Juan was great! It's not everyday that you find someone so kind and professional. We had several things that needed to get done. He came looked at them quoted us, went to home depot to buy the materials that were needed, came back and fixed everything! We're so glad to have found someone reliable that we can call again anytime in the future!

Jeffrey and his team are extremely professional, friendly and honest. It's a smaller company, but I have dealt with large ones and sometimes bigger is not always better. (The customer service can be lacking). They were on time for their estimates (which I have found with multiple other plumbing companies is not common) and it was easy to speak with someone or get a speedy call back. I only deducted half a star  because another company had the specific materials I was looking for, but otherwise I would have hired them for the job.

Thanks for working with my schedule. Jay is the most professional Plumer I have worked with as well as is Action Plumbing of Miami. I will be sure to pass along your company name and my opinion to others.

We have been using Charles Hero Plumbing for many years and couldn't be happier.  Linda is the nicest person you will ever speak to and when we decided to change out the toilets in our home, the owner called me back to discuss the different models available and the pros and cons of each (never trying to make us choose the more expensive one).  They are super honest, friendly and really know what they are doing.  Mike and his crew are the best!   I highly recommend Charles Hero Plumbing.

Andy is amazing!  I am so glad I found him. He is honest and reliable. I have dealt with so many plumbers in the past and when I found Andy, it was such a relief. He's done several jobs at my house and I've never had to call him back for a job he did. Andy does it right the first time.

We have used South End Plumbing for years.  They are the best whether for a small job (repairing a leaky toilet) or a big one (replumbing 4 bathrooms and the whole house.  Look no further.

We needed a licensed professional to remove and install a water filtration system.  Joseph came out and did the  work.  His attitude was great Joseph's work was to highest professional standards.  The price was reasonable, too.

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and we got a recommendation for this plumber.  Robert came by that afternoon, and to my husband's relief he speaks good English so there was no communication difficulty.  Robert found that one of the joints in our faucet was loose, and with a few twists, fixed the problem.  He then told my husband that since it's just a small thing, he's not charging us!!  No minimum charge for a house call?  And did I mention that it was on Christmas eve???

While the technicians were professional and respectful, RotoRooter as a company is astronomically overpriced and a poor value. For only 2 hours of label it cost me $1,400. They simply had to install 2 shut off valves on a water line. And they didn't even have to solder anything. They ProPressed the copper pipes. Highway robbery. And they didn't come within the allotted window. They were late. I hate to call and find out when a technician would be arriving, not the other way around. The dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude. I would definitely source a plumber elsewhere if you're not in a pinch to get a project done. Really unfortunate how expensive this was. Overall a negative experience.

We had some work done under our mobile home and discovered a water leak.  Two people recommended Garrett Plumbing.  We called and explained the leak, the location under our home.  When the plumber came out he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the parts on his truck.  Tyler (the scheduler) called to set up an appointment for another day and hesitantly gave a weak estimate.  He explained the $28 per quarter hour labor charge.  The plumber arrived at 9 minutes to 9am, sat in his truck till 9, but charged us for a quarter hour because he was here before 9.  He worked efficiently, but discovered after 22 minutes that he had the wrong part; (notice it was just over a quarter hour?  Yep, got charged for that).  He was gone an hour to get the correct part and didn't charge us for that time.  He finished the job and we are very pleased with the work.  When he gave us the invoice we discovered we were charged $28 for the first plumber to come out and not have the correct parts.  We also had a $56 service charge that we were not aware of.    So them bottom line is, the work was fine, the hidden charges... not so good.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would rate it a negative star if it was available.  I received their number through my hole warranty company with a claim for an emergency. They said they had no technicians available. I called from my work number and they could send someone out right away. Completely unethical!! Find someone else or anyone else for that matter.
