Bill Jackson Plumbing

i hired this plumber to complete various plumbing work in my home.  first finish a job by putting together and installing all the shower  pieces a prior contractor took out of the box and left lying in the bathroom.  this plumber could not do this.  he said that i had to buy  a new set (costing about $800)  i ended up looking on line for the missing parts, calling kohler and getting them shipped to me for free.  another plumber was able to put all the pieces together.  in addition, the control of the shower was improperly installed and stuck out about an inch. bill jackson recommended that i look for a piece to place around the control.  another plumber took one look at the back of the shower which was merely screwed on. he unscrewed the back, moved the fixture back in about 30 minutes.  bill jackson also charged me $500 for installing the water pipes to my bbq.  i am now getting ready to start using the grill and to my amazement, no plumbing was ever done! plumber jackson told me that all that was left was  to hook up the sink to the pipes.  i would never recommend this plumber to anyone.

Really fair pricing and honest about the problem. Have had a lot of plumbers out to the house and I would use them again by FAR!

Bill and his team are awesome.  We needed a new hot water heater at our home in Safety Harbor.  Bill was very responsive.  He worked with the distributor to get a new one under warranty.  They showed up on time and did a great job.

In the spring of 2017 I had Bill Jackson rip out an old water softener and put in a new one and do some re-piping. Mr. Jackson came with two helpers and explained everything upfront and provided me a quote over the phone. His work was efficient quick and very customer focused. I would highly recommend using him. I also used him to do some of the things in a very large home remodel involving the plumbing of the kitchen sink and installation of water faucets in my home. He also replaced some exterior spigots at my house. Again he does everything you would expect from a plumber plus he has good customer service which is hard to find.
