help complete a kitchen renovation. After the conversation, I texted him pictures of the current state of my kitchen to give him a visual of the scope of work needed. We discussed him or someone from his team would install (1) a new faucet that I was supplying, (2) reinstall a previously used garbage disposal - that was 1.5 years old, (3) block off additional 2nd used pipe for other side of sink not being used anymore and (4) reconnect the dishwasher and that the new sink would already be installed with the new countertops before their visit. When George the plumber arrived on Christmas Eve 12/24/2020 and completed his assessment, he quoted me $1,785.00. I was astounded how the quote could increase almost $1,000 more than what I was quoted initially. Plumber George informed me that he was told by Kenny that only a garbage disposal was requested in the scope of work. Part of this quote, George stated that the disposal I had available for them to reinstall didn't have all the parts needed and that I would be required to purchase a completely new garbage disposal for him to install. Since this work was completed, I spoke with the contractor that un-installed the sink/garbage disposal from the kitchen demo and he confirmed nothing was missing and even it a parts were missing that those parts could be purchased at Home Depot for $10-$15 and there was absolutely NO reason why I would have to purchase a completely new unit. This was just one more way for the company to take advantage of me and make more profit.
Their website even states text a photo of your issue for a free quote. As the induvial representing a company to gives quote, I am confused how Kenny how could be so unaware of correct pricing. This is a classic taking advantage of the customer that had no other options at that point of them being on my property Christmas Eve. It is not only bad business, unethical, it is also price gouging.
The prices quoted on Christmas Eve (totaling over $1000 higher than quoted weeks before) ...
Install new hot and cold water supply shut off $650.00
install new garbage disposal (new unit and labor) $325.00
install faucet $285.00
install dishwasher $525.00

After disputing the dramatic increase in pricing, Kenny offered $100 off bringing the total down to $1,685.00. I obviously begrudgingly took this pathetic offer as I was stuck with this company if I wanted to have a working kitchen on Christmas day. Not once did Kenny acknowledge or apologize in his miscommunication with me on pricing or not communicating what was the real scope of work to the plumber George. They did waive the 4% credit card charge at the end when payment was rendered. If they would have charged the earlier lower quoted price, this waived fee would have been irrelevant as I had the cash to pay for the original quote.

On top of being over charged by this misleading company, they didn't even complete all the work agreed up. When they arrived, my dishwasher was property mounted to the countertop. The dishwasher that has been screwed securely into the new countertop before this company arrived was never securely locked in when George and the other plumber completed their plumbing work. This was not discovered till later that day, when I went to load the dishwasher. I had to pay someone else to come after Christmas to securely lock in the dishwasher. There was no way I was reaching out to George or Kenny to have this completed by them as I was unwilling to allow deceptive individuals back in my home.
Now this is my mistake to trust Kenny and the company to even semi honor their quoted price and I failed to get a quote in writing before their visit. This company saw a woman trying to manage a home project the day before Christmas and was dishonest and took price gouging to an extreme.

With two workers being in my home on Christmas Eve to complete this work, I don't have the ability to know who, but two of the wrapped presents under my Christmas tree happened to walk out the door that day, before they were given to my family members on Christmas day. I didn't realize this happened until my family gathered Christmas day and we realized items were missing. This is even more disappointing then being over quoted and price gouged Christmas Eve. Obviously, someone needed those presents more than my family did. I trusted my home would be a secure safe place and that trust was lost.
I won't be using this company for my future plumbing needs ever again and will do better in the future to have quotes done in writing before giving my business to other companies.

Coordinated with the owner of Clog Dawg to get a leak fixed at my bakery - ended up having to have them come back out to reseal as leak came back after a month or so (could have been issue on my end - who knows) but they were fast to respond/communicate and get someone back out there free of charge and the leak has yet to return (been 6 months now). Highly recommend with fair pricing, good communication, people of integrity at Clog Dawg

Called to inspect/replace leaking kitchen faucet.  A gentlemen (later identified as a trainee) came on Friday, identified that it was a defective faucet.  We needed our garbage disposal replaced so we requested they do that as well.  

We provided faucet and garbage disposal.  They came back on Tuesday to do work.  Charged my wife $600 to replace the two items.  This was a very simple task, one that would take a regularly handy individual two hours.  I was traveling for work and unable to fit it in my schedule for two weeks.  

My wife called six other plumbers.  They were the first to answer their phone.  So kudos for being accessible. The technicians were friendly.  

The work appears to be fine, it is just obvious they took advantage of the situation based on the price.  I can't help but believe they took advantage of the fact my wife is relatively unversed in reasonable repair pricing.  

We had a trainee come out originally who shared that he was not capable of replacing the garbage disposal.  He returned with a master plumber to complete the job.  I wonder if we had to pay for his training as the job was a one person job.  

Summary:  good work, ridiculous pricing.  If you use them get a quote before.

So I called this morning to get a quote. Gave me the price and I told him I'm calling for estimates. So about 15 minutes later I called back to make an appointment and apparently I've been blocked by him. I tried on my landline and it rang, on my cell I get a busy signal. I don't need that kind of BS, I can imagine he does the same if you have a problem with his work. Maybe not, but why risk it?

Found the Clog Dawg via Google search following an unfortunate incident involving an overflowing toilet and a stream of water rushing through our ceiling.

They answered quickly and were willing to be at my house in just an hr or two. I actually requested that they come later and they were really flexible in accommodating my work schedule.  

When Kenny arrived, he explained what he would do, asked helpful questions and advised that I get the area inspected for water damage. He recommended a firm and offered to give them a call for me. They called me back in 5 minutes and came within 30-45 minutes. Kenny had already fixed the clog, but waited until the water damage experts came so that he could explain what he found, which was super helpful. He also explained  what our insurance company would want to know and how he broke out the invoice to make it easy to be reimbursed by them.

He also gave me a call back in a day or two just to see how everything was going with the water remediation. Above and beyond. Really made a stressful process much easier to handle. Thanks!

Clogged toilet. Prompt same day service. Wanted $325 for the 15 minutes to snake toilet. I said no. Had another quote for $165-$225 they could not come till later that day. Told Kenny that I would wait for other plumber. Magically price went down to $225.
 Really $225 for 15 minutes I'm licensed aircraft mechanic only make $80 an hour.  Greed is a terrible thing.

We bought our house and within a week, noticed toilets were not flushing properly and shower was not draining. Turns out that our main sewer line was clogged and cracked. So $5,000 down the toilet to dig up our beautiful lawn to replace the main sewer line. This work was done by a well known reputable plumber service. A week after work was completed, water was spewing up in our yard like a fountain. Unfortunately, during the sewer line repair, the company had damaged our water line. They came back out and repaired the water line. Within a year, we noticed our water bill going up higher each month. We contacted our home warranty company and they sent out a plumber that they recommended, who said they could find the problem and fix it for $600. The plumber arrived, checked everything out and told us it would cost over $6,000. We told him goodbye. We started calling around and we're able to get Clog Dawg to come out and take a look. They did the work, with little damage to our yard, in a free hours, for $1,500. We are three years later and not even a small uptick in our water bill. I highly recommend Clog Dawg and plan to call them for some future work consideration.

Excellent work from a skilled plumber (Steve). No BS on prices, very reasonable and way less than I expected. They came out same day and accommodated my schedule (calling before arrival). Steve brought all the necessary equipment to fix my garbage disposal and unclog my kitchen sink. I would recommend Clog Dawg to anyone with plumbing needs. They're on my speed dial for any future plumbing issues.

UPDATE:  The company was quick to respond and expressed interest in making everything right when made aware of the situation.  There was nothing for them to fix since I had replaced the faucet but they agreed to a partial refund and inspected the work to make sure everything looked right.  (the re-piping under the sink looks WAY better than what was there before)  The company appeared genuinely concerned about my satisfaction, so I have changed my review to reflect their reduction in cost and responsiveness to the situation.

After having new countertops and an under mount sink installed, my kitchen sink plumbing needed to be removed and reconfigured.  Based on the 5 star Yelp rating, I called Clog Dawg.  They came out the next day.  Quoted me $750 to install a faucet, install garbage disposal and remove and refigure pipes under sink.  I was shocked - but felt I had no choice because I didn't want to keep paying the $50 service charge to get a quote.  I agreed - then he said he had to go get the pvc parts.  I assumed they would have what they needed on the truck.  Nope.

Three hours from his original arrival time - including the HD trip - he finished.  Under the sink looked much better, as he did away with at least half of what had been there before.  As he was leaving, he said he wasn't happy with where the faucet was mounted.  It was too close to the bar and couldn't move into the hot water position.  That's a BIG deal.

So, I removed the faucet myself, returned it to HD and got a new one, which I installed.

We highly recommend Clog Dawg!  After we had Roto Rooter out several times for a backed up main line, we finally called Clog Dawg and they not only fixed it but we found that Roto Rooter actually messed up our line which is why it kept clogging. His prices are fair, he's trustworthy and timely.

Clog Dawg Plumbing has my highest recommendation. Tommy came quickly to fix a leaking faucet and was very thorough and professional. I trust the work and service provided.

We are new home owners and naturally sometimes overwhelmed with home repairs. Tommy took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing to fix the issues and show us some regular maintenance tasks we can do to prevent issues in the future.

After trying to unclog a toilet myself for about 1 day and a half, I decided to call a plumber for the 1st time ever. I was about as excited as I get when preparing to go to a car mechanic--or the doctor--which is to say, NOT. I'm grateful I stumbled upon the Clog Dog and the great reviews which seemed to speak to Steve's trustworthiness, which was/is important to me. I had to wait a bit as he was out on another job at the time of my call, but I was okay with this, especially after he mentioned he wouldn't do any work at all without letting me know how much the job would likely be. He also mentioned there was a flat rate for clogged toilet drains (my issue) and he answered my questions satisfactorily, passing my initial rip-off pre-screening. He was polite and fixed the issue. No complaints at all. Just make sure you remember to ask for the $20 off coupon mentioned on Yelp so that you get a discount! (I forgot to do this, but make sure you do!)

I don't usually write reviews, but with the service I received today I am hoping my review will save someone's time and money. Our toilets kept clogging and we had to ask for help. The Clog Dawgs responded very quickly and came out to the house. Which was great! The representative that came recommended to change all 3 toilets in the home with no reasoning. Mind you 1 is brand new. The brand new toilet he said needed to change was because of the no good Costco brand. Gave a quote of $1500 for all three toilets and 2 hr fix time frame. I explained that I did not understand their reasoning and wanted more explanation and he said that there is not a good reasoning that toilets just go bad. I do not feel confident with the feedback. I have another company coming out to check the Vent.

I had an outside faucet start spewing water late on a Saturday evening. I contacted several companies who couldn't schedule me until next week (even though they listed themselves as 24 hour companies) and then I called clog dawg. They got me an eta for a few hours later on the same day. Tony came out and fixed my issue in under 30 minutes. He was very nice and polite. Prices were very reasonable, especially since he came out at night on a Saturday. They were very easy to get in touch with and I am very satisfied with their work. If you need plumbing services (especially in an emergency) call these guys!

I needed to have my water heater replaced in my 9 year old townhome.  I woke up one day to a loud sound coming from the water closet, & low and behold it was a water leak.  After careful selection, I chose Clog Dawgs to handle the issue.  Steven was very knowledgeable, gave recommdations on the best quality brand to select.... and he was very professional. The price was ok, except I had to pay a bit more bc my water heater happen to be on the 2nd level, which isn't typical. I was able to get a quick appt, he arrived on time, carefully removed the existing heater, bagged it and was super carefully not to ruin my carpet.... then he put in the new one quickly without any issues.  He also fully explained the gauges on it so I'd know where to change the temperature, etc.  It's now a year later and so far so good.... seemless replacement.  He is a super chill dude and I still contact him for other plumbing concerns (like my toilet was clogged once as well) and he has no problem providing his best judgement.  I would highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

My wife just got out of the hospital from a major surgery, and when she went to wash her wounds we noticed the hot water was gone. I gave The Clog Dawg Plumbing company a call and told them of our situation. The owner was extremely concerned and managed to squeeze us in with 30 minutes. The plumbers came before the allotted time, and the situation was fixed within the hour. The gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I can say my wife and I are happy, and she's smiling while soaking in a hot bath. We had a clogged kitchen sink and Steve came out to fix it the same day with no extra fees. I actually learned something about plumbing that day as he was patient to explain to me how our house was piped and what to watch out for in the future. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate to leave my kitchen as clean as he found it. I will be using them again!

Awesome service, fair pricing, nice guys.  We had to replace our entire sewer line due to roots growing in our old cast iron pipes. Clog Dawg was helpful when other plumbers wouldn't show.  They solved the problem quickly and did the work without issue.  I will recommend them to everyone.

I had multiple tree root intrusion points into a 55 year old sewer line causing repeat backups. After calling The Clog Dawg, they were out the same day to give me an estimate on having the whole line either jetted, spot repaired, or fully replaced. I received quotes from several other plumbers, including a large national brand and what The Clog Dawg provided was super reasonable. With the pipe already reaching the end of its typical lifespan, I went with the full replacement on 70ft of sewer and water lines and they were out the same week to do the work. The work performed by the crew was top notch and I'm definitely happy with the results. Communication was very professional and I'll definitely be working with The Clog Dawg in the future for any new plumbing needs.

I have a delta tub faucet that was leaking. I contacted the clog dawg the day before after 5pm. Got response back within 1 hr of contacting and someone was sent out the next day.
Pro: promt, polite, and very professional. The technician that came out wore uniform, clean, and great to talk to. He knew what he was doing and get things fixed in less than 1hr (include time to run out and get parts). Also they provide 90 days guarantee (not many company do that, usually 30 days)
Con: price is on the higher end. Lucky I got a coupon thru yelp so it was ok price.

My washing machine backed up into my toilet and overflowed into my bathroom at 6pm, so I panicked and started calling plumbing companies hoping someone would be available. I'm so glad I managed to score an appointment with The Clog Dawg, because not only was the person who answered the phone knowledgeable and reassuring, but Derrick who showed up to my home that evening was fantastic. He explained both the fix he managed to pull off last night, and also the maintenance that's going to be needed in the future because it's pretty clear roots have grown into my decades old pipe line leading to the sewer. No one loves spending money on emergencies, but I did feel taken care of and the company was very up front with quotes and pricing, with my final cost falling on the low end of their quote. I appreciated the feeling of transparency so will definitely be using them for future work as well.

I had 2 leaks from the main pipe and main connector.
Called them and they called me back with an estimate and ready to work on it immediately (so be sure to be ready to say yes or no when they called).
It took them longer than expected to finish the job and they did some damage but fixed it at my satisfaction.
The work looks good and durable so I will call them again if I need a plumber but I would not say that is was done like a 5 start plumber.

These guys are pretty good. I've had a couple of service calls & all work done to satisfaction.  The owner is a very pleasant dude.  On-time, communicative, knowledgeable & friendly.  Prices could be more reasonable, as I had to veer away from you guys due to prices.   All in all, I'd recommend them for any plumbing needs.  So far, Ive had a clogged toilet issue, dish washer install, kitchen pipe leak, water heater replacement & water pressure valve replacement.  All were urgent issues which were completed without any problems afterward.  My comment to all plumbing services - reasonable prices along with quick & efficient service keeps happy customers returning again & again.

Steve and his crew are excellent and I highly recommend them! My house got flooded and they were able to come out the same day. The fix was more complex and time consuming than initially anticipated, but they were kind enough to accommodate our schedule and quickly remediate the issue. They also went above and beyond to recommend a contractor for repairs in our home and connected us with the county which was extremely helpful. Very pleased with this company. We had all of the wax rings changed on our toilets bc they were all moving. This company had a fair price and arrived right when scheduled. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again.

We had an emergency sewer issue on a weekend. We chose one of the large companies to assess the problem. Their price seemed high so we called The Clog Dawg team. They were able to provide a repair not to exceed quote over the phone. They arrived on time to fix our problem and brought all the necessary tools. They removed a section of fence, repaired the problem, answered our questions, and cleaned up to finish. The service was great and the price was fair. The owner was also willing to provide expertise on how to avoid future problems.

I found out I had roots in my pipes in the front yard, this was causing back up into my home. He was able to come look into the pipes and determine that the roots could be removed without digging out the front yard. He was fast and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone, he will be my go to plumber or now on.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a leak at the water main and the tech wanted to replace my entire water line that runs into my house. I told him I was hesitant because I didn't want them tearing up my irrigation. He assured me that it wouldn't happen and if he did, he'd fix it in order to get the work. Now I have water coming up in two places and after 3 calls with no response, I'm told they aren't liable. I understand any business that provides services will have issues from time to time but the way the business responds shows their true character.  I'm not sure they could have handled this situation any worse than they did.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, especially George Allen. I had a clogged sewer line, George kept saying how bad the clog was. He had me sign blank quotes on his phone for $1200 for a hydroclean out and $2500 to remove the clog, the final invoice was not what we discussed.  The clog turned out to be very simple which took less than an hour to fix. George dug down a few inches, opened a box and just reached down to remove the backflow flap, he didn't even replace the flap, leaving my house susceptible to flooding from back flow.  I will have to get another plumber to replace the backflow. Dont use this company!

Great experience with The Clog Dawg and the team. Quick response (within 15-25 minutes) on the initial inquiry and had someone out on the way to our house within a day (since the issue wasn't an emergency). Matt was great, friendly, polite and cleaned up all materials after the project was complete. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have used Clog Dawg for a rental property, and have used them where I live. The last time I used them was for them to tell me if a plumber (friend) of mine had replumbed my rental property. Kenny came out and checked under the house and dicumented that no new plumbing had been installed. Took the Plumber(not my friend anymore) to court and with the document and estimate to replumb the house, I won my case. Thanks again guys. Y'all are great. Always recommend you. Saturday morning, I woke up to a neighbor calling me about water spewing from my yard flooding the street.  Unfortunately, I didn't have a meter key stick to turn it off.  It took Cobb County about 2 hours to get here.  It only took The Clog Dawg about 30 min to get here.  

I found The Clog Dawg on Yelp and they were the 3rd plumbing company called.  The other ones couldn't get to my house for at least 6+ hours.... This is including the emergency plumbing call and up charge.  Kenny was very professional and informative.  While he was here, I was on the phone with my homeowners insurance company and he was able to help with technical questions.  It was a ruptured fitting and fixed in a jiffy.  Thanks to the Clog Dawg for saving my weekend!

Our pipe burst on Christmas Eve, like many others here in Atlanta. It was around 4PM. I thought there was no way we were going to get a plumber today. In fact, I called another company and they said the best they could do was the day after Christmas, which is totally understandable, but still. My aunt referred this company because she had to call someone that morning. The operator said he might be here super late or early morning. He showed up around 7PM. We were shocked. He worked very fast, getting right to business. When he found the burst pipe he reminded me to take pictures for insurance purposes. He asked/warned before touching or getting on anything (which was really considerate and I'm sure many gave up doing either because they forgot or were just so stressed from the day). He fixed everything really quickly. He made sure the hot water was working as well. He made sure to tell us to expect a call about restoration and what not. I don't think he was actually here longer than 15 minutes. Basically, Steve saved Christmas. Thanks Steve!

Shocked in a good way, you won't believe it  it was Sunday and very rainy. Friday night I noticed my pressure relief valve on my water heater was leaking pretty bad and the worst part is the water started making its way into the basement. I needed to get this fixed quick before it started leaking real bad and flooding me out.
I opened the Yelp app and typed in plumber Marietta area. Not willing to deal with the National name brands from previous experience I decided to go local. I chose Clog Dawg had great reviews so I filled in the Yelp request quote removing the extra checked boxes and at 2:30 PM I tapped send request.
My phone rings in 3 minutes, it's the dawgs! I was asked the normal questions and Top Dawg asked when I wanted them to come out. I said Monday is fine, it's not too bad yet and I can keep an eye on in.
He said that's fine but he could get someone out that day if I wanted. Yeah sure, are their any emergency or bad weather fees? He snarfed a little and said heavy no. I want to get that fixed ASAP so you won't get anything damaged. owtte

I expected Anthony at about 7:00ish, no worries. At least it's getting done.
To make a long post short, from the time I tapped send to the time Anthony finished the job was under 2 hours. No exaggeration.
Anthony was super professional and efficient. I could not have bought a better experience.
The price was well worth the service and quality of work.
There is zero doubt that the Clog Dawg are now my go-to plumber from here on out.

We set up a Saturday morning appointment on Thursday and the plumber arrived on time, was polite and patient, got the work done quickly and correctly for a fair price.  We were happy with the work and the ease of getting on their schedule as well as the punctuality.  We will call them again next time we need plumbing help.

I own a property in Midtown, and I needed a shower handle fixed. (Something about needing a new cartridge.) After chatting with more than ten services, I stumbled upon The Clog Dawg. And within a couple of days, my problem was fixed.

Things I loved:

+ I spoke to a plumber, and he noted that he would immediately dispatch someone out

+ The plumber actually showed up on the day and hours said. (Three other notable companies in ATL did not.)

+ They gave me an upfront price after assessing the job

They emailed me the invoice, and then I paid over the phone. They have my service for all of my future plumbing needs!

We needed a plumber so we asked our neighbor who they use and they highly recommended Clog Dawg. We have since used them several times, including this week when we needed a shower fixed quick for our family visiting for Thanksgiving. They come when they say they are coming, they don't charge that walking in the door fee, and they give you an upfront cost. The men are polite, honest,, and knowledgeable.  Took care of my problem quick and cleaned up well before leaving. Also was impressed they didn't charge too much even though it was an emergency and near a holiday.

Service was prompt, punctual and professional. Very happy to see the work is backed by a warranty. Very satisfied with the work. I did not call around for estimates prior to calling Clog Dawg. Therefore, it is safe to say that perhaps the going rate was charged. However, based on the actual work scope performed I anticipated a much lesser charge. My decision to go w clog dawg was based on all the 5 star reviews and responsive svc mgr. Would normally give 5 stars but dropped to three due to price.

Unfortunately, had to drop this review from three to one star. I was contacted post this review by customer service. Upon receiving this call I was initially optimistic the company was sincerely interested in customer satisfaction and making things right. However, ultimately I was left very disappointed. I will definitely stick to getting competitive bids.

I woke to a gurgling toilet and shower in the only working bathroom in the house because of remodel work. Called plumbers til I could get one to say the magic words can be there today and clog dawg answered the call. Very professional guys who know their stuff...reasonable pricing for the emergency situation. Will be calling on them again to replace my cast iron ...

This is the 2nd time I've called Clog Dawg in for a plumbing job at my home.  My first experience was having to install a new hot water heater and they were literally so responsive, I not only had someone come out to look at the unit, but also replace it in the same day.  This time I had a leak from my upstairs bathtub that was leaking into my kitchen ceiling below.  Steve came out the same day I called (even though I know its been busy with the temps so low) and diagnosed the problem without charging me  since I was a repeat customer.  They also had their restoration partner (Quality Restoration - Michael) out to survey the damage and help me submit an insurance claim within 2 hours after diagnosis.  I am now waiting on their team to come out also on the same day to clean up and begin restoration on the area.  Truly quality service from these guys with very little notice on my part.

One of my toilets clogs up outside business hours and it was nasty stuff all over my floor! What is one to do? Scream in terror - of course - and find a plumbing service willing to come over at some odd hour to deal with my family's crap - literally. I decided to give The Clog Dawg a call because:
1. I wanted someone local.
2. I needed someone asap.
I'm no Yoda, but I am proud to I say it was a wise decision. I spoke to Steven, who was very helpful and promised to have someone at my house within the next hour! Voilà! Fifty minutes later someone arrived at the house - yes, I timed every minute... wouldn't you? One knows every minute counts when you start mistaking the smell of fecal matter for French perfume. By the time I came to realize that the 'snake' the plumber had mentioned was no reptile, the work was done. BTW, the price charged was fair too. Definitely recommend.

I did not use them because they charge more than I wanted to pay.  I wish they had taken the time to listen to my explanation over the phone and answer my questions about pricing. It would have saved their time and mine.  But they wanted to see the situation in person, for which they charged me $30.  Bottom line is this, once they were here they told me prices start at $289 to snake the line 25 feet or $550 to jet it.  Since I had already snaked the line 25 feet the first option was worthless.  After arguing for an option beyond 25 feet and cheaper than $550 they finally offered me a longer snake for $400.  This is probably all industry standard stuff which is why I'm giving an average rating.  However, I had another option that I was trying to avoid.  Ultimately, I spent $80 for an attachment to my pressure washer and did the job myself.  If you choose to use them they were polite and arrived when they said they would.

Steve is a life saver! He came out on a Sunday, in a timely manner, and was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. He took care of our plumbing issue quickly and was very respectful of our home while here. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!
