I chose this company based on Yelpers' reviews. So far I've had no luck reaching someone.  I Requested a quote and they never responded. I Left a voice message the next day, still no response. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Nathan arrived on time and assessed the problem, explained the cause of the problem, and proceeded to fix it. Nathan is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend Cleaver's Plumbing Solutions for the service, cost, and business acumen. Job well done!

WORST Customer service . Don't waste your money . Technician was nice & tried to help but as soon as he left the problem happened again. So I paid $95 for nothing. The person who claims to be the manager, Mindy is rude and not helpful at all. Try 4 Star or paradise  plumbing! They're great.

We called at noon on a Sunday with a drain emergency.  The team was already on another job and they kept us informed of their progress and called twice to touch base and update their ETA.  As promised they were here within a few hours.  They were very efficient, got right to it, cleaning the line and unclogging the toilets.  I could have done without them scratching up my toilet bowls with their snake as well as the indignant response I got when I had the nerve to complain.  Would have given them a 4 or maybe a 5 because of the quick response and otherwise good service, but dropped it to a 3 since now I need to figure out how to get the deep scratches out of my toilet bowls, grrr.  We used the Yelp coupon and ended up paying $300 which isn't terrible for a Sunday call.  Would definitely use again but next time I'll know to ask before hand if the repair will result in any damage to my fixtures.

We love and highly recommend this business! The owner is amazing! They had to fit us in a few times for our business and residential! They're amazing and I had no problem leaving them in my home to do a job when I'm not present. They do amazing work and always trust them. Highly recommend, they always show  up and are professional.

Called Joe Blacks plumbing after researching online and seeing not only the great yelp reviews but that Delroy responded to the reviews. My experience has been businesses that do that care about their customers and of course care about their reputation which I have found means they do what they can to make the customer happy and are reliable. This was no exception. I first called about replacing my water heater and that went great. Because of that I asked before they left to install a whole house water filter I had bought a few years back that the plumber I had at the time said would install but never did. They did a great job on that as well. My latest call was due to a water leak. I contacted Delroy on Saturday night after I spotted the leak and they were here Sunday morning and fixed it. Wow! Fast, reliable and did it without any complaint, just got it done. Very happy with the work, they fulfilled my requests and went over and above. I felt the price for the various things they did was very fair. I particularly like that I deal with the business owner directly vs a big company. Will use Joe Blacks again should the need arise.

i hired this plumber to complete various plumbing work in my home.  first finish a job by putting together and installing all the shower  pieces a prior contractor took out of the box and left lying in the bathroom.  this plumber could not do this.  he said that i had to buy  a new set (costing about $800)  i ended up looking on line for the missing parts, calling kohler and getting them shipped to me for free.  another plumber was able to put all the pieces together.  in addition, the control of the shower was improperly installed and stuck out about an inch. bill jackson recommended that i look for a piece to place around the control.  another plumber took one look at the back of the shower which was merely screwed on. he unscrewed the back, moved the fixture back in about 30 minutes.  bill jackson also charged me $500 for installing the water pipes to my bbq.  i am now getting ready to start using the grill and to my amazement, no plumbing was ever done! plumber jackson told me that all that was left was  to hook up the sink to the pipes.  i would never recommend this plumber to anyone.

Kim Wellman is the technician for semi-annual service on our HVAC system. She is very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Kim always goes the extra mile to keep our system operating at an optimal level. She is a terrific representative for Cool Today.

The worst of the worst!!! Refused to finish his job after he got paid.
Dumped his corona bottles in my trash can but yet couldn't dump all the trash he left outside. Do yourself a favor and look for a different handyman.
