Kyle was very responsive to providing a quote.  He simply asked for a couple of pictures and then provided an estimate. He was able to commit to doing the job several days later.  His crew was on time and was able to complete the job in the estimated 3 hours.  They cleaned up after themselves and left the area cleaner than before.  I would highly recommend R&B for electrical needs.

Over the past several months we've had strange, short brown-outs in about half of our house. I had Xcel energy send a line tech out twice verify that it was not from their service. A few years ago I had the breaker box replaced and completely rewired, and wanted to have a different electrician evaluate it.

R&B was responsive given this was a non-emergency, and I found the master electrician very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He verified my own conclusion that there did not appear to be any household wiring or junction box problem. We did discuss that given these fluctuations and the amount of electronics in our smart home, and agreed to put in a whole house surge protection system. He did not push it, just offered it as one of a list of options.

In a follow up, his team came and did a very high-quality and efficient install of the surge protection. Neither of us are certain why we saw this behavior in our power, but so far we have not seen it happen again. Some electrical problems are intermittent and hard to find, and sometimes it's hard to be sure the root cause has been found. But I think they did an excellent job, and R&B is now my go to!

Our house had some very questionable lighting and electrical decisions made before we moved in. I made a long list of things to fix, room by room, and Kyle gave me a quote for each section of the house.

Mike and Braden were absolute professionals, and did an extraordinary job. Arriving at 9 and finishing at 2, they put up 4 ceiling fans into pre-wired areas in my new construction home, 2 outlets in bathroom and 1 in basement. 125$/hr, did a superb job. Absolutely recommend them and planning on using them for all future electrical needs!

We've hired R&B twice now and they've done a fantastic job both times. The first time was installing CAT6 (ethernet) to most of the rooms in our house, and they were able to get everything wired up over the course of about 6 hours. The second time they hung a particularly cumbersome light above our pool table, and that only took about two hours including a trip to Home Depot. They're always very communicative and trustworthy, and I plan to hire them again for more work in the future.

I had 3 tasks; adding an exterior outlet, running wires through a crawl space to service a gas fireplace, and finally adding an extra outlet in our bathroom.  Not only did he give a quick quote over the phone, he was able to get out to the house within the week. (Difficult to find during COVID-19).
Kyle wore a mask and was super friendly and talked us through everything he did.

Kyle was wonderful and did great work. We had a few items on our list after moving into a new house and Robert was able to knock them all out in just a few hours. Our work included an electric car charger instillation, addition of an outlet, and fixing a broken vent fan. This will be our go to for any future electrical work in the area!

Had a weird thing happening where our garage GFCI outlet would trip when it rained really hard.  Called Kyle and he already knew what was happening.  Said it was likely one of the outdoor outlets that was on the same circuit.  He came out and as soon as he touched the outlet outside the garage door he noticed it was quite loose.  He opened it and one side was scorched - well, there's your problem.  He quickly replaced it, made sure it was tight and sealed.  Great job!!  Thanks again, Kyle!!

Had a small job for them to do, replace an existing ceiling fan with a new one and install an outlet in my garage. Two polite and pleasant men arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up behind themselves and disposed of my old fan and all the packaging from my new fan. Because they were able to finish the job so quickly, I was charged less than what I had been quoted as an estimate. A very stress free transaction.

I chose to go with R&B because of the exceptionally postive reviews, and I can say with confidence that these reviews are 100% justified - the service, professionalism, reliability, and efficiency all absolutely exceeded my expectations. Kyle showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose/fix the issue, replace everything needed, and provide a very clearly-invoiced, competitive rate.

We needed a ceiling light installed in a bedroom. Kyle's communication throughout the cost estimate and leading up to his arrival was excellent. His professionalism and efficiency during the install was 5 stars! The light works and looks great! We are hiring him back to take care of a few more projects. Had them come out to retrofit existing telephone terminated cat5e cables to RJ45 ethernet on both ends.  Did a great job, fair price and am enjoying my wired home network!

Great service. I'm not very electrically inclined and Kyle walked me through everything with a very fair estimate. When we both got home late and had questions he was kind enough to answer the phone when most would probably let it go to voicemail. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else if we need anything else done in the future.

We had an electrical outage in a few bedrooms after trying to change out some switches in the garage. I called Kyle and he answered right away and said he could come out this afternoon (same day). (This was also have we called another electrical company who was rated highly on Yelp, and has yet to still call us back.)
