Working with Scott was a completely pleasant experience, especially from out of state.
Scott is responsive, thorough, trustworthy and does phenomenal work.
We had him install several ceiling fans and a set of pendant lights in a new build in the 80108 and it all went super well.
Scott's prices were exceptionally reasonable for the work performed and I really appreciated the progress photos and project updates.
I also appreciate his support in checking out and repairing one of the pendants that went a bit wonky after installation.
Highly recommended for great work with a guy who honors his commitments and does great work for a reasonable rate...
Thank you, Scott!!!

I agree with all the positive adjectives describing how great of a professional Vince (and those who he brings as team members) is. Had some door work needing done and Vince provided a very fair quote and rapid resolution. Best handyman type person I've ever worked with over the years. Will bring him in for additional small projects going forward.

I lost complete power to my master bedroom, I live in an old house and the power loss was an absolute mystery! I contacted LEF electrical he got to the root of the problem in no time. LEF electrical was on time, very pleasant and very professional, wore proper mask /PPE during this covid 19 pandemic, highly knowledgeable, very explanatory , reasonable pricing, there were no hidden surprises at all. You can tell he absolutely loves his work and it shows! This indeed was a very complicated job and he was the right person to get it done. You will not go wrong with LEF electrical. I am completely satisfied and thankful with his high quality services.

This company has problems with overcharging.
I appreciate some of my experience. I did not appreciate all of it.
The front desk staff can be a little testy which I don't like. They interrupt, are not good listeners and have a tone.
The tech was good the first time. When I discovered, on the second visit, that they charged me hundreds of dollars (I think it was $350) for 10 minutes of his time and a $45 part, I was understandably upset.
The tech's response to my distress was not appropriate. He got passive aggressive which I didn't like.
So, I think this company overcharges and they need to figure out a better way to deal with customers which is unfortunate.

I contacted Bolton Electric because I needed to determine whether there was a way to make space in my electrical panel or if I would just have to upgrade it to accommodate a new circuit. Even though I didn't end up going forward with the project, they were extremely helpful in explaining my options and were still very nice when I informed them that I had to postpone the project. I would feel very good about using this company in the future.

Dutch Creek upgraded my electrical panel and added a 220 line for an air conditioning unit. The Inspector from Jefferson County came to do a final and asked, Who did the work? This is the best job I've ever seen in the 14 years I've been doing this.
DC also installed recessed can lighting, track lighting, and several wall boxes (don't know the industry nomenclature) and did a fast, professional job. I highly recommend DC. They are my go to electric guys.

Highly recommended. They did excellent work. They did the job before I moved in so I trusted them to do the work without me around. My new main panel and sub panel are built with quality and care. They also went to extra effort to run a ground through the basement ceiling to reach the main water line and contacted me about my preference of aesthetics for the access holes. They are honest and straightforward. I asked for advice on another issue and they did so without trying to sell me on new jobs.

Fast efficient service replacing our bathroom fan which required an electrician to solve the problem. We are very pleased with the quick work and pricing.

We needed some electrical work done so I contacted Home Advisor and got a referral to RHI Electric. I had considered doing the work myself, but because it involved aluminum wiring, I thought it best to have a professional perform the task. I researched the best way to solve the aluminum issue and it included using Alumiconn connectors. I watched videos from the manufacturer instructing the use of a torque screwdriver to use the prescribed torque, different for the copper wire and the aluminum wire. An electrician from RHI came out and I explained that we wanted to have 4 switches and one receptacle upgraded to Decora rocker switches. He said that there were two connections in our service panel that also needed to be rectified with the Alumiconn connectors. His price was $650 which seemed like quite a bit of money for what I thought would be a simple job. But what do I know, I'm not an electrician. He showed up the following Monday to do the job. While he was removing the old switches and installing the new ones, I asked about using a torque screwdriver and he explained it was not necessary. Later he asked me if I had an extra Decora receptacle so, luckily, I had one on my tool bench. As he was completing the job I asked if he was going to put on the switch plates. He said he did not have any. So, he left the job unfinished. I told him I would purchase them and install them myself. This required more adjustment of the switches and receptacles by me to get the switch plates to fit.
Here is my complaint. He completed the job in less than an hour. $650 for less than an hour of work? I respect the skill and experience of all professionals, but really, that is excessive. The cost of the supplies he used was not that great. And he did not come prepared to do the complete job. He did not have the receptacle nor the switch plates. Plus, I am not sure he used the correct procedures for installing the Alumiconn connectors. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are prompt and do a good job. Made the process seamless. I had them out for my kitchen remodel to move an outlet in a kitchen cabinet, remove a chandelier and replace with 4 can lights, and add electrical for a hood that was to be installed. Everything they did works perfectly.
