Ron changed out the electrical service panel for my home to accommodate 30 circuits and was able to do so without the electric company needing to pull new wires, which saved me a ton of money.  It probably would have been easier for him to tell me it wasn't possible, but I was sure glad he was able to make it work.  As a dog owner himself, he's also great with dogs, which was an unexpected bonus.  Thanks again Ron - I hope your dog is doing well!

I received a response very quickly thru my email, set up the appointment for the following week, the day of the appointment Tony and his journeyman arrived right on time. We discussed options for the job at hand and after confirming what needed to be done they went at it. The job was complete within a short period of time, and it looks wonderful my wife was not there at the time but I wish Tony could have seen her face when she got home that evening. I would high recommend them and I will use them again if needed.

The outlets in my bedroom stopped working and I needed an electrician that could fix the problem at a fair price. After leaving messages for other companies Chad was the only one to call me back.  His prices are very reasonable and his workmanship is very acceptable. He swapped out two trouble making outlets lickity-split and didn't mind my curious kitty having so much interest in what he was doing. If you are thinking about doing some electrical repairs yourself to save money I would give Chad a call instead. He's a professional and you won't be disappointed.

Tommy just finished a second project (because the first project was perfect) for us by adding a new outlet for our deck.  Tommy was able to schedule us in before the deck rebuilders came, which was huge for us.  He was under budget, on time, and he always has great communication.   As a Master Electrician, we are always confident in his skills, plus knowledge of what will work and what won't.  Tommy will always be hired for our electrical needs.

Amazing, best experience with a subcontractors ever!  Chad took great care to understand my requirements, make recommendations, and eliminated things not required.  He and his staff were courteous and professional.

Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

If you are need of an electrical, call All Star Electric.  We needed to have the 220 outlet activated at our daughter and son in law's new home.  For some reason the previous owners had rerouted the dryer.  We called Peter and explained our issue.  We had a washer and dryer being delivered and had no power for it.  Even though he already had a job that day, he said he would try to stop by either before or after his previously scheduled job.  To our delight he showed up within the next hour.  He was very professional, personable and informative.  He showed my husband what had been done and explained  what he had to do.  I highly recommend All Star Electric.  We were treated very well and will use All Star Electric for all our electrical needs!  Thank you Peter for helping us out on such short notice.

Every once in a while, I run into a company like SJO Electric, but it is rare.  These guys are absolutely fantastic.  A tree fell down in the last storm and pulled the electric lines out of our house.  SJO showed up within a hour of our call and put the whole mess back together.  We were freezing in the dark and SJO saved us.  They are also friendly, fun to talk to and just plain wonderful.  I am so glad I called them and I found them through Yelp.  Thanks to Yelp too!

I set up and appointment for Prime electric to investigate some rodent damage to the wiring in my house. As l explained the problem he said it sounded like an easy fix and he could probably take care of it the same day. I called the day before the electrician was suppose to arrive to confirm his arrival. The morning of our appointment he text me with can't come today. No explanation. No suggestion for a new appointment. Nothing. I called him and he had really nothing to say. I asked him why. He had no reason he could explain. I reminded him that we had scheduled the appointment two weeks prior and that l have guests coming into town. So less 24 hours from my confirmation he decided he just wouldn't come. He was super unprofessional and could care less.

Yesterday I received a call from their CEO, (he had been out of the Country when our issues occurred).  He advised me of the following:

- the second technician that came out to the house, taped up the exhaust pipe, told us we needed an IDM motor and that our furnace was pretty much toast - has be let go.

- the company is putting in place additional training/tools for technicians.

- he apologized for the lack of communication following the incident and shared that what happened was not what he expects of this company.

Sounds like many positive changes are being made.  I'm glad the company responded and vowed to make things right.  We were given our money back and a dinner voucher along with a personalized letter from the CEO.  All of this was hand delivered to our home.

I was very impressed with his expression of service and his ability to execute on his words.  I'd love to give the local companies my money and perhaps they deserve a second chance.  Thanks for making this right.

Courtesy Electric was contracted to install the electrical system in our home when it was built in 2011.  Through the year of post-delivery home warrantee, Courtesy Electric was brought back out to resolve electrical issues with the home by the home builder.  After that warrantee time expired, though, they apparently have ceased all support for any home outside of warrantee, although they won't tell you that until after they have promised to return calls and don't, after you finally get them to commit to sending out an electrician and then they don't show up, and after you call yet again to question why no one showed up for their appointment.  Don't bother calling Courtesy Electric for an electrician - they won't show up.
