Excellent work on our shut off valve and outdoor facet. Price was good. Jesse worked fast and knew what needed to be done. He showed up on time and we will be calling him for any future plumbing needs we may have. He was quick to respond to the quote request and fit us in quickly as well.

Another great success using Jessie for fixing two outdoor water valves, one of which he had to replace and another one he had to retrofit. Would highly recommend him as always!!!

Noticed some water damage on our drywall late night on a Sunday and called JK Plumbing Solutions.  Jessie was out the next day and quickly found the problem (small leak from a joint), fixed the problem and was on his way.   He explained the process every step of the way and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to.  We were both relieved the leak in the wall was minor!  I'm already planning on having him out again to replace some old sink fixtures and will happily use him for any plumbing needs going forward.  I highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Edit:  Unfortunately there was a either a second leak higher up, or we missed the leak the first time.  Texted Jessie and he was at my house in 15 minutes, discovered the leak in a really difficult spot just a bit above the previous area work was done on.  He offered these services free of charge but I insisted on giving him something.  This was a tricky leak to discover!  Everything appears fixed now!  Fantastic plumber and great guy, he's got a customer for life in me :)

Jessie was right on time during this emergency, he was friendly, honest and up to front.  Discussed the quote and agreed to the work order in timely fashion.  He explained all the problems while working under the sink.  He said the previous plumber wasn't right with the pipes and such.  Jesse was able to re-arrange the pump and the filter so no leaking from garbage disposal will appear again.

I would recommended him.   He know how to fix and explain the problem for us who need better understanding with plumber issues.  

After the work was done, he was able to clean the water flood and dry it quickly.

Do not hesitate to book with these guys.  They are great!  The communication is fantastic and quick, and Jesse is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing toilets.  Not only did he fix my toilet but he went over and beyond and fixed our sink drain at no extra cost because it was a simple repair that he noticed (while we did not).  We have retained them to fix another issue with our tub in the next couple of weeks so safe to say he is our go to guy now when it comes to plumbing.  What I really enjoyed as well is that he takes off his shoes when he enters your house!!

Several members of my online community group recommended this business and Jesse is super communicative, prompt, and knowledgeable. There's no up charges here and I feel everything is a fair price. More importantly you'll get honest suggestions, like how it's probably not worth it for me to have my guest bathroom's reversed hot and cold controls in the shower fixed.

Jesse can do it, but he took time to explain cost vs value. Honestly I didn't care about the controls but figured I'd get an opinion while he was here. When I'm talking to my own clients I explain cost vs value but rarely do I have someone else do the same for me. I couldn't be happier.

I'll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs and you should, too. Also he left no mess in my house if that's a concern you've had from other plumbing experiences.

The pilot light on my water heater ended up going out and I tried to get it to come on but without any success. I called out JK plumbing and was instructed to send over images of the water heater to see if there was anything to advise over the phone. Unfortunately, there was no way of telling the issue without a service appointment do we scheduled one and Jessie came out the same day. Jessie tried to get the pilot light to work but was unable to, even after splicing one of the electrical wires going to the light. The pilot light would spark then, but not stay lit and there was no status indicator on the unit. Jessie sent me a quote for the cost to repair and a cost to replace the unit

Seeing as the unit was about 10 years old and likely would fail shortly anyway, I decided to opt for a replacement unit. I inquired about a larger unit and was able to get a separate quote to make a decision on the size and cost. I ended up getting a bigger unit and Jessie was able to secure one, despite short supply for larger units. The next week we were able to set up an appointment and get my water heater replaced. Jessie went the extra mile to ensure the replacement water heater installation would be up to snuff. I appreciated his attention to detail and talking me through some of what he was doing.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services. We need to replacement our kitchen faucet and had requested quote from multiple plumbers. Jessy gave me the quote quickly on Yelp at a very reasonable price without any hassles. He came in the next day and did a great job! He even helped clean the sink and throw the trash! Jessie came on time and fixed the issue by starting where the problem was and didn't try to jump to the ultimate solution to charge a higher amount. He billed the service visit fee only. He cleaned the area after finishing the job, I am a happy customer.

We needed to have two of our toilets replaced and wanted to support a local small business. I contacted a couple of plumbers and Jessie is the only one who consistently responded to my messages. So many of the other places, would not even give me a free base quote. We purchased the toilets he recommended and scheduled an appt. Jessie gave me a quote and did not nickel and dime me (like some other plumbers).  He took pandemic precautions--mask, social distance, and sanitized. He politely took off his shoes without me having to ask when he entered the house and cleaned up after installing, including hauling away the old toilets. As a bonus, he actually showed up in the 1-hour window he said he would unlike other companies that give you a 4-hour window.

Jesse of JK Plumbing Solutions came by our house earlier this morning to replace a garbage disposal and install a new drain/stopper in our clogged bathroom sink. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time (after texting us to see if that was okay), and finished both jobs quicker than anticipated and even snaked our clogged drains. Jesse did a fantastic job and left no mess; seriously there was no trace of any work done (save the brand new garbage disposal in our kitchen sink and the drain plug/stopper in our hall bathroom)

We found out about JK Plumbing Solutions from a neighborhood group page on Facebook, and are happy that we did. We try to support small, local businesses when we can, and we're happy and satisfied with Jesse's work.

After the tasks were completed, Jesse called my husband and I up to show us the finished products and answer any questions we had. In the short time we spoke, Jesse was very personable and informative. He even answered some additional plumbing questions we had and offered some solutions.

Showed up to inspect a water leak I had. An honest tradesman, and wasn't pushy. Prices were reasonable. In comparison, other larger companies wanted to charge 400$ just to come out and look at the leak. JK plumbing came out, inspected, and gave recommendations on what I should do. Decided to follow through with his advice. He even fixed small plumbing related things without nickel and diming me. Great guy, would recommend to anyone.

My sad and pathetic shower fixtures were on their last legs.  I finally had to throw in the literal towel because it was leaking too much to ignore, so I went on trusty old yelp to find me an expert.  

Jessie was the one who responded promptly, answered all my questions, looked at the photos I sent and was honest about what needed doing and gave a reasonable estimate.  So I made the appointment.

I mean, look at the photos.  Look!  it went from Slum Aesthetic to New and Sparkly!  It doesn't leak!  I no longer have possibly creepy microplastics from a broken down plumbing situation going into my orifices!  

In short, Jessie did a great job, he did it quickly, I don't feel hosed (price wise.  But i'm gonna get the best shower hose down now that it's no longer leaking gross things), and I feel pretty good about supporting a new local business!

My water softener broke, Jesse provided a flat rate and came as scheduled.   The new unit came broken and I had a lot problems dealing with the return and delivery with my warranty service as well as the supplier.  Jesse was flexible and even made a few trips to my home.  He is very friendly, reliable, flexible and he did not charge me extras.  My unit is working again and I couldn't be any happier.  Thanks Jesse!  I would be very comfortable calling him again for any plumbing issues.

Just got my shower valve fixed yesterday. Jessie is a nice, friendly, neatly guy. He didn't overcharge more than what he estimated. He did a good job at my house.

JK Plumbing saved the day for me.  Jesse came in to my home, assessed the problem, then went straight to work.  Jesse was very professional and demonstrated his experience and knowledge of plumbning.  My piping had never been replaced in 30 years and Jesse upgraded it all at an extremely good price.  I would definitely recommend him.  He takes his work seriously and it shows!!!

Jessie is fantastic.  Super responsive, great communication, excellent work, and very competitive prices.  He came out for free to do an assessment (same day), then came back out to repair a pinhole leak in our pipes.  He worked quickly, and very cleanly, and even repaired a leaky hose bib for free.  Could not recommend him highly enough.  We've found our go-to plumber!

Jessie is amazingly communicative and transparent. I requested a quote to replace my toilet through Yelp and he responded quickly. I called to set up an appointment and he was friendly and patient with my questions. The day of the appointment, he was running late due to an unexpected issue at an earlier appointment but he was constantly communicating with me and providing updates. He ended up working really late on my toilet, but he never made me feel like he was in a rush to leave or that I was a hassle to him. He even helped fix an issue with my shower that I did not tell him about on the phone (because I had not yet caused the issue)! He went above and beyond and his pricing is more than fair--his price was half that of a quote I got from a larger company. I could not recommend JK Plumbing any more highly, I will certainly be calling again for my future plumbing needs!

I desperately needed a working toilet on the main level of my townhouse because I was sick and using the steps for an upstairs toilet was extremely difficult due to an injury. Jessie was able to work me into his schedule the next morning. He not only fixed the stoppage, but cleaned the bowl completely as well as making the lever to flush the toilet much easier to use.  I am so impressed with him I'm kinda happy the toilet was stopped up because I now have my plumber for the future. Jessie is personable and very easy to work with.  I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Called for a service on 6/14/2021 for kitchen sink clog and provided a great same day repair.

I have used Jessie for a couple of jobs so far and I'll definitely use him again whenever I have plumbing issues - the reviews attesting to his skills and solid business practices are all accurate in my experience. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues you might have.

Scheduled Jessie in less than a week, and he got the job (replacing the kitchen faucet cartridge) done well and on time. My tenant was very satisfied, which means so am I.

Contacted Jessie through Yelp, and he came out a few days later.  He's been here twice in the last few weeks to repair various plumbing issues in our home. He is knowledgeable and nice. His prices are very reasonable. He is professional and works very hard to solve the issues. He took off his shoes which I require. I have recommended him to friends and definitely would call him again for plumbing issues.
He only accepts checks. I would rather pay with a credit card to get the points, but it's not a reason not to hire him. He arrived on time and was very respectful.

Prompt service by Jessie from the Centreville  location (which serves Northern VA) was much appreciated.  I live in Arlington (Rosslyn) and was given a one hour window for arrival at the time JK Plumbing Solutions gave the appointment a few days before.  Jessie came timely.  He was courteous, efficient, answered all questions, made suggestions to deal with the bathroom problem. Also, I was given an excellent price for the toilet reset over the phone, something that other plumbers I contacted were generally not inclined to do.   They wanted to make an appointment to see the bathroom first, before quoting a price.  Or they charged to come out and give me price quote,  Or they gave an inflated price.  Service for the toilet reset by Jessie seems to have solved the problem.  I definitely give JK Plumbing Solutions a thumbs up.

Jessie is awesome. He was the first one to respond when I submitted a request for quote to address a moaning pipe issue and toilet replacement. Two other plumbers came by for estimates and were $200-$500 higher than his price. We had a hose bib that was leaking. Got hold of Jesse & he came out within a few days. Turned out to be a much bigger job than we thought. He had to crawl under the house, replace some piping & a ground wire in addition to the bib itself. It took several hours, but the end result is solid. Jesse is a knowledgeable, hardworking man who is new to FL. We will use him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Today I had JK Plumbing out to replace a kitchen faucet.  He was running a little late but continuously kept in touch to update me, which was greatly appreciated.  He did a wonderful, professional job, cleaned up after himself, and was fast to complete the job.   The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I got.  I had questioned why his reviews were from VA, but he explained he is new in town, and trying to grow his business here.  That is my good luck.  I am so glad I called him!!  Definitely will use him again.

We had a pipe leak in a hard to reach ceiling.  JK plumbing fixed the problem thoroughly.  Very professional and competitively priced.  Punctual and quick to respond to to inquiry.  Was able to provide accurate estimate based off clear pictures unlike their competition.
