I heard about Ron/Home Connections from Lamps Plus, and was impressed with Ron's professionalism and personal manner on the phone.  After meeting him and having him in my home for several electrical jobs, I am even more impressed.

He and his wife (also an electrician) are superlative in all aspects.  I have craftsman who have done work for me for 30 years, and I can't remember the last time I added someone to my list of professionals for whom I never need a 2nd opinion or bid  who is so completely above and beyond in the quality of workmanship and personal/professional interaction.  Their communication, assessment of the job, professional skill and knowledge, experience, courtesy, creativity, initiative, integrity, problem solving, humor, thoroughness, $ fairness, courtesy, diligence, tenacity are what we, as customers, want and seldom find.  AND they clean-up completely before they leave the house!  

Bottom line: They treat my house and my electrical challenges as if they are their own, and I am grateful!  Their enjoyment of their work translates into caring about what I want and need and the pride they take in their work results in the highest kind of customer satisfaction.

I was at first a bit hesitant to use this company. . Because and only because we have an established relationship with an awesome electrician.

So when we put our house on the market and post inspection the buyers wanted half a dozen electrical things done I knew who to call.  Problem was my guy is booked out two months. .

So I called around. .... and around.  Tis the season of electrical work I suppose.  Spotlight was the Only One who gave me a maybe.  But when they told me we would talk on Tuesday (I called on Thursday or Friday) I figured that was it. . And kept looking.

Tuesday came around and much to my surprise I got the call.  And thankfully because no one else had been able to help.   To an even bigger surprise he told me they could do the work Thursday.  Given I'm under a strict time frame the sooner the better.

Thursday rolls around and much to my surprise (again) it's two gentlemen (sorry folks I'm awful with names) who show up. .. and they are like half an hour early!

Gave them my inspection paper work and gave them the tour.  It took them about two hours to get it done. . And they were very professional and checked the list several times to make sure nothing was missed.

I'll be honest I was terrified what it was going to cost.  They had to reconfigure my laundry outlets, fix breaker paneling, several outlets and do new hook up work for the water heater. .. and junction box work.  All and all it was 7 items.  And the price was awesome.  50% less than what I feared and below what I expected.

Thanks guys! I'd use again along with my other guy but we are moving out of state.

It's a Saturday morning. My dishwasher and garbage disposal were not hooked up correctly in my new ikea kitchen. I called and Jim came over within an hour. He fixed it all. I was told that I would need a new fuse box. Jim said I don't. Old is not bad.  He saved me about 1k on that. Thanks Jim.

We had a slight furnace emergency and Steve was here the next morning. Got the job finished quickly at a very reasonable price. Glad to have finally found an electrician in Evergreen that is fairly priced and quick to respond.

I got a few estimates and went with Just In Time since they were the best value and were very professional. They did a panel replacement with a grounding system update that was tricky in our split level with a basement water shut off. The panel looks great and they made sure to go through the house to make sure everything was properly labeled.

This group has done numerous electrical jobs for us. They were fantastic, on time, and very reasonable every time. I can't say enough great things about this fantastic group.

We called All-Out Electric when the AC unit kept tripping the breaker on our newly purchased house in Westminster. Chad was awesome...on time, friendly, worked away until problems were resolved. While he was here, we worked to get on his books for several other projects. Reasonable rates and great service. Highly recommended!

Tommy just finished a second project (because the first project was perfect) for us by adding a new outlet for our deck.  Tommy was able to schedule us in before the deck rebuilders came, which was huge for us.  He was under budget, on time, and he always has great communication.   As a Master Electrician, we are always confident in his skills, plus knowledge of what will work and what won't.  Tommy will always be hired for our electrical needs.

I cannot say enough about Chad and Ryan. They went above and beyond to help me. They did a splendid job and took their time. No rushing them. I have been a customer of Ultimate for the past 7 years and have been very happy with the service they provide. They have a preventive maintenance program which keeps my furnace and A/C in perfect operating condition each season. They are reliable and honest and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

Was given a quote for $674 but was handed a bill for $979.  We were told it was because he didn't come out and really look at the project and it was more than he realized.  He says he's going to refund $200 but who is going to repair the sheet rock around the breaker box that they totally messed up. (I wish I could send a picture to show everyone.) I sent him a picture of the breaker box and never received any comment. Two people showed up before 8:00 am without even the courtesy of a call that they were coming.  Then they sat in their car for two hours while they waited from someone else to come out. Then their vacuum didn't work so they couldn't clean up the mess in my office around the breaker box.  We paid for a permit but the project wasn't inspected.  This was very unprofessional and we won't be using them again!

I have been a client of SJO for over twenty years. Their customer service and professionalism is second to none. They have always gone above and beyond on any project.

I set up and appointment for Prime electric to investigate some rodent damage to the wiring in my house. As l explained the problem he said it sounded like an easy fix and he could probably take care of it the same day. I called the day before the electrician was suppose to arrive to confirm his arrival. The morning of our appointment he text me with can't come today. No explanation. No suggestion for a new appointment. Nothing. I called him and he had really nothing to say. I asked him why. He had no reason he could explain. I reminded him that we had scheduled the appointment two weeks prior and that l have guests coming into town. So less 24 hours from my confirmation he decided he just wouldn't come. He was super unprofessional and could care less.

They canceled on me 3 times then tried to set up another appointment 5 days later. Told them I didn't need this kind of service.

Courtesy Electric was contracted to install the electrical system in our home when it was built in 2011.  Through the year of post-delivery home warrantee, Courtesy Electric was brought back out to resolve electrical issues with the home by the home builder.  After that warrantee time expired, though, they apparently have ceased all support for any home outside of warrantee, although they won't tell you that until after they have promised to return calls and don't, after you finally get them to commit to sending out an electrician and then they don't show up, and after you call yet again to question why no one showed up for their appointment.  Don't bother calling Courtesy Electric for an electrician - they won't show up.
