This company is great! I contacted them regarding my broken AC. They scheduled me for the following day, came right on time and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Adam and Mark were professional, knowledgeable, thorough. Where other companies have tried to sell me an entire new furnace, they fixed my issue for an extremely reasonable price and did the job WELL without cutting corners. Amanda, in the office, is competent and pleasant! She is easy to schedule with and keeps in contact to make sure you are satisfied with their company.

This summer has been HOT. Sin-Jac has given us our first day of relief in weeks. I will be telling my friends!

In between demoing our 60's  basement and dry-walling we came across some really messed up wiring with no grounding ( I do a lot of DIY but stop at advanced plumbing / Gas /Electric ) . Got in touch with Mike who came out to look that same evening and gave us a very fair price on rewiring / replacing old outlets with new up to code ones . Work was fast and efficient , price was great and so is Mike  :)

I can't overstate how happy I am with the service I received.  I had a pair of wall heaters installed.  The electricians were fast and the entire expense was very reasonable.   I'd recommend them to anyone.

Lightscape did the electrical portion of our recent remodel... EXCELLENT work!  We love the convenience of the new lighting fixtures and they highlight the features of the remodel.

We tried to make some changes to GFI plugs and caused a problem.  Lightscape  come back and fixed the problem AND show us how to do it properly.

I would call them to do any electrical work at my properties...

Total Electric is amazing...if you need a good electrician or all round handy person, TOTAL is it.  We have had wonderful experiences with them and the prices are very, very reasonable.  They have helped us in so many ways by keeping us informed of good vs. bad contractors in the area...and believe me, there are quite a few.  He has lived in Evergreen most of his life, therefore knows just about everyone.  So give them a call, you won't be disappointed...and if you are IT'S YOU!

Joel is wonderful! On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, he is courteous, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him in our home. He worked quickly, went above and beyond the electrical work we hired him for, and charged a fair price for his work. I highly recommend calling Joel for any electrical work you need done. I know I will be keeping his number handy!

Fred has been a lifesaver for us!  First there was a problem with our breaker and we needed to add a new circuit, which sounded complicated to me but Fred just whipped it out in no time!  He's also replaced outlets for us and done anything electric we dream of!

Recently we were in the process of selling our house when we realized that we (my husband) really couldn't DIY a project and needed new recessed lighting THE DAY BEFORE THE STAGERS WERE COMING.
 
I called Fred at 11 am and told him the situation.  He said he could squeeze me in the next day at 10 am and I was effusively grateful.  Then he called back and said he could be there SAME DAY at 4 PM!  Oh my goodness.  What a hero!

Terry Hansen did an outstanding electrical repair at my house today.  It's obvious from watching him work and listening to his explanation of the repair he did that he has years of experience and wonderful knowledge of electrical systems.  He's also friendly and patiently listened to my explanation of what was going on with the electrical problem I was having with my house.  I highly recommend this man.  He knows what he's doing.  His price was reasonable also.

They then proceeded to continue to call and help to make sure everything was working in the following days. Will continue to use O'Brien for future work and highly recommend them!

These guys are the best!  We had a lighting fixture that fell, when I was trying to be a handyman. Mark came in and started the work, found an issue with the wiring and fixed it. He adjusted the fixtures to make the lights hang in a more aesthetically pleasing way and did an excellent job. The price was reasonable, he was punctual and working with Jessica was a very professional experience. We'll be calling them again, I'm sure.

Unfortunately the previous technician that I worked with from this company was no longer there. A different technician came to my home to give me a bid on replacing lighting for my backyard. I was extremely clear that the existing electrical box may have to be replaced and new wire would have to be run since old existing wire was 15 years old and hard to get to, since the landscaping had changed.  I asked him for lighting options and he said that they only recommend one type of light for all yard jobs and that if I wanted something different I would have to provide it myself.  I find that hard to believe because different lighting has different effects and illuminated span coverage.  

Furthermore when he gave me the invoice, it stated new wiring will be run, but on another part of the invoice, it stated new wire as needed.  When I questioned that part, he that he had planned on using the old wire and that if they installed a new wire it would tear up the yard because they had to use a trencher to bury the wire underground.  I told him I was familiar with those types of trenchers used to bury wire and that it was actually a blade that did not tear up the yard and that it was very easy to close after installation.  He looks surprised that I would know that and agreed that it really would not damage the yard. He then stated that if I wanted new wire throughout it would increase the price by $250.  The Technician looked annoyed when I ask him for the light options and again when I asked him why he did not bid the job with new wire in the first place since that had been requested explicitly.  His demeanor was not pleasant from the time that he showed up.  I called the company to complain and they apologized but told me that he had never had any complaints before and that there must have been a miscommunication.  The tech should not have tried to get away with using old wire and then change the bid when he realized I was on to him.  I'm disappointed that the company protected him. It was a waste of my time.

Tech /Santosh today was great!!   Very helpful and gave good detailed descriptions! :)

Had an appointment scheduled between the hours of 1-3pm. Called customer service around 3:30pm to ask where our electrician was and found out they had the wrong number to inform us that he would be arriving late.
At 6pm we received a call that the electrician would not be coming at all and we have to reschedule. Unbelievable.

i would not recommend this company for any service. their fees are very high- i had asked them to do some  simple residential  work- a quote was never given to me- they were to replace an outdoor light with a motion detector- they broke and threw out the existing light- i was charged 120/hr. for him to go  and get some supplies- he purchased 2  lights  which i was charged 69/piece for - i looked it up at home depot and the exact same light sold for 49. it was almost a $1000.  bill to do not much. then i needed him to come back as  one light was still not working correctly and they wanted to charge me another 200. to basically unscrew the old light and put another one in. i feel like their fees are very high  and the service was ok.
