Kent responded quickly and replaced my rusted leaking water heater. He protected the area around the work site and cleaned up prior to leaving. He explained the replacement process and the current codes. ( it's amazing how much has changed since 2004 when the water heater was last installed. )
He tested the entire system before leaving and as expected it works perfectly.

Over the Holidays, we found ourselves in need of a plumber. All Purpose Plumbing was quick to respond, dependable and affordable. He arrived within the stated timeframe, isolated the issue and repaired the problem. We have finally found our go to plumber.

The man helping us was teaching another guy how to fix stuff. Oh, we're they terrible.

I had a galvanized pipe going out of my hot water heater start leaking. My husband was out of town so I had to call a plumber. Everyday Plumber came out the next day. Service man was an hour late past the appointment window.  Right away he wanted to sell me a new water heater to the tune of $1400. (He said regarding my propane gas water heater: oh, those are very expensive). I questioned why i needed a new one because the tank is only around 5 years old. He said if he tried to repair the pipe, he was positive that the pipe was also corroded inside the tank and it would just break off, forcing me to replace the tank anyway.  I opted for the temporary solution of a rubber boot for $150 while I could save up for a new water heater. This consisted of a cut piece of foam rubber hose fastened with a metal clamp. Maybe $2 worth of supplies.  It held the leak long enough until my husband returned home a week later and replaced BOTH pipes (incoming and outgoing water) for probably $20.

We had a leaking pipe. All we wanted was a simple repair. The  plumber replaced all of the pipes. He removed the flexible pipes. Now if I need to replace the water heater I will have to pay to have to the pipes replaced. I asked Olin if they would replace the water heater for free if it goes bad. He refused. I do not recommend this plumber.
