HISTORY
Established in 2008.
Scott decided to open Castle Pines Electric because, he knew he had a better small business plan and would be able to offer lower prices than the big companies that offer 24 hour service. Scott's plan includes not working outside of a ten mile radius (this is multi-fold) : saves gas and our environment, he time, your cost, and allows him to maximize the amount of jobs he can complete in a single day. He doesn't work 24 hours and you won't pay for it. He doesn't have to store equipment, so you won't pay for it, he doesn't drive 30 miles to each service and you won't pay for it.

Scott grew up in California. Has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Harding University. Is a Master Electrician and resides in Castle Rock, Colorado. Licensed by the State of Colorado and a Member of the Chamber of Commerce.

I called Scott for a couple of install jobs and he came that day and gave me quotes. He also recommended some alternates that were much less expensive. He did install two ceiling fans and did a quick, efficient, professional job.
Recently I had an electrical problem and called him. He walked me through trouble shooting the problem by phone and what could have cost me hundreds of dollars was fixed at no cost.
Finding someone with Scott's integrity and willingness to help is like gold these days.

Working with Scott was a completely pleasant experience, especially from out of state.
Scott is responsive, thorough, trustworthy and does phenomenal work.
We had him install several ceiling fans and a set of pendant lights in a new build in the 80108 and it all went super well.
Scott's prices were exceptionally reasonable for the work performed and I really appreciated the progress photos and project updates.
I also appreciate his support in checking out and repairing one of the pendants that went a bit wonky after installation.
Highly recommended for great work with a guy who honors his commitments and does great work for a reasonable rate...

Scott is a thorough and professional electrician. He wired several fixtures in rooms that didn't have overhead lighting and also installed an attic fan. He gave us great recommendations along the way that helped us save some money. We will definitely be calling Scott again!
I chose him off of these reviews but ran into quite a few issues. Parts were forgotten, wasn't able to fix certain light issues, and delays on the work that was scheduled. He was a nice guy, but disappointed in the quality of work.

Scott and Kyle are the best! We needed some electrical outlets installed above the fireplace for a TV mount and they did a great job. They showed up promptly at 8am and the whole job took a few hours. Scott has a great sense of humor and he really knows what he is doing. You need life advice too, he has some of that to offer as well. We will definitely be using him for future jobs. His prices are very reasonable for the service too!
Castle Pine electric is so good they diagnosed my electrical problem over the phone and patiently walked me though how to fix it for free. I know who I'll be calling next time I have any electric needs. Thanks again to Castle Pine Electric!

I actually didn't have any work done by Scott but he gave me a great referral when he couldn't do it. He said that he was at least 10 days out but said it was such a small job that he knew a retired electrician who come out and fix it. Love the honesty and referral. Will look Scott up again if I need work that isn't an emergency.
I needed an outlet added for a TV installation and BB did not provide the service.
After receiving quotes from the TV installers ($130+ and some even recommended an extension cord), figured I should look into just hiring an electrician.
Glad I did. All it cost me was $100 - and it was done by a licensed electrician.

I called Scott for the first time today with an electical issue in my home that I could not figure out (power out to a section of the house). I had checked everything I know how to check. Scott came within 4 hours of my call to him, and found the problem very effectively - I would not have discovered it in a million years. He is good at what he does and very fair in his approach, I highly recommend him. 100% trustworthy professional.

Great experience. Scott Ferguson was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I can be a bit dificult for tradesmen because I want to know how they're doing what they're doing...so if the issue arises again I can try to fix it on my own. Scott showed incredible patience, which I really appreciated. We plan to use Scott in the future and I highly recommend that others do as well.

Honest, prompt, nice as can be... Scott popped over within a couple of hours of my initial call to him to see if he could help me figure out why the hot tub stopped working. He tested the circuits, taught me a thing or two about the panel, said he could absolutely take a look inside the hot tub to diagnose the problem but suggested since he's not a hot tub expert to just contact a service guy directly. When I offered to pay him for his trip he politely declined and just asked that I think of him next time. How great is that??? Seriously people, we need to support independent, small business owners like Scott by giving him referrals.

I had a small job that required adding a switched outlet to an existing circuit. I should start by saying I have rehabbed 17 houses now and have acted as my own general contractor on most projects. That being said, I would like to think I know how to spot the good contractors. Scott is definitely one of them! I left a message for Scott and he called me back in less than 10 minutes and was very personable. He was busy (as he should be) and told me he could stop by at about 12. He called when he was on his way and let me know he would be there in 10 minutes. (What? No waiting at my house from noon to 8 for someone not to show up? Fantastic!) He came in and we talked about the job and he got right to work with his apprentice. In less than 15 minutes they had the job traced out and they were running cables. He was extremely professional and hard working and did an outstanding job. I was so impressed I had him quote a few other jobs before he left. Call Scott for your electrical needs!

This guy is nice, professional, and courteous. I called about a problem and he told me what to do, which spared me expense. I will keep his name and number for future needs. Call him; I don't think you'll regret it.
Scott was amazing and we will continue to use him in the future. He was on time and did a fantastic job. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism he displayed.
