they were sent from the dispatch company. The technician didn`t check anything and told us that he would report his findings to the home insurance company and come back after approval. He gave a WRONG diagnosis, and my claim was denied.
I had to pay another company out of my pocket and the problem was COMPLETED DIFFERENT from what he said.
Lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - THEY ARE LIARS! I had a leak which I thought was a water heater.  It was located behind the washer that could be easily moved in order to access it.  The technician told me he could not diagnose he could not see the panel.  He proposed to charge me $240 to access it as he said the home warranty would not cover it.  I declined and asked for a 2nd opinion.  The 2nd technician diagnosed the issue within minutes and fixed it at no additional charge.  It was one of the pipes leaking, not the water heater itself.  All it took is a closer inspection with a flash light.  As I said earlier - STAY AWAY!

THEY RIP YOU OFF!  Do not let them anywhere near your house.  We called a service to request a plumber, this company was selected from the dispatch company.  REFUSE SERVICE because they will take your money and never fix your house!!!!  Worst company to deal with!!!

Absolutely  horrible stay far away they destroyed my house and then tried to charge me for them damaging my home. Very Ride about it asap well. They let my house flood missing several appointments  for emergency services. STAY AWAY FROM HOME CHOICE SERVICE!

AHS scheduled them to come out on an emergency basis. They've not done a single thing for the last 30 hours, no one pickups a phone there or calls a customer back.

Stay away from these unprofessional people.
