The first time I used Leto plumbing was after a horrible experience with someone else. Leto came out, found and fixed the problem at less than half what the other guy quoted. I was impressed. Next time I needed a plumber, I called them first. Again, they were professional and did a great job. I have no reason to use anyone else!

Luis did a great job fixing my bathroom plumbing issue. Arrived on time, did a great job and price was reasonable. Super nice guy and very polite. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Picked up after himself and the bathroom was as clean when he left as before he started working on it.

Amazing!!! I had an emergency leak in one of my properties and of the seven 24 hour companies I called they where the only ones to respond and get me a resolution. Amazing service thank you again!

They came out $29.99 fee , Jason was the service tech, toilet leaking in the tank, told me the toilet needed a tank rebuild $245.00, my toilet is 2 years old and he said it would cost more than that to replace the toilet - scare tactic.... I agreed to the tank rebuild and was charged $274.00 - shown the invoice on his phone so I did not see that he only replaced the fluid master fill valve a $24.00 part. After my working hours I looked in the tank and that is exactly all he replaced - so not considered a tank rebuild to me. When I called the office about this I spoke with Brad about this cost, he said that is their normal fee for a minor tank rebuild and that is what other companies charge - and he said remember we are in Florida... he also said that they had many great reviews online. Choice's position is $274.00 dollars is not reasonable and If I posted online, I might not like the answers - Please ask for everyone fee and details of what they are going to do before you let them come to your home. - Shame on them for the position that $274.00 for a $24 part is responsible

First of all the reason it took so long to get this done is NOT Keilty's fault but mine. I typically do not receive much but marketing calls on my cell phone so I do tend to ignore it, which means that I was the reason that they could not get back with me regarding the repair.
Let me start out by saying something that I forgot to mention in my initial review. This company did a great job with an extensive/difficult remodel. There were 5 bathrooms that were completely gutted, kitchen completely gutted, water softener moved, two outdoor gas tankless water heaters to install...so it was a big job and I guess maybe in retrospect I should have been a little more thankful that there have only been issues with two toilets out of all that work and one of the toilet malfunctions was surely our fault. But on the other hand maybe it was the great service that we initially had that made it so difficult to believe that this last toilet was such an issue. Well it isn't anymore....
Bill and Cara from Keilty came out and not only spent 2 plus hours completely redoing the flange and installing the toilet they also did the following...
1. repaired and replaced parts in the tank so that it flushed smoothly.
2. grouted the toilet
3. installed a new line from the wall to the tank
4. removed a stain from a different toilet and left directions for removing future stains
5. offered us a free yearly maintenance contract for one year for all of our plumbing fixtures.
AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A THING...
They were here for over 2 hours. Explained everything they did in detail to my wife, cleaned up after the repair and left my family with a feeling that this is truly a remarkable company. So much so that I am embarrassed that I ever doubted them in the first place. Especially since the master plumber that oversaw our initial remodel, Ken, was so kind and patient with us. I really liked him.
So if you use any other plumber...that's your loss. These are not only great plumbers...they are good people and they have my business for life.

This is a small plumbing company that still does what it says on the cover. I made an appointment: they arrived, they did the work, I paid them. The plumber that showed up at the house was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing, and got things done.
I made the mistake of using a Handy Man to get some work done in my bathroom. Everything that that guy touched he messed up: my toilet wasn't sealed properly, my shower handle was falling off, and my sink faucet was loose. Armor's plumber fixed everything in 2.5 hrs for $289. Money well spent.

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree. They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it) bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.
In the end I used Continental Plumbing. Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.
Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.
Then to find out the jetting they did accomplished nothing. See pipe picture .

So my toilets been dripping for about two months now, and now it hasn't fully flushed in 2 days. I decided to give this company out since there has been such positive reviews about them. I'm really glad I choose them.
I didn't have enough time to call about the service so I filled out a form online. I probably for a call roughly 2 hours later. The lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating and we set up a time for the plumber to meet. He was right on time the next day. Well, actually 10 minutes earlier then expected. His name was Michael and he was very sweet. He answered all my questions, gave me a few recommendations and went right to work. He was spot on about what the issue was was my toilet. I'd definitely recommend them!

This place is AWEFUL!!! One of there plumber's came to my house and put a $3 ring on my toilet that was never leaking and charged me $200.00. Leak I had was coming from behind my bathroom wall and they had no idea what they were doing to try and diagnose the problem. I asked for a refund and they said they would get back to me and never called back and avoided my calls when I tried to get an answer. They are a bunch of shady crooks!!! STAY AWAY!!

Work on our new patio has not been completed, and not only has it not been completed, I was told by an A+ rated contractor through the BBB that the patio must be demolished and redone completely in order to structurally hold a swim spa. It was poured in different stages with different concrete causing instability in the seams, different colors and texture. The pour is NOT thick enough to support a 15' swim spa. It rained when the concrete was wet and did not have plastic on it causing pits with exposed stone, puddling, etc. It also splashed up on our screened in lanai, I had to pick off the screen itself and I cannot get to come off of the aluminum kick plate. They've left the wood form up on half of the patio, left rebar and cement chunks in the yard. We've left multiple messages, phone calls, emails...No response. I just checked the license number they put on their quote today and it doesn't come up on myflordalicense.com, so I'm not even sure if they 're legitimate.
