Very responsive and professional.  Took pride in the work done; water tank installation. Price was on the high end.

We had a hose bib that was leaking. Got hold of Jesse & he came out within a few days. Turned out to be a much bigger job than we thought. He had to crawl under the house, replace some piping & a ground wire in addition to the bib itself. It took several hours, but the end result is solid. Jesse is a knowledgeable, hardworking man who is new to FL. We will use him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Very happy with the service they provided. The plumber who showed up was committed to getting the job done right and stayed for a very long time, despite the fact that the price was fixed and he wouldn't be getting paid more for going above and beyond. Very satisfied.

Someone from this company showed up to tell me he did not have a faucet when my appointment was for a broken faucet.  At $100/hour, that is ridiculous service.  I will not be calling this company ever again.

We just moved into a new home and encountered a few unexpected surprises.  I found Clogbusters on Yelp and although not many reviews, their office was close to me so I gave them a try.  I received prompt service, a very knowledgeable plumber, reasonable rates and help beyond what I expected. Great job.

Best plumber EVER. My sink has been clogged for weeks and every plumbing company I called told me it would be $150-$200 just for them to come out to my house. I was referred to Alafia Plumbing by a friend of mine who said his prices were fair and he was honest. I gave him a call (Friday) and he said he could come out the next day (Saturday) and look at my sink. He told me it would be free for him to come out and he quoted me $75 if he needed to snake the drain(s). He came right on time, looked at everything, snaked the drain, and I paid $75 All together. He was very respectful of my home and did honest work. I will use this company in the future may I ever have another plumbing problem. I highly recommend!

AC went out late Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house within a couple of hours of calling. Less than an hour more to diagnose and make the repair all at a very reasonable rate.

Just moved back to South Tampa and called this company to fix a toilet and two master bathroom sinks that bubble when the shower is turned on. Day after, problem still happening, but I figured I'd give it a week to see if it would go away since they had me buy a new part, but it did not.
A woman named Karen who answers the phone, told me I'd have to pay another $275 just for plumber to return. When I asked why I'd have to pay again since problem was not fixed, her voice changed and she became defensive/argumentative, asking if I had read the contract where it says there are no guarantees, that **** is 'our best plumber', asked why I waited to call back, stated over & over that it was toilet paper that clogged the pipes, etc. (it was definitely not a 'toilet paper' issue) and still demanded I pay
$275 again.
She spoke over me, cut me off, was rude until I was finally able to ask, 'Why are you arguing with a customer?'  She abruptly answered she would have a supervisor call and hung up on me!  How unprofessional!
I am a single mother, a retired Veteran (no Vet discount either) and have already paid them a total of $700 in the past couple weeks. The least they could do is come and see what the problem really is instead of just putting a Band-Aid on it!

Update:  Almost a week later and nobody has called me back.  I can't stand horrible customer service.
