At Your Service Plumbing Company

I found them on Yelp and so glad. I had a gas line leak on Friday evening and called at 9:30 Sat morning for help. Lowell explained they were very busy but could come late. Since Xcel had turned off the gas this timing would work. Lowell showed up late as he said, and called to let us know he was on his way. The line was repaired quickly and professionally. We now have an official plumber. Such kind people to work with.

I contacted At Your Service because my basement drains were slow to drain and there was standing water in one drain and an unflushable toilet. Eduardo was very respectful and skilled at plumbing. He had my drain snaked in less than 30 minutes. The customer service was excellent. He was late to the appointment due to a miscommunication (hence 4 stars), but the staff at At Your Service immediately rectified the problem. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

These guys were helpful and very reliable. They once walked me through a repair over the phone so I didn't spend a dime!  I thought the hourly rate was a bit high, but I rather pay for quality and reliability.

First time using them. Nice people, easy to set up appointment, called before coming, kept the area clean, and did the work. Can't ask for more than that! This was a sewer line clean-out. They used a bigger blade than the previous company I used, so more thorough, and their price was more reasonable. Finally, and refreshingly, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need!! Highly recommended!

Great Service and Communication.  Jonathon is reliable.  We had frozen pipes and they came out on Sunday to fix.  There was an extra charge but the problem was thoroughly diagnosed and efficiently corrected.  We go to these guys first when we need help.

Jonathan was on time did a good job with the faucet repositioning.  Was a problem with toilet he replaced and he came out promptly to fix it.

2nd experience with this company. Super responsive.   Really friendly and affordable.  Will call them from here on out.

Amazing experience.  Called on a Saturday with faucet issues.  Explained my issue, texted pictures, and not only did he provide excellent advice, he called Home Depot to request the part.    He even spoke with the Home Depot person when I had additional questions.  I came home, installed the part, and no leak.  They may have not made any money on me today, but they have earned my business whenever I do need a plumber.  This made my day.....  There really are honest people out there.  THANK YOU....

Trust me, use these guys! Prompt, reliable, and affordable. Great service! I can't say enough nice things. We were getting ready to list our house for sale and, of course, the water heater started leaking. They came out right away to disconnect the heater and walked me through on the phone how to start draining the heater before they got there for a quicker job. We had them come back another day to replace the heater since we wanted to clean up the area a bit. Once I called for them to come out, Lowell came right away and did an excellent, quick job. Before he came back, we saw that there was a leak in a pipe in the bathroom next door. He assessed the situation and was able to fix the pipe and charged very little for the fix. I expected to pay much more for these services. He charged me the original quoted price for the water heater install even though they ended up coming to our house twice. That is great customer service and just so nice in general. I can't think of anything to improve; overall fantastic job!

WOW!  Finally found an amazing plumber!  They were able to squeeze us in the same day, did our fix within a few minutes, and charged barely anything!  Definitely will be coming back....

Canceled appointment at the last minute without a good reason.  Caused me to rearrange my work schedule and find another plumber.

About a week ago my wife went to the basement to do some laundry, next thing I here is her screaming. I went down to see what's going on, and I find nothing but waste water on the floor and lost of S**t, literally. Since I've always lived in apartments I really didn't know what was going on. I called my friend the one I'm renting the house from. He told me that all we need to do was get the line snaked. So I got on yelp and found one of those big name companies. Once they got out they where trying to sell me on $500+ worth of work and they couldn't warranty the work, and on top of that they wanted to do a camera so they can warranty the work. To me it sound like they want more money, by selling a sewer line replacement. I couldn't have them do the work it was outrageous. I got back on yelp and found AT YOUR SERVICE PLUMBING. They came out the same day. When Jonathan got here he looked at the problem and told me that all we needed was to snake the line. I was surprised he didn't try to sell me more like the other guys. 45 minutes and $137 later he was done. Couldn't be happier, he was polite, clean and most importantly HONEST. I could recommend Jonathan and At your Service Plumbing to anyone.

They were able to make it out the day after I called, Eduardo who was very respectful and professional did the work right and quickly on a pressure reduction valve replacement, and the job cost more than 50% less than Plumbline quoted for the same work. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

I'm going out on a limb here but we called back for a different issue recently because we had such a good experience last year ... Eduardo came out,  was very professional and polite, and got the leaking toilet fixed right (the previous install or repair from our home's former owner forgot to use a flange...).

I called on a Thursday and had someone out Saturday afternoon. My garbage disposal was clogged; I thought I had tried enough to unclog it. I wa wrong. The plumber was inly here for 5 minutes and did not charge me.

I will definitely use At Your Service Plumbing when I actually need them!

We had a leak in our basement coming from the kitchen so called At Your Service. Jonathan was incredibly helpful. He came out, looked at the situation and gave us a recommendation of how we could fix it ourselves. He even offered to do it free of charge. And he didn't charge for the house call. Excellent service and knowledgeable, will definitely be calling again when we have plumbing needs!

We had a blocked drain and were able to get a hold of a person right away. They were able to schedule appointment for same day service. Kristian was friendly, helpful and efficient. He did good, thorough work and we would definitely use this company again for future plumbing needs.

This company helped me out when I was in need of relatively fast assistance. They came while I was away at work (something I was comfortable with and appreciated) and quickly fixed an issue with the water line on my fridge. I'll use them again and have recommended them to friends as well.

Finding water all over my basement bathroom floor, it looked like the tank on the toilet was leaking.  I had the same problem in my master bathroom a year ago and my heart sank.  It's not cheap to replace a toilet and I had just replaced my hot water heater in May.  I found At Your Service Plumbing and Rooter on Yelp and relying on the positive reviews and the content of their web site, I called them.  I was shocked when, after explaining what I thought was the problem, the gentleman said they could repair the tank; I would not have to buy a whole toilet (sounds like last year's big name plumbing company took huge advantage of me).  Juan, the service person discovered the overflow valve was not working and could easily be replaced.  Without hesitation, he reduced the originally quoted price of labor and supplies for repairing the tank and went to his truck to get the replacement valve. On the way out, he noticed, what looked like a newspaper, had been thrown on my roof.  He pointed it out and offered to get it down for me, if I had a broom he could use, which I did and he quickly retrieved what turned out to be a phone book in a white plastic bag.  Juan was friendly, professional and efficient.  He worked quickly and left his work area clean.  I was amazed at the quality of service, the reasonable (REASONABLE) rates (we're talking plumbers!) and the professional service.  I now know where I can call a plumbing service that operates with ethics.  I don't write many reviews, but this time I feel it is important to let people know they can call At Your Service Plumbing with confidence that they will be treated ethically.

Very affordable and reliable. I've had them do an annual root cut on my residential sewer line for several years now. Other places will charge 3 times as much for the same service and then try to tell you that you need all sorts of other expensive repairs as well. I've done a lot of plumbing work myself and I know when I'm hearing baloney (to use a polite term). These guys are great.

Excellent service!! Our hot water heater went out over the Labor Day weekend and after searching online and calling 10-20 different companies, At Your Service Plumbing was the Only company to answer or even respond.  Lowell came over right way and fixed our hot water heater.  He was extremely professional and explained each step of what he did.  I would highly recommend him and will use him again if I ever need a plumber in the future.

I had gotten in a bit over my head when installing a new tub.  I could not get the drain hooked up without a tiny leak.  I called them on Friday and had Lowell out to my house Saturday morning.  He came by within 1 hour of calling me Sat morning and immediatley found the problem.  
He was willing to tell me how to fix it myself- for no additional cost beyond the trip fee. But Lowell was so friendly, I asked how much for him to fix the problem.  The price was reasonable and the service was friendly and expedient.  I recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Jonathan went to a rental house of mine that was complaining about the kitchen faucet.  Jonathan said it was a simple repair of just taking off the water filter.  He checked to make sure the faucet was still working properly and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE CALL.  I so appreciate his honesty and kindness.  I will definitely call At Your Service Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.  Thank you so much Jonathan!

We had a clogged garbage disposal in our home. Eduardo was able to make it to our place within an hour to help us solve the issue. A very easy company to work with and completely professional and kind the whole time. Thank you!

We were having a problem with our washer drain overflowing. Called At Your Service at 8 am on a Thursday morning. They said Kristian would be there between 11 and 1. I received text message update when he was on his way. He made it there around noon. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. A quick rooter of our drain fixed the problem. The rate was ~90 for the clean out of the drain and they charged a $45 fee for driving out to my location, I'm right on the boundary of their service area. Kristian was friendly and professional and provided a $10 discount for writing a review. I would definitely recommend At Your Service Plumbing Company.

What can i say?  This is a company that wants and gets repeat business because they take care of their customers.  They came out today, fixed my problem (which was my fault) and didn't charge me a dime because it was a minor correction. Use them.

These guys are great.  They are reliable and reasonably priced.  Lowell, the owner is often the one to answer the phone when you call in.  I've used them a number of times and they are my go-to plumber for both my rental property and my home.

I LOVE At Your Service Plumbing! They came out for clogged main line. Rod worked his butt off trying to clear it and was out 100 feet, should be the street and it was still clogged. We did not even know that we had an outdoor clean line and he kept asking questions and trying to figure out why it would still be clogged. My daughter thought out loud, Could it have anything to do with that pipe by the driveway that the boys were throwing rocks down? Rod checked it out and let us know it is a clean line. He tried his best to dislodge those rocks, but they would not budge. I spoke to the owner, Lowell on the phone. The only option that they knew of at that point was backhoe down to the intersection of the pipe, cut out portion that was clogged and replace. We set up the work with him. $2400. He personally called the next morning and said he thought that perhaps one of the companies that suctions out restaurant grease traps might be able to suction out those rocks. He gave me a number to try. Long story short, I found a company that was able to suction out those rocks, then jet out the lines clearing the clog. $570. WOW! Did Lowell have to tell me this and lose the $2400 job? Heck NO! But, He DID! And, he was still thinking of other options after setting up the job. I put my trust into this company forever more. What a FABULOUS BUSINESS MAN!!! I will recommend him as often as I can, to as may people as I can! I will most certainly use him for all future jobs and recommend him. I am sure that he will make much more money this way, by doing the RIGHT thing!

I'm glad my wife found these guys. It was the end of the day and they fit us on schedule to fix our drain. They stayed on the phone with me to listen about my problem and were very knowledgeable. Thanks again for saving the day.

Lowell - yes, you are correct that the prices were quoted in advance.  As I mentioned in my review, I was in a bind.  The bottom line is that $300 for the work performed is not right.  I expressed that at the time but it was the second trip out and I just needed the work done.  

What strikes me most is that in none of the conversations I had with either Jonathan or Eduardo was there any interest expressed in my satisfaction.  Eduardo, while professional, argued with my position and basically told me I was wrong.  Had you guys considered dropping one of the trip charges, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.  Perhaps you can learn from this experience that sometimes a small gesture to a customer can go a long way.  Digging in over a $40 trip charge results in this.

In regard to leaving 2 reviews.  I found you on Yelp so I posted a review on yelp.  You texted me and asked me to leave a review on Angies list so I did there as well.

Look - you have lots of good reviews so presumably you guys are doing something right.  In my situation however, I felt gouged, plain and simple.  Alas, we see things differently but we can part ways amicably.

Never, never again! My regular plumber was two weeks out and all I needed was a new bath/shower valve, which I had in hand, to replace the old one as we were ready for tile in a few days. I called and they said they could take a look on Monday. I believe I called Thursday. Jonathon arrived at the appointed time. Nice guy. He then proceeded with the alarming news. $29 for the stop or $470 to sweat in a new valve. That's removing the old valve and soldering in a new valve. I thought he was going to catch my house on fire with handling the torch. It took him exactly one hour and 13 minutes start to finish. Not including drive time, even that is highway robbery. Normal pricing is about $200-250. I was in a jam and he knew it. Standard Pricing is what I was told. If so, they're the richest plumbers in town. I was also told I could save $10 if i gave them a good review. Keep that in mind when you read other reviews, please. 1 star for timeliness. 1 star for a nice guy.

I called on Monday 11/28/16. I set up an appointment with Tricia for 11/29/16. she told me the plumber would arrive by late morning and he would call me with a 1 hour window as to his arrival. 4:30pm, no show, no call. I called the office and spoke with Barbara who put me on hold, she came back and said the plumber tried to reach out to me and could be over in 15 minutes. I was home waiting all day and up at 7am to get the areas ready for him. no one called me, I have a hard line with an answering machine, caller ID etc. nothing. very rude and discourteous. i'd look elsewhere.

The service men were friendly, honest and told me exactly what was going on with my drain. They let me see in the camera where the roots were.  They told me how to maintain the drain.  Did I mention how honest they were?  I thought I should call yearly for preventative maintenance and they told me straight out that every two years would be adequate based on the root growth.  This was my second time calling them, last time was a flood emergency two years ago. I am happy to say, I will always use this company. I highly recommend At Your Service Plumbing.

Used this company to replace my pressure reducing valve, my whole house water shut-off as well as my sprinkler shut-off valve.  They reconfigured my shut-off valves and Lowell suggested a different set-up for my sprinkler drain valve that will keep water from spraying all over each Fall.  They called about 40 minutes before they arrived and completed the work with no issues.  They cleaned up after and were very friendly.  While the original price estimate was a little higher than I expected, Lowell gave me a discount and the final price was fair.  I would certainly use them again.

My wife had just given birth to our twins, who were premature and I obviously had a lot on my plate.  Lowell, Jonathan and their crew performed with the utmost professionalism & integrity to help a new dad in a tough situation. I was quoted ridiculous quotes from other companies and for one reason or another I felt compelled to go with these guys. After we agreed that the entire main line should be replaced, which I was prepared to pay, their onsite service coordinator told my father, because I was at the hospital, that there was no need to replace the entire thing!!! Talk about integrity!! I have rarely met a group of individuals in an industry that usually tries to take advantage of people at their most vulnerable and completely blow me away!! I am very grateful and appreciative of the work these guys did for me and my family!! If you don't hire them your crazy! P.S. I work for the largest tire retailer in North America and I understand customer service!! These guys deliver!

These guys saved me from a disaster on Thanksgiving weekend! My septic pipe to the street backed up and sewage started to flood our basement (where we have two carpeted rooms!). AYSPC was able to sneak me in within HOURS of calling and they helped stop the flooding from destroying the entire basement/ carpet/ drywall.  

Best of all, even in that last minute scenario, everything was reasonably priced and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would call them again in a second!

Amazing experience!!! Plumber was here on time and able to fix the problem promptly. He called before he arrived and gave us different options. I would highly recommend them.

Second job for this company and it will be the last! Be aware the owner is rude and horrible to speak to. I was given a quote that is apparently not by the company so it was wrong. The owner said to cut costs they hired a third party that apparently they can't be accountable for on their pricing.

Our basement flooded in the corner early afternoon after making several calks to other plumbing companies who could not make it out for days to even look at it we came across At Your Service Plumbings phone number we fall d it Lowell answered the phone we explained our situation and he said he would swing by on his way home. He stopped by that evening and looked at the issue gave us a quote for what it would cost to repair the problem(insurance would not cover any cost to get to or repair problem) once he saw the lpok on our face he said that he would actually recommend rerouting the drain pipe all the way to the mainline and that he tought we cluld do it for about $350 dollars, he said he would get us started and show us how to do it. We said thats sounds awesome and that was the way we wanted to go. We set a day to do it and he said he would buy all the parts we needed and stop by when he showed up we were expecting to pay around 350 dollars and he haned me the receipt it was for 67 dollars my mouth dropped i asked if he wanted me to add in more for him to get me started he said absolutely not that there was no need. Turns out Lowell stayed the entire time to help me side by side answered all my questions and showed ne how to slope the pipe and everything. Lowell owns the business and it is amazing to see that people are still willing to do things like this for other people!  We would have paid the quote cost through other companies and even his because we didnt know any different, the fact that ge offered us another solution and tought us how to do it ourselves is just amazing. I woukd recommend At Your Service Plumbing to anyone for any plumbing problems!!!

Fair quote and gave me options to save money. Ended up just having Lowell do the job since I have already spent time trying to repair the outdoor faucet myself with no success. Will look to use them again for some internal plumbing jobs.

This is my second time using At You Service Plumbing. Found them on the web and I could not be happier. Always on time and love the texting to remind you of the appt. and also to let you know they are on their way. Jonathan and Eduardo both very tidy with clean up and honest about my problem. I was almost scammed by another company and decided to shop around. So glad I did as At Your Service was honest and saved me a lot of money. Prices are very reasonable.

The floor drain in the laundry room backed up and caused minor flooding in the basement.  We found At Your Service through the Rocky and Jason realtor referral list and we couldnt be happier with the service we received.  We had them clean all the drains in the house and the cost was easily 50% less than what I had been quoted in the past from another service.  Lowell walked through the work he planned to do and his estimate was within 15 minutes of the time he said it would take to complete the job.  As the other poster said in her review, Trust me, use these guys!

As you wrote, I accepted your bid and you did the service. I had thought, given the quote, that the service you were going to to perform was commensurate with the price you quoted. It was not. Instead, it reflected an hourly rate of $300 to $400.  And that was after figuring out that you did not have the parts and would have to return to perform the work.

You did include a fee of $15 to look at the problem. That was very fair.

Also, I agreed to the quote and was willing to pay in full. That does not mean that I had to like being charged what you charged.

I still maintain that your price was too high for the job performed. I have no doubt that I would have been on the hook of there had been any further complications.

As for Applewood... I have used them in the past and they definitely outdo any other plumbing company I have used in the way of overcharging.

Lowell and Mike were both professional and friendly. They performed the scope of work in less time than anticipated and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I would easily recommend to a friend and will use them again in the future.
