Fast courteous service and at a fair price. The gentleman I spoke with was a joy to do business with. He let me know in advance the cost of the service and was able to tell me what was wrong before he even visited my home. Much appreciated!

Excellent Plumbing is EXCELLENT. It took 5 days from the free quote to the finished work. They fixed two showers and 1 toilet in about 4 hours. One of the shower fixtures were so broken they had to cut through the wall. Mitchell was very honest with what I needed and gave me a really good price. We talked through different options and I made a decision with no pressure. He even called later to make sure everything went well. The plumbers that did the job were very kind and professional. They were not annoyed with my young children watching and learning . I will most definitely be using Excellent plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

Abner was professional and got the job done! I'd had multiple plumbers come out and claim to have fixed a problem but after a  week it resurfaced. it's been over a month since JCA Plumbers came and I haven't had any  issues! from note on when I have a pumping problem I'lol JUST CALL ABNER!

At 6:30 P we discovered all the  drains and toilets in the house were clogged.
We left a message on their office number, within 10 minutes a customer service person called asking for the details, 10 minutes later  Ivan, the plumber,  called us to discuss the job.   He was at our house in less than 30 minutes.  They finished the job in less than hour.

I had a leak in my ceiling. I called the company and the owner says it's probably a pipe. The next morning someone shows up, immediately cuts a hole in my ceiling, says there's no pipe there and proceeds to leave. I ask about the hole in the ceiling. He says someone will call me. When no one called, I called the company and the owner says well, maybe we can fix it.  I'll call you back.  I'm still waiting for that phone call.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE A SHAM.

Shamrock plumbing did a great job re-plumbing my home. I could not renew my home owners insurance unless I re-plumbed  my home. They did the entire job in one day, which included three bathrooms , a laundry room, three  additional sinks, hot water heater and three outside water connections. Their price was very fair, the crew  was friendly and the guys that did the follow up wall closing did a quality job. The professional job of the entire crew was amazing !
 A month later I thought they had cut one of my A/C ducts in the attic during installation because my  bill was so high. They came back the next day and checked all the attic for me and assured me their were no broken ducts. It turned out my A/C switch was broken.
I would definitely recommend Shamrock plumbing for a job well done and their customer service follow up.

Very disappointed. We have used this plumber for decades.  We have so much confidence is the actual plumber but this is about the company billing practices. On this last clog issue (no breaks or pipe repairs) they billed us for 2 plumbers (we didn't ask for two but because they were already together -we got sent 2) and they did 20 min of work (cameras document arrival and departure) but billed for 1.25 hours each at $165 an hour, tacking on a $10 fuel surcharge and $60 machine use and $25 material charge (I guess to take the clog away?) Sure I get there is time for getting from the truck to the condo from the gate and returning but this time it's an exaggeration. The receptionist said it was because it was a Friday and they did us a favor coming.  I don't mind paying a bit more for getting the plumber we have grown to know so well but apparently loyalty doesn't mean much anymore. Yes I called and tried to talk it out with the office manager but no luck.

Had a clog somewhere between outdoor emergency sewer access and street.  Junior responded quickly, but then was about 2 hours later than projected.  He did not unclog the drain, which cost $250 for nothing, and did not show me anything on the camera (saying it was too murky), which was another $250.

I had a hot water heater that was going to break. Thankfully I had time to shop around. I found R.J. Kielty in a neighbor service book listed with 5 stars. I called 5 companies this one by far was the most reasonable. I had one changed in another house so I had an idea of the cost. One company was more then double! The communication with the office was a pleasure they kept us advised of the arrival times for the estimate and the installment. They also advised us of a way to bring the cost down! I would and will recommend this company. I am also the president of my HOA and I will pass this company's name around next meeting!
