I called and spoke with the woman who scheduled the appointments. Very nice and professional lady. The guy Dave calls me back and tells me he can be at my house in a hour, which I was very impressed with and was about to book him.... Then he began to discuss price.. What he was asking for was competitively priced but it didn't match the price that is POSTED as a special on their website. When I asked him about it, he said it was because the level of service that I was requesting cost more.... Fair enough, but then he wanted to charge me a $59 trip charge when their website clearly says No after hour charges from 8am to 8pm Monday-Saturday, No trip charges with any work performed  HUH? Is that something that I was supposed to mention to you????

Anyways, Not Cool... The only reason I gave a 2 star is because of the nice woman who I originally spoke with on the phone. This may be a good business overall, I don't know since I didn't use them but the impression that I received from Dave was that this is not a place that I'd choose to do business with.

Please either update your website so people like myself don't think what they're reading is actually true or simply stick to your word and don't add a trip charge like you currently have posted on your website.

I asked for a quote for a standard maintenance on my tank-less water heater (flushing heater with vinegar) but they would not quote me over the phone. The lady on the phone was very nice but their policy of a $29 trip change and then they will offer a quote for a standard service is not enough information and seems like they are playing games. She also would not quote an hourly rate. I'd be happy to change this rating if their team would be willing to offer me a real quote for a standard service like this so I have an idea how much this would cost before they come.

The work was completed in a timely manner but they Couldn't ever send me a receipt after asking dozens of times

Master Plumber Mike at Todd's Water Heater Repair took care of us. We had a 50 gal. Power Vent Rheem water heater that had not failed but the Power Vent fan ran constantly. We talked to Mike who explained that the problem is due to built up sediment that cools faster than water and so the water heater is constantly turning on to heat the sediment in the tank. He talked through the options and we choose to replace the water heater with the brand he recommended which is a Bradford White (commercial grade) water heater. He said call around before deciding to go with his quote. We did and determined that he seemed to have the most expertise and was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Today he came in with a mask and was quick and efficient. He checked on some other plumbing issues that we had in our house per our request. We will definitely use Todd's plumbers for our plumbing problems in the future!

John is was great and fixed our plumbing issue.  More importantly he was responsive, professional and reasonable in price.  All other plumbers in this valley are garbage.

We had an amazing experience with Chris, from quickly responding to squeezing us in at the last minute to resolve our leaky valve. Immediately gave us an estimate (that he honored to the penny). You can tell he's a perfectionist who loves what he does. Came in well below other companies, and he's an actual master plumber. We'll be turning to him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Going on 7 years - and I still call them. Ultimate Heating and Cooling did the initial installation of the HVAC when our home was built and I've used them for everything since.. Did the unit need service? Repair? Follow-up? Sure. Shit happens, things break down, HVAC needs some TLC. All of my experiences with this company have been awesome. I recently had a repair that I thought needed a double check, called the office, the receptionist called the tech and the tech, Ross, called me immediately to check in. Ross decided he'd come out and within moments I got a call back from the receptionist to set the appointment. My schedule is always hectic and they are always super accommodating also. I'm about as anal as anyone gets with just about everything and these guys have never disappointed me.  Thanks UH&C! Thank you Ross, for your expertise and for putting up with me!!

This place is awesome!  My parents water heater broke and flooded their basement!  Nate went out and replaced it immediately with no problems!  I'll definitely use To the T again as this is the second time we've called on them and their response time is quick and the work is great!

I had previously written a bad review of this company, because we were given a second a opinion on a furnace issue that APC (specifically Kaleb) had found. After receiving a second opinion (from a friend in HVAC) we were under the impression that APC was trying to swindle us. We had been contacted on multiple occasions after my negative review by APC, and Kaleb specifically, respectfully, to make it right. He insisted on proving to us that what he had recommended was in fact true, & needed. After much reluctance on our part, and persistence on Kaleb's & the company, we finally agreed to have him come back (months later mind you - he was that insistent on proving his professionalism, knowledge, and making it right with us). Admittedly, he did prove to us that his initial recommendation was spot on. Our second opinion that we had chosen to listen to (because it was a friend), was incorrect in their assessment, and Kaleb was in fact correct. He walked us through it, very thoroughly, and i saw the problem he had detected with my own eyes.
He was so insistent on making the situation right, because it effected his work & professionalism, which is clearly something he holds in high regards. And he should.
I am impressed with Kaleb, and this company, for wanting so badly to make things right with their customers, for us, and for themselves.
I can admit when I am wrong, and I was in this instance. Kaleb handled himself with the utmost professionalism throughout this entire process, and I certainly appreciate it and respect it. I would recommend this company, and Kaleb, hands down. Thank you.

Having had a good experience in the past with a furnace issue, I called them earlier this week for a plumbing issue and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I won't use their service again.

My pipes were gurgling so I called and they sent Brandon alongside his apprentice, who diagnosed an issue in my sewer line. They didn't have the equipment necessary who they called Josh who came in with a snake and a camera to scope out the sewer line and identify a blockage that they couldn't clear.

Following that, Josh told me I absolutely needed a sewer line spot repair asap otherwise it would back up I to the house, thankfully they would be able to move things around and quoted me $7500 to have someone come here the very next day and fix the issue. At that point it was late in the day and the prospect of not being able to shower or use the toilet was daunting so I trusted his diagnosis and agreed.

The next day a crew of 4 showed up and started digging and replaced a small section of the sewer line, at which point they scoped the rest of the line and pointed out some root intrusions in the rest of the line and that I really should get the whole line changed, if not now then in the next few months, because it was in really bad shape.

I asked Josh for a quote, and he gave me two quotes: it would be an additional 3500 to replace the rest of the section under the front yard which was in really bad shape, and an additional 25500 to replace the whole line from the house to the city's sewer line.

At that point there was already a huge dig in my front yard and they had the excavator on site, and I had Josh telling me that the could fill the hole but that replacing that other section under the front yard which was in a really bad state would be another 7500 if they left and came back, so I caved and agreed to paying the additional 3500 for them to replace it. But asked for them to give me some time to think about the whole sewer line replacement, to which he said I could tell him the next day at the latest.

The following day I called a couple other companies to get a second opinion, and both told me the same thing: there were minimal root intrusions of no concern, that is normal, and I should be fine doing annual or semi-annual maintenance, and with that the sewer line should be good for another 10 years at least.

They also both quoted me a price way lower than 10500 for the section that was replaced.

I reached out to fix-it 24/7 and will update this review when I hear back from their management, but needless to say I'm pretty angry about this whole situation.

Update: I talked to Dustin who pretty much spent 10 minutes telling me that I was wrong and that he stood by his team's quote. Would definitely not recommend working with them.

I wish more than anything I would have read the reviews first. We had just been scammed by another contractor for a basement remodel. We found Silas Cortez on Craigslist for an unrelated covered patio project. We hired him and his 2 sons to do the job. They did a good, fast job - left some things unfinished - but all in all we were happy. Seeing us scammed by the other contractor, Silas claimed he would have had our basement finished by now. So, desperate and trusting, we hired him to complete our basement project. What a mistake. He gave us an affordable quote, said he could start work right away, and would be done in two weeks. About a week in, Silas' sons abandoned him, leaving him to complete the job with the help of his younger inexperienced third son. 3 months later, our project is still not done. When Silas asked for money, we always obliged. We had all the materials ready so he had no excuse not to work. One day, he packed up his tools, and said he was going to McDonald's for breakfast. He never returned. That was a month ago. He claims to be skilled. He claims to have been in the industry for 30 years. He installed our new furnace and water heater. Neither of them work properly. The electrical he installed is not correct. I hope that when we finally get our fixtures in the plumbing works. We made the horrible mistake of trusting in another human being, and we gave him our money. He took complete advantage of us. The worst part about it, folks, is this man is a pastor. He claims to be a man of God. He will pretend to be your friend. Please, please, PLEASE do not hire this man. If you are reading this review and are considering him, please think twice. Contact me directly. I will tell you all of the details. I didn't include the nitty gritty here because you would be reading for an hour. The bottom line is, please do not make the same mistake that we did and trust this scam artist.
