Obviously you don't care about your customers. And it's apparent that your managers and ownership do not care as well. We never heard from anyone when we contacted you previously below, and I doubt that we will hear from anyone this time as well.
We recently had our drain waste lines jetted by you about 3 weeks ago. We asked you to help us solve the drain waste problem with our home. No one followed up afterwards to recommend any remediation or potential fixes or remedies for the drain lines continuing to clog. We just keep calling for you to come and clear the lines each time they clog. I'm getting to the end of my rope with your company. Your service is POOR at best. Your people, especially your managers and owners, are unreliable and untruthful. I will begin my search for a new company to service my home(s) and businesses. You obviously are simply concerned only about the money. So sad that you have to beg companies to do what they say they will do when you sign up for the A plan or whatever it is you call it. We have never once questioned what we pay, or have paid you (even though no one seems to take the time to check that out, or our history with your company). All we ask is that you do the job. And now, you are not even doing the job, not the mention not following up to help us resolve the problem. And now, we are waiting for a plumbing tech who will likely arrive here sometime around midnight or 1 a.m. thanks to the poor job that your company is doing. And once again, we will have another invoice to pay to you. And once again you will promise to get someone out here to help to resolve the issues, and once again, you won't.
Jamie (owner), Although I doubt seriously that I will hear back from you personally, or even one of your managers who can actually change anything for the better, I have some concerns about where your company was regarding customer service, a couple of years ago, versus where it is now. My wife and I are starting to re-think our decision to go with your company to service both of our homes in Sarasota and in Port Charlotte, with all 3 of your company lines a couple of years back. It seems that over the last several scheduled appointments, including today, each time someone calls me from your office on the day of the appointment to say that we can't keep our appointment date and time, ..... , for whatever reason, usually blaming it on a technician calling in, or quitting, or some other reason. Still your company, still your responsibility. It's costs my wife and I a significant amount of money each time we take a day off of work for scheduled work to be completed by your company. Then your company caller expects us to schedule another time off of work, for your work to be completed. Thus, costing us another day of work missed, and costing us more money. This didn't seem to be the case a couple of years ago when you encouraged us to go on the A plan, which we did. I thought there was a benefit to that program at the time. That part doesn't seem to matter much to you these days, other than the money I spend with you each year. My wife and I are going to start looking for another provider of these 3 services that you are providing to us. I was so hoping to keep them all in one place. One call, one company, makes it easy for my whole family. But, if I can't depend on your company to keep your appointments and your word, then it serves me no purpose to stay with you or your organization. Each missed appointment on your part is now costing me double or triple what it would have cost me in the first place because of the time I'm having to take off of work. I'm sure losing one customer doesn't mean much to you personally, as it will have zero effect on your life. However, if you think back, even for a minute or two, to the days when one customer, or one appointment, meant the difference between having a successful or profitable week and not having a profitable week. Or when customer service actually meant something to you, rather than just a catch phrase to attract more customers, then maybe it would mean something more to you now. How quickly we forget those early days. Disappointing ....... very disappointing.
