I did not have a good experience with Save Home Heat. I initially called because my thermostat was not turning off my heat, and our heat was stuck on. The technician was polite and professional, and replaced the thermostat in 20 minutes, for which the charge was almost $300! When I wrote to the company to complain, the owner wrote my back a long letter explaining that they needed to charge these rates to run their company, and that part of the charge is because the technician (Gabe) was so experienced and could diagnose a problem quickly. I felt that the charge was exorbitant and I wasn't happy. We went on vacation for 10 days right after that, leaving the thermostat at 65. When we got home, the apartment was really hot at 75. I turned the thermostat was down to 52, and realized that it was not turning down the heat. So, I called back Save Home Heat who wanted me to wait two more days for the same technician to come out. In the meantime we were having to open our windows to be able to let the heat out so we could sleep! I insisted on having someone come out that day, which they were very reluctant to do even though someone was available. I explained to the new technician what had happened, and he immediately checked the valve on the heating unit that the thermostat was controlling, which he said was old and needed to be replaced. Another $287 charge! If I was charged $287 the first time because the first technician was so great at diagnosing problems why did he not test to make sure the thermostat he installed was indeed working with the system? I called again to protest the second $287 charge and was told that they had waived the trip fees. OK, well when I had first called they said they only charge a trip fee if it is something they can't fix or I decide not to perform the work, so the fact that they waived the trip fee didn't mean anything. In sum, I would not call this company again. Their charges are ridiculous and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Poor customer service!

We did not have a great experience with Sewer Solutions. They didn't finish the job in the timeline they said they would. Then, before any of the trench they'd dug was filled in, their office staff was calling me three times a day asking for payment. We asked them to leave a small portion of the trench partially open for electrical in a garage we were building. That was a mistake because they left WAY too much dirt behind, and even though the garage contractor filled in what he could after the electric was complete, we were left with about a ton of dirt to spread around our yard on our own. That's because Sewer Solutions wouldn't respond to any of our emails or messages asking them to help with the dirt. Overall, our experience was pretty poor.

Nance and crew did the plumbing in our home when we built it 15 years ago. Since then we have used them for various things (we now want an additional upstairs clothes washer put in)
we trust them to do amy work even when we are gone (we winter in FL) and folks stay here
we would highly recommend

Zach and his crew were great. They worked with our budget and got our house cooled down with a new system right away. Can't recommend them enough for being professional, fast, and fair in their pricing!

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing. My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid. I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.
Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him. He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.
I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

I had a drain clog thanksgiving day. I tried to snake it the following day but couldn't go deep enough with my tiny snake. Jimmy and his son came out the following day and within 15 minutes had my drain clear and my sink put back together. I was expecting a bill of over $100, but when they were done I was pleasantly surprised. Under $100 for any plumbing service is a great deal. Thanks, Jimmy. Much appreciated. You are my plumber.

We had Michael install a new sump pump and replace fixtures in our bathroom. He did a great job with both projects and even came back to complete the bathroom when after we had ordered the wrong fixture. He was pleasant and fairly priced and cleaned up after himself.
I would definitely recommend his services.

Asked to have a wall removed between my dining area and kitchen. They completed the task in a few days and the opening has made the rooms even more open than before. They provided an honest price upfront and was competitive with competitors. Will use their service again in the future!

This review is based only on the bids Tipping Hat provided, not on actual work. Tipping Hat came out the SAME DAY that I called for estimates on a new furnace, AC system and water heater, which was GREAT! And the tech who came out was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. However, I didn't realize this is a flat rate company -- meaning they give you a flat bid based on the pricing book -- so you can't see what they are charging for each line item in the estimate. Their bid was more than DOUBLE the bid of another HVAC company for install of a furnace, AC system and water heater. ($12k vs more than $24k). While the very pleasant tech tried to explain all the wonderful extras that are included in their bid, there is no way those extras are worth $12k. So, kudos for promptness in responding to my request, consider another company that will show you, line by line, what is included in your bid -- so you can compare it to the other bids you get.

Well after today, I will never use this company again. BEWARE! I had scheduled an appointment to meet Inspection requirements for a property sale that was canceled last minute. This was after 2 and a half weeks of calls, location verification and service needs with Squeaks. They have left me in a bind, inconvenienced me, wasted my time and tarnished my reputation with my client. This will never happen again!
I am a realtor and have had clients use Squeaks in the past. They have rescheduled but always finished before. I thought they were good and would be reliable. Well, today, I was shut down. I have a rural property in Byers that needed water heater service and furnace inspection. I verified over 2 weeks ago that they service this area, and I asked each time I have called to confirm this was not a problem. I agreed to pay a trip charge to go here, that was reasonable. I requested additional information about Water Heater service a few times as well and never received calls back, but I still was able to get an appointment after two more follow-up calls to them. I then verified my appointment two days ago and made sure they knew the address and even gave them directions.
This morning, I drove to the property to meet them. It is an hour each way from my office, no one showed up or called. After an hour past the original appointment time, I called to check and they said the technician was coming later this afternoon due to an emergency repair. That's fine, a phone call before my long drive to the property would have been nice. I had other appointments this afternoon. But then, an hour and a half before the revised appointment time, I receive a call that they do not service Byers and I will have to call a local HVAC/plumber instead. I already spent hours calling around last month, researching & verifying the best situation for my client and local HVAC/plumber were overcharging for minimal work with poor reviews. Now I am screwed and I get to tell my client how I have messed up trusting Squeaks to follow through and honor their promises.
They were inconsiderate, I don't have time but will have to make time to fix this and the manager said she understood my frustration. She is not even close to how much damage has been done here.

Our main pipeline in the basement concrete wall had a pin hole that was leaking water down the wall. I called 6 different plumbing companies and only a few companies were willing to open up the concrete wall to access the leaky pipe. Kris came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and made sure to cover all areas to mitigate the dust so that it would not spread throughout the basement. My old copper pipes were dented and squished due to the weight of concrete but Kris was able to re-shape it to fit the new pipe. I was so happy to find someone who knew what they were doing and someone who was not going to overcharge me. Other plumbers wanted to demo my patio stampeded concrete to pull the old pipes out, and replace the whole pipeline with a new pipe, so I was really glad that Kris was willing to do what he did and also did a great job. Thank you!

We have used Dan twice; once to repair a sprinkler head and once to blowout sprinkler system. He is great to work with and stands behind his work. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend using Planet Plumbing. They came to our mobile home park to make minor repairs and the workmanship was acceptable but they charged exorbitant prices. For example $250 to replace a hose bib (faucet) !! It is better not to gouge on simple repairs.

Leak in the basement on a Saturday! Yikes! Vahid was available, got here quickly, and had replaced the leaky valve in no time! Very professional! Thank you!

Can I say honest and affordable. I called Wes yesterday afternoon because I had a leaky drain pipe. He came out yesterday to evaluate the issue and he had it completed on Saturday morning. Very easy and accommodating.

Bad business practices. My landlord hired this company (Elliot to be exact) to do maintenance around her property. This guy did a half job. Nothing is fixed properly. Screens fall out the windows. The blinds in my bedroom fell off the window and hit my daughter because the part you hooked it up too isn't long enough. The closet doors won't open and close. The back door knob is on backwards, the ceiling fan is water damaged and going to fall out of the ceiling. The towel rack in the bathroom wasn't installed properly. And when the owner and I call him he doesn't answer or call back. These are simple easy fixes of jobs he's already been paid for. I do not recommend.
