Our sewer line backed up so we were excited these guys were coming over right away to get to the bottom of it.. Mark came over and did a sewer scope and said we needed to replace the whole line from the house past the clean outs. He said there was offsetting and bellying and that we needed over $10,000 worth of repairs. Turns out the offsetting is where the pipe goes from 4 to 3 and if we wanted to replace the whole thing we could do so for around $6,000. Also for even cheaper we could do just a spot repair or cleaning but we're never given that as an option. He was very short and rude as he overcharged for the scope and never gave us a report or a video which it says on there website is included. But now we know that they are just scam artists or just really bad at there job. I tried to be nice because I don't know anything about plumbing but now it's obvious they are just trying to take advantage of people that don't understand. Don't waste your time and money with this company. They deserve -50 stars. What a terrible experience.

First of all I want to say that the people I talked to were polite and friendly people, including the technician who came to my home.

Unfortunately, being nice does not give me back $35 bucks that could have been saved during my first conversation with whoever answered the phone.

I don't expect a front desk person to know what the technicians know, but this seemed like something they should have been able to tackle: They don't work on the issue that I was having, but refer out. So my time and my money could have been saved by a knowledgeable office staff and because of that I am not really pleased. 2 stars for Rick being a nice dude and for a next day appointment time.

My husband and I recently purchased a condo, and as part of our home inspection, the inspector noted the water heater was 17 years old and that we should prioritize getting it replaced. Okay, no problem--I called 3 plumbers as well as Home Depot for quotes.

On the low end (Home Depot) I was quoted just over 2k for a new 40gal heater. On the high end, I was quoted $3200. I decided to go with the middle option, Courtesy Plumbing, which came in around $2600 and included the tank, labor, disposal of the old tank, and modifications to put the tank in per updated codes. Ryan took the call, came out for free to check out the space, and came back a couple days later for the install.

I appreciated that Ryan was transparent, courteous, and diligent. He and his partner got it done correctly and they left no mess or evidence of their work besides my brand new tank. He even did a water pressure test for me after he had some concerns that our pressure was too high. Rather than immediately try to upsell me on a regulator, he got creative and found a way to test the pressure, only to discover that it was actually fine. As a layman myself, I felt reassured that Courtesy was not trying to trick me out of more $.

I also upgraded to the silver client package after they finished the job because I liked them so much. We'll eventually need HVAC work done in here, and I will be calling Courtesy.

I had Pristine Plumbing out several months ago to fix an issue with my bathtub. While my hot water heater worked like a champ, the guest shower water was only lukewarm. They came out on a Friday afternoon and seemed pretty rushed to finish the job, which required some troubleshooting. In the end, the tub fixture was replaced and the water is somewhat warmer, but still nowhere near the temperature of other faucets in the house. I'm going to have to hire another plumber to fix this issue once and for all, so the $340 for this fix went almost literally down the drain...

Chester was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable about old Denver plumbing. Very reasonable price as well

Gilbert from quality is by far the best plumber. He is a 5  star plumber he cleared my main line that a nation wide pluming service told me by the tech and supervisor that my main line was broke and totally out of service. They said it would be between 15000 to 16000 dollars.Gilbert had mainline cleared in less than 1 hour.my lines are 100 percent clean.Again thanks to the one and only Gilbert from quality plumbing.

Great customer service! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family for TV mounting. He was done within an hour or less!

We needed to replace our ancient (35 yrs?) air conditioner on the roof with a new evaporative cooler. Jerry made it very easy with the bidding process all the way through the install. He made it possible to take advantage of the existing duct work to make the switch out very easy keeping the new cooler on the roof. Jerry and his crew took out the old AC and had the new cooler installed in a day and a half. I would highly recommend Jerry and his company for any plumbing project you might need!

JK Plumbing is awesome!  From the moment we contacted them, they were responsive, professional and friendly!  We had a bathtub faucet that would not stop dripping and JK Plumbing was able to fix it for us quickly and efficiently!  I sent a message to Kris and she was able to get us on the schedule very quickly.  John arrived on time and was able to fix the problem immediately.  Professional - high quality work - friendly!  I highly recommend JK Plumbing!

Tony was absolutely fantastic.  He responded to your yelp request right away, got on the phone to discuss and give his best idea of a range of pricing (understandably caveating since he hadn't seen it in person but still giving us at least an idea before showing up), and was at our place in 30 minutes.  You can tell Tony cares about the customer experience and making sure it's as good as possible--he did even a little more work than we asked for just to make sure we were happy with the final result!  If you're looking for some old-school customer service with a great result, definitely give tony and Cuse Plumbing a shot!  As an FYI, our work was a natural gas hookup to an outdoor appliance.

Master plumber Travis Arbogast has helped us on multiple occasions, most recently with the replacement of a water heater that went out while we had visitors staying with us.  He was able to respond quickly and had it replaced the same day.  He is professional,  experienced, and explains his recommendations in terms that are easy to understand.  He does high quality work, always to code, and his pricing is fair.  We are so lucky to have found Travis.  We recommend him to our family and friends as well as anyone who needs a plumber they can trust.

Charles has been a pleasure completely helped me in a difficult situation.  Very empathetic and understanding going above and beyond to get the job done and stands firm behind his work.  It has been a real pleasure to deal with him in a tough situation. Thanks

I've been using the Massey's for ten years and my wife's family had been using them for at least that long before us. Their prices have always been fair and they take care of the problem. I've referred them to a number of friends throughout the years with no problems.

Very happy with the group at Euro Plumbing. Prompt response, set up the appointment to review the problem, and came out and did the job. Was very happy with the level of detail and asking us and confirming a 2nd time where we would like our new water line installed. Vanko and Boris did a great job.

I would give 0 stars if I could.  this company preys on senior citizens, they charged my mother who is in her 80s, $554 to put a $20 part in her toilet, it was high pressure my mom was almost in tears, but she had to go ahead and pay it because it's her only bathroom.  The technician said he was in a hurry and had to leave so she didn't have time to call us and check on the price.  I've spoken to the manager and she didn't help at all.  They let the technicians quote whatever price they want and then they lied about the part he put in saying it was brass when it's just plastic.  Plus they never even mailed her receipt, I had to call and request it to be emailed to me.  Complete rip off and scam!

Faran was very efficient and professional, always remember to wear booties over his  shoes while inside, he worked very quickly, always explaining what he was doing and being very polite.  When it came to pricing he explained the entire cost up-front and once we decided to go ahead with the repairs he was very quick and effective.

Sinclair plumbing did our plumbing for kitchen redo a few years ago. Recently the pipes backed up. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive. I found a plumber to come out and he saw that the metal pipes have been glued together and did not have the proper fittings. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive once again.  
Today we replace the pipes. Bob at Sinclair has proven to be incompetent and has no idea about customer service. We knew Lee Sinclair when he was alive and he was honest and wonderful plumber. It's a shame that Bob is running this company. Bob is simply incompetent and lacks any customer service.  I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one.
