I needed a new panel installed along with a 60Amp 220 connection to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub (including a trench and running the power line through the ceiling), and Dutch Creek Electric performed the operation flawlessly.

Mike and his team were on time, took care of all permits and scheduled inspections. The customer service is the best I have seen.

If you are looking for electrical work, do not waste time with the big national companies, call Dutch Creek Electric, you will not be disappointed.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but there doesn't seem to be any other way to get through to Dutch Creek Electric.

Over the course of almost 4 weeks I left them 3 voice mails asking to schedule some electrical work. Heard nothing back.

I really wanted to give them my business because my first experience with one of their technicians (estimating the install of a new smart electrical panel) was very positive. I eventually decided not to do the install, but also decided to go with them next time I needed electrical work done.

If you're listening Dutch Creek, at a minimum, you should send an email back or something to explain why you don't want someone's business.

The guys at Dutch Creek were great, I had a bunch of questions before choosing them and they came back with detailed answers that helped me figure out exactly what I needed. On the day of the installation they were on time and didn't mind answering additional questions I had about my electrical breakers, and answered all my questions again. Even gave me an answer that meant less work for them, which I especially respect.

They did a great job on the EV charger installation and it looks very professional. They even cleaned up the area once they were done.

The technicians from Dutch Creek installed two electric vehicle chargers for me. I am 100% satisfied with their work. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and completed the work perfectly.

I was also particularly happy and impressed with their willingness to explain some of my options for the install to me.

Dutch Creek upgraded my electrical panel and added a 220 line for an air conditioning unit. The Inspector from Jefferson County came to do a final and asked, Who did the work? This is the best job I've ever seen in the 14 years I've been doing this.
DC also installed recessed can lighting, track lighting, and several wall boxes (don't know the industry nomenclature) and did a fast, professional job. I highly recommend DC. They are my go to electric guys.

These guys did us a huge favor when the appliance sales person forgot to inform us that our new range was a four prong plug and they came in one day and took care of this for us.

These Folks are AMAZING - I would give a 10 STAR rating if Yelp allowed. ! I needed a basement finish done and called Dutch Creek (I had heard great things!) Jeremy came out on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable! Looked over the job and pointed out some code issues by the previous owner. He gave me a quote and I hired them. To say I was pleased was an understatement! The city inspector passed all their work with flying colors! They were very careful with my new floors, cleaned up after working. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone for electrical work.

I had 2 outlets stop working. One on the outside of my house and one in my garage. I called Dutch Creek and spoke with Lou. Instead of sending someone out and charging me their minimum service fee, Lou gave me a couple things to check on. Sure enough, all I had to do was reset a separate outlet and everything works now. Thanks for fixing my problem and not charging me an arm and a leg. I will recommend you and use you guys in the future if I need an electrician.

I recommend this company highly and without reservation. MIke and Chris came out on time, determined the problem, explained it all to me, gave me an estimate that was spot on the final bill and the amount was more than reasonable for all the work they performed. We're selling our home, had an inspection done, and needed some electrical work done to get the house in top shape. Dutch Creek Electric is in our neighborhood, had a new customer discount, so I called for an estimate. Mike showed up the next day, on time, gave me a very competitive estimate for the work, and was willing and able to do the work right then. He was prompt, professional, made suggestions about how best to address a couple of the issues, and stayed within the estimate. I was pleased and impressed. I highly recommend this company, and would hire them again for any electrical work.
