Great experience! Expecting delivery of new washer/dryer we pulled out the old combo and found leaks at the hose bibs. We called for help around 7pm Friday and job completed by 9pm. Our Saturday delivery is still on schedule before 10am. Would definitely recommend.
Ivan and Jose were awesome. We had a leaky sink in the morning, they were here before noon (less than an hour after we called them), and they did a great job. They were adamant on letting us know what they were doing and how everything was going which was good to know cause I don't know anything about plumbing. They even did some extra work to help our water pressure at no extra cost. 10/10 would recommend - can't imagine anyone better in Miami

OMG! i cannot say enough good things about this company!!! Easy process from the moment i called until the job was done. Adrian was the person that did the job. He came to the house right away at 8'00 AM..gave us an estimate and came back the same day to do the job,just like he had said. I wish every company in Miami was so easy to deal with!

Had a big leak in my kitchen on a Saturday morning. Spent hours calling plumbers all over Miami who either didn't have availability or wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to just give me an estimate.
Hit the jackpot when I came across Miami Emergency Plumbing! The dispatcher was courteous and promised a plumber would call me back shortly. Within a couple of minutes I received a call from a plumber who agreed to be at my condo within 30minutes for a free estimate. Adrian and his partner arrived on time, were extremely profesional, and identified the problem within minutes. Pricing was extremely reasonable and a fraction of the cost I was being quoted by others for just a service call.

Very happy with the service they provided. The plumber who showed up was committed to getting the job done right and stayed for a very long time, despite the fact that the price was fixed and he wouldn't be getting paid more for going above and beyond. Very satisfied.
This company was awesome. I called them late Saturday night and they got right back to me. They gave me the best price out of 4 other places I called. Roy was really nice, professional and answered my messages quickly. He got to my house ASAP and everything was fixed perfectly. I will definitely call them again. Great great experience. Thanks Roy!!
They charged me $450 for a 30 min job, unfortunately was an emergency and had no choice but to fix this (broken pipe) but otherwise i would pass and call someone else, he had less than $50 in materials so i consider this to be a bit pricey, they even left a hole in the wall which is now my problem to fix. i would never call this company again for sure.

These guys are fantastic. Our toilets wouldn't flush and our showers backed up at 9pm last night (a Saturday night, naturally). Obviously our regular plumber couldn't come out so we called Miami Emergency Plumbing after doing a google search. They came out and the young gentleman that was here was very polite, and spent almost two hours figuring out the issue. He had to go up on the roof to clear out some sort of blockage in the plumbing stacks. The first time he did it the toilets still weren't flushing, so he went back up and did it again, and lo and behold, problem solved! By midnight our plumbing was good as new. We've never been so happy to fork over $375. Thank you so much, Miami Emergency Plumbing! We will not hesitate to call you all again if we need it.
The worst thing that can happen is to have a leak in a building affecting more than one unit on a Saturday... amazingly after several failed calls, I found Miami Emergency plumber and they said they would have the plumber there within the next two hours and their plumber Ivan was there within 1.30 hours. The work he did was amazing! He worked on three different units and was able to fix it all at a very reasonable cost. Super professional and complied to all the request we had as far as itemizing the invoice so we could charge each unit owner independently and sending photos of all the affected areas and after the work

Friday night 10pm. We called Miami Emergency Plumbing after calling 10 prior plumbers. Roy said he'd be at the house in an hour but showed up 40 minutes EARLY! The price was totally fair for after hours. The leak was capped off and my house was saved from so much water damage. Roy is BOTH the nicest and BEST!
I cannot say enough good things about Miami Emergency Plumbing. We called them on a Wednesday evening when we arrived home to discover the wax seal on our toilet had failed, and water was gushing from the bottom of the toilet. To make matters worse, we discovered our shut-off valve was broken. We chose Miami Emergency Plumbing on a whim after doing a Google search, and I am so happy that we did. Our interaction with the company from the first call to the end of their service visit was nothing but stellar.
The dispatcher was kind and courteous to deal with and said one of the plumbing technicians would call me immediately. As promised, Ivan called within a few minutes to help assess the situation by phone and let me know when he would arrive. He stayed on the phone to try to help me find the emergency water shut-off outside, reassure us and give us an idea of what to expect when he arrived. Ivan was incredibly kind and professional -- and we all know how rare that is in Miami. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace our shut-off valve and our wax seal. He was very knowledgable and kind. Total professional. Again, something you don't always expect when doing business in Miami. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very pleased with the work that was done! George really helped us get our leaking bathroom sink fixed, actually completely installed a new sink and new piping etc. Everything looks and works great! And we don't have to brush our teeth in the kitchen anymore lol.

Just had the best experience and have to share. During the Christmas weekend our kitchen sink became clogged and our hallway bathroom faucet became loose. My husband found Miami Emergency Plumbing using google and Ivan was very professional, on time, clean and to the point. We highly recommend Ivan and his team at Miami Emergency Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. This type of service is a rarity in Miami.
The pipes from underneath the kitchen sink became loose causing water to begin spilling. Having to repair the issue immediately I googled 24 hour plumbing, went with the first two hits not knowing what to expect, especially in Miami. After getting a voicemail, I decide to go with the second find however shortly after a dispatcher for Miami Emergency Plumbing called me back, and she was very quick and professional on informing me that a plumber would call me shortly. Ivan called me, began inquiring as to the nature of the problem and walked me through every step so that I can provide him with as much of a precise idea as possible. Ultimately, he had to come out to the home.
Let me just say that individuals like Ivan are a rarity in Miami. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable providing me every option in an attempt to help me make a sound decision. He was extremely diligent in doing the work and he was quick too. I'd recommend this company with no reservation and definitely will be holding on to their number for future services as well as spreading the word for anyone who may need a plumber. I'm extremely pleased with the entire service from beginning, when the dispatcher called, to the end, when Ivan completed the job.

MEP helped me out on the weekend with a fairly minor problem that needed plumbing expertise. The response was quick, the service was polite, the repair was efficient, the price was high. I would call them again.
Very helpful. Gave me free plumbing advice that fixed my drain! Makes sure you can do the job yourself first before sending a plumber to you. That's customer-first thinking!
Wouldn't answer the phone or offer a way to leave a message...just hang ups on the call.
Ask for Adrian!!! He and his partner are hands-down the most honest plumbers I've been able to somehow find in Miami---and this is coming from a young, twenty year old woman who doesn't know the first thing about plumbing. Very easy for others to take advantage.
I had several issues with my washer/dryer connections and plumbing, multiple leaks, and crappy boxed hot water heater. He did an outstanding job while charging a very reasonable price (wouldn't let me pay him on several occasions). Super timely, offers to come outside of business hours (first thing in the morning/evening for me), and constantly keeps you informed and updated on your issue. Most recently he made all repairs just in time for me to catch my flight!! Lucky to have found these guys!

Called to unclog toilet. Charged $399 for a very quick job. Within 24 hours, toilet was clogged again. Called company to address. Refused to go back and get it fixed.

I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Miami Emergency Plumbing! Ivan, Harvey, Adrien and Vanessa- you guys saved me! I am new to Miami and unknowingly hired an unlicensed plumber and was facing a large fine from the condo association. I called Miami Emergency Plumbing at 6pm in a panic. They helped to calm me down and sent someone to my house within 30 minutes. The guys were polite, helpful, and professional. Ask for Giovanni (not sure about spelling) but he was a very HONEST, FAIR, stand up plumber! I truly appreciated his work ethic, his response time and his timely service in fixing the issue I had with my toilet. Very efficient!
