This is the second time I use Arsenio services. Toilet didn't flush and water coming up from tub. Called him and within an hour and half he showed up. Reasonable price . This is a vacation home and I was heading back home to Miami. Thanks again you saved the day.

He made sure everything he worked on was done properly and even went back and replaced a valve not part of the original work because it was faulty. I am extremely weary and downright fearful of hiring plumbers. It is sad that because of the dishonest practices of some, all pay. But behold Teles Plumbing!! After a lot of prayer, I put everything to God, and a lot of researching, and Yelp reviews, we found Mr. Arsenio Teles. Mr. Teles returned my call at 10am, after I left a voice mail at 8:47am. I explained, upstairs bathroom was leaking into our dining room, had been previously told it was the toilet, wax seal changed, but since then the leaking had not stopped & the bathroom had not been used for months. He advised he would arrive around noon and then called back, 10:53am and stated will arrive in 20mins.
He was courteous, focused, explained possible scenarios of what could be causing the issues but went further and found the exact problem. And guys, this is the kicker, he said, it's an easy fix, if you want to fix it yourself or some else do it because I will charge $. Come on, when have you heard a plumber say that!! We told him to please fix it, he did and noticed something in our toilet and he fixed that. We had some questions about whole house water softener and he answered them and offered reading material.
Overall, wonderful experience, already recommended him to two more people. God bless Teles Plumbing, and although, I pray not to have another emergency, he is our new plumber for life.

Our toilet was leaking and I put a request out on Yelp for a plumber. I reached out to 5 places, some of them wanted me to wait 3 days before they could come just to give me a quote.

Arsenio has 5 stars and 23 reviews and I know why. He was at my house the morning after I sent out my request. He showed up on time and got straight to work. It's been less than 24hrs since the problem started and it's already fixed. Will definitely be using Arsenio as my 'go to' plumber.

My mom's shower faucet broke with part of it still inside the wall. She's recovering from surgery so the tub/shower combo in another room wasn't an option for her at this time. Teles Plumbing was able to come to her home in 2 hours and took care of the problem! Arsenio did a great job. I even had him give me a quote for another issue and will be having him return for it!

I called and got such prompt service from Arsenio. He came out and after confirming what we thought was the problem he went on to say that it needed diagnostic service that he did not offer, and that there would be no charge. He recommended someone and I have called and scheduled.
What honesty...I will use him again in a heartbeat. Glad there is someone who knows how to do business for the long-term!

Arsenio got me out trouble with the Mrs. wirh a plumbing leak that was going into a third week this weekend. Had another plumber from a well know Central Florida company look at it and thought he could fix it, but didn't. The plumbing under the bathroom sink broke. It was flooding the house so bad where we had to turn off the water at the main water valve. We called another plumbing company and they couldn't come until 4 hours after I called. Then I found Teles plumbing. Arsenio arrived literally 32 minutes after I sent him the pictures and address he requested via phone. He was awesome! He is really nice, pleasant, quick and knows what he is doing. His charges are also reasonable. He was done after an hour. I'm so glad we called Teles plumbing. I found my new go to plumber for plumbing problems!

I found Arsenio by reviewing other people's reviews who needed a good reliable plumber.....and he did not disappoint! I contacted Arsenio through this Yelp app and within 5-10min he replied. I explained everything that I found wrong in my newly purchased rental unit and my desire to have all the water line valves inside the house and an exterior leaky spicket replaced. I figured due to the amount of work required that he'd come by for a quote and we'd schedule a future appointment date to get it all done, but to my surprise Arsenio told me he could knock it all out today if I wanted to...which I happily agreed to! I cannot stress enough how professional, efficient, and dedicated Arsenio is to his trade. You won't find another plumber better than Arsenio. I still can't believe that he did all that work in the same day that I initially contacted him just for a quote!

Our kitchen sink would fill up with water every time a toilet was flushed on the second floor. Called Mr. Teles at 1:30 am and left a message. I wasn't expecting a return call until the next day, but he called me back immediately. He showed up the next afternoon, on time. He snaked the line and fixed the problem. He was over $100 cheaper than the next lowest plumber we called. We couldn't be more pleased with his courteous service and attention to detail. He's a real pro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++++++++

Quick, fantastic service from Arsenio. I called asking if they could help with a sewer backup, and within two hours it was fixed. They came within an hour, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, didn't overcharge us and even gave some general advice on other plumbing work I was attempting to do myself. They even gave a 6 month warranty on their work.

I now have a go to plumber to recommend if anyone asks. Feel free to call Teles Plumbing with confidence. I'll be calling them back for some less emergency oriented plumbing work soon.

I spoke to a gentleman to request a job quote. I am going by my insurance process but he insisted that is not the proper way and at this point sounded very irritated. He even sounded like he didn't want the job to the point that he quoted $500 just to come to my house to assess the plumbing issue. Maybe the guy was having a bad day since he sounded like he didn't want to help. I'm glad I called Modern plumbing industries as they explained their process to me which put my mind at ease - I'm not trying to promote the other company- I'm just going by what I experienced.

Wow, if you need a plumber, look no further. We had a water pipe burst under our house (in the crawl space) around 11:30am and it was fixed by 2pm. Teles will be our plumbing company of choice going forward. Arsenio was super knowledgeable, fast-working, and cleaned up after himself. I love finding people you can trust when it's work I know nothing about, and Arsenio is exactly what I want in a plumber.

Like many other's have said, all positive reviews you see about Arsenio are 100% true. I've dealt with other plumbers in the area that gave me the run around or did not meet expectations to diagnose and fix issues for a reasonable price, but Teles Plumbing is different. I called in the morning and he was at my house for a non emergency issue in two hours...that's right just two hours. He then quickly and accurately diagnosed our issue and fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable rate. To top it all off he was extremely professional and kind. I could not ask for more in a plumber or any service professional. Do yourself a favor and call Teles Plumbing today if you have any plumbing issues. You won't regret it!

I have had a leaky outdoor faucet for probably the better part of 3 years. It was gradually getting worse and difficult to turn off. Finally I decided to turn to Yelp and sent out quote requests to about 5 plumbers, one being Teles.

Teles was both fast and courteous in their communication with me on Yelp. I felt their quote was fair in that it lined up with other companies estimates. The deal maker was that they were able to come out same day to do the repair and it was a holiday!

When the plumber came out he quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. In about an hour he was done and reviewed my new faucet with me. I was extremely impressed by the plumbers professionalism and knowledge of all things plumbing. He even advised me on what water to use to minimize sewer charges. I will definitely reach out to Teles Plumbing in the future!

Other places tried to charge more money because it was an emergency. The hose on the outside of my house broke off. Not only was he the least expensive, they did an amazing job. Polite, responsive, gave a quote over the phone after sending pictures of the issue via text. I wholeheartedly endorse this business.

Aresenio was very efficient. He replied to my YELP response in no time and he was out to our home the same day. I ended up purchasing a difficult faucet but he was able to make it work. He was very knowledgeable about his work and made sure he kept me in the loop as he worked! I would definitely recommend and be using for the future!

My outdoor pipe by pool area started to leak behind the wall, these new homes have pvc or some nonesense; not the stronger copper pipes. Afraid to have my pool area and backyard flooded. Called him in am; he showed up 45 min later. Fixed it. Thank you. My home warranty didn't cover it. Call him; honest hardworking and wore a mask. Had all supplies to fix as well.

No one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do this is the place. We had a lightening strike that ruptured the waterline from the street. Within an hour, Arsenio was here, identified the problem, and got to work. We were kept well informed throughout. In the end, the price was as quoted and the entire repair took less than two hours. Nice guy, professional, detailed, and timely.

Don't waste your time. I called because my 40 gallon water heater was running out of hot water after 30 minutes. Their response was to take shorter showers. Seriously, that's really what the guy said. I asked about a tankless water heater and he said it was really expensive. Okay, well I make six figures a year so what's the problem? I ended up going with Harvey Baker plumbing. They quickly diagnosed that it was a busted thermostat, and they fixed it in 30 minutes. My shower now has plenty of hot water.

And NO Sam, I never said I had a tankless water heater, you're lying. The tankless water heater was suggested by the person I talked to on the phone because they said that 40 gallons isn't a big enough water heater for the square footage of my house, which was also a lie. And for the love of god, take some English classes. I could hardly understand what you were writing.

If you had bothered to accept the gig, you would have found tons of scale in the tank. Got a new bigger and better tank. You're too lazy to come out and check out a job.

A pipe broke in the wall and was causing water leakage. I'm a newish home owner and had never had to contact a plumber for service so you can imagine I was having a bit of a freak out not knowing what to do. After some research, I contacted several of the top rated companies. Teles was the first to answer, pretty much within the first 15 minutes. He was professional and I felt that he sounded trustworthy so made the appointment. After he got to my house, he quickly identified the issue and gave a clear explanation on what was happening and what he needed to do. The pricing was upfront and reasonable. It was a bit late (I work and couldn't get time off so he could come early) but he did the work right there and then and, when he finished, he left everything cleaned up. Im not sure why some of his reviews are not showing but I'm glad I went with Teles and I plan to contact them if I have any issues in the future.

Arsenio was amazing. He replied to my posted Yelp quote within 10 minutes of my request. His availability included time frames within the next hour, and arrived that afternoon. Arsenio was very polite, honest, and diligent. He ran a diagnostic test on my hot water heater, and repaired more than I was even aware needed fixing. Mostly, Arsenio was a great conversationalist, and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. I can not recommend Arsenio enough, and am comfortable knowing I have a plumber for any of my needs in the future!

This was a new one for us: my wife ran a bath while sitting in our garden tub...and when she turned off the faucet, the water kept running full blast!!! After searching, I figured out how to turn off the water outside the house. A Yelp search brought up Teles as a five star plumber in east Orlando, which is where we live. To make a long story somewhat shorter, problem solved quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price. This was not an easy problem to fix (something about a cartridge down inside this little hole and the potential for stripping that allowed no room for maneuvering or error). Aresenio was very prompt, pleasant and competent. For the work we had done, there is a one year warranty. Thank you Teles and Yelp.

Arsenio was amazing. I called on a Saturday Morning about an issue with two different showers. He arrived within an hour looked at both and was able to complete one and gave us an estimate for the other which would be a longer job scheduling for two days later (Monday). He was very reasonable, a nice guy and guaranteed his work. After he left, we noticed the shower he had worked on was leaking. We called and he returned as soon as he could (within 2 hours) and fixed the issue without any further cost us. It turned out the brand new part he had installed was faulty.

He also offered to complete the other job since he was already here. Quality service with a smile!!! Will be recommending him to all my friends in the area.

Arsenio was incredible from start to finish!

I needed a water line installed for my fridge, which my home was never equipped with.

Highly recommended! We woke up to water coming up from the ground outside our house. We figured out it was a leak between the water main and the house. Upon purchasing a new home, I realized a pull hose in kitchen faucet had a leak, where I couldn't find a replacement hose to cut costs. After deciding to purchase a new faucet and have installed ASAP, I received a quick quote and scheduled new faucet install withing a couple of days (on New Years Day mind you).

Arsenio arrived on-time, texting me beforehand with ETA updates.

Social distancing and mask were never in question, which is a must for our household, which was very comforting/respectful during these times.

Quality of work was great, job was wrapped up very quickly + cleanly, and had a superior customer experience on my end.

Highly recommend and will use again.

The main valve outside of my house started leaking on a Sunday. I called Teles Plumbing and Arsenio answered and was at my home within the hour. He completed the repair and charged a fair price for working on a Sunday in the heat. I plan to have him back to declog some drains this week. It is hard to find good people that are responsive and fair and I am happy I found Teles.

Arsenio redid the plumbing under my kitchen sink after i discovered leaks from multiple places. He was done in about an hour and the work was exemplary (at least compared to the mess that was there before). He carries with him a truckload of experience (about 20 years worth to be exact), so you know you're in pretty good hands.

He seems honest and his quotes are noticeably less than some of the bigger companies. I'm hoping he doesn't get so popular that his services become elusive, but if so I'd be happy for him. Definitely recommended
