Nonstop Plumbing recommendation. I recently had a great experience with Nonstop Plumbing, and the owner Brandon Randolph.

I reached out to him on a Saturday evening, he responded quickly and was at the house the next day on Sunday.

He was a good communicator and provided a fair price for a variety of jobs large and small.

I've had a variety of (non plumbing) house projects on an older home I just purchased in Morningside. I've run into issues with contractors charging massive margins on projects based solely on the neighborhood I'm in. Sidenote: Don't call Mister Sparky.
I genuinely feel like Brandon and the Nonstop Plumbing team was one of the only contractors (10+) I've spoken with that provide a fair price for labor and parts that wasn't significantly marked up based on location.

I would definitely encourage anyone with a plumbing project large or small to give him a shout.

Brandon did an exceptional job. After completing the water heater installation, he discovered that I had an electrical problem and referred me to someone that could assist with that as well. I highly recommend as he was professional and reasonably priced.

I was going out of my mind with a toilet running nonstop over by my workspace at home (AKA my kitchen table - Thanks Covid!) --- If I had known how easy it would have been to have the issue assessed and corrected, I would have called sooner. Brandon is amazing - knowledgeable, punctual, and HONEST. Unfortunately the toilet needed to be replaced so he helped to shut off the water in that area to temporarily stop the issue and showed up a few days later with the replacement toilet. Just a short time later, it was out with the old and in with the new. I would definitely recommend Nonstop Plumbing and will use them in the future.

At his initial visit to repair my faucet, it became clear that more parts were needed from the manufacturer. I ordered them and they took a few weeks to arrive. When I called him to let him know the parts had arrived so he could come back and finish the job, he said he had to check his calendar and get back to me. I ended up hiring another plumber because I never heard back from him, even after I reached out a second time. I don't know if my job was too small for him or if he was too busy. All I know is that he didn't seem to care if he lost my business.

Brandon is the best. We called several plumbers who couldn't come out before 5 to 7 days and Brandon came that night to diagnosis the problem. He then returned 2 nights later just as he said he would when he was finished with a few other jobs. He replaced our water heater in under 2 hours on New Years Eve!! No other plumber is doing that. It was especially important as we had a new born at home and couldn't go without hot water. We will never use anyone else and neither should you.

I cant say enough good things about Brandon and his team at Non Stop Plumbing.. I had a job, a BIG job.. The line from our house to the street and sewer was filled with roots and it had to be dug up and replaced.. Because of the slope of my property It had to be dug up by hand. Not only did Brandon take good care of the job, but he did it and came in at the estimate he quoted me in the beginning.. I am SO happy that I finally have a reliable Plumber on file. Brandon was great! I had an emergency in the middle of the night and managed to wait until 6 a.m. on Saturday to call him to see if he could come fix it. Despite it being obvious I woke him up, he was very nice and kept me updated on his timing and had everything fixed for me before noon. We plan to get him to do some other projects for us. We've been putting them off because it's so hard to find someone you can trust and shows up AND does a good job. I look forward to working with Brandon to finally get some of these things done at our house.

Fantastic experience with Brandon and his team at Nonstop Plumbing. When our 13 year old hot water heater died, and he responded immediately to our call. Gave us clear itemized estimate ahead of time so we knew what to expect for costs. It was not an easy job because our 50 gallon water heater is located upstairs, and crammed into small attic closet right next to our furnace. The the work was done thoroughly and expertly. The new water heater works like a dream. Would highly recommend this local black owned business.

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon & Non-stop Plumbing!! We've called him twice & both times he came THE SAME DAY to look at the problem & give us an estimate. We haven't gotten around to fixing the 1st issue we called him about in December (life gets in the way...) so I was a little nervous to call him today when it appeared there was a broken sewer pipe in our yard. But he could not have been nicer or more professional. And his prices are very reasonable. I agree with the person who said he genuinely seems to enjoy fixing things & helping people. Yesterday my toilet tank developed a hairline crack and I searched Nextdoor and Yelp and knew instantly that Brandon was who I wanted to use.
He was very friendly and respectful. Very quick and did a great job. Very reasonably priced as well. He was able to accommodate me quickly.
I am going to get him to quote some more extensive work that I need done. Still have old original 1920 cast iron drainage pipes that need to be redone with PVC.

Hey guys- just wanted to send out another recommendation for Brandon. We woke up yesterday to no hot water. At the recommendation on here, I reached out to him. He called me back in 5mins to schedule his appt.
He came out, checked the hot water heater and realized it's most likely an electrical issue.

I had to have the plumber return to my house twice. Once to clean up after himself which he never did and once to finish the job after leaving a washer and bolt off. There is still caulking all over the place as well as pvc blue cement. The job was to replace the ejector pump for our basement bathroom and mini- kitchen. He removed the lid to the waste tank and left for over an hour to make sure our entire house smelled of human waste. Do not used this guy for any job. I repeat do use this repair person. He also dropped the pump on the street before he put it in.

The pipes under my sink were leaking on a Sunday morning. I put a request on Yelp and heard from Brandon right away. Brandon came out later that day to give me a quote. He was able to do the work a few days later and connected me to another contractor to remove walls to get to the plumbing. Prices were reasonable. Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism. I have had the project going on for quite a while and it has been managed poorly with lack of attention from the owner some of the subs have had to come in multiple times to fix things that were installed incorrectly.

I have to literally call and beg every time for them to show up to get something done. This job was supposed to be finished months ago but it is just a drag every time. Now in middle of the job I have to find somebody else to finish it and bare extra cost on top.

This is not the way to run a business You have to learn to show up on time and use reliable help that is experienced and communicate with the customer rather than avoiding calls and not showing up on scheduled days even after that not having the courtesy of calling customers back and apologizing or at least picking up their calls so they know what they need to do next.

Brandon and the Non-Stop Plumbing team changed my house and my life. This is not an exaggeration. They were able to completely redo our pipes both inside and outside of the house. The property also had sewage issues from the city's side of the street, and Brandon and his team helped advocate for us with the city and educate us on the processes. We also contacted several plumbers prior to hiring Non-Stop, and they were by far the most knowledgeable and had incredibly reasonable pricing.

We will always be grateful for the Non-Stop Plumbing team, and we will use them for any other plumbing needs that arise. It's hard to find quality plumbers and I can't recommend them highly enough! Call them for any and all plumbing issues! You will not be disappointed.

Brandon did a great job replacing my old pressure regulator valve that was causing low water pressure, and replacing an outdoor hose bib that was leaky. We had a really high water bill and needed a plumber to see if there was a leak. We decided to go with Brandon after seeing great reviews on Yelp and nextdoor and we can see why there were so many positive reviews. Brandon was able to identify the problem quickly upon arriving and was able to fix the leak promptly which was located right outside of our house. Nonstop Plumbing is the best plumbing outfit In metro-Atlanta! Nonstop has come through for me with flying colors on three different occasions. The crew has installed a 3/4 water service line, installed a 50-gallon gas water heater, installed a trap under my kitchen sink to replace one that had seen its best days, and installed three shut-off valves on three interior service lines. Brandon, Derrick, Jose, and Tawain were incredible! I reached out to Brandon after my kitchen sink stopped up ( and he answered immediately) and he found a much bigger problem under the house! Brandon is truly a Plumbing professional through and through. I was looking to get my house ready for the holidays and needed to replace my toilet and garbage disposal. I had considered doing the disposal myself but knew I would need a professional for the toilet. I came across Nonstop Plumbing, and I am so glad I took the time to contact them. Brandon and I spoke about what I needed, and he said he would do his best to fit me in the following week. This conversation happened on a Saturday afternoon. Brandon reached out later that evening to indicate that he could come out the next day. If you are keeping up, that is a Sunday. I could not have been more surprised or happier that he was willing to do so. This meant no disruption for the workweek. Brandon contacted me when he was en route and wasted no time getting to work once he was onsite. The replacement of the toilet and disposal was performed with precision, and he took the time to clean both work areas when he was done.

You would think that all this skill and efficiency would come with a higher than the usual price tag. However, Brandon does not play games and is a believer in repeat business. While I am sure every situation is different, his price for labor is very reasonable. If you want a skilled plumber, call Nonstop Plumbing. If you want realistic pricing, call Nonstop Plumbing. If you want work done on the weekends without any up charging, call Nonstop Plumbing. Nonstop Plumbing is now my go-to for all my plumbing needs, and you can believe that you will feel the same way if you give them a try.

Dishonest. Not Suitable or Equipped to do large plumbing jobs. He may be great in drawing up business by showing up with a sense of urgency initially, but that is only to gain trust and to hope for future business. He may be ok to use with small and super easy tasks, but he is not licensed or insurer and can not be trusted with large jobs. I hired him to do plumbing on a rehab project and not only did he argue me down and provide incorrect coding information (insisting that work had to be done according to code and require by inspector). I had to go down to the city myself to speak with the inspector to learn what he was telling me was absolutely incorrect and that he was just attempting to create more work than what was needed. After cutting pipes he did not need to cut he refused to come and correct the problem after trying to chase him down for 4 weeks when he said he would do it. I had to pay someone a large amount of money to have the repairs done and I will be taking him to small claims court and reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Huge Hassle. He thoroughly screwed up the plumbing at my house and refused to make the repairs after saying he would.

After using Yelp to request quotes for a plumber, I hired Nonstop Plumbing because the price was the best quote I received, and the reviews were stellar. I'm glad I did... Brandon was a delight to work with, and he got the job done quickly! I will admit that I was nervous at first because it was pretty clear that it's a 1 man operation and he's the one doing all of it, and I had to be the one to initiate conversations about a few things that felt like they should be standard things that the business would usually be the one to start the conversation about (such as nailing down a window of time for the job to be done in). But in the end, I'd rather have a great plumber that I have to do a bit more texting with to arrange service with than one which has the staff to do the office work, but won't show up in the scheduled window of time or do a good job. (I've had both of those experiences before!) So, now I'm delighted to say that I'll definitely be returning to Nonstop Plumbing in the future, and here's a Black owned business I'd recommend to anyone!

I've hired many plumbers over the years... it seems to me they normally fall into two groups: 1. sloppy and unresponsive or 2. Friendly but more expensive than a neurosurgeon.
I only have positive things to say about Nonstop plumbing.

Have you ever run across someone where you leave the interaction and think to yourself, Wow, that's a really great guy/gal.? When I met Brandon, it was exactly that - my wife and were still talking about how great he was/is hours later. We were in Home Depot buying parts for a kitchen sink replacement. He looked into my cart and said, looks like you're replacing a sink, what do you have going on?. After a short talk he asked if he could help, and he walked me from row to row showing me which parts he preferred and why and completely set me up for my project. JUST BECAUSE, with no ulterior motives. It was a pretty big job as far as sinks go - I had to cut out all of the existing plumbing and start from scratch - and thanks to Brandon's guidance I was able to do so without any extra parts AND without a second trip to Home Depot (how often does that happen!?). Because of his honesty and kindness he will now be my trusted go-to for any future plumbing needs. Bravo Brandon.

Friday night around 6pm our hot water heater caught on fire and we were obviously in need of help! I found Brandon highly recommended on Nextdoor, gave him a call in which he immediately responded with a free quote after we sent some pictures. He wanted an electrician to come out and make sure all was good with the wiring and worked tirelessly to find us one that came out the next morning. Brandon made it to our house right as the electrician was finishing up to assure there were no safety issues. He had our new hot water heater installed and ready to go LESS THAN 24 hours after it caught on fire. We were expecting it to be a week long process and cost an arm and a leg. The price was about half of what a larger company would have charged and there was no emergency/weekend fees. He was genuinely concerned about us having hot water as soon as possible. My experience with Nonstop Plumbing was not pleasant to say the least. After getting a quote and me proposing a date for the project I did not get a confirmation or any communication from Brandon until the morning of the proposed date. Since I had not heard from him I was no longer available to be home. We then settled on a new date but the morning of the second proposed start date Brandon informed me that he would not be able to come and do the work since another project had taken longer than expected. Brandon then contacted me a few days later saying that although he was out of town he would check with his workers to see if they could get my project done that week with the promise to call me that afternoon to confirm. I did not hear from Brandon. At this point I requested a refund of my deposit but Brandon assured me he could get the project done the following weekend. Brandon did show up and do the project however his workers left my old water heater in the fire lane of my condo complex (without informing me) and did not return to dispose of it until the next day. The communication for this project was abysmal and leaving the water heater was completely unprofessional. After informing Brandon of my displeasure with my experience with his company his response was 'Ok'.

I've been using Non Stop Plumbing since 2019. My house is older and I'd just became a mom, so finding Brandon was a dream back then. I'd had some shady plumbing work done on my house and my funds were exhausted. I just needed someone to fix it right, the first time. Brandon did that and he's been the only plumber I've worked with since. Literally. If something is broken, I'll wait on Brandon, even if he has a big job.

And yet again, he's saved the day! Because something is always broke. This time around, it was the toilet. Why? Well, my super cute 4 year old decided that his super cute fishing set, the one I was so happy to watch him unwrap on Christmas, should be put to use in a body of water. That body of water being my tall, environmentally-friendly toilet. I'm gonna be honest here ... I was ready to flush my child right along with those freaking toys. I mean, you should've seen me standing in Home Depot looking at toilets and realizing that, actually, I don't ever want to pick out a toilet. I'd just like to use the ones that I already have, which work great. Except when toy fish go inside of them.

Honestly, I was ready to flush my freaking kid.

Which brings me to this review. I called Brandon distraught. The toilet was backed up, the bathroom was stinking, and I was thinking I'd need a whole new set of plumbing in the bathroom. I'm so grateful though, they saved my toilet! Brandon sent one of his guys out and that man COMMITTED. He refused to give up. I looked up and he had my toilet in my yard with a water hose, flushing and turning my toilet with precision. About two hours later, all of those toys were in my yard, my toilet was reinstalled, and the kids were finally out of my master bathroom. Won't God Do It?!

I said all this to say, I absolutely vouch for Brandon and you should call them up. His whole team rocks. They keep saving the day around here. If you're reading this, you're probably already hard up. Yes, Atlanta is full of businesses, but that actually makes it worse. Sometimes you feel like you're looking for a needle in a haystack. For me, Non Stop Plumbing has been the needle.

Needed a new water heater because the old one started leaking at the bottom. They reached our to me late in the day and asked for pictures of the existing unit and location. In the meantime, he sent pictures of previous installs which all looked great.

He sent me a quote early the next morning which was competitive with some other quotes. Even though he was late getting to the house by over an hour, the end result was extremely nice and the brand he recommended (Bradford White) is working great!

Brandon was a lifesaver! After three previous plumbers were unable to resolve a gas leak in my home, he came in and did some expert troubleshooting and was able to determine the problem. It ended up being an issue with a pipe in the ceiling and he was able to get it fixed. As a bonus, when he was resolving that, he also fixed a leaky water pipe at the same time preventing me from having a serious catastrophe in my basement. Not only did he work until midnight working me into his already-packed schedule, but he had an affordable solution to move my water heater out of my (scary) crawl space and into my house. Seriously, he got muddy and covered in cobwebs from crawling around trying to diagnose the problems that I was having. My experience with Brandon was a disaster. We had an appointment for 10 am. Never heard from him until I contacted him. At 530 pm I still heard nothing further until I contacted him. I understand a job taking longer than expected but it is unprofessional not to communicate with your clients on delay. The next day he asked to try again, including a discount. Since I believe in giving someone a second chance I said yes. Well the day went on and, again, no communication although I asked more than once for a time frame. Finally he sent someone who obviously did not know what to do. I asked if he was a licensed plumber and he said no. I told Brandon before I hired him that a licensed plumber had to do the work per a contract we had on selling our house. I told the person to leave because he couldn't do the work. Brandon texted me and said the person worked under his license. That's not acceptable to me unless the licensed plumber is present. Always ask if the person sent by a company is licensed. Also make sure the company is in your area. I found out this company was an hour away.

Thankfully, he did because it was running way to high. With our older home it would have started creating more leaks possibly broken pipes.

They even dealt with my very nosy, very talkative neighbor whose house is situated very close to my water line and has many small plants that grow right above the line (technically my property, but I'm cool with it). Wow, I am impressed. My water heater went out on a Friday while we were out of town. Fortunately my daughter was here, turned off the water and called a plumber a friend found through her condo manager, to come out. He drained the tank. His quote to replace the water heater seemed very high so I looked on Next Door App for recommendations. He had a lot of great reviews so I called him on a Sunday after i got back in town. Brandon gave me an itemized quote a few hours later which was way below the one from the first plumber. The first plumber charged me $200 to drain the tank which Brandon said he charges $75 to do. They came the next morning to replace it and found it still had water in it so had to empty it (he didn't charge for this) installed the new one and then carried away the old one. He will be my go to plumber for ever more. Can't recommend him enough. He is honest, reliable, friendly and has great people working for him.

We had a terrible leak that was coming from our upstairs bathroom into the downstairs! Nonstop Plumbing has now done two plumbing jobs for us. We had several quotes and his was both times the most reasonable. He completed the job faster than expected and fixed a problem that our builder left us stuck with, and even gave the builder documentation that advocated for the safety of the home! Sometimes the thing I hate about service people is they don't text and you have to be on the phone talking to them constantly to get the details ironed out. We hired Brandon to do a replacement of our cast iron waste pipe from the house to the street. Brandon came out to give an appraisal (more thoroughly than others) and provided a very fair price based upon the work involved.

When Brandon and crew arrived, he showed me that there was still cast iron in the house that I wasn't aware of but guaranteed me that they could do the already agreed upon work and the new replacements that were needed, providing a quote for the extra work as well.

During the digging process of the work, they found that the waste pipe and water in lines were run together so it would need to be replaced as well and Brandon informed that since it wasn't in the original quote, he would not charge me for it. After working for several more hours (in the rain no less), a bumble bee nest was found in my crawlspace (again, news to me) and was preventing the completion of the work in the house. The crew finished up what they could without getting stung and rigged up a temporary seal until I could get the bee problem resolved.

After clearing out the bee nest, Brandon and crew came back out and finished up the work successfully.

This entire process was most likely a nightmare scenario for them but they handled it very professionally and got everything done in a timely manor. Everyone on the crew was nothing but nice and professional during their two visits.

Brandon is most definitely has my business going forward and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the future.

I had a a leak by my water main and the county came out to say it was on my side and suggested cutting the water until fixed. I called one plumber and they could not get out until tomorrow. Brandon came out within 2 hours and before coming out we spoke and he discussed everything that would be going on. Once here he discovered it may be due to old galvanized pipes and ran to the supply store to get parts. He then dug up some of the ground around the meter to find it was sprinkler related.

He went WAY beyond what was expected and even said this trip was free since it wasn't due to plumbing - just the sprinkler.

He could have easily charged a lot of money and I was blown away by how nice and helpful he was. I would trust Brandon. His skill, work ethic, and fairness was appreciated. Well done!!!

The same day the hot water heater went out in the house, with a call to Nonstop Plumbing in the late afternoon, Brandon was able to fit us in after dinner so hot showers could be taken that night before bed. We had what we thought was a small leak and called Non Stop Plumbing on multiple recommendations on Next Door. Brandon answered the call immediately (4 other plumbers before finding him did not) and we scheduled a time for the next morning. Later that evening we realized the leak was worse than we thought, water gushing from under the kitchen sink as well as the laundry room. Brandon was extremely easy to work with. He came to look at the job right after I called him. I needed a water heater replaced, and he and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their service. He saved me over $900 from other quotes I had received. Just moved into a 20 year old 2 story townhouse and with the real estate market so competitive we purchased the property as is. Brandon and helper arrived on a Monday morning after I contacted them the day before. We had a water supply line to water heater break requiring us to cut main water off. The guys were professional and obviously had a lot of experience. They made a difficult job look easy and the cost was reasonable. We found out our water heater tank was 20 years old. Their quote to replace with a high quality 50 gallon Bradford and White electric water heater was more than reasonable. We look forward to having them back to install.

Brandon came out on a Saturday at the drop of a hat. Gave me a couple of options for how to solve my problem, I had a leak in my main water line. After he gave me a very reasonable estimate. If you need a plumber then THIS is who you call. Brandon, the owner, took excellent care of me. I had a backed-up sewer line on a Sunday. He came out that day and was ready to help. Brandon was able to get to me quickly to repair a busted kitchen drain pipe. He gave me the option of just fixing the immediate problem or replacing a larger portion of my plumbing that was working for now, but could be problematic in the future. I picked the bigger job, which he was able to schedule and complete on a timely basis. He also added clean-outs to the drain pipes so if the drain pipes get gunked up in the future, it will be easier to service.
