What started out as a simple leak turned out to be much more. We had a leak from the cold water pipe running underground and leaking in our master bedroom closet. Delroy showed up on time on a Sunday (no extra charge) and started to work. After drilling about 2 feet down, things were not looking any better. Delroy found a solution that was reasonable and he and his team worked things out on time and under budget.
I highly recommend him for your next emergency.
We will call him again for any plumbing needs and will recommend him to our family and friends. Good, honest, and fair.

Joe Blacks Plumbing repaired a leak in my sink's drain line.  He went above and beyond to repair the leak, and also provided a hook-up for my dishwasher.  The completed job looked clean and professional, without any issues or leaks.  His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable.

I would highly recommend Joe Blacks Plumbing. His prices are extremely fair; for example, my garbage disposal was leaking water. Via Yelp I got several quotes and a couple of an estimate will be quoted on site. I originally contacted a company with 28 comments, all five star rating. The plumber came to my house and quoted me a price of $500.00.  I told the guy that he was too. He would only reduce his price by $50.00. As I did call him, I had I pay a service service fee of $65.00. I then called Joe. He came to my house that afternoon and charged me a very fair price (equipment plus labor.) Joe was extremely professional and through. He even clean up his own mess, plus the sink and the area around it. As Joe has just started using Yelp, he does not have a lot of reviews; but i am sure, in time, he will have more. I am recommending not him because of prices, but because he is a professional who treats people fairly.

I picked Joe Blacks Plumbing due to the great reviews here.  He lived up the reviews.  He came the same day to fix a broken kitchen faucet.  He was quick, reasonably priced, and 100% professional.  Our new faucet works great.

I definitely plan to use them again.

After 5 long years of hunting a God awful smell that would come and go Delroy found it in 5 minutes!  I have torn out floors, walls paid a dozen people with no luck. If I'm honest this was so ridiculously easy I thought it wasn't legit. But it was. My new favorite plumber!  He was fast, smart and easy to deal with.  He doesn't take credit card but who cares.

This company is a scam.
We agreed a week before on the installation.
On the same day of the installation they told me that they can't come unless I pay 50% of the job upfront with Zelle.
I live in a differently state so I can't get them and pay cash.
They wouldn't accept credit card or PayPal. What kind of a business is that??
That's exactly what scammers do.
Don't deal with them.

Update:
I had someone else installing the water heater on the same day that those guys cancelled on me. He completed the installation and THEN I paid him in full.
Particularly because I'm out of state, I cannot pay with Zelle upfront. I did that in the past and got scammed. Nevertheless, Delroy confirmed with me the appointment the day before, and then on the day when he was supposed to come, he demanded the 50% upfront with Zelle only. That's a horrible way to treat customers.

Always be careful when vendors you don't know demand a payment upfront and only accept Zelle. That's very suspicious.

I've never used or even heard of Joe Black's Plumbing before finding his page on Yelp, but the reviews sounded good and I decided to give him a try. I had 3 toilets in varying stages of needing maintenance.
Delroy responded quickly and as I explained my needs, he assured me that he would be able to address them all. We agreed on a date and time, and he showed up promptly that morning. He assessed the situation and gave me what I considered a very reasonable estimate which we agreed on. He required no payment up front.
He then went to acquire some of the parts needed to do the job and was soon back to completing the work in a timely manner.
I was happy with all aspects of the experience and will use Joe Black's Plumbing in the future when needed. Delroy gained my trust and confidence.

Joe black's plumbing is honestly a great plumber. He was always on time to the scheduled plumbing visits and helped install my shower plumbing needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got not only quality service but he was also very economical. Overall pleased with the outcome as this gentlemen is a very hard working individual. Would definitely hire in the future if needed again!!!

Never fixed my toilet..called him to let him know and he said I will be there next week. Well next week never came. After 3 weeks I called him again he said he would be coming in a couple days never did and I gave him money..definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM..BEWARE

So happy with this plumbing service. We have lived in our house for 3 years now and every time I've had a plumbing issue I've called a new plumber because I've always been disappointed in the previous one. This is probably the 5th company I've had out to the house for an issue. We have an older home and have had issues with plumbing since our final walk through. I'm happy to say I've finally found a company that I'll be calling back when I have another issue. Joe Blacks plumbers were responsive and quick to come out and fix my emergency issue. Their prices are very reasonable as well, way better than the pricing from big name companies I've called in the past. They were able to completely fix my clog and restore use of toilets and showers in such a short time.

I can only speak to the estimate and scheduling process, as our landlord inexplicably decided to go with a different plumber. I always received an immediate response to my messages, he explained what was necessary up front, and provide as fair range of prices in his estimate. If I was not a renter, I would have definitely went with Joe Blacks Plumbing.

I broke our garbage disposal last night after dinner and reached out to several plumbers to get quotes and Mr. Delroy responded very quickly (even at 10pm!!) and provided one of the best estimates. More importantly, he was able to come to our house the fastest. He came early this morning as scheduled, wore a mask and removed shoes (I'm a little neurotic lol) and fixed everything and then some! I had a very positive experience and have found my new go to plumber in the area! Would highly recommend.

We had a leak from the valve behind the refrigerator.  Delroy was quick to respond to my request and provided a reasonable quote.   He came over replaced the valve and charge me the amount that he had quoted, even though the job ended up being a bit bigger than we both thought.  Very nice gentleman and honest.  I will use him again.

The owner came out immediately for a major leak that was in my wall and was starting to damage and mold my drywall. I was also  having water pooling from under the back tile of my house; I thought it was a major pipe that bust. But come to find out, it was the drain pipe from sink.. he was easily able to pinpoint the leak. And most importantly do very minor drywall damage to find and repair it..

Excellent service all around. Plumber provided superb customer service, wore a mask, and fixed my plumbing issues for a fair price.

Delroy was amazing! The quote never changed and he did exceptional work with my toilets and garbage disposal.

We had a valve to a washing machine that leaked when home depot tried to install a new washer.   Joe verified that it only leaked when the hose was attached and shouldn't be an issue.  Advised to have home depot leave the washer and hook it up myself or call him to have any problems.  The valve was part of a complete set embedded in the wall and would have been very costly to replace.  He wouldn't even accept any payment for the trip and looking at it.  Will definitely call him again if I have any issues

I've actually used him several times since, new water heater & new toilet. Both fixed at great rates. I even referred him to a friend who was happy. Again, I would def recommend him.

The owner was very accommodating to my schedule. When I asked to bump up the appointment time & he scheduled me the next day. He showed up in a mask, &  on time. He installed my garbage disposal & fixed my toilet at a great rate. I'd highly recommend him & he will be my plumber from now on.

All I can say is a great service at a fair price. I needed to replace 2 water heaters after a flood in one of the units. He did a profesional job installing 2 tankless water heaters one in each unit in a record time of one day. I was very happy with his job and I highly recommend him.

I found this gentleman on Yelp and selected him because of the prior glowing reviews   Let me add mine to the list!  Delroy is a consummate professional, was responsive, knowledgeable, neat as a pin and fixed the problem. Not to mention it turned out to be a bigger job than he originally estimated and he was not going to charge me more (yes of course I insisted and did pay him more because he did the extra work- but talk about customer oriented). Look, I hope to not need a plumber on speed dial. But I will always call Delroy first from this point forward. You should too.

We originally hired a handyman to fix an upside down shower arm. It was jammed in there so tight that he couldn't do it and didn't want to risk breaking the pipe. So we hired Delroy to come and fix it. Delroy did a wonderful job fixing it and also helped us fix a leaking faucet.

Not only is he good at what he does but he's a great guy too. Definitely recommend.

What a great company!  Delroy is awesome!  We had both a broken toilet and a broken supply valve that was constantly leaking water and causing a real headache.  We contacted Joe Blacks on a Sunday night and Delroy responded to us immediately!  He was super helpful and courteous.  Delroy took care of everything including picking up the toilets (we decided to replace two) that we purchased at a hardware store.  His final price was exactly what he quoted even though replacing the supply valve turned out to be quite a task.  We were so pleased with his work and he was insistent on only charging what was quoted.  Delroy was amazing.  The next time I need anything for plumbing, I'm calling Joe Blacks immediately!

We noticed a leak from our water heater expansion pack yesterday (Halloween day!) and requested a quote from several different companies via yelp. Joe Blacks plumbing was by far the most honest & transparent company to respond! They showed up at 8 am this morning and within 20 minutes our problem was fixed. You can't beat they're price or service! Wonderful company

Reliable, timely, and above all - honest. I was able to get in touch with Delroy and Joe Black's Plumbing through Yelp, and he immediately answered my query with a quote for the problem I was facing based on the picture I posted. Delroy immediately gave me a quote which proved to be reasonable. Most of the other plumbing businesses that answered tried to schedule a paid visit before offering a quote, which I'm not against, but if you're already seeing in detail what the problem is, why not offer a quote and focus on the job?

Delroy was also on time. One of my pet peeves when dealing with contractors is how much disregard some have for their customer's time. Delroy kept his word down to the minute. We agreed to meet at 9am at my property, and sure enough he was there at 9am on the dot.

He them gave me some precise recommendations, went to get the parts he needed for the job, and came back at the agreed upon time to replace the broken shower.

I highly recommend his services and if I ever need him in the future he can count on my repeated business.

I called a couple plumbers in the morning to get quote for job of snaking vent from roof- I had dealt with another plumber last week on some other issues and I was pissed that I was still dealing with this same problem- ( as he only snaked the drain  from the inside)  
Delroy quoted me a fair price, called me when he was on his way, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time- he clearly had a long day but he showed up and did my job as Promised-

Called Joe Blacks plumbing after researching online and seeing not only the great yelp reviews but that Delroy responded to the reviews. My experience has been businesses that do that care about their customers and of course care about their reputation which I have found means they do what they can to make the customer happy and are reliable. This was no exception. I first called about replacing my water heater and that went great. Because of that I asked before they left to install a whole house water filter I had bought a few years back that the plumber I had at the time said would install but never did. They did a great job on that as well. My latest call was due to a water leak. I contacted Delroy on Saturday night after I spotted the leak and they were here Sunday morning and fixed it. Wow! Fast, reliable and did it without any complaint, just got it done. Very happy with the work, they fulfilled my requests and went over and above. I felt the price for the various things they did was very fair. I particularly like that I deal with the business owner directly vs a big company. Will use Joe Blacks again should the need arise.
