Sin Jac Electric Electrician
Sin Jac is wonderful! They are creative, clean and cost conscious. We live in a 1927 home and put a media system in our living room. Frank and his team designed and completed the work for a very reasonable price. So reasonable, we had enough left in the budget to buy new furniture too. That Frank had never set up multimedia before was amazing! Nine years later it continues to work with no issues.

Sin Jac also does any job, large or small from installing a ceiling fan to installing the electrical for a hot tub, to code with permits. Hope they NEVER go out of business!!

AM Tech Electric Electrician
Mike and his team were great. They came out in pretty poor weather and on short notice which was hugely appreciated. They were very professional and personable. We were set up and in the hot tub by later that evening. Thanks, guys!

SG Services Electrician
Over priced, messy work,  he looks for ways to show you other problems to get more Monet. So. I called another electrician who came in and I showed him the wires in the attic that owner of S&G wanted to charge me over $60 to put in a box. Was also told the cover to the top of the box a little further away was laying near the crawl space for some reason. You would think that when S&G was up their he would have taken 2 min to put the plate on. nope he wanted to be paid.

The new Electrition fixed the 2 boxes and a short I had for $45.

They drive Mercedes trucks and are high priced, messy and over priced and only care about the money and not even do e tiny fix with out pay.

Glad to find other electricians who have pride and care in what they do and fairly priced

American Electrical Innovations Electrician
Great company!! Kind interactions! Cameron and his employees are great to work with and have handled our build from ground up. Quick and efficient. They had a two man crew at the house and I feel it helped save me a lot of money, if they needed extra parts one stayed and the other went to grab them. Keep up the great work!

Lightscape Electric Electrician
Lightscape did the electrical portion of our recent remodel... EXCELLENT work!  We love the convenience of the new lighting fixtures and they highlight the features of the remodel.

We tried to make some changes to GFI plugs and caused a problem.  Lightscape  come back and fixed the problem AND show us how to do it properly.

I would call them to do any electrical work at my properties...

JGH Solutions Electrician
I wanted to install a GFCI outlet on the side of the house.  I called several electricians which were recommended to me, however I received no response.  I called JGH and Joey answered on the first call and was able to schedule a time to install the outlet which worked with my schedule.  I would highly recommend JGH and I'll definitely use him on future projects.

Total Electric Electrician
They did just what they came to accomplish and had my attic fan working in under an hour.  This is after another electric company wasted 4 hours and told me they'd need to tear into my walls to correct the issue.
Brent was a total professional and even fixed the ladder to my attic stairs... that were broken long before they came to our house.

Ebersole Electrical Services Electrician
EES is the best.  With our newborn infant, we had a broken AC with an electrical connection issue in 90 degree summer weather.  Joel came out even though his day was already technically over, on a Friday, fixed the issue for half the cost quoted by another company, who shall remain nameless (and couldn't squeeze us in for a week).  Instead, now we have a cool home and a happy baby.  Class.  Pure class.

F&F Electric Electrician
F & F Electric (Fred) did an exceptional job with the installation of two hanging chandelier light fixtures. We were concerned about the extreme height of the vaulted ceiling in our entrance area and wanted to hire someone who would be professional and careful of our home. Fred exceeded my expectations on both of these concerns. He arrived on time and was very attentive to my concerns regarding the installation details. He immediately expressed confidence in completing the installation to my expectations, which was comforting. Then, with meticulous care...he proceeded with the installation, and we couldn't be happier with the finished project. I've hired many home improvement vendors over the years and would have to rate F & F Electric as one of the best. It's also worthy of mention... Fred's pricing strategy was transparent and very reasonable.

Hansen Electrical Electrician
Terry Hansen did an outstanding electrical repair at my house today.  It's obvious from watching him work and listening to his explanation of the repair he did that he has years of experience and wonderful knowledge of electrical systems.  He's also friendly and patiently listened to my explanation of what was going on with the electrical problem I was having with my house.  I highly recommend this man.  He knows what he's doing.  His price was reasonable also.

O'Brien Electrical Contractors Electrician
These guys are amazing! I had new cabinets put in and because of bad measurements, I needed some outlets either moved, shut off, etc. They contacted me just a day after I emailed them through Yelp, came on a Friday to take a look, gave me an estimate on Monday, and came out same day to do the work! Very quick response time, and even faster turn around. Thanks to them I now have a functioning kitchen!

Highly recommend their services.

Block Electric did a great job with my chandelier replacements, power outlet installation, and new Lutron wireless light switches.

American Electrician Electrician
Unfortunately the previous technician that I worked with from this company was no longer there. A different technician came to my home to give me a bid on replacing lighting for my backyard. I was extremely clear that the existing electrical box may have to be replaced and new wire would have to be run since old existing wire was 15 years old and hard to get to, since the landscaping had changed.  I asked him for lighting options and he said that they only recommend one type of light for all yard jobs and that if I wanted something different I would have to provide it myself.  I find that hard to believe because different lighting has different effects and illuminated span coverage.

Furthermore when he gave me the invoice, it stated new wiring will be run, but on another part of the invoice, it stated new wire as needed.  When I questioned that part, he that he had planned on using the old wire and that if they installed a new wire it would tear up the yard because they had to use a trencher to bury the wire underground.  I told him I was familiar with those types of trenchers used to bury wire and that it was actually a blade that did not tear up the yard and that it was very easy to close after installation.  He looks surprised that I would know that and agreed that it really would not damage the yard. He then stated that if I wanted new wire throughout it would increase the price by $250.  The Technician looked annoyed when I ask him for the light options and again when I asked him why he did not bid the job with new wire in the first place since that had been requested explicitly.  His demeanor was not pleasant from the time that he showed up.  I called the company to complain and they apologized but told me that he had never had any complaints before and that there must have been a miscommunication.  The tech should not have tried to get away with using old wire and then change the bid when he realized I was on to him.  I'm disappointed that the company protected him. It was a waste of my time.

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
On August 20, 2020, Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric was hired to replace my A/C and furnace. I am dissatisfied with this company for the following reasons:
1. Tipping Hat neglects all administrative functions.
A. I had to remind the salesman of his quoted price. He forgot that he offered a $1500 discount.
B. Tipping Hat applied for the wrong permit valuation amount.
C. On the date of installation, Tipping Hat provided me with an AHRI certificate that outlines the wrong evaporator coil serial number. Tipping Hat completed Xcel Energy's Rebate application on my behalf with the incorrect information. No explanation has been provided as to what equipment was originally outlined.
D. My invoice states that Equipment Make (3) is noted as Rheem equipment, but an ADP Evaporator Coil was installed.
2. Tipping Hat fails to fulfill its contractual obligations
A. Denver's Development Services website states, Before you begin construction, you need to be sure your project complies with the Denver Zoning Code. I asked Ken, before the installation, if a Zoning Permit was required for my job and Ken told me over email that, Denver would not allow us to pull a zoning permit for this heating and cooling application. Additionally, Erin Eastwood, reviewed my question and did confirm that my job does not require this permit. Erin informed the CPC City Inspector that she has...never had to pull a zoning permit for an A/C in all my years doing this. On September 10, 2020, I received a violation stating I violated the Denver Zoning Code of the City and County of Denver. On October 7, 2020, Tipping Hat started the process of pulling the zoning permit, as their contract states they will obtain on my behalf; however, did not consult with me about the relocation of the unit.
B. Tipping Hat's contract states, Installed by Licensed Tech. I have requested the licensure of the technicians and have not been provided with that information. The lead technician on my invoice is listed as Brad; however, Brad was not present during the installation.
C. The electrical work was subcontracted to Elsco. There was no discussion around subcontracted work and Elsco's contractor status is about to expire.
D. Tipping Hat's contract states, Some companies cut corners by not pulling a permit or by not replacing auxiliary parts with your installation, whatever the case may be it's important to know what you are getting. Not only did they cut corners with the administrative oversight, but they also substituted the Rheem equipment with an ADP Evaporator Coil without informing me.
E. Tipping Hat's contract states, If you disagree, if you do not like the products or systems, or feel it was installed poorly, we will make it right or if we can't agree we'll give you all your money back, no questions asked. I have expressed numerous times that the unit was installed poorly. Here's why:
1. I was told to replace my working furnace  because it is not properly filtrated, needs to be rotated 180°, and to comply with HVAC best practices manufacturers should match. Not only does the configured filter cabinet not properly filter, but it is also in an inaccessible location and sharp sheet metal edges are exposed. Additionally, the unit occupies the same location and the manufacturers do not match. I requested to speak to the salesperson to discuss the discrepancies, and he is no longer employed with the company.
2. The installation has failed inspection due to, no combustion air, and flue increases lap going the wrong direction. Furnace/water heater must be vented correctly. No attempt has been made to correct.
3. I have been without heat since August 20, 2020. When I went to turn on my newly installed furnace during the snowstorm, it does not work due to the following error message, A045_F Inducer Lo Pressure Switch Won't Close. No attempt has been made to correct.
4. Martin, the unlicensed HVAC field manager, identified a gas leak on October 16, 2020, from the furnace, which has been leaking since the date of installation.

Quality Electrical Service Electrician
i would not recommend this company for any service. their fees are very high- i had asked them to do some  simple residential  work- a quote was never given to me- they were to replace an outdoor light with a motion detector- they broke and threw out the existing light- i was charged 120/hr. for him to go  and get some supplies- he purchased 2  lights  which i was charged 69/piece for - i looked it up at home depot and the exact same light sold for 49. it was almost a $1000.  bill to do not much. then i needed him to come back as  one light was still not working correctly and they wanted to charge me another 200. to basically unscrew the old light and put another one in. i feel like their fees are very high  and the service was ok.
