I was referred to Pro Line after asking another plumber if they repaired leaks in radiator lines coming from the boiler.  I called them and they confirmed that they could do this and I arranged for them to call my tenant to coordinate schedules and go onsite to do the repair.  After a day, my tenant informed me that they had not called.  Turns out that the service guy ignored the note to call my tenant and instead called my house phone (which I didn't receive because I was away).  Not ideal, but understandable mistake, still service guy should have read note or Pro Line has to get their processes cleaned up.  I asked them again to call my tenants and it was urgent as water was leaking (fortunately a small leak).  Another day and a half goes by before he responds to an urgent call, only to inform my tenants that no, they don't work with any radiator and boiler lines heating system.  So overall experience was pretty poor, apparently they don't read service notes, don't respond in timely manner and don't know what services they provide.  I can't speak to how well they perform the services, but I'm unwilling to call them again, wait a couple of days for a response and hope that their dispatcher and serviceman agree on what services they provide.

Reasonably priced professional work. Just as it should be. Was able to do a last minute fix before we had left town. Awesomeness.

Had a leak in the basement.  I called Sammy and he had a plumber come to the house within an hour and had everything fixed immediately.

Noticed leak this morning in my basement. Called and talked to the owner, Jason. This was my second time using them.
Jason told me he could get a technician out between 3-4pm. Technician showed up at 2:45, perfect. He let me know he was enroute a few minutes early. My technician was Alex Georgopoulos.  He was very professional and friendly. Walked me threw every step out what he was doing. Job was completed and he double checked several times to confirm no leak or any additional leaks on the pipe. I have very old pipes.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again

Super service!  Todds was able to fix my water heater after another plumbing service told me that it needed to be replaced.  They were clean and fast. The price was great.  I would definitely have them do more plumbing work.

John is was great and fixed our plumbing issue.  More importantly he was responsive, professional and reasonable in price.  All other plumbers in this valley are garbage.

Chris did a great job replacing our sump pump!  I would highly recommend him!  Very trust worthy!

We had Nate come and fix several sinks in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased. Nate was punctual, friendly, and very skilled at his craft. We ended up paying one quarter of what another company was trying to charge us, literally saving us hundreds. We are so pleased with him, and I cannot recommend him enough!!

I made an appointment for today to have plumbing work done. I live in a senior community, so had to have the water shut off for the entire building for a 2 hour window. My appointment was 10:00 to 12:00 noon. When I had no plumber at 11:05 I called APC Plumbing and was told the plumber was on a job that was running late and needed another 20 minutes to finish up, so he would not make it! I had to inconvience all residents of the building by having the water off for 2 hours AND I had to take off work. The fact that I had to call them and was not notified by the company is quite irritating. I would definitely NOT recommend APC Plumbing!!!

Had A/C serviced which was good, nothing to complain about. Then the plumbers came to do an inspection and sewer scope. Previous owners said this is a $100-200 job and clears out any clogs between house and road. Also had them take a look at a minor shower leak. They literally broke my downstairs toilet and charged $400 to fix the piece they broke while sewer scoping which did absolutely nothing and $500 for the scope which also did nothing. They did hand me a $10k and $30k quote to fix my plumbing. Then a $2k quote to fix the shower which they also made worse. Total scam.

Silas Cortez/Bulldog Construction registered his PayPal account with telephone number 601-853-4242.  This number is registered to Bulldog Construction in Madison, Mississippi, which has nothing to do with his handyman business (call PayPal to verify for yourself).  I obtained court documents at the Arapahoe County Courts where judgments were made against him in four other lawsuits filed by other people who have robbed by him.  I searched on Google maps and Waze for the addresses listed on the court documents and found none of the addresses are legit or valid addresses.  He is a total scam artist and will steal your money!!!  Do your research before hiring this guy or deal with the consequences!!!
