Andy and crew were friendly prompt and got my leaks found and fixed in a day and a half. And for a great price. He listened to my needs (not wanting to tear into the terrazzo flooring) and came up with the perfect solution. I will definitely always tell everyone to use them :)

I had a leak in the bathroom faucet which I tried to repair.  After several attempts, I finally threw up my hands.  Not sure who to hire, I called a friend who recommended Charles Thompson.  I thought I would give him a shot and I am glad I did.

I explained the problem and Charles gave me a price which was quite reasonable. He knew exactly what to do and within minutes NO LEAK!  

If you're looking for an experienced plumber who cleans up after the mess and whose cost are reasonable, Charles is your man.

I had Alvarez plumbing come to my home to replace a water shut off valve. Unfortunately due to some technical problems with the community plumbing we had to delay the repair. I was quoted a price of $275.00 to do the work. I paid the service charge since they did show up to do the original repair and they said to call them when I was ready to do the repair. Well I called and now the same repair is $500.00. Yea right.....never again will I call Alvarez Plumbing.

Great service..we had a need for a new hot water heater ....now ... (ours was starting to leak) and they were there the same day and installed it with precision the very same day!!  We were never without hot water.  A disaster was avoided!!  Thanks guys

gave me an attitude because I called during somebody's birthday party. then why answer? never called me back the next day as promised regarding the problem I had described to make an appointment. I guess business is good for plumbers in So Flo because it's like pulling teeth getting them to come out!

Julio, the owner, was on the phone with me on 3 separate occasions, which included a Friday night at 9:45pm, and took the time to answer all my questions.  I know I must have been a pest, trying to come up with the best solution to replace my water heater.  He was patient and honest.  Of course I shopped around.  No one took the time like Julio did.  

He came in with his team, masked up and ready to work.  I have elderly in the home.  Communication was so great, he had pictures and a video of what to expect.  It wasn't an easy job, due to the space constraints and shoddy job that was done 15 years ago.  He ran new copper pipes and replaced the valve with a ball valve!  In all, I was very happy with the work and transparency he and his team provided.

The company never bothered to show up or call for my appointment. They made it same day and I guess don't care.

Talk about old school Miami Springs plumber. I have had Dave Bradford do several projects in my house. His extra special skill is in working with Natural Gas. He has hooked up a gas washer/dryer, moved a gas meter and helped with a weber gas grill conversion. His van is like Felix the Cat's bag, he has every obscure attachment possible.

His hourly rate sounds frightening, but he gets the job done in a timely manner and you feel confident that it was done right. It is very, very, VERY hard to find quality work like that.

BTW - He only speaks English. Just FYI

On June 18, I sent a service request to Bay Area Plumbing because my tenant had a problem with her commode, and I was out of town so I couldn't look at it.  Two days later, she still hadn't heard from them.  I instructed my tenant to give them a call.  She e-mailed me on June 22 to let me know that she had spoken with them the day before and that they would get back with me.  I had no phone service where I was, so I borrowed a friend's cell phone to call them and ask if they could e-mail an estimate to me since I had no phone service at the time.  The lady in the office agreed to this; however, the service men ignored our agreement and contacted my husband, who doesn't even own the house, to get approval to make the repairs.  When I reminded them of our agreement, his response was It is hard to communicate via email.  Obviously, they had no intention of honoring our agreement.  He offered to remove the new parts and replace with the old ones, but said I would still have to pay the service fee of $49.  I probably wouldn't even have used them if they had been honest about the estimate.  Then to top it off, I was billed $225 to replace a fill valve and flapper valve.  I wouldn't recommend Bay Area Plumbing to anyone.

it was a pleasure to work with perez plumbing. izzy is professional and personable. i prefer to work with self-employed vendors where possible because i am able to build a relationship rather than be a job number, even though sometimes it's unavoidable.

when you call perez plumbing, will will talk to valerie, who is a delight and an integral part of perez plumbing. perez plumbing is priced fairly, efficient and leaves the job site clean, but the main reason i chose them over others is that they are licensed, insured and they had good and honest reviews. i am glad i chose to go with perez plumbing and i will always call them for my plumbing needs.

Needed my outside water valve fixed badly. Found them thanks to a friend (or no thanks) and made an appointment. Man came right away. Told me the part was going to cost $100. I was totally ok with that. Took the guy less than a 20 minutes to install it. Charged me $550 for the whole job.  The guy was out of my house in less than 30 minutes and I think it was a pretty simple job. I was expecting more along the range of $250 including the part. I feel completely taken advantage of. Especially during these trying times. I was desperate and he took advantage of my desperation. Will not be recommending them to anyone.
