Sergey is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He is also able to explain the nature of the problem, how he proposes to fix it and, if possible, how to prevent a similar problem in the future. The estimate was reasonable.

A pipe had frozen under my deck over the winter. I had an estimate that would involve taking up part of the deck with no guarantee that the deck could go back together again. Another company wanted to bypass the deck and install a new faucet at a different location.

Sergey offered to repair pipe under deck by removing two wooden stair steps to the deck rather than taking the deck apart. He made the repair and then put the two stair steps back in place. He showed me the pipe he replaced with the broken joint attached.

He also pointed out that a frost-free bib attached to the pipe terminus was ineffectual at that location. In other words, it was a needless expenditure. Also, there was a gas (not water) connector from pipe to bib! I contacted the company for a refund for the inappropriate part and they have reimbursed me for this cost.

He was able to make the repair within a few days of the approved estimate. He lives up to his name of his company: Speed Plumbing. He is not only fast though. He does quality work, too.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience quoting a job with Sergey. I was looking for 3 quotes (very standard practice) to have my shower valve replaced. I sent Sergey the details and got the following response:

I appreciate your advice on the job but we don't need your advice, we price and get the job done. You turned to professionals. If you are looking for the cheapest price for this job then I recommend you go to someone else we don't have time to compete with someone else for a client on price. I hope we understand each other.

To be honest I'm shocked to see so many positive reviews here given this initial reaction. I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

Surgey was super speedy and responsive to my initial contact on Yelp, which was foreshadowing for future interactions. The business is appropriately named. I reached out the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, and he responded that day, and proposed to start the job the next day on Saturday. For reference, I requested an estimate from five other businesses on Yelp, and two of them responded that holiday weekend, while three others reached out on Tuesday. By the time the others responded on Tuesday, Surgey had already started my project three days earlier. Once he arrived on scene he was professionally dressed, manicured, and well put together - no plumbers crack. No frumpiness.
When I messaged him later, he was equally responsive.
While installing a bathroom vanity, Sergey observed that my plumbing under the house was concerning and he took video of his findings. While I am about to sell the home, it does not make sense to make this investment. However, it was good to know he made this observation and he was ready to give a recommendation.
He returned for a second project to install updated metal hardware to my bathtub, and this upgrade the aesthetic.

You will be in competent hands with Speedy Plumbing!

Sergey did a good jump replacing our old shower cartridges. Our HOA had all units in our floor replace their cartridges to address water temperature issue in the bathroom main line. Our showers have different cartridges than the rest of our building so Sergey had to go buy them. Unfortunately the store only had one of the original cartridges in stock so the store guy told Sergey he can use another alternate cartridges which looked the same. When Sergey was done installing the shower cartridges I noticed that the one of my shower now had hot and cold water switched because the alternative cartridge was not working like the original. Sergey probably didn't notice because our showers take a minute to warm up. Sergey was kind enough to come back and replace this alternate cartridge with an original one so that hot and cold were now in the original order at no extra cost. Showers look great and work well now.

I've used Sergey twice now on a recommendation from a friend. He is more than excellent! Today I called because one of my toilets was leaking - he was here in no time and fixed the problem without issue.
I did find out today though, that he is moving to the Denver area in April. Sad for us but anyone in Denver needing an excellent plumber, please give Mario Pro a call. You won't be disappointed.

I can't express how grateful I am for Mario Pro Services. My shower was not working properly and eventually, there was no water pressure. Given my busy schedule, I kept postponing this repair until it was too late and shower completely broke down. I did my research and decided to go with Mario Pro because Sergey was beyond understanding and addressed all of my concerns during our phone call, right away. Within a blink of an eye they were at my apartment fixing my shower, I also decided to upgrade and have them install new shower accessories. They did a great job in a timely manner. Sergey helped me convert our master bedroom into a studio apartment, now equipped with a full kitchen.
He added water lines for the sink and refrigerator. Added a gas line for the stove, and moved the plumbing so that our sink and dishwasher could drain into the sewer.
Sergey manipulated drywall and offered an array of solutions for us to choose from.
Most impressively was the speed at which he works; and his stamina to meet your timeline. He arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 9:30pm.
If you need a plumber, look no further, Sergey is your guy.

He came out at 0800 hrs on Father's Day for an water heater that went bad and spent all day, and I mean ALL day, replacing it with a new tankless water heater. Great sense of humor to boot. He's the latest in a long line of Mario pros professionals who've worked with me and he was SUPERB! I recommend him to you. Believe me, you will be doing yourself a HUGE favor!

Sergey is true to his company's name! Speed is an understatement! We tried to install our new water heater on our own. However, there were some signs of leaking, and wanted to make sure that we had done things correctly. We sent out a request on Yelp around 8:30 pm. Sergey was the only one that responded that night. All the other companies responded the next day. He responded within 10 minutes of sending out our cry for help! He arrived at 11 for the inspection and was super knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Sergey is very responsive and responsible. I contacted him late at night because there was a water leak in my laundry room. He came the next morning and conducted an inspection. He informed me that he checked everywhere and found that the water pipe was actually in good condition. The reason for the leakage was that my tenant forgot to turn off the water while filling the bathtub, causing the water to overflow onto the floor and spread across the floor, getting into the seams behind the toilet and down the glass. Sergey helped me to clean up the water, and I am really happy that I don't have to fix the water pipe. I appreciate his honesty and assistance!

Sergey came over to check out what i thought to believe was a broken main line. With his knowledge he was able to locate an old sprinkler pipe that was tapped off the main and he was able to close the line. Our bathroom pipe was broken on Saturday after midnight.
We contacted to one of the famous plumbing company and was advised that technician was on the way, but NEVER showed up.
We contacted another famous company, but technician refused to fix because he didn't have enough time.
Then we found Sergey!
Short after we texted him, he replied us back!
He showed up on time, and working on our bathroom straight 6hours without drinking or eating!
He was very professional, kind, and clean!
It's very hard to find this kind of royal person now days in united states..

Went to get a quote for a low pressure shower and Sergey came and look at the issue. He is very honest and told me that it was not my shower valve that causing the issue but the pressure on my house is bad. He did no charge me anything for him to check it and he also give me some advise on what needed to get this fix. I will definitely use him in the future I needed some plumbing done.

Our shower on our brand new RV broke and we were so bummed as we had a trip planned the next day. We called Mario Pro Service to see if it was possible to get someone to come out the same day. Sergey is clean, reliable, fast and really honest! We had to replace our kitchen faucet and my neighbor recommended him after she had him replace a toilet. Sergey showed up right on time, and put on booties without even being asked. He was even kind enough to make 2 trips out because our soap dispenser was missing in the box, he came back and replaced it no extra charge. He is now our go to plumber and I am so happy I found him! If you have plumbing needs, trust me and give him a try, you will be happy you did!

Sergey from Mario ProServices knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing, and is diligent & honest. I had a leak at my homes water meter, and the water utility company told me it was from my side of the water meter (meaning it was my responsibility.) The water meter box was flooded, and excess water was leaking continuously. Since this was an underground leak, a lot of excavation was required to identify the source. This was a labor intensive job, and Sergey knew exactly what was required, and was masterful in fixing the leak. I would not hesitate to call upon him again for any future plumbing issue that may arise, and neither should you.

Mr sergey arrived early and looked to see what he needed. He went to Home Depot and was back in 20 minutes. He replaced my toilet seal and flange and fixed my kitchen sink drain in about 1 hour. He charged me a very reasonable fee for both jobs and i highly recommend him over the BIG BOX companies. I will call him back in the future if i need him!

Sergey saved the day for us. We had a leak in our kitchen and Sergey arrived within five hours of calling him AND on a Sunday night. I had no idea where to turn and who to call and had gotten really big quotes from some of the larger plumbing businesses in the area. Mario is amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about his professionalism!

Prior to his coming out to my house, I had had two plumbers come out. Both inept and incompetent. One was beyond incompetent. The other, incompetent and tried doing a bait and switch and tried taking advantage of the situation financially.

I called Mario in desperation and he was able to take care of the problem (clogged sink/pipe) by using a large snake. The other two plumbers wouldn't do it, well, because again they were incompetent and useless.

My only regret is that I didn't know about, or contact Mario sooner! He's professional and doesn't try to screw his customers. I'm definitely keeping him as my go-to plumber.
