I had a fairly minor issue under the kitchen sink that caused us concern and wanted it fixed before it escalated. After calling McAdams plumbing Tim was able to come that day, evaluate the issue and inform me of the options.  He resolved the issue quickly and professionally.  We'll use them as our go to plumber henceforth!

Tom with Courtesy Plumbing did GREAT work on a complicated boiler replacement job.  Reliable! Honest. Fairly priced. Skilled/knows his craft.  Courtesy Plumbing will be our first call when we need heating and plumbing help again.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I do NOT recommend this company!  They do not follow through, they do not return phone calls, and they do not stand by their bids.   Also very difficult (and rude) to deal with...  I strongly suggest you find a different HVAC or plumbing contractor.

John is excellent and I can't recommend him enough. He is always polite and really accessible. I have had him come out for 3 separate jobs and he has always done and excellent job and taken the time to give me the run down. Super fair price and he even fixed a sweat job I did. Thanks again for everything John! I recommend you to any I know who is looking for a great plumber!

Tony was absolutely fantastic.  He responded to your yelp request right away, got on the phone to discuss and give his best idea of a range of pricing (understandably caveating since he hadn't seen it in person but still giving us at least an idea before showing up), and was at our place in 30 minutes.  You can tell Tony cares about the customer experience and making sure it's as good as possible--he did even a little more work than we asked for just to make sure we were happy with the final result!  If you're looking for some old-school customer service with a great result, definitely give tony and Cuse Plumbing a shot!  As an FYI, our work was a natural gas hookup to an outdoor appliance.

I called Affordable plumber to find a water leak at my rental as we could not trace the source of the leak. When I called for an appointment I was told they come to the house and give you a free estimate.  When Travis arrived at my house he called me to tell me that he charges $250 an hour to look for the leak. I told him I thought you gave free estimates. He said that was his estimate.  I asked him why did they not tell me that you charge that per hour when I called since it is a fixed price. He said that they do not give estimates on the phone. Anyways I told him I did not want him to do any work for me as I felt that they should have told me upfront that is the fee.  He kept asking me how much did I expect to pay for someone to find the leak and that he would have to put holes in the sheetrock in order to locate it.

Charles was contracted to replace my water heater through my homeowner's warranty and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Charles was responsive, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Every step of the way he let me know what he was doing and what to expect. He took his shoes off every time he came in and out of the house despite me insisting that he could leave them on, communicated when my water heater needed to be ordered and shipped, and offered me the opportunity to shop around with other plumbers if I wanted. I had no interest in looking at any other options because great customer service and willingness to answer questions goes a long way with me. EASILY best service I have received from a trade since being a homeowner. Could not recommend Charles more!

Very responsive. Had a plumber out for a water heater estimate the same day and installed the next day. I got two estimates, one from one of the big plumbing companies and one from Euro Plumbers. The Euro Plumbers's estimate was less expensive, had a much better tank and even included pulling a permit.  Evo was our installer. He was professional, friendly, very considerate of our home and worked quite efficiently.  He explained in detail what he did and how to operate the tank, answering all my questions.  I highly recommend Euro Plumbers.

I contacted At Your Service because my basement drains were slow to drain and there was standing water in one drain and an unflushable toilet. Eduardo was very respectful and skilled at plumbing. He had my drain snaked in less than 30 minutes. The customer service was excellent. He was late to the appointment due to a miscommunication (hence 4 stars), but the staff at At Your Service immediately rectified the problem. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Quoted us $750 to hook up a garbage disposal and dishwasher. We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the new placement of the sink made the current configuration a little tight. It was by no means an unusual or overly complicated project. We ended up paying $50 for a jaw-dropping, outrageous quote. We are going with the honest company that provided a free quote and will do the work for less than half of what Bell quoted us.

Have the VIP service. Annual AC service was still booked out six weeks. Now, one day before appointment, they're trying to reschedule for nine days from now. Due to someone else's big job.

Sinclair plumbing did our plumbing for kitchen redo a few years ago. Recently the pipes backed up. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive. I found a plumber to come out and he saw that the metal pipes have been glued together and did not have the proper fittings. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive once again.  
Today we replace the pipes. Bob at Sinclair has proven to be incompetent and has no idea about customer service. We knew Lee Sinclair when he was alive and he was honest and wonderful plumber. It's a shame that Bob is running this company. Bob is simply incompetent and lacks any customer service.  I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one.
