Rogelio is the absolute best! He and his partner came in to fix a leak under my sink. When the replacement started leaking too (no fault of his) he immediately ran to Home Depot to get us another. Made things super easy and very attentive. Highly recommend!

After my next door neighbor retired from plumbing, I had a string of really bad experiences with various local plumbers, big name and small.  I can't articulate my relief when I was referred to Planet Plumbing by a local plumber who was overworked!  
Planet Plumbing is my go to ... I don't even bother grabbing competing quotes... they are awesome.  Rooter prices are overly reasonable!  They are all knowledgeable, well trained, honest, prompt, and fair.
Once the plumber was being accompanied by an apprentice, who forgot to lay carpet protector down before taking the rooter snake down to the basement... so there was some black marks on each of the stairs until I caught it, and he tried to lift that side up off the carpet as he went down.

These things happen... and they are great opportunities for service providers to demonstrate their true value and their true concern.  They finished the job, were very apologetic, and left it to me whether I wanted them to go out and get stain remover and come back to try and clean the carpet, (even though it was already 8pm), or receive a fair discount off of the service.  

I opted for the discount, used some basic carpet cleaner and the grease came right out, but I have high faith and confidence in the integrity, experience, and skill of every Planet Plumbing plumber I've gotten to work with.  Oliver is setting me up with a new water heater soon, and is ensuring everything is up to current code and current safety standards... Mr. Barnes is nice, but his work is sloppy and once he brought his daughter along and charged extra for her being there.  He didn't offer any discount for the damage he caused while working, either.

Reminds you why dealing with a small, family business is always best.  Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, clearly value their relationship with long-time customers.  Strongly recommend.

After calling Precision Heating and getting told we needed to spend $13000-$15000 for a new furnace and A/C, I decided to call La Bella Plumbing.   Thank goodness as a new motor for our A/C was only $525!   Precision told me that our A/C and Furnace were incompatible and that it was possible the compressor was also not working but that they wouldn't know that until they took the motor out.  Mike knew within a few minutes that the compressor was fine.   Precision was also telling me we should get a Steam Humidifier which Mike explained, we did not need to spend that kind of money on.  Mike was able to get out to our home within a day of our calling and got the new motor installed within an hour of diagnosis.   We will always call LaBella for our future HVAC needs.  They are an honest company that doesn't prey on people to make huge commissions!

I highly recommend Mainline Services to anyone needing a mainline scope or 2nd opinion of the state of their underground plumbing. I had my main line back up a few nights ago.  Water seeped into finished areas and ruined some carpet and boxes in storage. It was around 9pm at night when we noticed so when we called the next morning we took whomever could get to us earliest. What a mistake. If only I knew at that time about Mainline Services, I would have saved money and slept better. The first company came out and after running water for 10 minutes and no backup we concluded that the most likely culprit were some wipes that were flushed the night before as we have a child potty training. Note to anyone, those advertised flushable wipes are not disposable. We went ahead and snaked the line to be sure and he had trouble getting it through, so we called in a scope. After the scope, they tried to tell me that I needed to irrigate to jet out the build up to the tune of $5800, which later was bargained down to an even 4k. Um, no. So we called in Mainline for a 2nd opinion. Robert showed up promptly for the appointment and walked me thru a lot of the video scope and advised that if there had been anything with an issue, it was gone and needed nothing except routine cleaning/maintenance. His detail and explanations made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't trying to sell me on something. 5 stars to Robert and to Mainline for having genuine and knowledgable teammates! Not only did your assurance save me $4000 but I can sleep better at night knowing I don't have to worry about sewage seeping back up into my house.

Incredible work! After having a horrible experience with a leak, I must have called 15 plumbers trying to get some immediate help.  Finally, I called Juan and he was over right away.  He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy going, and did not give any indication that he was rushing to get to the next job.  He was also willing to connect me with the right people for additional repair services.  AE Plumbing Services will be my go-to from now on and I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted our water heater from 2005 looked at as well as a gas line plumbed for an outdoor BBQ. We are lovers of local business and appreciate craftsmanship and honesty. Not wanting to support a big company, we turned to yelp on this one and we hit gold; Gerald.

Gerald was timely and is just the kind of plumber you want to service your home for life. He did not try to up-sell any unnecessary service and true to his word when the gas line did't take him as long as he anticipated, he charged us less; a great deal taboot! He offered DIY solutions for us on venting our water heater and as new home owners we are so grateful to have someone with a good old-school work ethic on board. This is truly your great neighborhood plumber.

Let me preface this review by stating that Sunshine Plumbing did not win a contract with me with their bid. This review is based on the estimator alone.

I had signed up for a replacement air conditioner estimate on Sunshine's website. They called me within minutes and had me scheduled for an estimate on my preferred date and time. The morning of the estimate, I received an email with a photo of the estimator, and a call directly from him letting me know his ETA. When he was late (stuck in traffic) he gave me another call with a more accurate time frame. He came over and was very thorough in his inspection he looked at the existing A/C equipment and verified the information that was needed to provide a quote. He told me he would have a quote ready within the day and then was on his way. He surprised me about 20 minutes later when he came back to the house with a printed estimate for the replacement system.

Ultimately I did not choose to go with Sunshine primarily due to the price. The quote was $2000 higher than the next quote, and it was about 80% labor. It was a lot of money for two guys to work for about 4 hours. They also offered a lower price if I signed up for an annual service contract. This kind of seems to be a little scammy from what I could tell. Sure it is servicing and maintaining the warranty on the equipment, but the price they would have locked me in wouldn't have been worthwhile at all. Still this company gets 4 stars due to a good customer service attitude, their pricing is just a little too high for what they provide.

We have used Done in the past 8 years for EVERYTHING - a/c repair. Hot water heater. Clogs. And most recently some irrigation pipe repairs.

I'll save you the drama - this place is not the cheapest solution.  But I've gone that route, and have always had to pay more or again down the road.

They also guarantee results for the next 12 months.

Scheduled a job 5 days out, I didn't have any hot water. Called me the day of the appointment and canceled on me with nothing more than we don't want to drive out there. No attempt to even reschedule, just said I don't know what to say. You could have had showed little respect and either told me when I called you don't do jobs in that area, or called me at any point in the 5 days it was scheduled to tell me you were not available so I could make other plans. Instead this business waiting till the last minute and was not even slightly apologetic.  Amazing you still have a business. While you may not care about these internet reviews now eventually  you will...but like others in this business you will just change your company name and likely not change a thing.

These guys hire subcontractors to do there work and don't pay there subs. Stay away from this organization.
