JK Plumbing, LLC is a family-owned and operated business. Founded in 2000 by John and Kris Klosterman in Westcliffe, CO. Later branching out to Arvada, CO. John is a Master Plumber with over 22 years plumbing experience and oversees all plumbing work. John hopes to help customers with the best of his capabilities. John has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and is always educating himself with new trends in the field. Kris has over 16 years experience in business operations, and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Working in the plumbing field along side John since 2000; she has earned trade related certificates and has hands on plumbing knowledge.

I found JK Plumbing via Yelp. My expectations were exceeded by John from the moment I first texted to get onto his schedule, to the time of job completion.
John came and looked at my job, a small bathroom renovation, and priced it for me. He was then able to do my job the next day due to another job cancellation.
John is so courteous and efficient and very tidy. His communication is great. He fully and clearly explained what the job entailed and his initial estimate was spot on. His prices are very fair for the quality of his service and obvious skill.
John offered great advice with my bathroom fitout which I greatly appreciated.
I am extremely happy with JK Plumbing and would highly recommend that you reach out to John for any plumbing projects you have. You can be completely confident in him, his team and his great work and professionalism.

John is excellent and I can't recommend him enough. He is always polite and really accessible. I have had him come out for 3 separate jobs and he has always done and excellent job and taken the time to give me the run down. Super fair price and he even fixed a sweat job I did. John and Steve were amazing. My old water heater started leaking. Kris handled my scheduling quickly and John called me right back and got me in very quickly. Their prices are great and the service excellent. Highly recommend this company.
Called 6 days ago to ask about a basement finish/ bathroom / plumbing - a pretty big job, so wanted an estimate. I received no call back within a few hours, so I called back and the voicemail said 'if you would like a fast response, text Chris at this number: XXX'. So I texted Chris early afternoon on that Wednesday. No response that day. I texted Chris 2 days later on Friday. no response. Then - just for kicks- I texted Chris on Saturday. Here it is Tuesday, and, - you guessed it - still no response. I am amazed at the disregard for potential business. Anyone looking for a plumber- you might be better off looking elsewhere - the folks at JK Plumbing - Chris and the gang, just don't seem to care.

We highly recommend them. John is very professional and knowledgeable. We needed a gas line added for a gas stove and a water heater installed. Not only did he do an excellent job, but his prices were stellar. He got the job done in a quick time frame and did excellent work! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you John! Integrity and honesty is what you will get with John!
JK Plumbing is awesome! From the moment we contacted them, they were responsive, professional and friendly! We had a bathtub faucet that would not stop dripping and JK Plumbing was able to fix it for us quickly and efficiently! I sent a message to Kris and she was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. John arrived on time and was able to fix the problem immediately. Professional - high quality work - friendly!
