Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

Roy and his people are stellar. They are professional, courteous, and best of all they do a great job. Their prices are fair and they are always willing to break down what they do into layman's terms. I recommend them for commercial or residential needs.

Just purchased a home and called Eddie to install a new water heater.  First, he responded right away and offered his advice regarding the type of water heater we needed.  He was very professional and courteous.  He sent Tommy to do the work and he was amazing!  The quality of his work was truly remarkable and he was very quick and explained everything in detail and every step of the process.  Was the first time I used them and will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.  I choose them based on the review feedback and can see why they have been rated so high.  Thanks again guys!

Showed up quickly was very fair with pricing came did the work got everything done happy with the service if anything gets clogged up again or bust any problems with my plumbing or pipes I'll be make sure I call Sierra service again I'd highly recommend Sierra service to anyone looking for any problems with plumbing and whatnot!

The work got completed but it took a lot of time and energy to get everything done.
1. They were called in to check on a valve that supposedly needed to be changed per dishwasher delivery team. They came, on time, checked the valve and said all good, no need to change. Told me delivery team should know better, that they'd come back to install it if needed.
2. After delivery team came back and said they could not install the dishwasher, All Dade came back to install it. They actually had to CHANGE the valve - had they changed it the first time, it would have taken 30 more minutes and saved everybody some headaches. And I would not have been charged twice. They came 2.5 hours late to install the dishwasher, after I was told they would come during first morning slot between 7 and 9. I had to call 3 times to get some response and before they eventually dispatched someone.
3. Dishwasher finally was installed. Sometime during install, the water heater tripped. The tenants told me that they never had hot water when they returned the next day. No one was in the house between dishwasher install and them returning with no hot water. I was told this is just a coincidence. Water heater has been on for 2 years without tripping once. Was charged again to switch it on.

This has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience overall.

Our kitchen faucet sprayer came off and we had water everywhere!  I was able to shut it off and called multiple plumbers the next morning.  Most had no availability for over a week and one still hasn't called me back nearly 48 hours later.  So initially we decided to try to change out the faucet ourselves.  After hours of trying to get the faucet nuts off without success I got on Yelp and started searching.  I called at least 3 plumbers on the top of the list before reaching out to HIP.  None of the others answered and none have called me back 24 hours later.  Hyram answered the phone immediately, and asked me to text him some photos of the sink since we weren't sure which faucet to buy.  He suggested one and we went and got it today.  He was able to come today (the next day after I called) and got our new faucet installed.  Excellent service and very professional.  We need more small businesses like H.I.P. Home Service & Drain.  Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber!

Charged us travel time from the time they left their facility & to return to their facility. Total of $340. Swapped out our Teco thermostat but did not ask before they did this.

Our water heater broke, and they were able to come right away and replace it. Thank you!

We knew our septic tank was full and way overdue to be cleared out. We were just being lazy about it. One morning we woke up and saw the Dr. plumber truck outside in our neighbors yard. We flag them down and ask them how much it would be to empty our septic tank. He gave us a quote which we thought was reasonable and we asked if we had to call and make an appointment. He was able to squeeze us in and said he would just pop over when he was done with our neighbors yard. We were running out the door and said we would be back and he said no problem. When we got back the work was done and they were waiting for us in our yard. They took the payment and that was that. Quick service and very nice guys. We took their carand plan on using them again in the future. It was a very quick interaction but honestly very pleasant and easy and that's exactly what we want it.

I've use these guys three times so far, I have an old house so I have plumbing issues and they have always been awesome! The plumbers are friendly and know their stuff, I recommend them :)

Rob was extremely helpful and patient when trying to find and fix our leak somewhere from the meter to the house.  We troubleshooted various locations over the phone prior to his visit, it was very challenging.  He came out and ran through all of the scenarios that could be the culprit.  Eventually we figured it out and stopped the leak.  Very thankful I called him.

Was pleased that the technician, Miguel R., arrived when promised by dispatch as it was a Sunday evening and I had overnight guests. No time is a good time for a clog, but this was especially inconvenient.  Miguel was friendly, efficient and definitely knew what he was doing.  Happy with the service!

I used Delmar plumbing for a unit on my condo, first he was nice and went to the place fast, he cleaned the line below the unit but never cleaned the unit kitchen pipe from the inside. 3 days after the unit got flooded with dirty water coming from the kitchen pipe, when I called him to go back and fix it, he told me he would have to charge me again and that his job does not have warranty. Now I Understand why so many of my colleges told me never to use this company. I will not recomend it to anyone.

I was so hoping to get on here after my multiple renovations were complete, to rave about how awesome this company is.  Unfortunately, that is not the case.

I wanted to replace the granite and sinks in our kitchen and did some research on the type of cabinets we have, to see if they are still being made because we wanted to build a set of cabinets for storage in another area of the home and wanted them to match.  We also have 2 bathrooms that need to be renovated (one a complete tear down and rebuild and a decent amount of work in another) and a front porch/stairway that needs to be torn out and rebuilt.

Not only did I google our cabinetry and find out that they are a dealer for that cabinet line, I also noticed their truck two houses away from me, doing work.  I was very excited and thought it was meant to be.

I met with Clarissa and she was fantastic.  She spent a few hours with me, measuring everything, taking pictures and going over ideas for these projects.

When she left, I e-mailed her immediately to tell her how excited I was to get started and looked forward to hearing back from her soon.  She told me it would be a week before she could get me a quote and that she wanted her dad (the owner) to come out and look at the front porch because that was his specialty.

We have had problems with all types of contractors in the past and I had a really good feeling that we finally found a company that we would be able to use for all of our renovations.

Sadly, I never heard back from her.  I e-mailed her two more times and called and left messages for her.  It's now been two months and I just never heard back from her.  I am totally blown away at how unprofessional this was.  

The worst part of this, was that I was really excited when she left.  I had my hopes up for weeks that my dream kitchen was about to become a reality and all of the other projects we wanted to have done, would be done.
