Pipe broke under our kitchen sink.  Jason came out quickly fixed the issue.  Replaced all the 30-year-old pipes with ease.  He also discovered there was a blockage and was able to clear it, so the water is flowing as it is supposed to.  Price was reasonable and now I am happy!

I've been wanting to install a tankless water heater for some time now.  I wasn't expecting my water heater to fail on me as soon as it did, but things happen.  I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty.   I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses.  We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work.  They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to.  Everything works great, and we're stoked.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of installation.

I found these guys on Yelp and called them because of their strong reviews to come do a simple fix at our house.  They promised to call me back the next day with a time that they can come out.  3 days later I still haven't received a call back and in the meantime, I found another handyman on Yelp to do the job.  I am tired of continually trying to bring local businesses my money and they turn it away.  I take my money to those who wish to earn it.  Sorry guys, I hope I'm the only one who has to leave a poor review on your business.  But my experience with you says BOO!!!!

I called Kyle with a request for service at our new home, where our guest bathroom toilet was not working. I left him a messae and within 30minutes, he returned my call. He was not going to be able to make it out the same day, as he had another appointment in El Dorado at 4pm. He asked me a series of questions and determined that the most likely cause of the guest bathroom problems was a clogged toilet from the previous owners. He suggested I purchase a snake from Home Depot, explained the cost of the snake was about $55 and would pay for itself if we used it twice, and directed me on the proper technique for using the snake in the most effective way. He told me that if the snake was ineffective, it was likely due to the roots of a tree planted right outside of the bathroom and would require some work to fix the problem. He reassured me that if I had any questions, or if the snake didn't work, I could call him back and we would figure things out. Kyle was extremely professional, honest, helpful, and prompt with his response time. I will absolutely be using him for any future plumbing needs.

Great service I called them and they quickly came out and fix my problem and they beat out everyone's price. The technician was very professional and very clean and respected are home. I will definitely go back to doing business with them.

My water heater suddenly started spouting hot water outside, called Joy, he explained what might be wrong, came over and fixed the T&P valve next day. A very friendly and honest person. He will be my go to plumber..

I used David with About Plumbing for a completely clogged house.   He came at 7:30 a.m. just to help us as we were pretty desperate.  He was efficient and got the job done within one hour.  Later, we had the City of Sacramento come out as part of the problem likely was a city problem.  They said whoever did your job did wonderful work so it was verified that About Plumbing is an honest and fair plumbing service.  Thank you David.  Highly recommend.

Thanks to Mac's team!  New AC installed professionally and expertly today.  Looking forward to a night's sleep without the ceiling fan and generously lent portable!  Most responsive company I have worked with and Steve aka Mac and team provide excellent pricing, service and honest recommendations.  Though truthfully they had me when they offered to bring the portables the day I called and said my system wasn't working.  No other company I talked to even thought to offer a temporary solution until I could get the new system.

Very satisfied by the service TPT provided today. Professional plumber, fair prices, and no more clogged drains!  Not really sure what else to say other than the service was prompt and the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.  I will certainly use TPT in the future if their services are ever needed.

I had already received estimates on the cost to install a Ring flood light over my garage So, I did not ask about the cost because knew the going rate. In the middle of the job. The older worker turns to me and says This job is going to cost you $700. I was shocked because
this type of job would normally run between  $250 and $300.  I paid for it, however, I will not use this company again nor recommend it to anyone based on over-pricing a basic installation job. I forgot to mention that this price included my senior citizen discount.

I have had JAZ Developments do a number of projects on my home from fence repair to fan installation and fixing my oven. The quality of work is always terrific, they are friendly and transparent with costs and labor. I will continue to use them for needs as they arise.

Frank came out when he said he was going to.  He arrived on time.  Very pleasant fellow, told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost.  Would certainly call Frank out again.  Give Frank a job and you won't be disappointed.

Calling a plumber is no fun because it means you're in a tough spot (and I won't use the s-word because that's too easy).  I have only had to call twice, but each time I have needed help, Ryan and his team member are able to come out fast.  Ryan and his team are friendly, respectful, are on time, and they are awesome.  He's honest and his pricing is great.  After working with them twice now, I don't even google Placerville plumber anymore; these guys are my first call, and this is the first plumber I recommend to my friends.

Snaked the access point for the outside and also provided a lot of insights as far as tips & tricks for keeping our plumbing up to date.

Responsive and reliable was in and out in about 30 mins.
