Jesse is very prompt, honest and reliable. Called him at 9 AM on a holiday weekend and not only did he respond right away, he charged us a fair price and not the holiday markup. He also clearly explained what he was going to do and possible next steps.
Given that this was for my Mom's house, it really gives me peace of mind knowing she has a reliable honest plumber.

Super responsive and really competent service. Jorge came to our rescue and fixed a busted cast iron pipe in no time and replaced it carefully with PVC and threw in lots of little extras. Their price was a little lower than other places we called too which was great. They are definitely our go-to plumbers from now on.

It is rare to find professionals within this line of work, but you expect true professionalism from this company.

I called and the initial contact with the main number resulted in a female voice who was courteous and prompt. She advices to expect a call within a given time frame. The call was received within than time, again, promptly and courteously.

I explained my issue. The plumber stated what he thought the problem might be and we agreed to have him come look at the issue. He was right and the issue was bigger than I had thought. All work was explained to me before it was completed and that's exActly what was done. Prices were competitive and more than reasonable.

There are no gimmicks, no tricks. True professionals, work well done, in a timely and efficient way.

Look no further!!!! Go with them for a job well done!

Today was a great ending to a scary morning. I had a septic nightmare that resulted in sewage backup in my tub . I called at 8:30a and Bernardo was there by 10a to diagnose the problem. Where other companies would have tried to upsell me to have a complete drain field created, he was honest and showed me how a fix could be done. His cost was affordable and within an hour he was back with his team to get me up and running. They were personable and had a great manner. I would absolutely recommend again. I am grateful for the friend that recommended them in the first place.

Just had an emergency: the line that feeds the house-valve broke. Water was gushing out. I was able to shut the water from another area but that meant there was no water in the house. This occurred at 1:30 pm, called and they stated they would be here in an half hour. Guy came, explained and gave a quote that was very reasonable. Fixed it on the spot (took about an hour total). Water was restored and disaster was averted before everyone came home. Highly recommend! They charge by the job not by the hour so they will work until it is fixed.

This is an exceptional company. They respond in a timely manner, they call back, they notify you if they are late or unable to keep an appointment. They are professional and committed great customer service. I called from 3,000 miles away and they took care of my elderly parents repairing a sink that 2 other companies failed to fix. It was a pretty big job that took all day and required breaking into an exterior stucco wall. They repaired it, cleaned up their mess and it is now ready to paint. So grateful to have found them. Thank you to other Yelpers, Angie's List was not useful to me this time.

I've been procrastinating to fix my water leak because of the lack of knowledge of any reputable plumbers in my area. I checked on Yelp and this company popped up with 5 stars and I figured I would give them a shot. I called about a leaking faucet and some valves that needed to be replaced. The response time was very quick and since it really wasn't an emergency, I made the appointment for the following day. Jesse was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Prices were fair and the job was done very professionally. I wasn't at home to personally meet him, but he kept me informed via phone on the progress of the repair. Im very impressed with the quickness and professionalism of their work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in a heartbeat.

Just finished an emergency call with lighting speed! Very impressed. I broke the water hose attachment to the house and looked up plumbers on yelp, chose one based on the most reviews and highest stars...I was not disappointed! Told me he would be there in an hour to hour and a half...got there in less than an hour and was finished within the hour and a half mark from my original phone call. Price was reasonable, definitely didn't feel like I over paid for a Sunday night emergency call. He was very professional and did an excellent job, whole heartedly recommend for any and all plumbing needs.

An honest plumber! Bernardo was at my house within 30 minutes here in Cutler Bay to fix a leaky waterline behind my refrigerator that suddenly burst the day before. Called this plumber on a Sunday to fix a leak under my kitchen cabinet. He charges $250 for a Sunday visit. He came out and said he fixed it and left. I went to wash dishes and a flood of water came pouring out of my cabinet.
Turns out he didn't fix it and when I called him to come back out to really fix it he said I am already home and won't be there till tomorrow. Unbelievable. Took my $250 and won't fix it because he is home already. Don't use this guy. He is the owner and I believe the sole plumber in Cutler Bay Plumbing. Failure.

Jesse came to fix a couple small tasks (snaking and replacing an outdoor faucet. He quoted me what I thought was a reasonable price, and then ended up doing the work in a really short amount of time (and did it well!). He then lowered the price because he had only worked for a short amount time at my house!

Please hire them - they're good, they're fast, and they're reasonable. Plus they're local and a family business - things I love to support!

I had pretty regular kitchen drain clogs: 5 in the past 3 years. Bernardo came and scoped out the clog with his camera and then used hydrojet to basically flush all the accumulated grease that was causing the problem. Snaking, which other plumbers had done previously, was only a temporary solution. Hydrojetting uses pressurized water to clean out the pipes and get rid of the accumulated grease. Bernardo did a fantastic job and was very patient with all of my questions. His price for hydrojetting and the camera was reasonable, and much, much lower than 3 other companies who quoted me prices. In addition, Bernardo detected another problem with a basket and fixed at that as well, at no extra charge. I'd thoroughly recommend Cutler Bay because of their combination of skill, professionalism and attention to detail.

Called Cutlerbay Plumbing for clogged drain about 3 months ago . Tree roots were the problem . I thought they snaked it to quick and two days later had a back up in the house that caused me too replace two rooms of carpet. Called another plumber stayed twice as long and used a different tip on the snake and pulled out clumps of roots.

Cutler Bay Plumbing came to the rescue when my garbage disposal starter spewing water all over the bottom of the sink. I called them on a Sunday at 6 pm and they called me back within 15 minutes. Let me just say that the comments and rating for Cutler Bay Plumbing are on point! I was very satisfied with the service I received from Jesse. He is a true professional which is so hard to find in Miami. I had a toilet replaced and it took less than an hour. Prior to coming to my house I spoke to Jesse who explained all my options, gave me a fair quote and even picked up the toilet at the store which I had ordered online. On top of all that he followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. So happy I called him and will definitely continue to use him in the future. Had an outdoor hose spigot break on me last night. Had no way to stop the water from gushing out. Had no option but to shut the water off to the whole house. I called cutler bay plumbing from my office the next morning. The lady on the phone roof my contact info and said she would have the technician call me. Within 10 minutes the gentleman called me asking about my problem. I told him the situation and said that I should be home about 3pm. The gentleman called me at 3 on the dot to see if I had gotten home. Within 10 minutes from that call he was at my door. He did a fantastic job repairing the Spigot and even re plastered the area where the pipe came out of the wall. He did such a great job that I asked him to replace another Spigot on the other side of the house that was damaged. He happily agreed. He even gave me a great price to repair both faucets. The gentleman's name was Bernardo. He is great at what he does. I would highly recommend using Cutler Bay plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs. Great job and even better service....

I had a slow drain and didn't know what the cause could be. I mentioned that it could need the pipes snaked or septic pumped. The tech went over and uncapped the septic tank and showed me that the water level was relatively high. He proceeded to try to sell me various costly solutions. I settled on the temporary fix of pumping out the tank.
The next day a third-party vendor came to do the pump out. They mentioned that the tank was not that full. Bottom line, my problem was not resolved. I called to complain and the lady on the other line raised her voice and blamed my bad decision to pump the tank.
I feel these people act in a dishonest manner and recommend not to use them.

I called this company after the base of my toilet was leaking water. I saw them at my neighbor's house the day before. Within 30 minutes the owners son arrived. The main line was clogged . He snaked the roof and used the hydro jet to clean the pipes. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and very informative. Not to mention fairly priced. We live in a house built over 50 years ago, the pipes get clogged often, so needless to say we have seen our share of plumbers. Segovia plumbing was the best yet!!

I had a plugged toilet that defied my own attempts to unclog it with either a plunger or a snake. Excellent company.

We had a water leak in our washer for months and after reviewing Yelp, we decided on this company based on the reviews. We made an appointment and they responded as promised.

Service: Excellent service and professionalism. Jesse was extremely friendly and professional. He inspected the leak, gave us an explanation as to what the issue was and an estimate of the cost which was reasonable. After the work was completed, we have not had any issues with the washer and/or leaks. They also guaranteed the work... WOW!!!. Thank you Jesse.

Exceptional service! There was clogging and back-up in all of our toilets and showers. I called Cutler Bay Plumbing, because they had a lot of great reviews. I spoke to Jenny, who scheduled a time for the next morning and Bernardo and his assistant arrived early. They were very communicative and professional. They snaked the line from a vent on our roof and also put a camera down to see if they could identify the issue. They were able to successfully unclog everything and spent a lot of time running water and flushing toilets throughout the process to ensure that everything was fine. Bernardo also provided some explanation for the issues and a future plan if the issues persisted. He believed that everything was good for now and we were satisfied with their work. They were also very reasonable comparably to others. We also learned that they offer septic draining services, which we didn't need right now, but will definitely consider them for the future.

Was quick to answer call for plumbing issue but just as quick to tell me I needed a new water heater to resolve issue. Made a appointment to replace heater but had to cancel at last minute due to work calling me in. I rescheduled as soon as I could for following week and they accepted this new date. But when the day came this company simply dumped me and made no attempt to contact me as one would expect a customer service company to do. His explanation was he didn't hear from me, that I was supposed to contact his company at the main office number which always went to an answering machine and not text him directly which is what I did that morning to insure he was still coming. Now, this is the OWNER of the business I was communicating with and HE TELLS ME TEXTING HIM DIDN'T MATTER. All communication had to go through the main office number, something that he NEGLECTED TO TELL ME. Poor communication skills, unclear process and lack of organization of customer service appointments, placing blame on the customer to keep him informed of his appointments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

my house had a leak , I had three different companies including total leak detection come to my house to find the leak ,no one could find the leak. I paid to all these company to tell me they couldn't find a leak in my home. OK, I did hire Cutler Bay Plumbing to install the toilet. Jesse and his uncle did a good job, fast and professional. Jesse picked up the toilet for me at Home Depot for a $50 fee to which I agreed: he checked it before picking it up, which I forgot to remind him to do, so that was good.

On the odd side: Jesse offered to send a camera down my sewer line for only $250, since my old toilet was being removed. This was a discount from the normal price of $500. Then, there was the warning that if the toilet flange needed replacement, that'd be an additional fee. I think that was $60 or $75. I didn't like the hard sell. Also, they charge 3% for using a credit card. When I called the office to make the appointment, I asked if the company accepted credit cards. I was told yes. There was no mention of a credit card fee.

The work was good, hence 4* -- but the odd bits were a bit off-putting.

Bernardo came out the same day I called and fixed the cracked hose causing my pedestal sink to leak. The price was reasonable and he even took a look at a toilet that I had a concern about without an extra charge. The office was great when I called to say I needed to leave by a certain time get my little dog to the vet. They put me next on Bernardo's job list. After fixing the sink leak, Bernardo asked about my little dog and shared that he has 5 little rat terriers. Great plumber AND a dog lover. Now my sink is working perfectly and my little dog is feeling better. Couldn't be happier.

We had some very old faucet hose bibs that leak all over whenever we opened them. At one point we had stop using them because of the mess they will create and the wasting of water. Bernardo is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to diagnose the problem before working. I had a clogged line and he said I might need a hydro jet cleaning. However, after he ran the camera down the system he advised a conventional snake would do the job. BTW the snake costs far less than the hydro jet. In other words he does only what is needed and no what pays him more. I have him on speed dial now.

Cutler Bay Plumbing is a very professional and efficient company. We severe problems with the pipes underground. We were having to rent a snake at least 2 times a week to clear it. This morning my day off started like most others....cup of coffee, a little Today Show and my toilet backing up into my shower! So I did what I normally do and make the calls to friends and family for a recommendation for a plumber. No luck there, so I went to the internet and put a search for plumbers. I never thought to check Yelp! for a plumber but that's where my search took me. So then I start reading reviews and I gotta say, they really helped me make the decision to call. I also emailed using Yelp! just to cover all my bases. Jessie called me and I explained the situation. He gave me an approximate time of arrival.

Jessie and his co-worker arrived, took a look at the situation and advised of my options. They were able to take care of the situation and address all my concerns at a fair price. Thank you very much to Jessie and your co-worker for everything!

I decided to contact Cutler Bay Plumbing due to the great reviews other clients had posted. Renato the company owner was right on time, he was friendly and professional and what most impacted me was his level of honesty, as he immediately informed me that the previous catastrophic assessment I had received from a so called property inspector was totally inaccurate. At the end of our conversation he thanked me for the opportunity to work together and didn't charge me a penny for the visit. Honesty and Professionalism is alive and well with this company!!
It's a pleasure to deal with a professional company who cares about their client and their long term business relationships. I will definitely recommend Cutler Bay Plumbing to anyone who needs a professional, honest plumber. Thanks Renato for a truly memorable experience

Great service! Honest too. I did quick check on the parts that I would need and they were not that far off from my numbers. It's rare and hard to find honest companies. HARD! And they were very quick as well. I will definitely be calling them to replace my toilet bowls soon too.

These guys should not be licensed. People, learn how to put in reviews. Don't throw 5 stars at a plumber just because they unclogged your drain, or made your toilet flush. Anyone can do that. Innocent people rely on these ratings. I hired Cutler Bay PLUNDERS for an 11,000$ sewer pipe replacement. First day working the bitching started. The concrete slab is too thick, the pipes are too deep because they go under the foundation in my ordinary one story house. I had to stop them 4 separate times from Jack hammering the critical structure of my house because they had no intention of running the pipes down below as original. None of them were physically capable of getting down to dig. To prevent further destruction I spent an entire day digging under the main cross beam myself which went 3 feet down. I'm 53, got a workout, fine, just do a good job with the pipes...Nope!, they threw in the pipes and buried them with cement and water in an absurdly short couple hours before I could see how careless the work was. Suddenly there was a rush to finish all pipes and bury everything in one day after 1-2 guys working 1/4 days for 5 days. Jorge and Bernardo (the owner) literally spent more time on screaming, threatening, temper tantrums than the actual pipe work. After they got paid and left, I decided to scope the pipes because I saw pipes not fitted together, only surface stuck with glue. The remaining cast iron vent sloppily cut, instead of cut straight. Well more than 1/2 the fittings were not even mated with the pipes, (no exaggeration) just stuck together with lots of glue. Jorge got so much dirt into his glue, fully seated joints were impossible. 4 of 5 horizontal runs were BACK PITCHED. This may be hard to believe and it sure was for me after seeing their ratings. I've done plumbing myself so I know how it should be done. Here is a quick fyi plumbing basics. A plumber that does not join the pipes all the way INSIDE the fittings and PITCH the pipes in the direction of flow is NOT A PLUMBER AT ALL. I could go on, but you get the idea. Underground clogs and leaks are imminent. I struggled to even push my professional camera through where the pipes are not joined correctly. Countless codes violated. The entire job must be dug up and done again. After politely notifying Bernardo and Jorge of my findings, they asked for pictures, screamed one more time and cut off contact with me. I was looking for a plumber to fix my leaking kitchen faucet and happened to stumble across Cutler Bay Plumbing on Yelp. I took a look at their reviews and knew they had to be honest and knowledgeable people. I'm so glad I reached out! Jesse was prompt in getting back to me, he was honest, reasonable, communicated great and did great work!

Horrible service! The guy won't answer any messages and will cancel on you last minute. I had an appointment for him to come see an issue and he said he couldnt make it that day. We rescheduled for the week after and he was suppose to come in the afternoon and canceled last minute after leaving work early. He said he could come the next morning and when we responded, he never bothered to respond again. Very unprofessional! Just say you cant do the job !

I had a mainline stoppage. Called in and spoke to a young lady who took my info and told me Bernando would give me a call. 10 mins later he called and explained a package he was offering which sounded great. Bernardo just finished up at my home and let me say he was detailed, professional and even went above and above. Gave me a great price, cleared my stoppage, cleaned the pipes and also ran his camera to inspect the line. He marked my main lines direction of travel anhighly reccomend then d even installed a ball valve on my water heater to correct another issue I was having. Awesome work. Thanks again.

I contacted Bernardo at 7:30 at night with a shower that wouldn't stop running. He was kind and willing to come with no emergency fee ( at night and in the middle of a pandemic!)! After talking through the problem, it turned out he didn't need to come because he was able to talk us through how to stop the water until the morning. Other people wanted to charge us over $200 just to come and Bernardo was honest and said because Home Depot was closed, he probably wouldn't be able to fix it until the morning. I highly recommend him!

I had a serious flood caused by a back- up in my main drain line this Saturday
I called 12 different plumbing companies, and they all said to call back on Monday. Fortunately, I called Cutler Bay plumbing and Bernardo answered the phone, and responded within one hour. After using 120 feet of snake he cleared the problem and saved my day and also my floors.

Cutler Bay Plumbing has my ultimate loyalty! This family business is the most professional and caring company I have ever dealt with!! They've replaced our water heater, redone our pipes, and fixed our leaks under the sink. My daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's in the middle of redoing the pipes and they would check in to see how she was. They have become like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone. After reading the reviews about this plumbing company I decided to call them. I had an issue with a shower-head. Another company had come to investigate the issue and told me that would have to go in the attic because the pipe was clogged and they could not do anything else I decided to call another company. When Culter Bay showed up the y were supper professional got to the root of the problem IMMEDIATELY and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Problem resolved and price was extremely reasonable. Very trustworthy company. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Cutler Bay Plumbing this morning on a July 4th holiday for an emergency repair and the owner Bernardo Garcia immediately responded, asked me about the scope of the work, quoted me a price and arrived at my home within the hour. Jessie came out earlier than promised and picked up a replacement hot water heater for me from the Home Depot. He quoted me a reasonable price and they finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Great service! Our (one) toilet clogged at 7:30 in the evening and was back flowing into the bath. We called Cutler Bay Plumbing and Bernie and Ray came within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. They also looked at our pipes and found the bigger underlying issue. They were able to give us a quote on the spot for a return visit to fix everything. Very professional, reasonably priced, and fast service.

Gotta say with all the bad companies in Miami and those that don't follow through, it's a refreshing change to find a legit company that are professional and do what they say!

Just went through a super annoying issue. I live in a townhouse community and I live on the corner townhouse. The miami dade water and sewer knock on my door on a Friday night to tell be there is water leaking on the street and they cut off my water and it the pipe is broken on my side of the meter (3 houses away). Looks like a truck ran over the meter box and cracked and broke the concrete.So I have them turn the water back on and call Cutler Bay plumbing. They fixed the issue within an hour (good because my water bill will reflect that wasted water). They (Bernard and crew)were very professional and explained every step as they repaired. Price was right also!

Jesse has been great and has helped us out a few times now. They're very responsive and do a great job for a very fair price. They're honest about what the issue is and don't try to get you to spend more on something extra that's unnecessary. We called about 2 weeks ago - we got a water bill that went over the norm by $100! We realized that we had toilets that were refilling and emptying on their own. Called Cutler bay Plumbing (previously used them in the past to replace a faucet in the kitchen- great service then too!) and the same guy came. Due to work hours Saturdays are best for us, he came over and within an hour he was done replacing the parts for all 3 toilets. I had called another company and they wanted to charge just for coming to see what the issue might be. Cutler bay plumbing are willing to check out the issue with out charging you for a trip out.They help educate to what caused and when parts should be replaced.

A trusted friend recommended Cutler Bay Plumbing and we couldn't be any more happier. I've called Cutler Bay Plumbing a 3 times for 3 different jobs and I love them. Our hot water heater broke on a Sunday night and they rushed over and replaced it right away. They were so polite and helpful. I hired them another time for a toilet we couldn't unclog and another time for a leaky sink I couldn't repair myself. Bernando has been very good to us. I've enjoyed using them so much that I recommended them to my mother, who lives far north of us and they did a major re-plumbing job for her and she couldn't be happier.

This company is amazing!!!! Very fair prices & helped me with my plumbing nightmare today!

I was having water backing up under the base of my toilet & to the bathtub when I would wash clothes or use any of the sinks. I had another plumber come over a week ago & he snaked it & told me he couldn't find the problem & that I should call the city. Which I did & they told me the problem was in my line so I then found this plumbing company on Yelp & after reading the reviews I decided to call.

The young lady that answers the phone was great & talked to me for like 15 mins & today they sent over one of their plumbers (Bernardo) & within 5 mins of being on my property he knew to dig up my backyard & sure enough the cast iron pipe leading to the sewer was totally broken & it was also backed up. He changed out the pipe & cleared it with the snake & now everything is working again!!!! Not only was he great but he also explained every step of the repair to me.

I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on! Thank you!

I have been calling these guys for any problem I have had over the past several years, and I would NEVER call anyone else before them. When I had a shower pan leak, they came, identified it, and never even asked for any money. So I called them yesterday for a leak and texted almost 25 times with Jesse who gave me all the tips I needed in order to save myself money and a visit from them. Not many people would give up so much time. Today Jesse came and fixed the problem cheaply IMHO. They are smart, reliable, and more than fair - just really good honest people. I recommend them completely.

I wanted to use Cutler Bay Plumbing for an emergency repair this weekend especially after reading there many great reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when after calling multiple times, leaving a message, and texting (as their voicemail instructs) I never received a call back at all. Their website claims that they have 24 hour emergency service and I called at 9am on a Sunday morning... so much for 24 hour service. This 1 star review is based on their failure to respond, not their work. I am sure that they do great work based on their reviews; however, I didn't get to even speak with anyone.

In this type of work, customer service is huge. I think that someone dropped the ball here. I would recommend them hiring an after hours call taking service to make sure that this doesn't happen in the future.

Thank you Cutler Bay Plumbing for coming to the rescue on Christmas morning. As Murphy's Law would have it, we suddenly had a main sanitary pipe blockage on Christmas morning and with the entire clan coming for dinner this afternoon- that was a problem. A quick search on Next Door identified Cutler Bay Plumbing. They had Jesus respond in less than an hour, and we are back in business. Great Service.

My husband and I realized we had an issue with our plumbing when both bathrooms were backed up out of no where this morning. We called Cutler Bay Plumbing at 12:30pm and Bernardí and his team arrived in less than 30 minutes. It only took him 15 minutes to find out what the issue was. Which was related to the drilling of the ground for a new fence we are getting places. He was going to come the next morning to fix it but found time later around 5pm. He digger the fence post and cement and replace the broken pipe. He ran the water and cleared out whatever was backed up before replacing it with a new pipe and had a exit with a cap for easier access to the sewer line. He also removed some clogged hair in out guest bathroom. He and his colleague were very thorough. He was so quick, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The job was done in less than 2 hours. He also gave me some value information related to the homes and plumbing in the Cutler Bay Area. It is very obvious that he has been living and working in the Cutler Bay Area for a very long time.

If you need a plumber call Bernardo. You WILL NOT regret it. He was honest and it was very apparent that he wasn't trying to rip us off with his fair price. He definitely gained a loyal customer today and I will recommend him to everyone I know who need plumbing services and will definitely be using him for some improvements I will be doing in my newly purchased home.

We had nothing but the best experience working with Cutler Bay Plumbing. They answered the phone politely and have great customer service. They came out the same day we called. The guy that came out was great. He walked us through the problem and solutions. They got the job done right and for a good price. What really caused me to take time out of my busy day and give them a great review was because they actually gave us a follow up call the next day to ensure the work was done right. NOBODY does that in Miami. I know there are alot of bad reviews here but I really get the impression that it's from their competition.

I would highly recommend this company. They did everything right from the initial phone call to service. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. This company is legit.

I LOVE Cutler Bay Plumbing... In a matter of no time I called told Jessie that I needed to replace 3 toilets... He asked if Tuesday was good, I said I can make that work. Sunday the order for the toilets were placed, Tuesday afternoon he picked up my toilets and in no time everything was done.
He made sure that everything was up and running before finally sealing it, gave me some tips on my new toilets and right before leaving informed me that if there are any issues to give him a call. I'll definitely be using and sharing my experienced with Cutler Bay Plumbing.

Right before a long holiday weekend, we had another emergency. Called Cutler Bay Plumbing, they came right away despite it was almost closing time. Found & fixed the leak, made sure the wall they had to break was not only repaired but that it matched the rest of the wall. All for a very fair price.
