Andrew is absolutely the best in the business! He helped us out with replacing a shower faucet cartridge. Not only was he knowledgeable, but detailed in his work. He took consideration in our home and wore shoe coverings to keep our home clean. He kept us updated on any unforeseen issues that could occur. He was very transparent with his pricing and services that he offered. He took the extra time to share knowledge in preventative maintenance for plumbing. He was phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for a better plumber to come to our home. I will 1000% recommend him to all my family and friends. I've used the guys at Crowell Plumbing and Heating for years -- first at my house in Westchase, and more recently at my condo in Carrollwood, and I've always been very pleased with their service. Over the years they have helped me to replace old fixtures, fixed an annoying leak in my washing machine, and most recently replaced my hot water heater.

Bobby, one of Crowell's Master Plumbers, helped me by replacing the water heater and the drip pan underneath, and then completely replaced and reconfigured the PVC piping in and out of the water heater to be sure that everything was draining correctly. Very personable guy who took the time to explain what he was doing, and then spent the extra time cleaning up after the repair job to be sure that all the trash was removed and the floor was cleaned.

Crowell offers all of the standard residential, commercial, and new construction plumbing service and repair work as well as 24 x 7 emergency service. Their offices are on Florida Avenue near Cappy's Pizzeria.

Referred to Jim by a handyman friend. Had a slow leaking toilet that's been bugging us for some time. Called him Wednesday afternoon, he was here promptly at 9 AM Friday morning. Took about an hour replaced the seal and flapper. Nice older gentleman. Reasonable price I thought $125.

We had leak ops out do to a high water bill. They were quick and efficient at locating our leak and in no time had the slab leak pin pointed within a foot of the leak. They made great recommendations and were very clean and efficient. Overall 10/10 experience!

I always call IP first.  If they can schedule me i know the job will be done right and for the best price.  Sometimes I can't get them asap because they are booked.  That happened recently and they gave me other reliable plumbers.  The others did well but at a higher cost.  IP is always my first choice since 15-20 years ago.  Like another reviewer, I remember George.  He thoroughly fixed what 3 other plumbers charged for but didnt fix.  I was sorry to hear he was retired but each plumber since has been excellent.

He was great. Showed up on time. Quickly was able to snake out a clog. And he gave great info on a safer drain cleaner that clears out clogs. Very happy with customer service. And he wore a mask which was good.

3rd time using this company and let me tell you they always redefine the term customer service. Daniel was prompt, very professional and just a very down-to-earth tech. Had to replace a toilet, gave me a great price and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommended this company for all your plumbing needs!

I had used Busto Plumbing in the past.  I have since moved away but rent my house.  My new tenant called with some issues.  I spoke with Rocco and they worked with my tenant on a time to come out.  In addition, the plumber, Charlie, kept me updated throughout the entire water heater and faucet replacement.  

On top of everything, they were $300 cheaper than another plumber I called for an estimate.

I just finished receiving an emergency service from Roto Rooter, the tech being Rene. He was early to the appointment, extremely professional, VERY knowledgeable in his field, very conscious of the property and keeping it clean during the service and was able to efficiently handle the issue at hand and provided better service than I expected. I highly recommend Rene as your plumbing technician. He did a fantastic job. I am a happy customer and will be calling this company for our plumbing needs.

Seriously? I think these guys are the poster children for all plumbers, Lazy. I called them for service and they said they wouldn't even drive 2 miles from where they hang out on St Pete Beach. If they won't even make this small effort to make money and earn business I'd hate to see what kind of plumbing work they do. I'd pass on these guys. Or they may even pass on you when you call.

The guy who fixed my plumbing problems my sink was very nice got the job done quick and was so inexpensive

I called BMD from yelp i needed my mobile home bathroom flooring redone and must i say they were pretty impressive, they completed the job about two weeks ago and it still looks good i was out of town in colorado when they came and helped me with this project i will call them again. I love what they did and i will recommend them to everyone in this community in st pete.

Spent $10k to run brand new plumbing and toilets for entire 2 story house. As the project ensued Rolando became impossible to get a hold of, extremely rude, and hostile. 6 months after install and countless times running an auger to clear the upstairs bathroom line we had to call other plumbers to get a borescope down the line as it didn't seem normal that brand new plumbing wouldn't go more than 1-2 days without getting clogged. Rolando took no responsibility for his incompetence and we found Rolando left a test ball enlodged in the drain line which was supposed to be removed after the rough in stage causing all the backups. To this day he still did not admit wrong or offer any reimbursement with proof and documentation of his fault. They are in it for the short term and not long term business people no regard for keeping customers satisfied or owning up to their mistakes. Would be nice if they reached out to rectify the situation but instead they just ignore/don't answer calls/or rationalize no fault on their behalf. Run far away from using this guy. I'm an investor doing a lot of rehabs and around the construction business a very long time. Do not trust and beware. Will be filing small claims suit and having insurance go after him

Your driver for the truck with the tag HJYW80 is a horrible driver putting peoples lives at risk and cutting them off with no indication. I would not want a wreckers driver like that representing my business
