Claimed they fixed the problem, but it returned immediately. In their defense, I didn't call back. I don't have time to mess around with things twice.

We had large and small jobs done recently by Pristine.  The technicians were friendly and courteous and did a great job.  Considering the amount of work they did, I thought the price was reasonable.  It was easy to schedule a time and they actually finished faster than they had projected.

Donn was very nice, reliable, and patient. He showed me what the issue was and didn't mind my many questions and requests to walk me through things. He also checked out issues in other areas of the house, but didn't pressure me if I let him know that I can't budget to have it fixed at this time. Christina got back to me right away after I placed my inquiry and was very patient and accommodating when we played phone tag because of my crazy work schedule.

We had an excellent experience with Pristine Plumbing - Donn Botzum came out and gave feedback on solutions for our water heater and we ended up settling on the installation of a tankless water heater.  
Donn was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and his crew was on-time and did a great job - they left the work site clean and took lots of time answering questions and explaining how the system worked, etc.  We would absolutely recommend Donn and his team to EVERYONE.  Also, we got 3 estimates on this project and Pristine was by far the most competitive and Donn was very upfront about where other companies try to up-sell a project with stuff you really don't need. We really appreciated that!

I had Pristine Plumbing out several months ago to fix an issue with my bathtub. While my hot water heater worked like a champ, the guest shower water was only lukewarm. They came out on a Friday afternoon and seemed pretty rushed to finish the job, which required some troubleshooting. In the end, the tub fixture was replaced and the water is somewhat warmer, but still nowhere near the temperature of other faucets in the house. I'm going to have to hire another plumber to fix this issue once and for all, so the $340 for this fix went almost literally down the drain...

This company was so helpful. I needed help right away and the receptionist called back right away and they fit me in that day. Donn helped me with the faucet and then also helped me with a toilet at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again. Donn was extremely experienced and a nice person.

Don was on time and installed our new AquaSana system, a new sump pump, and fixed a toilet that would not stop running. He was professional and has a lot of experience with AquaSana. He was able to address the other 2 issues while he was here avoiding additional service visit fees -which was great.

Twice now Pristine Plumbing has helped us in a pinch. First was installing an aquasana filtration system days before I gave birth to our first. The customer service we received was top notch, coordinating to get someone over swiftly before I went into labor. Second was this week when our kitchen faucet sprung a leak which flooded into our basement. Don, the owner, came over within hours of our call. Again the customer service was incredible and the leak was repaired. Both services were good work, reasonably priced, and enjoyable experiences interacting with the personnel.

Don was great! He installed a water heater, which was affordable (not overpriced like usual with big truck companies). Will use them again for sure!

I called Pristine Plumbing and spoke to Juanita. She was very friendly and could get a plumber to my rental property that leaked in 2.5 hours, which was very quick. The plumber Eric also friendly and kept me up to date on the repair. I'll use them again!

I was contacted by Juanita quickly after sending my repair request. We had a good conversation and she was very informative. She even mentioned that she's never gotten a response from a Yelp request. She tried to get me to schedule an appointment and I told her I would get back to her to schedule that. Silence. I asked if she had heard me and she hung up on me. Might have been better had she ended our conversation on a positive note.

It was very easy to schedule the service (replace back-flow prevention device and a portion of pipe).
Donnn showed up promptly and was very professional and friendly. He had all the parts and tools to complete the repair and completed it quickly.  I 100% would recommend Pristine to any of my friends in need of plumbing services.

Everyone that works here, from Christine (I believe?) answering the phones to Donn & John coming out to service a flex line, are extremely friendly and efficient! Pricing is reasonable, and they repaired my failing flex line is 30 minutes. I could not be happier with my experience and will continue to use this company in the future! Highly recommend!

The owner Don talked me out of having them come over for a major drain issue. He told he how to fix it myself. Super honest and nice guy-which is probably why they have been in business so long. I will use them for sure next time. And he spend about 20 min on the phone with me.

Would not recommend.  We had some basement flooding and reached out to Pristine Plumbing to have someone come take a look at our sump pump to make sure it was installed/working correctly.   Person came and basically glanced at it, said they couldn't really do anything but would follow up with a list of other companies to call, and charged us $80 for the service call fee.  

We got no follow up for other companies to call, so basically paid $80 to receive NO evaluation or advice.  

Husband called company later that day to ask about the follow up information we were supposed to receive, and the lady who answered the telephone bit his head off, accusing him of not wanting to pay the service fee (even though he NEVER said that and that was not our intention, despite feeling ripped off for not really getting any real service).  

Did not appreciate being treated like crap for zero reason, and still to this day never got the follow up info we were promised.

I had a great experience with Pristine the whole way through. I had a toilet replaced (about $500 including the new toilet and removal/haul away of the old toilet), a leaky faucet removed and a new one installed (about $400 including the new faucet), and new fittings installed to fix an old burst pipe (about $80). They offered several options for the toilet and the faucet, so I was able to choose what worked for me and my budget. Front office staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Eric arrived on time, took care of the whole project in a couple hours, provided instructions and tips for use, and left the house perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

We had a leak in our ceiling last week. Everyone, from the woman who found time to squeeze us in at the last minute to the plumber who fixed the leak, was professional and prompt. Thank you!!

100% satisfaction guarantee is BS. Came 45 minutes late. Donn was pushy and refused to give a quote (which is only by the job) until he found out how easy a sink pipe replacement would be. Refused to take responsibility for any damage to new pipe when cleaning out the tub drain.  Charged $400 for an hour's work!

Said his wife would clean up the invoice with accurate contact and owner's information, but didn't - took two cycles of emails to finally clean it up with  license number, clarified guarantees and insurance company name - S.O.P. for any decent contractor invoice.

Gave polite feedback - they responded with don't call 'em again ... we are too small to do it right.

WOW!  What a wonderful experience from start to finish.  Starting with my initial call and speaking to Megan.  She was just wonderful, to say the least!  Explained how I had a very tough situation with my mentally challenged sister in law who had  a very, very stinky clogged sink/disposal that needed attention, and had been this way for literally 5 years.  She was very sensitive to my situation, and was able to coordinate getting the job scheduled with just the right plumber Gabe.  It was truly a miracle that Gabe was even able to enter the apartment (told them they may want to wear a hazmat suit), but it was even more amazing that my sister in law even let him in.  When he called to give me his assessment, he was so positive and said everything was just fine!  I wondered briefly if he was in the wrong apartment :-).  Nonetheless, he installed a new disposal, checked all the pipes, and made sure everything was working.  Even scrubbed her sink, which I am sure was extremely unpleasant.  Will sign up for their annual contract and will call them for any future jobs.  Thank you Megan and Gabe!!!

We had a tub faucet that was leaking so the rep from Pristine came out and diagnosed and fixed it right away. He was on time (actually early- and called to see if that was ok) which was great.
My only negative comment is that he didn't wear any shoe covers. His shoes were obviously dirty from being outside and he tracked into the house, up our white carpeted stairs, and then left the tub really dirty. I don't expect someone to clean the tub after fixing it, but I would have liked him to take more care.

They showed up when promised, and appear to have done excellent work. On the other hand... $581 to replace a water pressure reducing valve -- a 15-minute job -- was absurd. That's $100 over the HIGHEST recent estimate I found on the Internet, and $230 over the AVERAGE recent estimate I found on the Internet. If money's no object... go for it! Personally, I will look for someone else the next time I need a plumber.

We own a 50 year old home, which over that time has had multiple renovations of the bathrooms, with old pipes going to here, there and nowhere. When we had a toilet leak Pristine Plumbing came out and fixed it promptly. When the leak continued they correctly figured out where the leak really was and fixed that, at no extra charge.

We are very pleased with effort that they took to understand our piping layout and correctly addressing the issue. We would totally recommend Pristine to anyone who is looking for hard working professionals.

While we hope to not need them any time in the near future, should that become necessary we would not hesitate to have them handle our problem.

Available to come out = Check. Responsive to looking at various little issues in the house without charging = Check, On-time = Check, Friendly and knowledgable = Check. Handled the sink faucet replacement with ease= Check.  Overall, I had a great experience with Pristine and will use them again.

Charged $500 to put in about 10 feet of flexible gas line and put the service for the stove on the very far right side which is out of the recommended area for any gas range we've found... called him and he said it would work. Other than that, he was polite, on time, and did a functional job. Our flooring was ripped up (not just drilled through cleanly, and squeaked afterwards...). I'd get another quote if you can, and in our case just put in a bit of effort and do it ourselves. Giving 4 stars to give him the benefit of the doubt as we're new home owners.

I called early in the morning because our house had no hot water pressure.  The owner came out himself exactly when he said he'd be here.  He didn't upsell me, and explained the steps he would take to fix the issue.  I was extremely impressed with the service and price.  I'll definitely be using these guys again.

I was having issues with my garbage disposal - they tried to help on the phone, but I couldn't get it. They were going to send someone out that day, but when the job ran over and couldn't make it they let me know asap. They also worked me in the next morning. Donn - the owner - came out and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything without making me feel bad for not knowing much. The prices are fair, and they are up front with them. Is definitely recommend Pristine and would call them again!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company, their ownership or employees!! We have had an overwhelmingly amazing experience with them! From talking to Christina on the phone - and meeting her in person - to meeting Donn for our walk through and then having the work completed, everything has been top notch!

They bent over backwards to help with scheduling around my work availability, are clean, professional and unbelievably good at what they do! We had a big ask when it came to redoing our upstairs plumbing that comes through the kitchen ceiling plus moving the gas line for the range and they blew me away with with their delivery; absolutely exceeded our expectations! Both Eric and Gabe came the first day and then Gabe came back for two more days, and they are incredible at what they do!

This company is the real deal: plumbers who know what they're doing and absolutely take pride in their work, have 100% professionalism and are just great and very friendly people! I've already recommended Pristine to neighbors and friends and we definitely plan to have them back for another job as well!

Called, and although Don was in a meeting, he stayed with me long enough to give me the name and number of a company that could help with our issue.  That's genuine great service and appreciated.

I had a burst sprinkler pipe that I needed addressed quickly. I called at 8:30AM and the two plumbers were FINISHED at my house by 9:30AM. Friendly service from the plumbers and the woman who answered my call. Highly recommend!

Donn is a true professional. We recently built a home in Hilltop. He was hired to finish a job that was started by a different plumbing company. When their work failed he stepped in to help us deal with a flood in our new home. He was at the house within an hour of my phone call, brought in a restoration company etc. In today world of in demand sub contractors it's hard to find a quality company and individual, and Donn is both of those things.

My hot water heater quit and was leaking water everywhere! This was the first company to answer the phone and the only one that could fit me in that day. The owner himself came to take a look and informed me I'd need to replace it. I'm on a fixed income and they worked with me to get it replaced, that afternoon! As he was air out the lines in my kitchen and bathroom, he discovered my bathroom faucet didn't work. As I had a replacement faucet on hand; he had his son change it out for me real quick! They also recommended a company for the water clean up! These people are amazing, kind, professional and truly care.

Our basement was flooding ,we shut off the water and call Pristine. The came out within an hour of contact, They were efficient, friendly snd professional.. if we should ever need a plummet  again we would definitely call Prestine.

We recently purchased a whole house water filteration system from Aquasana, and Pristine Plumbing was one of the companies they recommended to have it installed.  

When I called, I talked to Christine, who was friendly and professional. She set us up with an appointment to have Don come out and take a look, and also had Don call me to give me an estimate. The other company that was recommended would not do an estimate over the phone.  

We went with Pristine Plumbing for the installation.  Don was on time, called to let us know he was on the way, and when he got here, was friendly and professional.   He wore the necessary PPE and booties at this time and had our water filteration system installed in a few hours as he explained.   He answered all our questions about the system and was extremely personable.  We also talked about a few other plumbing needs at our house and he did not pressure us or anything to have them done at this time.  

I would recommend Pristine Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I really could not recommend Donn and his team more. I had a leak that came through a ceiling in the basement and he came out right away to help at more than a fair price. It's great to have a local professional to call.

The owner Don is so helpful.  I called today because my garbage disposal was not running.  I tried for over an hour to get it to work.  Called don (they came out a few months ago also and fixed my disposal which was also broken from my error). Don sat on the phone and walked me through all the trouble shooting things and it now works!  They will continue to be who I recommend for repairs/ service!

I had an issue with my whole house water filter in the basement and it was leaking quite a bit of water. Donn, the owner, was very helpful trying to troubleshoot with me over the phone and then Eric, the plumber, was very efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my leak, and continued to educate me on many helpful issues in my basement. I will refer Pristine to my neighbors and will utilize their expertise again. Thank you!

In one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes, Jerry & Elaine made reservations for a rental car; however, when they went to the rental counter to pick up the car, they were told no car was available because all of the cars were rented out.  Funny banter about the meaning of  reservation  ensued.

I had a similar experience with Pristine Plumbing, except without the funny banter.  I agreed to a written estimate and made a written appointment for a water heater installation four weeks ahead of the installation date; the two owners themselves confirmed the appointment by email.  

I take a day off work for the appointment.  No one showed.  I called several times the same morning of the appointment to inquire status -- no one answered.  Later in the day, I get a call from owner Don, he stated he called me a week earlier and since I did not return the call to confirm the appointment he assumed I did not want the installation.  No apology, no attempt to send a plumber; he just said it was my fault for not confirming an appointment he and his wife/co-owner confirmed with me four weeks earlier.

I wanted to use Don's company based on the great reviews.  I am sure they do good work, but I do not know and will never know because they are absolutely unreliable.  Taking a reservation/appointment  is easy, apparently for Pristine Plumbing, not keeping their commitment is easier.
