Ramon replaced my nearly 50 year old water heater, cleared a drain, and replaced a leaky shower cartridge. He gave me a good price and got it done quickly. What more can you ask for?

Can not say enough about Absolute Plumming!! Came out on a Sunday from a main line block.  Fixed it and told me what could be done to help prevent this from happening again.  Did not try to sell me on anything.  Quick and professional.  Would recommend them for your plumming needs!!

Gouging doesn't even begin to describe my experience with these plumbers.  Yes they came out quickly, but when the problem was determined what was needed, I asked how long it would take, and the plumber said about 15 minutes, and then proceeding to give me a quote for $615.  Now, I don't know if it was because I am a woman, or because I was in Los Gatos or both, but the last I checked, plumbers don't make $1800. an hour.  They thought I was desperate because it was a rental property, and saw an opportunity to take advantage.  Then they charged me a service call fee of $90-something to give the quote.....What a waste of time and I was so furious they tried to gouge me thinking at a vulnerable time.   Business must be good if they think they can get away with that. They were referred by another plumber who didn't have time that day, so maybe they were both getting paid.  

The part that needed replacing ended up being $7.30 (yes, that is $7 dollars, and it took the other plumber only  10 minutes to change out, and I paid just the normal service call fee of $75.00.  

Maybe all of the other reviewers have endless amounts of money, and don't know they are being gouged...but it was so obvious that they priced the job to the address and me being a woman instead of to the time and effort the job took.

I have to give Chris and his team a massive shout out for having a quality business and actual respectable professionalism.

Basically, we had some broken pipe replacement and repair done a year before that happened the day of our vacation.... and THIS WAS ANOTHER COMPANY....

Well, that repair job just started leaking again and Chris came out and hooked us up with all new piping and replacement. Looks better, functions better, IS better.

He's amazing at communicating when you need it and responding with follow up questions or concerns.

Not that any job is too small or great, but if you have an older home like we do, it pays to invest in quality repair work.

Your rude and arrogant behavior is the first reason people shouldn't do business with you. The only person that lied is you. Everything was properly done and working beautifully as a $20 snake from Lowes fixed a problem that a supposedly trained plumber couldn't.  As for your quality work and my satisfied referrals....another falsehood as I have spent many hours patching walls where you carelessly sawed clear through to another Apartments walls, left a muddy mess ect. You don't need to respond to my comments and probably shouldn't have as your temperament shows through and verified my review of same.

Wow, Trevor provides excellent customer service! I had a toilet I needed to replace because the previous owners grouted the toilet to the floor. Anyways, Trevor came out took a look at it and took care of it. It needed a longer hose, because the current hose was too short; he took care of it. He did an amazing job and even hauled the old toilet. If you need handy man repairs, I would definitely recommend Trevor. He's awesome. I have a couple of other things I need to get done around the house and I will definitely be calling him up. If you want good service, quality work and someone reliable (arrived when he said he would), Trevor is your guy. Thanks man!

The owner is not reliable about showing up as agreed.  Called him on Wednesday of one week, he said he'd come the following Thursday at nine AM.  After waiting an entire week for him to arrive, he texted me that he was running late.  I called and he said it would be between 10:15 and 10:30.  When he hadn't arrived at 11:45, I called. He said something came up and he had something else to do.  Don't waste your time.  Find someone else.

He committed and confirmed to stop by for a work, but no show-up next day. Called him multiple times to follow up, not responsive. Days later this contractor started to excuse himself.

No accountability, not professional at all.

Had the best experience with these guys. They were friendly,  and on time.  Mike and his partner took down my old water heater,  put a new one up and cleaned up. Mike explained what to look for if anything went wrong and who to call. All around Great Service!

As luck would have it, on 4th of July I decided to try and repair my sprinkler system. This led to me turning off my main water supply. Upon trying to turn it back on, I noticed that the entire house had lower water pressure. It was a rough couple of days trying to figure out what was wrong..

E and J's Plumbing was recommended to us by some friends of ours, and I gave Jeremy a call. He was polite and listened to every detail of what had happened, and scheduled to come over early the next morning. Upon arriving he introduced himself to myself and my wife and went to check out the issue. Jeremy was able to quickly identify the problem and was able to get it sorted out. This was a situation, where someone could have easily take advantage of our lack of plumbing knowledge and taken us to the cleaners... Jeremy was not that person.

He even took the time to look at my sprinklers, and instruct how to correct the issue, and came inside to take a look at the possibility of installing a new kitchen sink for my wife. (he even wore shoe covers before coming inside) Jeremy showed us very quickly the type of business owner, and person that he is. He has earned himself a new customer, and I will be referring my friends and family to E and J's Plumbing from here on out.

Omg Mike has done a fantastic job with the projects I have around my house!!! Super reasonable in pricing and reliable as ever! Now I'm just thinking of projects I want done around the house because he does such good work. Thank you so much Mike! I appreciate all the work you've done! So I'm just now finding out Clarke & Rush took over Capitol Mechanical,  who had installed and serviced my AC I purchased from them in 2010. I called Capitol Mechanicals phone number and got Clarke & Rush instead, I of course figured they like any business would keep all the information of the long time customers of the company they acquired. Well, no such luck,  or actually I wouldn't know because no one in the office, or technicians have an answer to that question. I called on Monday July 29 because my air conditioner stopped working the Friday evening before and we had no choice but to endure the 106° temperature over the weekend.  The soonest any of their technicians would be available would be today Friday August 2nd between 10-12. They informed me for the first time now I would also have to pay an $89.00 service fee just for having someone come out to my house. I made the appointment out of desperation from the heat and then called Bach a day later to ask what the cost would be for actually repairing any portion of my ac unit.  I let the person answering the phone know, that Capitol Mechanical had come out every year since I purchased the unit to clean out the condenser,  no charge.  She informed me,  no one in the office had any idea even a ball park amount for any charges for regular service or repairs other than the $89.00, they couldn't speak at all to cost amounts or even guess. Her only option she gave me was to go to the website to obtain an instant quote which btw is for a new ac unit and install, nothing for repairs! Then the guy comes out today after a whole week (the hottest so far) and tells me I have a bad part that is over $300.00 to replace, and is probably under warranty,  but I would have to provide him my original contract fro. 2010, where I purchased the ac from Capitol Mechanical.  I informed the technician I lost everything in 2016 with a water loss in my home and had no paperwork. Well so again with skyrocketing temps over the weekend I am no closer to a fix or repair and the technician said oh, I don't know if we'd have any of your information I'm sure only the office would know,  no that's not something I could check on! I wish I could say I'm even surprised or shocked, but nope, customer service has gone by the wayside. Companies no longer care what level of service is delivered to their customers or even keeping long term customers they're just out for the quick buck, turn and burn. It really sad. Hey any of you guys know a good heating and air company?????

These folks were very prompt. Called him on a Saturday late, was here when he said he was going to be on the following business day,And did a very professional job. My outdoor drain probably had been cleaned in 20 years, and he identified the problem immediately and got to it. Very fair pricing, And I would not hesitate to call him again.

11/9/2016: They came out for a suspected leak and discovered that a pipe under my decking was leaking. I scheduled them to come out last Friday and called them Friday morning to discover they had neglected to put me on their schedule. They came 2 days ago and did an OK job - so I thought everything was great. This morning I happened to be outside when the pump was on, and water was gushing out of the filter. Called Bullseye, the tech just left. Even though they had disconnected and reconnected that pipe more than once while they were here, the leak was just a coincidence not their responsibility. I should have known when I had to sign a bunch of disclaimers that this was not going to end well. Lesson learned.

Update 11/10: The original tech who diagnosed and found the leak called me. He heard there was a problem, asked me some questions and wanted to come over, take a look and make it right. He arrived with a repair guy this afternoon. They were here over two hours and repaired the new leak. He apologized profusely for the problem and said it could have been the result of something done during the original repair. I was ecstatic that I was not on the hook for more repair costs on top of what I originally paid them. This technician - Colin - was awesome and very thorough both with the diagnosis and repair.  This being said, the second leak should have been taken care of when I reported it -- this is called customer service. I have a feeling that if I had not posted a Yelp review, it would not have been resolved. I would now consider using Bullseye in the future, but only if Colin was available. He was the consummate professional. Bullseye should be proud to have him as part of their team.

Had a great experience with this company. Fast appointment, showed up on time, friendly technicians who kept me informed throughout the process, and most importantly, very affordable when compared to other big name companies in the area. Couldn't ask for better service and I'm always happy to support small local businesses. Highly recommended!

Israel was terrific to work with!  He actually answers his phone, is responsive, professional, and came on short notice for a leaking water supply line to my refrigerator on a Friday evening.  He immediate identified the issue, turned off the supply to the refrigerator, came back the next day and replaced the entire supply line with copper and installed a shutoff valve, bringing all of it up to code.  He communicated with me throughout the process and I must say Israel is a life saver!

The 3rd party vendor that HomeD**** used to install my new refrigerator never should have left the supply connection with a slight leak.  All they did to mask the problem was wrap teflon tape around the exterior of the leaking connection (terrible)!  See attached pics...

I was told by my insurance company that the leak in my laundry room was from the plumbing in my attic, I called roto for an appraisal, they said they'll have someone on the way at 3, he got to my house around 5:30, he then proceeds to check the leak and verified he said moisture but said the plumbing was dry and the issue is likely from my HVAC system, I was totally confused so I called an HVAC company and paid $70 for an inspection just to be told nothing was wrong with my HVAC, then called another company for plumbing and they confirmed that indeed my issue is with my plumbing. This guy was clearly trying to rush home on a Friday and didn't want to take the time to earn thousands of dollars and help me keep my home protected. They were extremely unprofessional and I will not do business with this company again.

Called Roto Rooter and asked for an estimate over the phone to run a snake through my clogged toilet. She refused but said they provided free quotes.  Anticipating it would be around $50 (I paid $30 about 10 years ago), needless to say I was shocked at the $185 price tag.  He began snaking my toilet and said that he would not be able to remove my toilet because it was grouted instead of caulked.  I asked him to snake it to clear it, he said he would try, and in about two minutes it was clear. (I'm glad he was unable to remove the toilet, as he was able to fix it without doing so!)  The guy reduced it to $150, and agreed to run the snake through my second toilet just to ensure it was clear.  Both work fine now.  Next time I will try to find another service for less money (and one that doesn't try to go for the big fix before trying the little one.)
