Jeremy came and checked all ductless units as well as our 20 yo boiler and he was on-time (in the mountains that can be a challenge sometimes). He was very thorough, organized, neat and efficient! He was very friendly and informative. A pleasure to work with. This company has also been very dependable and easy to work with!

We got buyer's inspection report on Monday night. By Tuesday morning, we had a sewer cleaning scheduled and wanted to have a plumber give us an estimate on a re-scope. These guys bent over backwards to accommodate our deadline. They communicate well, which is so important especially to a homeowner who doesn't deal in the contractor's world often. Thanks so much for all of your help!

Zach and his crew were great. They worked with our budget and got our house cooled down with a new system right away. Can't recommend them enough for being professional, fast, and fair in their pricing!

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing. My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid. I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.
Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him. He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.
I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

Jimmy was the third plumber to inspect the slow running toilet and provide an analysis of what he thought was the problem. He was the only one who got it right and the other two left with me paying their minimum service charge and not actually fixing anything. From now on I'm calling Jimmy first.

We had a water line leak to one of the upstairs showers, it seeped through the ceiling sheetrock in our laundry room on main floor.
Michael-the owner at Mountain Range Plumbing LLC was on another job when I made my request for help, and was still the first to respond on Yelp. He made us a priority and was at our residence an 1 1/2 later starting his assessment, then reviewing it with me, and conducting the repair. He was very professional, and customer service focused...
Once the repair had been completed he even showed me the part/joint that was replaced and explained why he thought that elbow joint went bad so I understood it better. A++
When talking with him, I learned he's a Certified Master Plumber for 20+ years, a local small business. Please note: I did my research prior to hiring anyone for this repair and the expected cost... He's not trying to rip people off, his quoted repair cost was well under the average cost per (2) different websites I checked with. A++++++
I have a some experience in finishing homes in the past, and his quality of work is definitely among the best. He seems like someone that feels quality of work is a must! *** That's hard to find nowadays!!!
I will/do strongly recommend Mountain Range Plumbing LLC services, and will definitely refer them to any of my friends and family member if they're ever in need of a great plumber.

Jeff and crew fully finished our basement which included full bath, two room additions and mechanical room. They did an excellent job. Their experience was obvious and the guys worked hard and efficiently. Great communication throughout the process and the project completed at the quoted price which was the most competitive of the bids I received. I Highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were great! Very professional and thorough. And extremely reasonably priced! Our Rinnai tankless water heater wasn't heating properly and they came out to check it out and fix it. It took them 2 or 3 visits and a lot of work, but in the end it was fixed and functioning properly. And they didn't charge an hourly rate for all the time spent. Just a charge for the repair and parts. I highly recommend them!

I called Squeaks based on a recommendation from a business management company. HUGE mistake. This was on a Friday morning and their technician that came out was courteous and professional. We received a written quote from him after diagnosing the issue with my floor drain. The tech said he was going to grab a bite to eat before he was able to continue with his work. While he was out to lunch he called and said his company was not pleased that he waived the diagnostic fee of $89.95 (even though it was not on his quote) and that he would have to charge that anyway. I was not pleased obviously. He called back again after about 45 minutes and said that he was being pulled by Squeaks because there was another emergency that he had to attend to. That left ME hanging all weekend with a wet floor and without anything fixed. Squeaks called me to say that they would be back on Monday between 8 & 10 am. AGAIN, totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Monday morning, 8:10 am, Squeaks called me to say that they decided that they did not want to service my home. Had I known that on Friday, I could have had someone else lined up for Monday. Now I had to scramble to find someone else that could come out that day. Luckily, I found another company that came out right away and was able to fix my problem and for less money as well. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SQUEAKS TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

It is my first time using this company. The guy who came by is extremely professional and nice. He fixed the plumbing to clean out the clogging- at end of his service. He said your disposal is not working you will need to pay $499 (on top of $289 service). I declined.... When he left- I left the kitchen water running for a minute and my sink clogged again.?!

We recently purchased our first home, and needed help figuring out the sprinkler system. We had no idea what we were working with or the condition of our system. We selected Dan's Lawn & Sprinkler because of the wonderful reviews on Yelp and we were not disappointed. The Complete System Evaluation they offer for new customers is exactly what we needed. We had two technicians service our home and they did an excellent job. They arrived early and were very polite. They set up our sprinkler system, fixed the handful of items that needed work, and took the time to thoroughly explain our system to us so that we know what we're doing going forward. We were very satisfied with the customer service and care we received and plan to use them going forward for our winterization and start-up services.

They were prompt, professional and answered all of our questions They even sent a master plumber back out to verify that the drains were good but our toilets were getting old and calcified not allowing a swift flush. Definitely would use them again.

Vahid is polite and professional, but more importantly does a really nice job and doesn't keep you waiting. He replaced 3 sinks and fixed a couple leaky faucets quickly and at a fair price. I believe I've found my new plumber!

Wesley couldn't help me because of other clients and me needing someone quick, but recommended a company that could help me out and save me money. Thanks!

They came out for a free estimate. We discussed what needed to be done and we were given a price. It was our understanding that the price included digging up the concrete, replacing the pipe, and fixing the concrete from the pipe that comes down over to the floor drain (about 5 or 6 feet away). We were told the floor drain appeared to be fine and since it was draining just fine, fixing over to it should fix the problem. We were given an invoice as a quote and it was a bit vague, but appeared to outline the basics of what was discussed. On the day they had a handwritten invoice for us to sign. The handwriting was pretty illegible, so we had to rely on them when they said that it said what we agreed on. After digging up a foot around the pipe and seeing that it was rusted out farther than that, and that the pipe did not go to the floor drain, but off at an angle, they said they needed to go further and it would be double the price to keep going! They then said that the amount agreed on only included a foot and that the illegible handwritten invoice said one foot! That was the first mention of a foot being all that was included in that price! They said they would at least need to do the additional work (for double the price), and possibly would need to go further and under the water heater and shower and then that would be even more money! We were now talking about $3,000 more than the agreed price! We lost all confidence in the honesty and integrity of this company and were absolutely sure that they would keep running into problems and the bill would keep climbing! We know better than to play this game! We were charged a full third of the original quote for them just digging a foot around the pipe! We now have a hole in our basement slab exposing a rusted out sewer pipe and are worse off (and poorer!) than before! We now have to get someone else who is trustworthy and who has professional integrity to finish the job and are without the use of our kitchen and laundry for even longer!
