Very good experience with Plumb Pros. We had a drainage line stopped up on the Saturday before New Year's, and they came right out that day, and back on New Year's Eve to complete the job. They cleaned everything up and worked in a very speedy but thorough manner.
They had to take up some tile and jackhammer our basement floor to fix the problem, but they left very clean lines for the tiler to patch in replacement tiles, were very careful with my appliances, and took photos for me to use in my insurance claim.
I would recommend!
This plumbing business took advantage of my elderly parents. Their furnace went out and Plumb pros charged them 5,000 to repair! That was when it finally worked! They went an entire next day because the part failed, then they had to order the part! Avoid at all cost cause it will cost you!
I am going to try, really try to be fair. My main goal was to get an evaluation of an existing furnace that is still under warranty. In the end I got that.
But I am just sick and tired of mechanical contractors trying to upsell and gouge unwitting customers.
I had an appointment scheduled that was canceled twice. Finally they came a day later.
But I was told over the phone that I could get a bid to relocate some gas lines. That didn't happen.
Instead I was given a myriad of options to completely replace my furnace, ductwork, humidifier, water heater, etc. In the end I am just trying to replace my A/C unit.
But this contractor, like several others, seems to want to sell a whole new HVAC and DHW system even if it doesn't need it. It is really quite shameful.
We all understand that there has been some inflation due to Covid and other so-called supply chain problems. But this contractor wanted to sell me everything for a whopping $45k. It is absurd and outrageous. Of course there were less expensive opt. But the least expensive was about $15k.
My advice- steer clear of this kind of unethical price gouging.

We've been in our home 17 years and have had to use their service maybe twice. We are allowed our service plan to lapse and never got around to renewing it. In order to finish off the summer and prepare for the winter weather, we had a service appointment for today. I am extremely happy to report that Dominic and Justin were awesome! They were very clear and concise about the service that was needed, very professional and on time. With everything that they did with 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners and a hot water heater, they left absolutely no mess! We have reinstated our service plan and will have them out twice a year as recommended. I would highly recommend using Plumb Pros for all of your plumbing, heating & HVAC needs!

Extremely overpriced for what you get. I had asked for help replacing a faucet and drain in the bathroom. We used them when we first bought our house and needed to repair plumbing, we were very satisfied with the service then-- so I was shocked how bad they were this time.
They looked at the sink, went to their van for a few minutes and came back with a quote for $950. I told them that was way to much. He immediately said he would do it for 750. I was surprised how quickly he knocked off $300!
I still felt that was a little high and said I would go for 650 and he refused. They still charged me a $45 fee for showing up. After I declined, they stood by their van in my drive way for about an hour smoking and joking before leaving to another call I assume.
I called a handy man who replaced the drain at cost. $45 in aluminum piping and installed the sink for $85. I would recommend skipping service from this company.
We needed to replace two faucets and had a leak in another. Fonz and Garrett showed up ON time and did an awesome job at repairing both. They were courteous, respectful, and worked efficiently. I recommend this company, and would use them again.

We loved Plumb Pros and used them for many years. We bought their Plumb Pro contract. Everything was great until it wasn't. Last September we had our furnace serviced under our contract. The service tech that came out checked our furnace and then told us that our hot water heater was very old and we should get a new one. He left a bid of over $4000. The next day we had no hot water. Really? Turns out he turned the thermostat down as low as it could go. Who does that? We are seniors in our 70's. Why would they mess with us? We were so sad because we trusted them. Do not use this company. Do not!

Had work done on AC, price quoted seemed high at the time, but I went ahead and did it because I was a bit desperate. After the fact, did a little research and found that other places would have done the work for less than half the price.
Before you say yes, do your homework because you will likely be paying way more than you would with other companies. Talked to the owner about it, and he said his prices were his prices. So, buyer beware.
TL;DR: I will never use them again for any work at my house.
I have used Plumb Pros for the last three years. My a/c was cutting on and off. My nest thermostat gave a warning that the temperature was increasing and blowing warm air. I called on Thursday and they came out that Friday. Very fast turnaround. The Fonz literally and his Apprentice Scott. Took their time to troubleshoot and not rush into a quick fix. It was raining hard and I admired the Fonz's tenacity, to continue with the mission. After everything was said and done. It required Freon in which he checked my system for leaks before charging. I recommend the Plumb Pros, outstanding job. Special thanks to Fonz and Scott.
Called to have dishwasher installed. Was told it would be a $45 service call which was fine. They arrive and quote $525 for dishwasher install.
The tech was nice and professional and friendly. The guy we scheduled with was also nice and friendly.
I'm giving three stars because they were professional 100% of the time, even when we were shocked at the install price.
I'm seeing multiple reviews that this company is over priced and we are feeling the same.
Even though everyone was super friendly, we can't get over the sticker shock.
We had Greg Elder come and install it for...$100.
Thanks for the $45 service charge PlumbPro's!

If you have an emergency, they will come out right away hence the one star. Quick service. I ducted off three stars cause of their skyrocketing quotes. They will charge you 3x what an experienced plumber would charge. They will rip you off. Even with their $50 off, it's still a rip off. I don't recommend them and will never hire them again. It just doesn't make sense to charge $335 (after $50 off) to replace a tiny piece of plastic plumbing that costs $5 at Home Depot and took ten mins to replace. Never again.

We had a good experience with PlumbPro in January, it was Anthony that did the service call and he was great. This time we had a horrible experience with the technician they sent since Anthony was off. We had a well pump that stopping working. He came out and said the entire pump and motor had to be replaced and quoted $2500! We knew the cost of water pumps and told him it was outrageous and that we'd get the pump and just wanted an install fee, mind you our entire pump and well system has valves for easy access to the pump or filters. He quoted $835! Insane.
Had another technician from a different company come out, it turned out to be an impeller kit that was needed, the motor and pump housing were fine. $125 in parts and $100 in labor.
PlumbPro has changed dramatically, be careful and be willing to walk away if they quote too high.
This company takes advantage of older women with memory issues. Changes a hot water tank for my grandmother. Tank cost approx $370 but some who the job comes out at $6000??!! Come on, the average is $1500-3000. I get 6-8 hours of labor at a plumbers rate but to gouge a 78 year old women who lives by herself and has memory issues and lives on fixed income with no contract signed. Great job!!!!!

Wow! When emergencies happen, you dread calling the plumber or the handyman - but not in the case of Plumb Pro's! As soon as I called (at 9 o'clock at night!) I was met with friendly service by the owner, Deb, who was able to send someone over first thing in the morning. The Pro they sent over was so pleasant and even funny! He also explained the repairs me in a way that I understood and felt comfortable relaying back to my landlord.
Never experienced service like this. Will 100% use Plumb Pros again!

I was very pleased with Plumb Pros, who fixed my leaky faucets and changed out the leaking lines under my vintage bathroom sink. She was professional, explained the options, and knew her stuff. She was also efficient and neat. And I have to say it's nice to see a woman in this business! I will call them again for future plumbing issues!

Horrible service and over priced.
Had them come to fix clogged dishwasher- $1,000 later still clogged. They did electrical work put in new pipes and an air gap all stating it was either necessary or to bring up to code. I called them back saying it wasn't working they blamed the disposal. To come take a look they charged us another service fee $50. We were told another $1,000 to fix of course more electrical and disposal. When we let them know this was a crazy amount they said the electrical wasn't necessary and they would cut us a deal to $500. They left and we were able to fix the broken cannot be recovered disposal. Literally took a wrench to the bottom of the disposal cranked it back and forth and viola. Once we got looking more the work done wasn't worth the money the new pipe was already leaking. The air gap isn't necessary (we should have known we didn't have one before and it worked) and they didn't put the appropriate cover over the splice (if code is in question) they should have. There is the new pipe just in our cabinet not even tack it along the back just cutting right through so we can't use. I don't see where this is $1,000 work. We have made another call in to report all these findings and pictures we have I am told owner/manager will be looking into this. We will see what happens and if it is fixed I will update this review.
But as of now we have nothing fixed 4 visits $1050 in the hole and still a clogged dishwasher.
The Facts, and Nothing But the Facts:
- The tech was dispatched and arrived in a timely manner
- Alot of trash fell out of the tech's truck into our gutter upon arrival
- The tech seemed more of a used car salesman and less of a plumber, who spent the first 10-15 mins trying to up-sell vs just fix our clogged toilet. More so, he didnt know his products well or their prices (-he kept referring to some binder.)
- The tech's equipment was broken so he went to an inferior (snake) machine that he claimed This probably wont work, but we'll try it anyway.
- The inferior machine in-fact did not work.
-The tech spent the better part of the next 30-35 mins in the back of his truck trying to fix the first machine. No success.
- With no other options, the tech called his dispatch and had another machine sent out.
- After about 2 1/2 hours (what should have about a 60-90 minute job), I was told the clog was fixed.
- The tech charged me and left.
-That night, the clog returned AND we noticed a tile in our bathroom where the tech had been working was now cracked.
- The following day I called and spoke with Phil who was polite and seemed to care about this bad business transaction. He asked to schedule a time the following day to come out and fix the problem. I had explained we already called another plumber and the problem had been fixed. He said he wanted to at least come out and see the crack in the tile.
- The next day, Phil had an employee call me to cancel our appointment and that I should email photos/ images of documents/ That he would put a refund check in the mail.
- I sent the email and waited.
-The entire week of Sept 16 came and went with no refund check in the mail. (we live 1 zip code away from their office)
- I Called and inquired over the course of 2 days and finally had to go to their office to collect my refund.
- Fun Fact: The issuer of the check Hand-wrote on the back of the check something to the effect of By signing and cashing this check, I agree the issue is resolved and no bad reviews would be posted online.
Not a company I can recommend nor will I ever call on again.

As much as one can love an HVAC/PLUMBING Company, I love this company. We have had issues with our main line since we moved into our home. I have to admit, I put off calling anyone for awhile because all I could think was that it had to be the main line.
Two gentlemen came out. They were on time and communicated well with me so that I didn't lose half my day. When they got her, they were prepared, knowledgeable an very courteous. They made notes for me and a video of the main line for my husband as he was not home for the explanation. I could not ask for more from a company.
Good to know that Good Ol' Fashioned Customer Service is so much more than a tagline to them!

After getting great service on 1-29-20 my line still not cleaned backing up again? Called today since Website states work guaranteed, not so True after all. If there are anticipated repairs suggested by Plumb Pros then the guarantee is Null and Void. Suggestion for more work is over $400 for a jett cleaning where AAA Plumbing is half that price.. Not happy about this will be going back to AAA Plumbing in Arvada who does guarantee there work and pricing is a lot more affordable. Do your research before using Plumb Pros is what my suggestion is :)
We bought our home in June of 2019 and Plumb Pro's were the ones to install the entire sewer system and sump pump before our move in. We were given the paperwork on the warranty at the signing of our house. On 1/24/2020 our basement toilet was holding water, tried the plunger and nothing. Realized that the sump pump wasn't working. Called Plumb Pro's around 7pm that evening. They had a tech at our home 9am 1/25/2020 after inspecting everything the tech informed us that it would be a $476 charge for the pump to be cleared out. We were confused since we had a warranty on the entire system. We called the manager Phil and explained our situation and confusion. He explained to us that the pump was under warranty for 6 years but it did not cover labor. Only the sewer lines were covered for parts and labor. Phil was very understanding of the unexpected charges and was willing to give us a good discount for the cleaning of the pump and other things that needed to be done. I'm not someone who expects something for free but I wasn't ready for the charges after replacing our hot water heater the previous weekend. Our tech JD was extremely nice and understanding of our situation. He cleaned up after he finished his work you couldn't even tell he was here. Overall the service was great even with the unexpected charges. I'm happy that JD, Phil and Plumb Pro's were able to work with us to offset some of the unexpected cost and I truly appreciate it. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs it.

Woah. Nice guys and polite but the reviews that speak about high prices make total sense to me after getting hit with an estimate of over 2K to address a couple stripped faucet handles. Holy smokes!
We had a drip in our shower. They said we would need to spend $1,600 to fix it. They charged us $130 and left the shower with a worse drip than when they came. We had to shut off our water because the drip was so bad.
Today another company came and fixed the shower in 20 minutes for $200 and gave us a guarantee for their work. I would never again call Plumb Pros!

Would not provide any estimate over phone. Plumber came out, simple replace of toilet valves ($20-$30 parts from Lowes) and quoted $220! Took me 15 minutes to remove old (already out when he came), and another 15-30 to reinstall new. So, they think they are worth $200/hour? Then he wanted to charge $39 service call!
Will never call them again
There isn't enough space to be able to describe how incredibly happy I am with Plumb Pros and their two Techs, Alfred and Brandon. I could tell they liked their jobs they were happy, professional and extremely competent. They were early, stayed until the job was done AND all of my questions were answered .
Plumb Pros can truly brag about their old fashioned service. I highly recommend them.

Competitive pricing and nice technicians who arrived VERY late. I had actually just cancelled with their dispatch when they arrived. I am not sure if this was a ploy OR just the nature of the job we had for them, but they gave us a bid, I approved the work and 30 minutes later they called with a $320 mandatory up-charge to meet Denver code. Aside from that, they were very nice and the prices were far better than those quoted by Brothers, Applewood, etc.
Yikes...quoted over $9,000 for two 50 gallon water heaters. Home Depot sells for $734. Makes me want to also get another plumber here to see if we even need them. Not a company you should trust. And of course, they want to up-sell to have their company extend the warranty.
Had Plumb Pros come out and install a pressure regulator on our main line. They were on time, organized, and finished within a short time frame. The guys were friendly and easy to work with and answered all my questions. Their prices are a little bit steep but for the short notice and quick service I appreciated their work.

We had a flood in the basement and Phil Ramos came out within the hour. Had the pipes fixed quickly. Was neat, and friendly, and fair people dung even on a Saturday. Will definitely use again if needed, and would recommend.
Outlandish prices/estimate to fix a faucet problem --almost beyond belief. Tried to explain how this figure was computed and the explanation made no sense. I asked them to leave my house and they even tried to increase the amount I had been quoted for a service call, $39. Not a reputable business.
Decent enough, too expensive though. Getting tougher to find a reasonably priced plumber in Denver. Up sell business model with these guys. Told the dispatcher a time frame I was available for the service call. Then he called saying the serviceman was coming super early and was pissed when I told him I couldn't be there at that time to let him in.

Great experience with Plumb Pros. Very knowledgeable and up front about cost for what we had to get done tonight and gave us cost of things that we will need to get in the future. The technician Jason was an absolute pleasure not only very knowledgeable but very thorough. We told him about our past expirances with other companies and he let us know how things should have been done. We truly appreciate him and the work hid did for us. We will defiantly contact them again for any of our plumbing issues and recommend them to others. My children even thought he was a nice guy they gave him two chocolate bunnies.
Thank you Jason and Plumb Pros!

I'm not sure about the company but one of their drivers nearly ran into my car. He was driving erratically at a high rate of speed.
Charged my 86 year old mother $786 for a new toilet. The most expensive toilet of the brand they installed, including all parts (wax ring, bolts, seat...) added up to $277. Think they took advantage of her? I would pick a zero-star rating if this review system allowed it.

Terrific experience with Plumb Pros! I was amazed that the Technicians are trained for both Plumbing AND Heating/Cooling....that turned out to be very handy for me! They were conscientious about cleanliness, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They let me know the pricing up front, including the possibility of issues that they might find that could result in extra charges. They didn't find any further issues, but I would have totally trusted them if they had. I just feel as though this company has it figured out.
Rude and overpriced!!
Called yesterday to get estimate for kitchen sink plumbing hook-up and new faucet install. A guy named Terry showed up and decided that $700 would be about right. Then he asked for $35 for the estimate, which was not mentioned when the appointment was made. He called his office. Then while he was still on the phone, he started being rude with my daughter, who was the only one at home. He raised his voice asking her if she thought this would be free and threatened to put a lien on the house! Seriously??
I called the office, and the gal said that the trip charge was $29, not $35, and that since the fee wasn't mentioned, not to worry about it. Good call.So I don't care if this company has good ratings otherwise, they are over-priced by a huge margin ( I found someone today who will do the job for $250), and they hire plumbers who are rude as hell. I will never call again, and make sure that everyone I know passes them by as well.
This company did a pretty big job for us and left the job with everything disheveled. Things were not left correctly and caused a HUGE problem with our flooring. They came back out and denied any responsibility for the things that were wrong, broken, or ignored. Their excuse was that the guys that did the job didn't work there anymore so there was no way to prove they did it! HORRIBLE customer service and their it's not my problem attitude didn't help the situation. The job was over 20K and the repair is well under $300. I wasn't asking a lot, just for the things that were ruined to be repaired. We frequently have work done and know a lot of other people that need services too and I would NEVER, in a million years, EVER recommend Plumb Pros for anything. EVER.
These guys are great. They're respectful, they're clean, and they're willing to educate. They didn't get annoyed with any of my questions and they actually taught me quite a bit. Only guys I would use. Even held a conversation with my 15 yr old and taught him things by explaining what he was doing step by step. Great guys.

Luke helped me from the very beginning explaining in detail all of the options for replacing my equipment. I needed a furnace and new air conditioning. He explained all of the trouble shooting he did and offered to try and fix it, but explained since my equipment was 15 years old that even if he fixed it I may be spending more the following year. They were on time and honest from the start. They promptly showed up from the first visit. I highly recommend!

I had plumb pros out to my house today. He told me that the faucet needed to be replaced and that he didn't have the part necessary to fix the leak. The replacement faucet that he offered me was $750 dollars, and that's the only one he had. So my options were A) to pay him to drive to the store to get the proper parts (that I would assume a professional would have) B) pay a ridiculous price for a faucet or C) eat my $89 trip charge and have the plumber leave without doing a single thing.
Nice work plum pros. overall you gave me a horrible experience offered no affordable solution and suckered me out of 89 dollars. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Had a plumber come out to fix our water heater. The plumber said he fixed it but left us with no hot water. When I called he said that it would cost more to come back out and take a look. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
I have had problems off and on for awhile they made it easy to do the necessary repairs Thank you they have coupons to help you

had a very bad experience with this company today. The technician showed up an hour after the dispatcher said he would be here. when he saw what we need to do (fix a silly little dripping faucet) he said it would cost $302 to fix it! we then said we had a coupon for $35 off and he stated, ok but he was adding a service fee. We asked him how much it would cost to tighten our kitchen faucet. He said $150!!!!! we looked at him like he was crazy. he asked how much we would pay and we said no more then $75... he said he would think about it. obviously we were not going to deal with that... we can life with a loose faucet. He leaves is binder on the kitchen counter and I look at it and there is a price sheet of how much things should cost. the first line is talking about dripping faucets and it says it should cost $125. i asked him about this and he made up some lame excuse why it was not that one.. but the $302 one. at the end of the day, the guy changed only the cold water so it would not drip anymore and if that one starts leaking then they will come back and fix it.. but if the hot water starts leaking then we have to pay again. what?!?!?!?! do not use them!!! all for a drippy faucet!
