I am a property, maintenance supervisor, and have used Jack at ASAP in the past for completing difficult tasks. Once again, he has save me money and time bye soldering a pinhole leak in a small copper, fitting buried deep into the wall. I was under the impression we'd have to cut a hole in the upstairs tub to get to it, but he was able to reach through a small opening and complete the task. Thanks, Jack.

I had a slab leak in my condo and Diego's experience was instrumental in finding the source of leak because hot water recirculators can confuse the normal leak detection process, but he quickly identified and diagnosed the issue that others had failed to. He was incredibly polite, patient, and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and did high quality work. I would absolutely call him back for any future plumbing jobs!

I had a bathroom back up so I called ASAP plumbing to come and take a look. They sent me a technician and an office secretary who was in training to fix the problem. The last time I called these guys they came to my house and snaked the line for $88... So I thought it's the same deal here... Well the first thing the tech made me do is sign a blank invoice that says inspect and diagnose the line. Well the tech couldn't figure out where the blockage was and kept trying pretty well the same thing over and over again. Not realizing I am being charged by the hour, he kept coming back to the house for three days for a few hours each day... Seemed like a nice guy until he handed me the invoice... Well the problem was never solved and I was told I needed to dig somewhere nears the street to find the problem... For this sketchy diagnosis I was slapped with a bill for $1144. Upon complaining about the invoice, the young tech made it clear that they make their living by running the hourly rate.. So he kept spinning his wheels and the clock on my dime...The issue was never solved and I was told it maybe under the street which need to be handled by The city but for the city to come take a look, a report need to be written describing what the plumber has done. When I called to contest the hefty invoice owner Tracey said he wouldn't write the report unless I pay my invoice. I was blackmailed to pay the hefty invoice so that Tracey can write the report.. The city came out and they said the plumber didn't do his job because they didn't locate where the potential issue was so I caws to get another plumber for proper diagnosis. I called another plumber ARS plumbing. They came out and said they will snake the line and camera it for $88 and if they don't clear it I don't have to pay. They did in one hour what These guys tried and failed to do in three days....Save your money and stay away from these blood suckers. I will be complaining to the BBB about these guys

Rude. Spoke to a lady named Emily regarding a 30 day warranty. They were hired and hydro-jetted the sewer line, then came back out 2 days later to snake the main line then gave an estimate on Friday the 16th to repair the problem which they stated were the roots at the septic tank connection. However, 9am Monday the 19th sewage backed up again- they charged $125 for that service call. My question was- is the sewer line the same as the main line?... and she said yes. And if its the same wouldn't it be covered under the warranty? I manage this property and wanted to be able to explain it to my owner when he saw the invoice. When I asked about the 30 day warranty, she said that's not how it works and we had time to approve the estimate to fix the problem... really? So 30 days isn't really 30 days and an estimate presented on Friday then new sewage back up on Monday morning was enough time to get an approval? How rude! Oh and she said she would waive the $125 if we approved the work. The estimate was for $9700; however, that wasn't my issue. She also said she's not going to keep sending her guys out there. Rude! Just Rude! Is this how you treat your clients? Isn't this what you do? Isn't this your business? If we're bothering you- we will call someone else. Thank you.

Twice now the guy has come out to fix our plumbing and BOTH times he's left our carport a mess with crap on it. When they work on a job, they don't clean up after themselves, they make a 90 yr old woman do it! And the customer service is terrible. The lady that answers the phone is useless and very unhelpful.

You'd do much better to choose the guys at A-1 Plumbing.

Harold came out to inspect my water heater today. He was able to determine which parts needed to be replaced and gave me a detailed analysis of it all.
He also gave me some helpful tips to prevent issues from happening in the future.
Two days later he came back with the parts and installed them perfectly. I was able to come back from the gym and enjoy a hot shower.
Very happy with the quality of service that ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing has to offer. Thanks again!

Five Star...star chart down..Call them best you can get...We had a flood and were helped within an hour of calling ASAP. We had their number from a toilet issue a few years ago. Two men came at 9pm and one, Steven, had helped us a few years ago, came with Mike. Together they figured out, got a part at almost midnight, called and made arrangements for a restoration company to come in within an hour, parts in place, dryers placed and turned on and situation was under control.
I highly recommend ASAP based on my two service calls. Knowledgeable, expert service workers with proper communication to the homeowner.

Had them over at my property in Santee had a young man by the name of Ali doing the service. Initial Snaking was completed and cleared out the main line, which was good thing. That's when things turned Sour and they took advantage of the situation. Ali then suggested to water Jet the main line, 1st thing that went wrong was, is He didn't put his Camera snake down the line 1st before attempting Jetting, Major screw up right there hence this house still has Cast iron Piping. So in his attempt at the Job his water jet got stuck in the broken pipe that's was about only 40ft into the Job. its a roughly 95ft Line didn't complete the service and busted pipes. That's why you always use a Camera Snake before First Before you use a high pressure water Jet. Long story Short job was originally quoted at $325 and cost $460 after the Job was Done and wasn't completed. They also busted my pipe where the clean out is as well. I took diligent notes and got 3 other professional opinions on there mistakes and screw ups. You guys have been Warned, Also making a Note with BBB for the Poor and inexperienced decisions.

I'm a property manager for 40+ homes in north county San Diego and have been using ASAP and their crew for about 2 years now with over 20 plus call outs. I have always received great service from ASAP, starting with calling in and scheduling the repair to receiving timely invoices. The few times there have been minor issues with a call back or an owner question the management resolves the issue quickly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of work performed and level of customer service. Scheduling repair appointments is usually done within a 24 hour period, making our tenants happy. I have only had a few emergency and after hour problems and they were able to make it to the property quickly to make the repair.

We discovered a leak in our hot water heater last night. After calling several other companies that didn't have availability, I found ASAP around 10am and they estimated that they could come out between 1pm and 3pm. Shortly after booking I received a call from the office that they were sending someone out within the hour. It's now 1:30pm and the entire job is finished and cleaned up. Our technician, George, was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and found the issue very quickly and was able to repair everything to a much more professional level than what he removed. Overall, very happy with this company and will definitely call them again!

If you want to be impressed by the skill, knowledge, customer service and work ethic of a business that will do whatever it takes to get things done quickly and correctly, call ASAP Plumbing and ask for Albert Tirado to be your tech.

Last week Albert knocked out 4 different slab leaks for us in 1.5 days, from beginning to end with the professionalism you would expect from a reputable company.

Yesterday we got a clogged drain in a 6 unit building, we called 3 plumbers before ASAP because ASAP wasn't available until today.

3 plumbers came and 3 plumbers failed. Our last hope was Albert.

Albert came, he saw, and he conquered in about 15 minutes.

Again, 3 plumbing companies with top of the line jetters and snakes failed to tackle this job, each spending an average of 2 hours on site, and Albert accomplished this in 15 minutes.

I don't think I could recommend ASAP Plumbing enough, they are now at the top of our call list for all plumbing issues. In addition, their prices are competitive for the jobs they are doing. We manage over 180 units and have used every plumber in North County.

Very bad timing. They gave appointment window timing from 4:30pm- 6:30pm, I told them we all live so far from there, would like to set appointment at 4:30pm. She said yes, I even confirmed before hang up phone. We all came from 4:30 today to wait, no one coome in, we still wait until 6:30pm, call them back 5 times. They said technician will come in an hour. Still waiting. So bad about timing, customer who want their service, better to prepare 3 hours waiting. Dont recomend their service.
However, a technician is nice. The dispatch is very bad.

Called my landlord to tell him that my kitchen sink was clogged up. He had Asap plumbers come out as soon as I was able to meet them (my soonest day off), which is today. Toby came by and spent good time unclogging my drain, and even found something stuck in my garbage disposal. He fixed everything and it is now working at full efficiency. I had a great experience with ASAP. They responded to my request for appointment in a timely manner and I was able to make an appointment with only a 2 hour window. My window was from 9 to 11 and Clifford was there at 9am! I needed my garbage disposal fixed and had wanted to have my sinks snaked. Clifford checked my sinks and told me that they did not need to be snaked yet. He didn't want me to have to spend more money on something that I did not need. That shows me that this company is not just out to get your money. He was able to fix the garbage disposal and now it works great! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future! Sadly I see I'm not the only one that had an bad experience with them taking responsibility. The water heater was replaced a year and a half ago, works fine to our knowledge. We went to sell our home, the inspector called out that the unit wasn't installed to code. When I asked them to make it right they charged me. They are the experts and should have done it right in the first place. The technician was nice, but the pain point is that they didn't stand by their work. They charged me to fix their error. Disappointing.

Ceaser and Ernie came to our rental in Del Mar to address a significant drainage problem. They were able to come 3 hours earlier than originally set (with phone call advanced notice), were very professional, smart, and fair, and did their work as quickly as possible. This was a big job - major roots, broken pipe. They offered great solutions. They cleaned up well after their work. I will call ASAP Drain Guys again and ask for Caesar and Ernie. They are experienced and know what they are doing.

I have used ASAP Drain Guys twice now and I couldn't be happier with them. Last year during the big rains I had Jimmy come out and work on my landscaping drains which had been slow draining and clogged for years. Jimmy did a great job and I no longer have drainage issues. Then after a long weekend out of town for July 4th, 2020 I came home to a garage full of water from my water heater. I called ASAP and they had Ramon come out the very next day. He did great work and I have hot water again.

ASAP is affordable, they have knowledgeable professionals, and they simply get the job done with no surprises. I strongly recommend using them for any plumbing needs you have.

I'm finally getting around to writing a review. Look, the quality of work they do is great. They will fix whatever you need and it will be done right; however, the prices are absurd. You can definitely get a good/comparable plumber at a way cheaper price than this company offers. I had them do some work and I figured it would be cost efficient and reasonable to fix a toilet flapper since they were already there doing some other work. I assumed since they were already doing some work I would just be charged a little more than cost for the part and then a little bit for labor. The labor is literally like 2 minutes to swap out a toilet flapper. I honestly figured I would pay $20 bucks or so since I knew they were already going to charge me full boat for the other work they were doing. Keep in mind, I've replaced numerous flappers over the years on my own and the part costs $2.50-$5.00 max! Again I just thought this would save me a trip to Home Depot by having them do it since they were already there!

Guess how much a flapper repair was? $60!!! Unbelievable. You were already out there and got to bill full boat for the other work. This is just egregious. Not the way to do business.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe how happy I am with ASAP. On Thursday morning, I woke up to no hot water from my tankless water heater. I started making phone calls starting at 7 am. I heard every excuse from over a dozen other companies. Luckily, I did a search and found ASAP. I had seen their trucks at several neighbors so I gave them a call. From the first moment, they were professional, understanding and efficient. They dispatched a tech within an hour. I also appreciated his call to let me know he was on the way and would be at my home in 20 minutes.

When Jason arrived, I immediately felt at ease. He was very professional, clear, instructive, friendly, clean, helpful, productive, thoughtful and precise. My 15 year old Noritz tankless water heater needed to be replaced and I was so fortunate to find the right company and the right tech, Jason. He not only worked on the heater, but brought all the gas and water piping up to current code.

I was so pleased with the job that I have booked him for another appointment to work on my kitchen sink plumbing. Being in the Home Contractor business, I am very particular. I am very confident in having ASAP and Jason work on my house and strongly recommending them.

Needed them for a sluggish toilet that we weren't able to fix ourselves. Plumber used a snake to fix the problem which unfortunately scratched the bottom of the toilet. We didn't notice it until after he left and we decided not to say anything since we didn't know whether it could have been helped, but it's pretty noticeable. Fortunately, it's in our Master but bothers us.

I was the lucky one to find a slab leak two days before Christmas! Diego came out right away and helped locate the leak and prevent further damage. The next day Ramon came out, and professionally pin pointed the leak location and the cause. Our neighborhood has had multiple problems with slab leaks and Ramon was very much familiar with our community, and how the homes are plumbed. While some drywall had to be removed he kept it to a minimum and was super friendly and professional. While it really sucked having a slab leak around the holidays, Diego and Ramon at ASAP were awesome.

I will trust them in the future for any of plumbing needs!!!

A+++ service for this company. I was referred by a friend to ASAP and I first spoke with Boston Dave about what my needs were. He was so courteous and helpful. After speaking with him, the office called me back right away to setup an appt for the next day. Boston Dave showed up on time and with such a great friendly attitude! He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and that I understood all of the work he was performing. By the time he was finished, I felt like we were old friends. He gave great advice about a water heater that I've been wanting to replace and made sure I knew all of the information about different products (including post maintenance recommendations and safety precautions) so that I could make the best decision about which products to consider/purchase. I also asked about knowing anyone for interior painting, and the person he recommended called me the very next morning. Very trustworthy person and I am grateful for his help!

I saw a recent review about a different person with ASAP that came out and grossly overinflated an estimate, its too bad that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch because Boston Dave is a trusted neighbor and serviceman by many. I hope that this other bad review doesn't tarnish the great integrity, the reputation, and the great work performed by Boston Dave over the last 15 years in this industry just because someone else didn't do the right thing.

I live in the ground floor unit and my new upstairs neighbors plugged the shared drain in the wall plumbing. I called Anytyme plumbing first, and they were not very helpful and basically pushed me off to someone else. My HOA contacted ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing, and they were incredibly professional and helpful. Ramon C and Gonzalo were on time, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. These guys are not only nice, they're fast, efficient. Excellent customer service and reasonable!
With all the rain lately my plumbing went kaput. I luckily had already showered and dressed to go out on a Fri night. Then all hell broke loose in my drain pipes! Ugh! I phoned, set up an evaluation for the next morning,(Sat) they were scheduled for 8:00 am, txted st 0730, I responded at 0747, they were in front of my house by 0740.
Plumbing issue needed a particular machine to blow out the lines... He was fast efficient and done by 9:30. I got an estimate for future work to bring everything up to code since my house was built in 1949. I'll totally be using these guys for the upgrade! A huge thanks to Tony for sending oRamon!

We'd been experiencing drain backup for some time. We called ASAP and they sent George out to the house right away. He was great. Within a short time, George had located the problem. He went into the crawl space under the house and figured out there was no slope to a long section and the pipeline was too small for proper drain line, and determined there was a clog that was causing it to back up. He was spot on. He removed the 2 inch piping and sure enough there was a portion that was blocking nearly half the pipeline. He replaced it with 4 inch piping, sloped the pipeline properly and now our drain lines are perfect. No backup in the kitchen sink whatsoever.
George was great. His intuitive working nature was unbelievable. He had the job diagnosed and done in just a few hours.
I highly recommend George and the ASAP guys for your go-to plumbing connection in a pinch. And their prices are really reasonable too!

I had a client selling his home and the buyer had the sewer scoped during indirections. There was some root intrusion and grease in the trap of the sink. They quoted something like $900 to hydrojet it. I told my client that seemed very high. I asked for quotes on yelp from like 8 different companies. ASAP got back to me very quickly and said they offer 2 hours for $375 and will RE scope the work before and after! Excellent service! Excellent communication! Excellent price! Highly recommend these guys for your sewer needs!

We had Tanner out to replace the main gas supply valve to our home. He showed up with the needed parts. While the job proved to be more difficult than normal, Tanner was still able to complete it quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

David, from ASAP Drain Guys, is professional, polite, knowledgable and adds a little levity when you have a serious plumbing problem on your hands. This is a great company and I have had my two showers, kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, vanity sink, two toilets repaired and a gas leak to the furnace taken care of. They are so professional that I can feel they will fix the problem right the first time. Dan, the dispatcher, is also very competent and has a great memory. He doesn't have to look up your name on a computer to remember you.
New review of 2014: Unfortunately, there have been staff changes here. Inferior service by inexperienced plumbers for the most part. I would not recommend them now. After using them for 10 years, I was sorely disappointed by the number of hours it took to put in shower valves. Should have been 5-6 but it took 11 hours.

Earlier this year, we started having toilet issues. We had the drain snaked and the toilets replaced. The downstairs toilet backed up again 2 months later. And then again a couple months later. All told, we had 2 different plumbers and 4 different visits---all snaked the toilet drain all the way to the street.

The last plumber mentioned that the drain felt clear, but the snake he used only had one drain clearing head so he couldn't know for sure.

I started having to plunge the most used toilets almost every day and finally yesterday, they weren't draining from being plunged. So, the 1st question I asked when I called ASAP was, What kind of snake do you guys use? After getting a satisfactory, Yes, we can put a camera on and check it out... I scheduled them to come today.

Vince arrived when scheduled. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and found the problem with the camera. We had calcite built up and toilet paper was catching and clogging part of the drain. He recommended the high pressure wash to remove the calcite.

ASAP was less expensive and provided more service than the other 2 plumbing companies.

Installed a new water heater in August, called today because I smell gas coming the hose connection. Call center says the labor warranty is 30 days, 6 years for parts. $65 for them to give me an estimate and $100 for a service call.

Worst part was call center would not give a straight answer on whether a gas leak is covered or not. Really poor service for a past customer.

I had a flood/leak from a valve behind my refrigerator. The company that I used for the water mitigation contacted ASAP drain guys to come out and find out what was leaking and fix the problem. The technician named Tim told me about the valve leaking. He informed me it would be $98 if I didn't fix it today and $154 if he it fixed while he was here. I informed him that insurance would be involved and he said the water mitigation company would be billed. I said great! The bill came and needed to be paid by me because my home owners insurance wasn't going to pay for the repair because it was not a covered item. So I said ok I'll pay the bill no big deal. Instead of being $154 the bill was now $252. So I called the office they patched me through to the technician who just kept saying the same thing round and round. I told him what he told me the day of service he really never acknowledged that he said that to me. I personally think because insurance was involved it was over billed to get more money. So just beware when dealing with your home owner insurance. The repair was fine and so was the service. I just didn't like the quote not being what ended up being billed...

The customer service was horrible from the beginning but I thought I would give them a shot because of there prices! I was wrong there as well! Something tells me that the plumber they sent to one of my properties hasn't had the proper training... I've seen some great craftsmanship in my life but this by far was horrible. Everything from the hand shake down. Not to mention, I screen every vendor that comes to my properties and a plumber they had sent to one of my properties was a registered sex offender. I should have been properly notified about this! ASAP had failed to let me know this information! I will no longer use the company for any of my repairs! If you want quality repairs I would look somewhere else.

These guys are meticulous. Came out to my neighbers house FOR 3 DAYS. I would hire them in a hearbeat. They know their stuff - stay until it gets done. Check them out before getting anyone else out. .

My neighbor had to get his driveway chopped up to get to the plumbing. They are now back to fill the driveway. Doing cement work! Wow!

Super service ... great employees. They still where super nice, even with sludge pouring over their boots!!!!

This is a company that really wants their customers to get the best job available.

He said Im mistaken and they're not a dealer or installer. From one business owner to another, I would get that person off the phone and not allow them to talk to your customers. I've never felt so disrespected! Do not hire ASAP plumbing. They will leave you with a huge mess. They ruined my sidewalk and refuse to fix it. The manager Hack is scary, rude, disrespectful. They refuse to call back customers. I never once got a call back. They sent one worker out that said they were definitely fixing their mistake and 5 days later they sent scary Hack to yell, and argue with me that they had no intention of fixing anything and think the sidewalk looks like it did before they touched it. Clearly from my photos you can see how horrible their work is. I lost $1400 because of this company. Take your business elsewhere. They make you pay in full before the job is complete and then don't complete the job. After you give them money they disappear. I've been waiting to hear from them for over9 days and they don't have the decency to return phone calls or email. They treated my house like a learning project, the workers were unsure of what they were doing and had to leave and come back multiple times. They have no idea how to repair concrete once they demolish it. They are intimidating and pushy. Again, no one has ever treated us so rudely. This is my first ever yelp review because I've never been so appalled as I am with this company. Don't hire this company!

SCAM!!!! Do not hire them!!! There are a lot of pieces to this.....
I had a guy in here for a simple drain clog, because my normal plumber wasn't available. Now, my normal guy, he gets the clog out in five minutes easy. This one? took him almost TWO HOURS! But, here's the thing. Once I started questioning him on why it was taking so long....he was magically able to find the clog three minutes later. Very suspect. Oh, PS, I'm in after hours so we are looking at $150 per hour of work plus $99 to snake.
But, if that wasn't enough, after all is said and done, he tells me that there is yet another thing wrong...and that my entire place would start leaking if I don't fix it, for another $200!

Nope, my senses kicked in and this is when I called my guy who then told me he was scamming me and that this is common practice with this company.

Thankfully, I have intuition and was able to sniff this out.
Unfortunately now I have to go all night without water until my plumber can come and actually fix this.

Thank you SO much team. Not only were they proactive about scheduling they did an amazing job. I had to have both of my hot and cold pipes redone at my shop. Oh Man, Diego and Daniel are absolutely amazing! Diego was the first to come out to my property to fix a slab leak that we had in a unit of ours. He was on top of it, making sure I knew everything that he was doing, letting me know what all was going on and very very professional. He then had to call his buddy Daniel to come out and help him, because he needed an extra hand. Daniel came out and introduced himself and they got to work! They fixed the slab leak, then came back this morning to lay down the concrete. No words can explain how amazing these two men are. I had some slow draining sinks and a sink with a stuck/broken stopper that I could not fix on my own.

Called ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing as a friend had recommended them to me.

Called on a Thursday to request a Saturday appointment. Was given the window of 10-12 for them to get here and they stayed true to that estimate and got here before 11.

Joshua was the plumber that came to do the repairs. He identified the problems quickly. He was fast, polite, and professional. Also he was good about cleaning up after the work was done.

Everything is working great after the work he did. Very pleased with the service and I intend to use them for any plumbing problems in the future. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work.

this service was a life saver, i woke up at 5p after a long night shift to find a walk in shower in my basement was backing up with lets just say nasty stuff after 3 hours of shop-vacing, bleaching and mopping i had to shut off all the water valves to ensure another mess would not be created, after i cleaned i was filthy and needed a shower bad but didnt know what to do because it was 9pm by now, luckily i found out that ASAP was a 24 hr service so i called them up. litterally 25 min after i called them a guy was at my front door ready to go i was shocked how fast he was i wish i got his name. He worked on the problem and told me i had roots growing in the pipe that was causing the problem which had to be 10 years worth of roots because we had not services our main line in atleast 10 years, he spent 2 hours working hard and got the line cleared everything in my house was draining and running better, he fix it all cleaned up the mess after. i got my much needed shower and a neglected problem fix within 2 hours of calling all backed by a warranty on the work he did. how can you beat it?

Had a pretty good experience with these guys. Jason, the tech, came out and quickly identified why my drain was backing up. He identified that I might have a backflow preventer that was defective and I needed to have my homebuilder replace it. Was charged a flat $98 (an hour) for the job, which I thought was reasonable. I would recommend them for work as they are pretty fast at responding to an issue and friendly and attentive service.

Our shower was not consistent with the temperature so we had ASAP come out to check out the situation. Jason, the technician on the job, was amazing and did a spectacular job. He was personable, upbeat, and ready to take on the project even though it took much longer than we all originally anticipated. He spent the time to make sure we understood the issue and the reason we needed to apply the fixes he recommended. He took the time to show us different steps of the process (i.e. where he found the issue, where he needed to cut the wall, the quality of the water from the flush of our system, etc). Highly recommend Ahmad and Alex from ASAP. We found we had plumbing issue late in the evening. On that day, Ahmad showed up within couple hours and started troubleshooting the issue. He quickly identified that the issue would not be resolved with usual troubleshooting. He gave us a reasonable quote and once we gave a go ahead, he showed up with Alex the next day within the window that he provided. We received email & call every time they arrived. They both spent about 6-7 hrs to ensure that the issue was resolved even though it was midnight. They were courteous, communicating what they would be doing to resolve the issue, and extremely patient. Thanks! Ahmad and Alex.

Tim and James of ASAP Drain Guys came to the aid of our HOA on Sunday afternoon when a water leak was discovered on one of the properties. When they explained what needed to be done we chose to wait for Monday to have it fixed. Promptly at 8am they were there, as promised and did a terrific job in fixing a pipe buried under concrete. They kept us informed as to their progress and expected time of completion. They met their own deadline and we were able to restore water service to all. Tim and James are great representatives for their company and we will gladly have them come help us again.

Excellent service. During the process of buying our home we needed our septic tank inspected. I had two other companies come out to the home and both failed to locate the tank. Two weeks, two different companies and 15 holes in my yard later, I decided to try ASAP. Jimmy came out and within 10 minutes located the tank. Extremely unprofessional business. We called for under sink faucet leak. A person came and worked on it for 2 minutes. Showing its fixed. We turn on the faucet later and keep it on for few minutes and its leaking. Now we called them and asking to come back to fix it properly. This is totally unprofessional behavior. Instead of owning up to their responsibility to fix it properly they are blaming us that we messed around with it and broke it.

Manny, our technician, was personable and did a great job installing our tankless water heater. He removed the existing hot water tank, the insulation, and the closet and hauled it away. He also modified the unit to make it easier for us to upkeep our new tank. His work was clean and professional. When the knob was missing on the tank, he called the manufacturer and quickly ordered a new one. ASAP always sends excellent plumbers. The only reason I dinged them by one star is because of the missing knob and the unit was delivered to them with a bent mounting bracket (totally fixable, but still). Not exactly their fault, but maybe an inventory of parts or getting a more reliable distributor for parts is in order.

I had a tough grease clog recently in my home. I contacted a trusted resource, and received a referral to ASAP. We received excellent, timely service at an affordable price. My plumber, Andy, went above and beyond expectations for service, including giving advice and tips for plumbing questions we had involving our home. We made a point of contacting his management with our compliments, and getting additional business cards at the time of service to share with family and friends. I have experience in San Diego, working with other companies over 40 years as a homeowner, and I wish every company was like ASAP.

I had ASAP come and clear a drain , I asked the tech to pull the toilet to access the drain. He tried to access from my new freestanding tub and destroyed the drainage systhem of the tub, then water began leaking through the ceiling (he had put some water in the tub and it was leak) because drainage system was destroyed by the metal snake. Then I called the next day and was sent another tech, who was nice and had to clear the drains again, because the job was not done properly the first time, Got the drain cleared, and I asked him if I can get Plumber that installed thevtub back to install and get reimbursement, I was told yes , because it takes an experienced plumber to install island drain for freestanding tub. I had to order parts and had the work done, and scanned and sent a copy of invoice email and sent again no return email so I called left multiple messages an no return call. So I called agin and asked to talk to a Supervisor Hack (not sure spelled correctly). And never a return call, from a Supervisor, when I called agin, I was basically told I was out of luck.

i know accidents happen , but be a business that takes care of those mistakes and return a call to your customer, and communication goes a long way. !

We just recently had to place a Home Warranty request for a leak. They sent out a never heard of before plumbing company from out of the area; I would not recommend them. With out going into boring details I decided to go around the warranty company and just called ASAP Drains. I use them in my own Property Management Company. They came out assessed a tricky situation, fixed it. Boom Done. Our technician worked so hard, it's been so hot and he had to work in a cramped space, but he did it without complaining.

The other company didn't want to do anything accept have us remove a very expensive set of installed cabinets so it was very easy for him.

We've been using ASAP at 5th Avenue Property Management for over a year, I've been very happy with their workers, timeliness of their response and quality. We probably use them a minimum of once a week if not more like five.

One of the things I like is when we have a water heater leak, if we need to do a dry out and remove the water heater, they will install a temporary water heater. This allows the tenants to stay in the property and not have to be relocated while the repairs and dry out happen.

I have whole family with 6m old baby in house when I called ASAP plumbing to help me out. They send out unexpected guy to unclog my bathroom sink and toilet. He spend 1hour trying but he couldn't unclogged drain
He also try to sell me camera , jetting and other stuff that didn't make any sense and would cost me $500. I let them go nicely refusing other services. Same day I called the other plumbing company and they solve the problem within 30 minutes (with a small size auger snake).
I wouldn't write any bad review if my bad experience stopped there at that time.
But it didn't stop.
Office manager or owner James (I don't know what title he has ) start harassing me with the invoice statement saying I owe them $180 for service. ( what services???)
HE DID NOT FIX ANYTHING !!!!
After several months going back-and-forth I had to pay Plumber's fake service in the order to have him stop harassing me.
It was unpleasant experience talking to James. Every time I see there work truck feel bad to my stomach having negative experience with dishonest people.

I have used these guys multiple times in the past, even once in Christmas Eve and had always had a good experience. That changed today. I had called them out to replace a broken hot water heater. They told me because it was Sunday the labor would be time and a half. Ok. I get that. I had already purchased a new hot water heater so all I needed was installation. When he arrived, he reminded me the labor rate was time and a half.
When the guy came out, he said I also needed to do a gas upgrade for $90 and replace a sweat ball valve for $150. The installation would be an additional $825 for a grand total of $1065. I asked how much labor was per hour and how many hours he anticipated this taking because that seemed ridiculously high. He then said that they don't charge by the hour for water heaters, it is just a bulk cost. WTF is it? Is it hourly at time and a half or a bulk cost? You people are talking out of two sides of your mouths.
I immediately went inside, called two other companies, both of which quoted less than $500 for everything mentioned above including haul away of my old hot water heater. I immediately stopped work with ASAP plumbing as I felt they were trying to scam me. When I told the guy he was charging twice as much as other people, he snidely said Maybe you should have gotten quotes before you had me out. Yeah, maybe I should have, but I've used your company before and never had an issue, even on Christmas Eve. I didn't think this company would try to take advantage of long standing customers, but I was wrong. I still had to pay$148 for that rude douche to insult me. Never again!

We used this company few times and the last time is the last time.
The work was done but their customer service is the worst.
We were not happy with the outrageous price they charged us so when calling the office not only that the person we spoke with didn't want to pass us to the manager, when finally we reached the manger, she was worse! Rude, not kind and with zero patience!
A big part of a service is customer service, and when you have any issues with them they will just ignore you and be rude.

Contacted ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing on a Sunday for a drain blockage and Mathew answered on the first ring. I explained the problem and he gave me the choice between an appointment that same day or the next day. I choose the next day. On Monday the Tito and Angle called in route and then arrived shortly right on time. They evaluated the problem and gave a great quote. It took a while for the drain snake to reach the problem, but finally Tito and Angle cleared the blockage of roots and some type of wipes. Next they ran a camera through and showed me the condition of the pipes. I was very impressed and thankful. I recommend ASAP for any plumbing needs.

I was trying to replace a toilet. The supply hose came up short and the angle stop was old and rusty. I did not have the proper tool to remove the old plumbing.

I called several other places but none were available to come the same night. The few that was willing to come was going to charge more than $250.

I called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing and they quoted a reasonable price for coming on short notice and after normal hours.

I received an email with the technician's photo. Omed called to tell me he was on his way and will be at the house in 20min. He arrived in 20 minutes and after looking at the
job he provided a super reasonable price quote. Omed was professional and was out of there within 30min.

I would recommend calling ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing and ask for Omed.

Great Company! We found them on Yelp!
We called them and they gave us a good quote to fix our shower handle and cartridge. They came out the next morning ( which was good because our water was shut off), fixed it and stuck to the quoted price.
Which was a very good price for all the work he did. Philip was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Did his work and cleaned up the work area real good. He was a young lad and enjoyed what he was doing and it showed in his work ethics and work quality!
Should any future plumping problems arise, and they will! This is the only company we will call out. We did call a few other 5 star companies and the responses were not nearly as good.

I have been a customer of asap drain guys for over 10 years, they had the best and most knowledgeable technicians in the industry, unfortunately they are no longer with the company,the new technicians are more interested in racking up the bill than fixing the problem. We have been having problems with a clogged drain for over a year. The most resent problem was on 10/23/2018 when a technician showed up and opened the drain and charged $186.00, 15 days later we had to call for the same problem and this time the charge was $485.00because it was on a Saturday, on Monday I decided to hire another company since the problem was not fixed. I emailed and left messages to Hack (the manger) unfortunately, never called me back. I am very disappointed and will file a claim with the contractors license board.

Boston Dave is a great person and a great plumber! Before the job he keeps in contact and arrives on time. He is super careful and thinks ahead, thus the job gets done quickly and with minimal cleanup if any. Like most talented folks he works quickly and fixes things right the first time. I gave 2 starts just because Luis did a good job and he was easy to talk with, but the management is just horrible. It took them a week to review the receipt in the pictures that the technician took. I had to call multiple times. They had my first & last name wrong and also my email address is wrong. I've never encounter this situation, where I have to go through layers of management team to be able to get more info about the problem the plumber fixed at my house. I'll definitely not going to use them again. They are too much of a headache.

This is my second 5-Star review for ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing. There were 2 recent situations that I am so grateful to Boston Dave and his team.

I had a client who is a first time home buyer and needed some help. Boston Dave was out there in no time and was so great that I got a call from my client that same night thanking me for sending Dave out. Again he came to the rescue.

And more recently, I had a home that was in escrow and needed to get a plumber out ASAP... so of course, I thought of Boston Dave and his team at ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing. In the middle of coronavirus craziness, the toilet in our master stopped working.. we put it off for as long as we could and then finally decided to call a plumber. What was important to us was that the company takes the necessary precautions during this time, especially since I am pregnant. Going to their website and seeing all the coronavirus precautions they take made us feel better about it. We called them on a Saturday and they were able to come out the following day. The guy that came respected social distancing rules and wore a mask and gloves. He even had booties in case he needed to come into the house. Luckily for us he was able to fix everything from the outside. We had a great experience! It was quick, fast and price was decent!

Had a leak from water pipe upstairs ruin a section of the first floor ceiling. Called ASAP on late Friday afternoon and Ramon C was at the house early afternoon Saturday. He found the source of the leak very quickly after he took a look around. He removed damaged drywall, repaired the leak,

Walked into my garage to find lots of water, called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing since I had seen them working in my condo complex recently. So glad I did! From Carol on the phone to Robert who came out, great service. Robert was so professional, keeping me in the loop each step of the way. He had replace some plumbing items due to the age of my equipment. He had another guy helping him and they were both super polite and beyond professional. I had no clue what all this would cost, but my neighbor told me it was very reasonable for all that was done. Will use them again when I have plumbing needs.

Bad customer service. I called due to water leak in my shower Plumber Ramon who first came to my house took out my shower valve to take pictures for him to order for replacement and when he put it back I didn't realized that there's no hot water in my shower which lasted for a week.
Called to complain to speak to supervisor but no one returned my phone call back.
Their dispatcher Stephanie is very rude and unprofessional.
I don't recommend this company
The second plumber who eventually came back to fix my was understanding with my concerns.
I was a returning customer because they offered me 10% discount if I use their service again
Come to find out it's only 10% of first hour of labor which is only 10.00!
Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

I called ASAP because i Had issues with both my toilets being so hard to flush that the handles broke off, and they were so fast! Called me back same day and got a guy out to fix them the next day!
Ahmad was the tech they sent out and he arrived right on time with a great and enthusiastic attitude! Not what you'd expect from a plumber! He got right to work and finished the job in less than an hour and my toilets finally flush easily! Thank you so much Ahmad! Will definitely call these guys again and request Ahmad!

When My kitchen sink started to gurgle and bubbles came out of the toilet when my washer was draining, I thought this might be over my head, I might need some help. Thanks to other yelpers, I knew to call ASAP and get them to help me. Knowing that on Sunday (seems like all plumbing emergencies are on Sundays), I would be charged extra to get my drains fixed, I called ASAP who said they would send a guy out within a couple of hours. 15 minutes later, I got a call from Jimmy telling me he was on his way.
He was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. He had my drains running smooth again in no time, and told us about their 30 day guarantee so that if the drain plugged again within that period, they would come out and take care of it.
Perhaps best of all, I was charged just under 150 bucks for an emergency service call on a Sunday. This may seem like a lot (and it is more than it would have been if it were Monday), but to those of us who have had to call plumbers on weekends before, this was not a terrible price, and definitely worth the service. Thanks, Jimmy, for your work!

Pro:
Called them early in the morning, somebody came by in the arranged time.
Said I needed a new hot water, I got hot water by evening.

Lots of issues with the installation. The guy is either not communicative or patronizing.
1. The guy said that he would have to cut the drywall to get to the pipe. He left me with a big hole in the wall. Didn't said that I would have to find someone to patch it up.
2. He threw away the water tank cover without consulting me. The new tank has a cover bigger than the pan underneath, he did not tell me that it won't fit or that I can get a bigger pan or even if it is possible. He just threw the cover away.
3. Damage to property. He has to move the washing machine out to get the water tank out and damage the floor.
4. Left work space dirty. I said that I would wipe down the floor before he installs the tank. He insisted that he would do it. Except, he left plaster and dirt all over the washer and dryer, floor probably not cleaned.
5. Overtightening. He used the water hose and the faucet was so tight that it took both hands and lots of muscle power to turn it on. Got me wondering if he over-tighten everything when hooking up the water tank.

Got hot water, but not happy with the overall experience.

Update(6/2018): Unfortunately nine months after this work was completed we had another leak. We paid for leak detection, repair, and installation of a $300+ water pressure regulator to help prevent new issues. The new tech came out and we discovered faulty work/incomplete work done by ASAP. They never checked the water pressure after installation nor did they reduce our water pressure so our pipes have been under tremendous pressure for an additional nine months. They did nothing to account for the previous faulty work except to do what we paid them to do last year. I contacted the office last week to resolve prior to editing this review and they have not returned my call.

(9/2017) Saturday morning, after calling many local plumbers and getting voice messages, I called ASAP and spoke to Anthony right away. He estimated the service call would take place within two hours. 30-40 minutes later, Edgar was at my door ready to help stop the leak in my kitchen ceiling. Edgar was knowledgeable, friendly, minimally invasive with removing drywall, and very clean. He thoroughly searched for the leak, troubleshot the cause of the leak, solved the problem, and made sure everything that could contribute to future leaks was addressed. I wasn't happy that I woke up to a leak in my kitchen, but I know that if I ever have an issue again ASAP will be my first call.

Businesses operating during the pandemic, thanks, but no thanks Review #4

every time i think ASAP's the most useless company i've EVER dealt with, they raise the bar even higher.

already up to our eyeballs in the ample challenges of Covid-19, A SERIOUSLY AWFUL PLUMBER (ASAP for short) shut off the water to one of the buildings in the Pacific Pines Racquet Club (where i own a rental) in Encinitas. even if that was necessary, a little heads-up (before, after, during) would've been nice.

so, first-thing Saturday morning (7/11), my tenant and her family was quarantined (read: stuck) in a condo with no running water for showering, drinking, washing dishes, or even for flushing the toilet. when she asked the bumbling idiots from ASAP how long the water would be off, she was promised they'd have it back on BEFORE they left that afternoon (7/11).

guess how that turned out?

when i drove down to check things out Sunday afternoon (7/12), the guys, who were supposed to be working, were standing around the parking lot smoking cigarettes and playing grab-ass.

starting Sunday, i put the tenant and her family up in a hotel so they could shower and flush the toilet.

after more than a dozen calls to the property management company Sunday and Monday (NONE of which were returned), started leaving messages with ASAP directly for status. NONE of those phone calls were returned either.

this morning (Friday, 7/17), i got a text from the tenant who let me know the water's still off and she can't shower for a job interview (double whammy here: a Covid layoff and a grossly incompetent plumber) she has this morning.

if you're desperate to be ignored and jerked around, ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing are your kind of folks. if you want your job completed by a competent crew who gives a hoot about the problem you need solved in a hurry, hire somebody else.

ps: just called ASAP again -- expectations are LOW. do you think the company's called ASAP because Slower Than an Octagenarian Wearing 100-lb Ankle Weights was already taken? I'm guessing not. even an octagenarian in ankle weights can return a phone call.

pps: yesterday (7/20), finally got the first ASAP callback but the problem's still not fixed. today's day eleven and the tenant still can't take a shower.

Tanner, Tim, and Alex teamed up to complete the job of digging out a section of tree-root clogged sewer pipe and installing two clean-outs in my front yard. It was an all day event, mostly because of the cement-hard ground they were up against. Tanner kept me informed of their progress and answered all of my questions. I like these guys a lot but I'm also hoping that a new, root-free, section of pipe will mean I don't have to see them again anytime soon.

Had ASAP and Jim/ his assistant come out again. Really can't say enough about this gentleman. Very down to earth, friendly, and fast. He's communicates, explains everything thoroughly, and did an awesome job and cleaned up more than he needed to. I really REALLY appreciate this sort of customer service in a day and age where it seems to be lacking a lot. Also- and I apologize for not posting this sooner- the gals in the office who have helped me are extremely friendly and helpful. They've always worked quickly to accommodate our needs and keep me posted on the ETA of the plumber and send my invoices promptly. Thanks guys. We will definitely continue to use ASAP as our first choice for plumbing.

Quoted over phone and overcharged excessively
When job finished. Never got a receipt from them when my wife paid by credit card for a couple of days. Maybe a tactic used to hide charges. Do have proof of my emails asking for receipt of work done for days and waiting and then discovering amount charged.
I recommend getting everything in writing before then begin work or you will be hoodwinked by their tactics.

Ramon was super helpful. The main inline to our house was cracked and spraying and the water had been turned off by the city. My family is on their way to visit me in California and my living room carpet is feeling wet . Knowing my bathroom shares an adjoining wall to the living room my mind started to think the worst. Me, being a DIY person started to guess what the problem could be ... not so smart, plumbing is not something you want to tackle on your own . I decided to call ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing for help they came in a matter of seconds and went to work. They located the problem, fixed my leak ... above all they cleaned my BATHROOM... looked better than how I usually clean it . Robert my plumber was very efficient knowledgeable and had everything on hand to fix my leak he even checked the rest of my house to see if I may have any other plumbing issue I didn't know about yet.

Thank you ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing, now I can host my family and not worry about them swimming in my living room.

I have used ASAP 2 times, once for a clogged main sewer line, and once to replace the main water line into my house. Needless to write that in both cases I needed assistance ASAP :) and they came right out to assist. Jagger and Evan did a great job replacing the main water line to my house, it was a huge job and they worked very hard to make sure I had the water back on by the end of the day. There was a small issue the following day and Jagger came right out to correct it. I did not have any issues with the quoted price changing after the work was done. A++ job all the way around!

The service rep seemed nice enough but need my constant help with hoses, turn on/off, water, etc. It seems like it should have been a two person job. When he started the jetting everything just spilled out on to my deck and below to the drive way. Their was zero preparation or warning of what was about to happen and no attempt to reduce or prevent this torrent of debris. This caused a mess all over the side of my house my deck, garage, and drive way. The rep sprayed everything down and cleaned up some of the residue but not nearly enough. I am still cleaning up my deck from the jetting and still haven't gotten all of the gunk from the hose off my railing or my house. Mess from me is one thing but a greasy hose is another. My neighbors are not happy with the results and has caused my a real hassle w/ my HOA. This should have been a two person job that focused results and not just an action.
I would never use these company again for any service. They get 2 stars because cleaned the drain.

ALL the one star reviews are right and I should have trusted them, as these people have the rudest customer service specially from the management.
Here is my situation, as I called them for a simple shower valve replacement and a slow leak from the toilet tank. The guy shows up late and takes a long time to fix just the valve and then says he needs to go out and get the toilet gasket and will be back from supplier and after a long time comes back and supposedly replaced the seal by removing three screws and charges me $145. Well guess what, the next day the tank leaks again. I called them and they said that is not under warranty as the plumber used a universal seal and I was notified which is a lie as I was not even there. So they email me a receipt without any signatures and instead of my signature they wrote down by phone.
So the new guy shows up and says those expensive pressurized toilets are hard to get a part quickly so instead I should buy a new toilet from them for $450 and I was shocked. Not wanting to wait for the toilet to cause water damage I bought a new Kohler toilet from Home Depot for $160 and had them install it.
When he removed my $800 pressurized toilet the seal from the tank looked old and not replaced and I asked him if he thinks this is new and he refused to answer me.
So when I call them to have at least remove the $145 charge for the seal that suspiciously looked like was not replaced. The manager and his boss got really rude and they said well we have recording of every thing you have said as if that makes a difference, plus there is no warranty (on a 2 day old job!!!)
So STAY AWAY from these guys as they will rip you off and BELIEVE all those 1 STAR REVIEWS ON Yelp

A problem with the toilet at your place of business is not a good thing. A plumber that I had used previously wasn't going to be able to come right away and he suggested I call ASAP. WOW! They showed up right away, solved the problem and took car of another minor issue very quickly. Guess what! They charged a lot less than I was expecting for a rush call. This is another review that took me a while to get around to but I was definitely very happy with the fast and friendly service ASAP provided.

We need to have our sewer line repaired from root intrusion and ASAP came highly recommended to us from family friends at JB septic. Boy were they right! The woman we spoke to on the phone (I'm sorry I cant remember your name) was friendly and helpful and was able to send someone out the same day. Albert came to our house within a couple hours of us calling. He was able to diagnose exactly where the roots were and verified that there were no other issues all the way to the street while showing me what he saw every step of the way. He explained the possible solutions in everyday language that I a computer guy totally understood. His professionalism and customer service were top notch. By the time we were done, I was very comfortable with the state of our sewer line situation and confident we called the right people. Yesterday morning seemed to be one of those normal days.... until my Aunt yelled for my assistance! The washing machine was 'draining' into the laundry room and leaked in the garage!!! We stopped the flow of water and didn't use any of the facilities for fear of a relapse of leakage and flooding of rotten egg water into the house. We called the landlord, who in turn called ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing and they called us back with an appointment for today (it being a holiday week, we were happy to wait) at 2pm. Well, Andrew showed up earlier than expected. Clean uniform, mask on, gloves on, and a professional and friendly attitude he asked, What's the problem? I showed him to the laundry room & told him the events that preceded our appointment. He then asked a series of questions that I answered which helped him narrow down the possible problem. His expertise and experience as a plumbing professional were apparent in his diligent work and follow through. He spent an hour (honestly, probably less than that) in and around the house and found two other issues with our plumbing that were not related--and he asked before commencing--and fixed those as well!!! Would I recommend ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing to anyone...? I would, as long as they ask for Andrew. He has a great personable professionalism about him that made this day go by easier ESPECIALLY considering the fact that it is New Years Eve! In his own words, Who wants a 'call back' on a holiday? Let's get the job done right the first time. Thank You Andrew! You deserve a round of applause for your work!

I live in a 40 year old track home in Carlsbad where I dont think the landscape drains had ever been properly cleaned out. I called ASAP Drain guys this morning around 9:30. The receptionist was very friendly. She told me they could have someone at my house by noon. The driver was right on time as well he called me to say he was on his way
His name is Toby. He was fantastic. He knew what to do and went over a few different options with me on how to approach the absolutely clogged drain pipes. I wasnt optimistic that clearing the corregated drain pipes would even be possible. But to my peasant surprise these guys had done it! Toby and his assistant got it done! I will be calling ASAP on a regular basis to keep the pipes clear from now on.

Had my first and last experience with this company last night. I had a stuck shower valve that needed replacement. They sent a technician over within 2 hrs which I was impressed with. He seemed pretty annoyed that he had to finished my failed attempt of pulling the stem valve out and repeatedly told me I was not a plumber and should have not attempted this and made it seem he was doing me a favor for working on a Sunday. I would feel bad for him if it wasn't for his attitude and the 147 dollars an hour I was paying. Cry me river! He tried pulling it out but when it wasn't budging he blow torched it and melted the loofas hanging nearby along with putting melting plastic in my plumbing. Thanks. He finally got most of valve out with the exception of the melted/ chipped plastic. I figured he would clear the line before installing the valve. Nope. He installed the first valve incorrectly and tried to pull it out by the plastic tabs and broke them and totally flips out and punches my shower and then just walks out very angry. He comes back in and tells me he will need to charge me for that. Yeah right! But after that crazy reaction I agreed just so I could get this guy out my house.He installs the second one again with out clearing the line! Turns the water on and guess what the the water pressure is horrible due to all the crap that wasn't cleared out. Somehow that was good enough for him and begins to pack up. Leaves the handle off and trim. I let him know I was not happy with the work and he once again reminds me I'm not a plumber and lucky he did what he did and left. He's right I'm an electrician and wouldn't leave a customer that's paying 147/hr unsatisfied and incomplete especially when the customer has been nothing but nice to him. I gave him water and let him borrow some of my tools and helped when he needed the water turned on/ off. So I got the spend the rest of my night pulling the valve and shower head to clear the line, cleaning, and finish putting the handle back on. I filed a complaint the following day but the person I talked to seemed to care less and didn't bother to ask my name or number so here I am posting my experience. I will update if they actually contact me back. I hope it's just a bad apple and not a reflection of the entire company as I like to spend locally.

I just have to say these guys were amazing! Particularly Omed! I called them on very short notice because our house had a very old tub that was corroding from underneath and finally gave in . Omed was on site literally ASAP! My problem was fixed in one day! The phone staff and Omed were extremely professional and very kind. I didn't have to worry about a thing! We were hearing water moving in our walls and were concerned we had a leak. We had 3 different plumbers come out to access the situation. It was Robert from ASAP that took the time to really investigate what was going on.
He didn't just say, re-pipe but came out the following day, one time, no less, to do a full leak detection. Robert was on his hands and knees for hours tracing the issue and was confident he would find the problem.
He did! He was able to trace the issue to the exact line and show us what was going on. He then gave us a complete detailed estimate that included all the little things he also recommended and would save us money in the long run. We are thrilled with the estimate, the project scope and are looking to have him out on Tuesday to complete the job.

It is not often that you have THREE plumbers visit in one day...don't really want to do again. In fact, I won't ever do that again. I am confident now that ASAP and Robert are the only one I will call in the future!

ASAP plumbing did a great job fixing a broken pipe to our house's sprinkler system in January 2014. The best part was that they lived up to their name by showing up at our house in under 30 minutes, which was great because the leak was sudden and high volume. The dispatcher was polite and efficient and the plumber called immediately to let me know he was on his way. The plumber really seemed to know what he was doing and had the situation under control right away and fully repaired in a couple hours.

Great and timely service! Had some plumbing issues unexpectedly and Evan was able to come out and solve the immediate issue same day! Ramon C and Luis came the next week for hydrojetting and they were able to remove all the roots! What resulted was the best case scenario for sure! I am so impressed, everyone was super professional and it was a pleasure to work with them. Would recommend their services to anyone in SD!

I got several quotes ranging from a lot to less. Regardless of the quotes the team at ASAP really impressed us that they knew what they were doing. Carlos was our technician and he was always clear on what he was going to do ... As it turned out they were actually lowest bid but we probably would've went with them even if they were in the mid-level.
They did a sewage pipe lining.... and I always got a email when they were on their way and they did exactly what they said they would do .. and a little more..
Even the back office was great...every time I called i always got somebody on the line and they're always considerate and moved on my request quite quickly and friendly ..

I rarely write reviews this was an extremely good experience under stressful conditions...

Apparently this business isn't really looking to do business. After their technician couldn't make the first appointment (and I so enjoy missing work for nothing) I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Appears that now they don't even want to keep the agreed upon(in person!) scheduled time. Don't waste the phone call! Try a company that actually wants customers!!

I had them out to replace an angle stop - the little valve that shuts off the water supply to an individual item - in this case, to the dishwasher.

I was pleasantly surprised with their plumber. Especially after having a negative experience with one of their competitors the previous week for a completely different issue. (Another plumber quoted me almost 1200 worth work to fix a leaking faucet - see my other reviews for details)

Anyway - the reason the angle stop is being replaced is a dishwasher installer claimed it needed to be done and refused to do the install. It didn't, I knew it didn't and told the installer it didn't - but he insisted.

So I call ASAP and they send a guy out - he takes a look and says there is nothing wrong with it - no need to replaced it. I asked him to do it anyway since I can't get the dishwasher installed without it. He knocked $10 off the price just because he knew he was doing something that didn't need done. Professional, honest and fair. I'd highly recommend them.

I have been a landlord for over 40 years owning several properties so I know how much a fair rate would be for most everything,
I had to have a kitchen faucet replaced. I bought a standard faucet and asked ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to do this simple job. It took them less then an hour and they charged me $653.28. Wow, what a rip off!!!

NEVER WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN!

BEWARE!
I called this company when all my toilets backed up. They sent a plumber who cleared the clog at my backflow flap in the garage. The plumber thought I had a warped backflow flap. About 3 weeks later I again had a clog and I asked them to replace the flap. They did. 6 days later I had another clog. The plumber said he thought he had incorrectly installed the flap, and he re-installed it. 5 days later I had a flood in the bathroom, bedroom and closet. At this point I called Roto Rooter who ended up jackhammering my garage floor and replacing the entire backflow valve which was broken at a cost of $4,000. Given that the backflow flaps are meant to only move one direction and given that I saw the ASAP plumber move his camera extensively back and forth through the flap, I am reasonably certain that he caused the break in the valve. I wrote a letter to ASAP asking for the refund of the $496 I had paid them for their work. It's been over 2 weeks and no response. Use ASAP Plumbing at your own risk!

My HOA contacted ASAP for a clogged drain in my condo. They called me the same day and scheduled me the same day. This has not been my experience with many companies lately.

George came to my Oceanside condo and was very quick to diagnose and fix my kitchen sink clog. He ran the snake to find where the problem was and kept me informed the entire time.

George has hearing loss, but was able to communicate with me politely and effectively. I would definitely recommend George and ASAP for your plumbing needs.

Leak at my business on a very busy day. Had to be in a meeting at 3:30. Specifically asked and was told they would be at location before 3:00. Got a call during meeting from my employee that ASAP had arrived. I could not deal with the details during meeting. ASAP left the building. The next morning I had already had another company fix the leak. ASAP showed up later in the morning to charge me a service charge for the previous day. I only made the appointment with them because it fit in my extremely busy day. I did not even meet with them due to their late arrival and got a service charge by a man who did not seem to care how late he was. I paid the service charge just to get him out of my office but I will be disputing it. I am a business owner. If you say your going to arrive within a 3 hour window, noon-3:00, you arrive or at least call.

Harold handled everything. Professional and knowledgeable. Outstanding service. First time for me addressing SDG&E gas shutoff for a Senior Apartment complex. Called ASAP they sent Harold immediately on a Thursday evening. Harold had everything completed by Friday morning including going to the City and pulling permit for City inspection that day! Amazing! This was taken care of and gas back on within 24 hours! More amazing! I understand this issue is a minimum of 3 to 4 day turn around! Outstanding work ethic and quality of work!! My toilet was leaking on a Saturday and I called ASAP Drain Guys. A service tech by the name of Derek came to my house. He was very knowledgeable and was able to determine where the water was leaking from and fixed the leak. Derek took the time to answer all my questions. I had them come out and replace the handle and cartridge on the bathtub. While he was there, I had him replace the faucet too. Stephen was the service man and was very polite an professional. The company charges by the hour on some jobs and a set price for others, so make sure when you call them you find out which way they will charge you before having them come out. Also, if you purchase the parts before they come out, it will lower your cost dramatically since they charge for gas, time and depreciation on their vehicle to go out and purchase it themselves. Another note, you can usually come out very quickly!!!! This is like the third time we have used them.

FYI: Some companies charge only by the hour and others charge by the hour for certain repairs and a set price for other repairs, which could become more costly for certain repairs so make sure you call and find out first.

I needed a plumber to identify and repair a water leak in a rental property. I was referred to ASAP by my neighbor and booked an urgent appointment with them. Jack arrived on schedule and was extremely professional from arrival to when he finished the job.

Jack was very thorough with the leak identification, repair and clean up process. There was no over sell and every part of the process and job was explained clearly. We also identified potential future issues and it was mutually agreed on to repair those areas as well. I have nothing but praise for Jack and his work ethic and customer service skills. Kudos ASAP.

This past weekend, I called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to come and unclog my main sewer line. The work was completed the next day and all is well. However, I then called to obtain an estimate on having the main sewer line hydro-jetted to more thoroughly clean that line. I received a call today from one of their managers. I asked about the online offer that stated that with any paid drain cleaning service, a free sewer camera inspection was also offered. The manager stated that it was in fact offered. I then asked about a military discount and was told by him that I could get the free ($185.00 value) camera inspection OR the 10 % ($32 value) military discount, but not both. So I asked how that offer benefited a veteran, over EVERYONE else in San Diego, in any way, when the veteran is offered a $32 discount but EVERYONE ELSE in San Diego is offered the $185 discount? He stated that I could just take the $185 discount like everyone else as it is available to EVERYONE. Again, I stated that this was NO perk or good deal for any veteran when a veteran could choose to take their military discount only to lose out on the free ($185.00 value) camera inspection. If you choose to take your $32 military discount, you are cheated out of the $185 discount. It is just math, pure and simple. In other words, this company offers NO additional discounts to veterans at all. THIS makes ZERO sense and is no way to acknowledge the sacrifices and service of military active duty and veterans throughout the San Diego area. And this manager stated that he was also a veteran but had ZERO desire to acknowledge how this policy did NOTHING to give a veteran a little extra for his/her service. As always, this company places profit over customer service. They should be ashamed of this policy.

I'm a community manager in Carmel Valley & currently have a root intrusion. All downstair units in 1 building had a toilet/tub overflow from a drain backup yesterday. I called ASAP @ 5:15pm for service & they let me know a tech would be out for repairs between 6:30pm-9pm. Ahmad (ASAP tech) gave me a call around 6 letting me know he was already out on-site to make the repair (with a very positive attitude)! Wow!! He was very informative while completing his job & was completed less than an hour later. He also completed a camera inspection for the lines & concluded our issue here in no time at all. Other Vendors have been attempting for weeks with errors while Ahmad was able to complete within the hour. Very good company with reliable service!

This company is the worst vendor we have ever had in our home. We called them out to assist with drains that seemed to be clogged. After telling us that their charges would be $98 PER HOUR, not only did their technicians fail to give us a price estimate before doing work to open three drains in our 2 bathtubs and one shower, but they then proceeded to upsell with suggestions that we should have them provide new shower heads (which we could easily replace ourselves). Additionally, we asked that they look at a shower faucet that was having a slow response with hot water quickly to the shower...the technician said the repairs would be no big deal but they found they did not have the parts so drove around for over 30 minutes to get parts to fix the faucet. All this time, we expected the bill to reflect the hourly rate we had been quoted plus the cost of the parts used for the faucet. Not only did they NOT provide a cost estimate before doing the work, they also failed to tell us they were going to charge per drain and almost $700 to fix the shower faucet. Additionally, they took the parts with them when they left so there is no way for us to tell from looking at what was removed to see if the work was necessary. After receiving the price the technician suggested would be their fee (over $900 to clear 3 drains and fix a shower faucet), we requested to speak with their supervisor who said they would be in contact with us after they spoke with the technicians, and that did not happen either. We told them the amount of the charges had not been authorized by the owner prior to the work now had we been told that there would be additional fees on top of the $98 per hour we had agreed to pay. We intend to pursue this issue further to get to the bottom of the unprofessional and unethical approach. As of now, we still have not heard back from the supervisor. We will never use this company again.

While renovating our new house, ASAP Drain Guys helped us with a variety of projects in a very timely and efficient manner. While my contractor mostly dealt with the various technicians, I had to call once against at minute before we moved in because we noticed a leak in our bathroom vanity. Albert came the following day and not only fixed the sink but also asked if there was anything else I needed help with since the minimum service time was an hour and the sink had only taken 20 or so minutes. We were having issues with the water hookup for our fridge so he fixed that no problem and he also noticed and repaired yet another leak in our kitchen sink. Super nice guy, quick service and very reasonable prices. We will definitely stick with ASAP for all of our future plumbing needs. Five stars!

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY. This is a follow-up to my original review posted on 10/5/2016. Their young plumbers are untrained. Their follow-up is horrible. After much haggling, they agreed to replace the water regulator with a new unit. But no, they brought a part that did not fit correctly and put the old unit back on. Now, they are claiming that they replace it that afternoon with a new unit. A total lie as I have pictures to prove it. Again, they might be suited for clearing plugged drains and pipes but definitely not for other plumbing work. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

(read to the end) I've used ASAP for my rental since 2008. My indoor plumber can only do so much. I used to think they were... hmmm... don't know how to say it... like ambulance chasing attorneys - except with drains, but I had no choice to use them. However, over 7 years I can say that I am really happy and understand now why things aren't always perfect. Technology can only go so far sometimes. Sometimes things appear after work begins. Sometimes solutions aren't always perfect the first time out the gate. But, when I wasn't happy - or when someone had to be called out again, they have always made it right. I am in things for the long haul and want to RELY and TRUST the services I use. We just made a major $2000 under the concrete repair. After calling them out over the years, it was the right thing to do. But it wasn't apparent at the beginning. Sometimes it just takes patience and some money to get to the right answer. Everyone at their office was conscientious and helpful. Things got done when they were scheduled, estimates, billing and payment was clear. The guys were out there even though the weather was inclement. They did beautiful work on filling back the concrete after the repair. Ironically, I had a similar large plumbing job going on at my family home in Los Angeles and had something to compare ASAP's work to. I definitely saved money, got GREAT service, had intelligent plumbers working on my project and had good office follow through, here in San Diego. I would highly recommend them. Best service and honesty ever! Our property management company sent a great company for once. The technician, Daniel called and let me know he was here, which since we have an indoor dog was very much appreciated! Daniel was polite,clean, professional and very engaging while being fast and proficient in his job. He cleared the drain in the kitchen very quickly and checked to be sure our washer wasn't going to backup into the sink again before leaving. This was a great experience - this technician hit this one out of the proverbial ballpark!

Omed has been to my house 3 times in the last year for different things, this last time we needed a water heater, the existing crapped out after only a year and a half, top of the line water heater with a 6 1/2 year warranty. He came got info off heater,called distributor, got new heater authorization,went and picked it up, took out old heater,switched out heaters and was done inside of 4 hours, no muss no fuss. These guys are mine for life.The manager Hack is absolutely the best too.

We had a pipe burst and flood our stairs, closet, and garage. ASAP was very prompt, professional and HONEST about our situation. Other quotes were much higher, and would have taken much longer. ASAP has a great network of knowledgeable professionals. My wife and I are renting a townhouse, we called our landlord mentioning a leak in the upstairs shower faucet and he had called these guys.
Javier showed up and introduce himself and spoke to the landlord on the phone so there was no need to go over all the details. Javier was very friendly! He told us it will take 2 hours to replace the shower faucet and the replace the knob with a new one. He also needed to cut the tile to fit the new shower knob in.
As soon as the job was done he went over few things like letting the epoxy dry overnight but once I took a look at the finished job and was highly impressed! It was very well done and best of all no annoying old knob, simple twist and water comes out.
When it came to payment our landlord and I decided I would pay the plumber and deduct it from rent. They have upgraded to card readers so you can also pay in credit/ debit cards! Very convenient!
If you are looking to get an upgrade go with these guys! They are the best!

Adding these guys to my list of 'people to call for house issues'. The whole operation is a finely oiled machine.

Won't go into too much detail as many others have mentioned it:
1.) get an email of who will be coming out to service. Same day service on the weekend, perfect! (Do note it will be more expensive on the weekends)
2.) Shoutout to Eddie, lets me know 20 minutes in advance he will be arriving.
3.) Snakes my kitchen sink drain, clears up the clog, everything drains flawlessly now. Even gave me a free brand new garbage disposal stopper. Thanks, man!!
4.) Whole thing is finished by an hour I'm content with how fast the water drains now. That velocity!!

Hard to believe I'm writing a good review for a contractor, no one is more shocked than me!
When Jimmy showed up I had prepared myself for a oh your fratisstat is bad and it will be a million dollars to fix, big job, real big job. Instead I had couple comments of no need to fix that now.

Pros: Jimmy, charged me by the job not the hour so I knew exactly what it was gonna cost. Didn't drag the job out, got to it quick. He'll be my plumber going forward.

Cons: They need to advertise more. My whole repair was because a different plumber from a different company I had 6yrs ago half assed the job.

We have used ASAP plumbing numerous times for our primary and rental residences over the years. Not only do they respond quickly and professionally they interact with you as if they are helping out their own family.

The office representatives are courteous and communicate well. Andrew was the plumber for our most recent issue and he went above and beyond to fix it and keep it from happening in the future. He and Tanner did a great job explaining the process and took time to tidy up the indoor and outdoor areas where they worked when the job was done.

Plumbing issues are always time sensitive and stressful so we very much appreciate all the hard work Andrew and the rest of the team did on a Friday afternoon! We will definitely be using them for future issues.

A couple of weeks ago I was on my way home, when I received a phone call from my husband, and he was exasperated. He had been watering the plants, when all of a sudden, he pulled the hose too hard and broke the connection to the faucet. Water went everywhere and he was quickly trying to shut the water off. Needless to say, it was not a good situation. We knew we needed to call a plumber to fix it, but didn't know who to call. The Nextdoor app helped to get a few recommendations, and we called 3-4 places. ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing was one of the few places to say they may have someone available the same day. The agent contacted me and we set up the appt within a couple of hours. Ramon C and Robert Lucas showed up at my home and were very professional and thorough. Ramon C quickly figured out the issue, explained what they would need to do, and after I agreed, got to work right away. They also figured out a second issue I had with a different faucet. They fixed everything and I was so happy with their prompt and professional service. Now I know who to call next time I have a plumbing issue, and would recommend Asap Drain Guys and Plumbing to my family and friends.
Ps. I am in the military and asked if the company supports the military and they said they do, so thanks for that!

Ramon from this plumbing company came out to take care of a very big and complicated job of unclogging my kitchen sinks. He had to find the problem with his camera and it was located inside our condo between the bathroom and bedroom. He was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and what had happened. I was impressed with how clean he kept the condo and area he repaired and how quickly he did the job. I would recommend this company and/or Ramon for your repairs.

Jason of ASAP Drain Guy was just at my home.
He repaired a toilet running issue I had.
Jason repaired the issue right away. Jason fixed the issue so quickly that I thought it would still have the running issue
One look at the toilet and he knew exactly what problem was.
Jason is a keeper for sure. Very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and just very pleasant.
I am relieved the issue was repaired also happy ASAP Drain Guy sent a very knowledgeable repair technician to handle my issue.
I called for service this morning and Jason was sent very quickly.

Called and scheduled to get a quote on general plumbing clean up underneath my kitchen sink. They fit me in within a couple of days, showed up on time, and gave me a comparable quote to another company I talked to on the phone. I was in no huge rush, but they were able to jump on it right away. Ramon was personable, professional, and clean. Will use again for some additional work I need done.

Worst service I've ever gotten. The guys who work here are rude, condescending and like to claim their mistakes as acts of God. Called these guys out here to assist a resident of mine, not only did they not fix it and had to come back, the guy knocked out the pilot light by sawing right next to it, then wanted to charge me almost $200 to come out and relight it. The issue was a leak, and the resident had hot water. After these guys left we still had a leak but no hot water. Called to speak to someone the next day and got this woman on the phone who claimed to be the assistant owner, but after researching on their page found out she is just a simple manager. Emailed the owner to let him know we were unhappy and he never responded. These guys take no pride in their work and are quick to dismiss responsibility for their mistakes. Call all American plumbing they actually care and come out for free without charging hundreds of dollars. asap is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Horrible service and company.

11 years in the making of clogged kitchen sink and then we called ASAP Drain Guys and they did an amazing job!

Here's my review of their work.

PROBLEM: Every time we use our showers or dishwasher our kitchen sink would bubble up and get clogged!

It seemed to us the entire drain of the house runs near the kitchen sink for it backs up every time we use the showers or dishwasher. The problem has been going on awhile but we've managed to squeak by since it still drain out after a few minutes but this last Thursday, June 29, 2017 we finally bit the bullet and had it declogged. I called their office at 2pm and they were able to send a technician out within hours.

As ASAP Drain Guys have gone paperless, they sent a email an hour before my said appointment time to let me know who my technician will be. They even attached his picture so I know exactly who I will be expecting at my door.

Ahmad was a professional! He made a courteous phone call right before coming to door letting me know he just pulled up on my driveway.

He worked on my sink plumbing for a good 45 minutes and still nothing was budging and bought another set of snake machine to unclogged the tubes. To make sure that he was thorough in his work, his colleague, Omed came and helped out. Omed worked unclogging the sink while Ahmad worked on the mainline in our garage. Our clogged pipes needed a 2 men team to get it done, after all it's been 11 years since our drains have been worked on.

After they've fixed the drain, they vacuumed and cleaned the odious, black mess thoroughly! They even put all our supplies back under our kitchen sink!

I highly recommend ASAP Drain Guys to any plumbing problems you may have.

Have used them twice, once for a leak and once for a main line back up. They are fast, reasonably priced, and extremely friendly. Their tech, Adam A, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me while he was doing it.

I had Roto Rooter over and they quoted me $500.....ASAP did it for $88. that's not a typo, you read that right....although that may say more about Roto Rooter than anything else. The tech actually explained that Roto Rooter guys work on commission, whereas ASAP is salaried, so they don't need to up sell you and jerk you around.

So in summary, fast, good, fairly priced friendly plumbers....two thumbs up from this guy!

This company is great! I have used them a few times and was lucky enough to get Tanner Eschrich as our plumber each time. Tanner is very quick, super knowledgeable and very personable. Each time he has come over, he has known exactly what needs to be done and on top of it, he is very neat!! We will definitely be requesting Tanner for all future plumbing needs :)

Wow! These guys are TERRIFIC! First, they're very responsive and prompt. Ramon called and made an appointment for the next day between 1 and 3. He called at 12:40 to let me know he was on his way and he and Roman showed up at exactly 1:00. Second, they're incredibly thorough. We had had another plumber who botched the job and within minues, Ramon diagnosed and fixed the problem. Finally, they're kind, friendly yet professional. Both of them, Ramon and Roman had impeccable manners and were conscientious about their shoes and cleaning up any debris from the job, of which there was very little. ASAP must be an acronym for something other than As Soon As Possible when it comes to this company. It takes them several hours to arrive each time. On top of that, they don't keep parts in stock for a complex in which they are contracted and have previously installed plumbing. Perhaps they are better suited for residential quick fixes that can be performed by a unlicensed plumber rather than providing reliable plumbing SOLUTIONS. ASAP Plumbing has been to our condo complex several times to 'fix' a problem with the same hot water heater in our building. They are milking our HOA for dollars.

Was told I would get an e-mail receipt in 24hrs, yet they want their pay the same day of service. Was quoted on the phone one price for job and it ended up being more, for half an hour work. When I put out a call to (Emily) who the plumber told me to call she did not call me back. Had to call back and heard people in back ground laughing and caring on. I did not want to wait any longer and told girl that answered phone what I needed, Was given a window of 2-4 then plumber shows up at 11am. Called office and was told they said if someone could come out earlier they would. I said I was never told that, office said the would listen to phone call? So I am lying? We work and if it was told someone could come earlier I would have said no one would be there. Just really feel like the do not care about the customer.

Can I just say what an amazing job Diego and his accomplice Delfino did?! I just bought a new home and sadly my realtor misled me. Diego came highly recommended so I called and made sure I got him. I had to get the plumbing rerouted and he did that and more. He explained everything to me, kept the house clean, kept the dry wall holes small and concise and when he found mold, (augh!!) he helped me find someone and worked through the whole ordeal with me. This is a great company. I had a problem with my water heater, I brought some tech from a different company I was told that the part I purchased for my GE water heater is not compatible and to fix it take several day and a few hundred dollars. The guy from this company his name was Salim, so kind, so polite, and so knowledgeable. He fixed with the part I had in less than half an hours and one third of cost.

He not only fixed the broken faucet, but improved it functionality by turning the handle and replacing a piece that was not made for that faucet. I used to use this company all the time personally at our HOA condo complex , and have them for our whole complex when I was in the HOA Board. They were great then. And now. I just called on a Saturday morning , because my garbage disposal gave out.

I was concerned about lack of availability, on Saturday-and short notice. And about overtime weekend pricing. And could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.

ASAP answered the phone immediately. A live person! Easily.. quickly and nice ! The woman who answered the phone, Cali i think it was, (? Sorry may be wrong name?) was wonderful , understanding, responsive, .. and booked me not only today, but for within a few hours! And She told me their plumber would call with a closer estimate of time when nearby. Always a helpful courtesy.

I got a call from Zach, even a bit earlier than expected, with the perfect amount of notice - 30-40 minutes. Zach was terrific, clearly professional, expert, and very helpful. .... diagnosed the problem and replaced the disposal, and patiently helped educate me since I had lots of questions! And , pricing was more than reasonable! with No surcharge for it being a Saturday .

I am very grateful to Zach and ASAP for getting me fixed up so quickly and easily ! Something frustrating , was resolved without delay and it was a pleasure working with them. Could not recommend more !

I had a pretty decent experience with these guys. I had a mainline drain clog that occurred after hours (7 PM) and needed someone to help me get it unclogged. They were the only ones on a Friday night who had any availability for us, and so for that I give them most of their stars. The service tech, Cesar, was pretty nice, although I think he was stretched very thin with other jobs so it was a little bit rushed. Be aware that I paid $258 per hour for their after hours service, which is not the cheapest by any means. But again, if you need them, they're there. I knocked one star off for the price and for the dispatcher not being super pleasant to deal with. But the tech was pretty good

Jack B. was amazing with replacing my water heater. Even though I had to wait a week for the other restoration company to get everything dried with dehumidifiers, Jack made sure that I had hot water. He not only set up the water heater in a temporary place so I had water, he made sure everything was perfect when he was able to put it back in it's place.

Why they are called asap? I couldn't tell you. But it's not because of their work thats for sure. 3 days in a row they have been here at villa serena trying to fix the water system. Namely a pipe and elbow connections. Why 3 days you ask? Because these guys don't know what they are doing. The same elbow connection keeps breaking when they pressurize the system. Why does it keep breaking? Again, these guys don't know what they are doing. So me, my family, and about 300 other apartments are without water for the 3rd day/night because their repair doesn't hold. Based on the fact i always see them here for different repairs, always as in at least 4 times a month, and the fact that they keep having to return to fix their repairs, I would never recommend them to anyone. No way.

I wanted to post another update. Last week I worked with Tanner from ASAP, as I had worked with him before (he's solid). But this week, I also had the privilege of working with Boston Dave who is an assistant manager with ASAP. He was tag-teaming the job with Tanner.

Man, these guys are legit. Boston Dave installed the sink no problem, but I had bought the wrong sink stopper. So Dave is researching the correct stopper, checking stores, etc. And he's doing all this on the weekend, and calling me with updates on Friday evening.

This is a really honest organization who really understand customer service. A huge thank you. I just hope this review captures how much I appreciate everything they're doing for me.

We have used ASAP a few times for many different problems in our 50+ year old home.
They were by far the best quote for a pipe burst of our sewer line. It only took them 3 days to complete the job. Everyday I would get a call when the technician was on his way and also when he was leaving. On the final day of the job I came home and the cleanup was impeccable, you could not tell that there was once two holes in the driveway.
For smaller plumbing issues our go to guy is definitely Edgar H. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. As first time home owners we really appreciate Edgar explaining to us in detail how our problems were caused and the best way to fix them.

We had a pipe burst under the house while away on vacation and came home to a mess! We called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing and they sent out Francisco on a Saturday night (he arrived 10 minutes after we called). What a nice guy with a good friendly attitude and great knowledge of plumbing! He had us fixed up with water back on in no time and did a detailed report with pictures that we were able to use Monday morning for our appointment with the insurance adjuster. He was even able to give us a direct number for the owner of San Diego Flood Busters who showed up first thing the next morning and got to work getting the water out of our house and taking care of all the details. Rick Rodriguez was AMAZING! He was so kind, and talked me through the tiny little issue that had totally thrown me into a tailspin of panic. I thought that a recent stump removal had nicked one of our septic leach lines, because it was stinky and damp, so I called, freaking out on a Sunday night. Rick showed up quick, turned on the sprinklers, and asked when our brand new trees had been planted, and could the nursery have maybe, perhaps, I don't know, used manure. I felt like the BIGGEST idiot, but he was SO nice, and explained how the leach lines work (we're new to the wonderful world of septic tanks), how to care for the whole system, and even stayed and talked to me and my husband about all the cool green water upgrades we could start planning (he KNOWS his stuff). I DEFINITELY plan on calling ASAP again, simply because of how down to earth and real Rick was. He went out of his way to make me and my husband feel like he could manage anything we threw at him, even if it was just a sneaky broken sprinkler line, pretending to be a septic leak. A+ for Rick, give the guy a raise! :)

I'm not sure I'm a total fan yet, but ASAP was back to my house again to replace a burnt out garbage disposal also covered by my home warranty plan. This time, they sent Bobby, who couldn't have been more efficent or had a better attitude. So I would give him, on his own, 5 stars easily. Since 2 out of 3 of their repair men have been great, I'm upgrading my rating to 4 stars overall, but I'm still having a hard time getting the bad taste out of my mouth caused by the first guy they sent. If I'd gotten either Donald or Bobby the first time around, this review would have been good from the get-go. I'm not 100% if the company deserves a great rating, but I want to be fair and reflect the excellent service I've received from their other technicians.

I recently used their service and I was pleasantly surprised at how expedient they were. We had an emergency plumbing incident where I called around for the soonest available service; this was on a Saturday a little past 9. The turn around time was quick and though they said they were able to come between the hours of 2-4pm, they came around 1pm. Talk about ASAP.

Both service techs, Fabian and Andrew, were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. If I have a plumbing issue again I will use them and I highly recommend them.

We own a number of rental properties, and we occasionally need a plumber. We have used ASAP a number of times and I must say that I have experienced 100% satisfaction on every single time we have used them.

ASAP always provides quick service to every call we have ever requested. The service has been excellent. I called them today for a service call and they contacted my tenant, visited the property and had the call completely resolved in less than 2 hours from the time I called in. They called to tell me that I did not need a new water heater - and that it was simply a loose water line. How is that??? Any other plumbing service would have used it as an emergency to upsell a new water heater. To me, the most important trait I look for in these contractors is HONESTY. These guys run and honest business. To me, that is priceless and they will get my repeat business.

We have had different plumbing companies come out to clear our kitchen sink on many occasions. When our sink backed up again, (after about a month!) and we couldn't clear it, I decided to call ASAP plumbing . I remembered they repaired a broken pipe we had many years ago, and I was very pleased with their work.
When I called, I was told someone could come out in a few hours. They sent Fabian and he was great, polite and professional. He explained what he was doing , the cost per hour, and options if it didn't work. He took care of the problem within an hour and even offered a 30 day guarantee which had never been offered by the other plumbing companies I had used before. I would definitely recommend ASAP, and we will use them again when we have any plumbing issues.

Ramon and Sebastian did a stellar job on a property I manage. I called them for a second opinion and they were honest and reasonably priced. I was told by another company that the entire tub needed replacement and it was going to cost me $4200. I won't mention the stupid thing I did to clog my kitchen sink, but after waiting 2.5 hours for one plumber to even give a projected time to respond and calling several others with no response, I remembered that my landlord had previously recommended ASAP Drain Guys in the past. I called and was told they could respond within 45 minutes. I got a follow up call about 20 minutes later that my plumber was already enroute! Tanner was AWESOME (& easy on the eyes!). Super personable and he was quick and efficient in undoing the damage while being gracious enough not to ridicule me as I threw myself under the bus for why he had to be there in the first place. He even found a small leak under my sink from a corroded line and wrote down what was needed to repair it after I talk to my landlord. ASAP Drain Guys provided a fast response after hours with no added charge, professional work and an excellent price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Beginning of the week, it was the kitchen sink; yesterday it was the shower and a toilet, completely stopped. Determined as an emergency, ASAP showed up at the time they said and went to work. Tech George is the hardest working guy I've seen in a long time! Although slightly hearing impaired, he communicated every move to me with ease! Respectful of my floors, cleaned up everything, and I even had him reset my toilet. It's my belief that he went above and beyond. Called to replace a water heater. On the phone, I was told the base price was $1,098, but actual charge could be higher, which I understood. When their tech arrived, I quickly began to feel there was no way he was going to let me pay the $1,098.

The ASAP tech began what I felt was aggressively upselling me. He said I needed an expansion tank, which captures hot water that has expanded and that my water heater needed to be raised off the floor. He said these were code. He said I also needed a filter for my gas line. He said I had to plumb an exit pipe for the drip pan (I already had one) and that I needed a new, custom sized drip pan.

After I said 'no' to all of the 'upgrades', he said well, then it's going to be an additional $300 for me to bring the install up to code. I was no longer sure if this was an honest cost. A minute ago, he said the expansion tank and raising the water heater were code, but now he was willing to remove those from his quote??? I didn't feel I could trust his professional opinion so I said I'd call someone else. He then demanded a $100 estimate fee.

I called ASAP's office to complain about the estimate fee. Emily at the office told me they inform all customers of this fee when they call in. She said they record all calls, so could prove it to me. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes, then returned to say that she listened to the call and indeed, they did NOT inform me about an estimate fee. The manager said he'd reduce it to $78 but they refused to waive it unless I had their work done.

I had another plumber out to do this job. The expansion tank wasn't necessary. Modern gas water heaters have enclosed burners, so raising them isn't necessary either. The existing drip pan wasn't rusty, so just a dab of caulk on a hole was all it needed and it's existing drain line was fine...he tested this by pouring in a cup of water and watching it drain out. I lost $78 but avoided being totally ripped off.

I was hopeful this was a good company since some of the recent reviews were decent but damn was I was wrong. These fools have the worst customer service on the phone I have ever dealt with, the plumber was alright but sort of creepy looking but it was a total bait and switch from what I was told it would cost on the phone, next time no thanks! Learn to treat your customers better and really explain your outrageous hourly costs for a basic main clog, screwing people is not the wait to do business and certainly not a way to keep a customer.

It's been a few years since I used these guys, however when I called in they were able to send someone out for an estimate that afternoon. Chris was very thorough, he explained everything he found. He was able to assess and return to replace our toilet that same afternoon. I really appreciated his professionalism and will call this company every time! (After the last time I referred a friend and her was also very pleased with their service and prices)

We had Steve Oimas out - called about 11:30am, he was here by 1pm. Called when he was on his way, did a great job - very nice, knowledgeable and did great work. Reasonable prices. That pretty much covers everything I need in a professional. Still can't believe he had us taken care of that quickly and did such a great job - usually with that kind of request I instantly start having heart palpitations over the thought of same-day emergency service - you know everyone is just going to slap a premium price on that because it was an emergency. Well I'm very glad we called ASAP Drain Guys and very thankful to Steve's excellent and professional service - they have restored a bit of my faith in service professionals!

ASAP Drain & Plumbing guys are the absolute best!!!!! Sebastian, of course is our most favorite plumber in the world!!!!! He is so qualified and efficient, he re-did our whole house sediment filter with plumbing unions so if I have to replace it again, I can do it myself. Plus he sourced parts for our older bathroom tub spout and valve. He must be the absolute best when it comes to soldering plumbing joints - they're the best I've ever seen. Sure, I could have done that part myself, but I would have set the house on fire and the fittings still would have leaked!!! In addition, the ASAP quote was the best ever - one company, with the pink trucks, wanted nearly $900 for the sediment filter changeout alone, and ASAP charged me $185!!!!! ASAP guys, especially Sebastian, are now our #1 go to guys for any plumbing issue!!!

Forget my review, Ahmad a great guy but hooked me up with wrong guy for water damage. That guy contacted my Ins and before my homeowners insurance approved any work tore up my bathroom. Luckily after 5 days of fighting with my insurance company they agreed to give me a check for my loss I will never use this plumbing company again because I do not want them to refer other companies that they personally work with? Beware if this plumbing company tries to talk you into using their referral companies that they use!

Tito isn't the person that came out, it was Tanner but he was equally as helpful and got the issue fixed. These guys work all day and then work through the evening if there is an emergency.

We hired this company to install a faucet in our bathroom, little did we know it would take 3 visits to get the job done right.
In the first place they told us it would be $125.00 total but when the first guy came he tried to charge me $140.00. I told him no way. He agreed to take $125.00 as quoted but he should of said that in the first place.
When the faucet was installed he did it improperly. It started leaking with 12 hours. I will have to say they sent someone out the day I called. The 2nd guy came and fixed the problem and said the 1st guy did it wrong. After he left the faucet started leaking within 6 hours. Finally we had a 3rd person come and fix the problem. He said the 2nd guy didn't put putty where he should of. I cannot believe the quality of plumbers they sent out. Very bad business dealings!!

ASAP sent someone over to check out my leaky bathtub. It's an older tub, built around 96. I just needed the leak stopped any way possible because our water is off. He told me sorry, it's too old to fix needs replacement. He said he can't help unless I want to replace the entire unit for $800 (plus the cost of the fixture) because he would have to go thru an outside wall. If I didn't want to do that he suggested we could smash open the tub and cap it off for $400, but this would obviously leave the tub unusable. I said no to both options and asked him if he was going to charge me since there was literally 0 work done. He said yes, a service charge of $88. I asked him if he could at least try and take off the faucet so we can look for other options since I have to pay him anyway. He went back to his truck for a while and came back in saying he lost his allen wrenches yesterday but had 2 random ones that he hoped would work. They did not. In a nutshell the whole visit seemed highly unprofessional and at the end of the day my tub is still leaking.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used this company. My husband isn't crazy about having strangers in the house so thank goodness ASAP has never disappointed us in the service they have offered us because I don't know if we could ever find one that would work as well with our schedule, my husband's temperament, the age of our home (85+ yrs.) and our need to be educated as far as newer plumbing products on the market. This time we had Lou Macias as our plumber and ASAP representative. He was able to answer all of my random questions with a smile, lots of patience and a willingness to help me in researching exactly what products were what I needed. He even dropped off a couple of catalogs early one morning that listed all the products I was interested in. Above and beyond his job description, for sure. Lou is the agent for ASAP and what a great example he is.

I called at 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon and they said that someone would be out today! I was elated! I got an email with a picture of who would be showing up, a phone call from the guy too. He said it would be 30 minutes and it was exactly 30 minutes. Ahmad showed up and was nice and professional. He came inside and assessed the situation. And then got right to work, he snaked our drain 25 feet and found the problem. Cleaned it out, put our drain back together, tested it and cleaned up his mess. He is worth his weight in gold. If we have plumbing problems again I know who to call.

I live in a condo complex. ASAP Drain Guys came out and shut down the water to the entire complex when they needed to shut water off to one building.

A neighbor asked what's going on, he said, in between cigarette puffs, that he needed to shut down the water to work on one unit. Despite other plumbers successfully having done work in the past and needing to shut the water down in only that building.

We're in our sixth hour of no water with no notice, thanks to ASAP Drain Guys.

I am very happy to recommend ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing, on the basis of the Service Technician whom I had the distinct pleasure of meeting. I needed maintenance checked because my dishwasher wasn't draining properly, so the lines needed checking and flushing and/or repair as needed. Joshua was on time, immaculately dressed, polite, great communication skills and he wore booties in. He prepared the area for work by carefully removing personal items from beneath the sink and then placing work mats in the area in case of a leak. He maintained the area well, when so many vendors and technicians come in and make a big mess and leave it. Not so with Joshua. He stayed around after doing some fixes, to ensure his work, instead of just taking off. He had to come back today and the same professional, methodical, and considerate service was provided. It is such a pleasure to see a young man owning the experience so thoroughly well, from beginning to end. His employer is quite fortunate to have him on Staff and should take every measure to ensure Joshua is well provided for, to retain him. I would recommend Joshua on the job, you can be confident you would be in great hands!!!

Had a drain issue at our rental property home. I was referred to this company by a plumber friend of ours. Everything went really well from the time I placed the order to the time it took him to fix it ...everything was going to be a five star. It wasn't until I hadn't received my receipt for the work. Called for my receipt & the woman said 24 hours until it's emailed out. I called the next day at the end of the business day and spoke with Sarah. She said and takes up to 24 to 48 hour ( business days) to receive it. She became very short and Curt with me on the phone. I asked her very kindly to let me know when I could receive it and she hung up on me. This woman should not be in customer service. I guess you're only as good as your weakest person. Unfortunately I spoke to her.
Too bad the guys in the field have to deal with such a poor in-house staff. I will not be back!

We had an appointment for a drain cleaning, but they didn't show up in the 2 hour window so I called after 30 minutes and talked to Bethany to get an ETA and she said that she will call the service technician and call me right back. We were having problems with our hot water and went through several plumbers until Jason came to the rescue. He replaced the water heater, brazed and replumbed the lines and stayed late into the night trying to find a solution. After he suggested we call SDG&E, we found out we had a gas problem and the gas lines to our house would all have to be dug up and replaced; without missing a beat Jason assured us he'd be out first thing in the morning to get the job done (on a Saturday)! True to his word he and Derrick (sp?) we're out to get everything taken care of so we could have gas-service restored that Monday, and again these two stalwart defenders of the civilized world were out first thing Monday morning to make sure all was in order so we could have (both) heat and hot water for Christmas. I've not seen dedication to duty, professionalism and customer service like this in ANY experience I've had at any stage of life!

One of several ASAP Plumbing versions in San Diego. Installed an insinkerator in my kitchen (in a second sink that we rarely use) and it has never been plugged in. I discovered today that the unit is damaged when I did a fill the sink and let it drain leak test. Considering this disposal has simply been sitting under the sink and has not been used (there is no switch even) and it leaks from the center of the unit (half way up) I am not surprised. The charging for individual tasks is okay if they are doing one job but if there are more than one you get overcharged. Now the disposal is junk without ever being used due to the installation. More insult to injury. There is no question as to who installed it since their sticker is all over the unit.

Called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to clear a drain that had backed up our bathroom vanity sinks. Before anyone arrived I received an email with name and picture of the technician so I would know who to expect. In about an hour Ramon showed up and quickly snaked the drain and cleared it out. Ramon was efficient and super courteous, even wearing booties inside the house as to not track anything in. The price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use them again and request Ramon if he was available.

We hired ASAP Drain Guys to fix a problem we were having with our bathtub and to install a toilet. They sent a plumber named Tanner. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was pleased with how clean cut he was. He completed the job perfectly and have not had a problem with either item. I would definitely recommend this company!

They came out to look at our toilet which was not flushing properly. The plumber said he could not fix it and that I would just have to pay for an hour of time since that is all he was there and he could not fix it. Then I get a bill for double what he said. What is even worse is I had to pay a plumber that knew what he was doing to come out and fix it. Should have called someone else the 1st time. Definitely look into other options 1st before hiring ASAP.

i do not recommend this company at all. they were called out to fix our condo complex's water heater. they insisted they needed to go through my home or a neighbor's home instead of accessing the water heater from outside. the water heater access was up a small inclined slope and the plumber said it wasn't safe enough to pull the new water heater up. our neighbor declined the plumber going through his house, understandably. so, the water heater was dragged through our home by one plumber. i told him to measure first, because our door frames are narrow and i did not think it would fit through with ease. he ended up having to remove doors and force the heater through. it should have been brought through, with caution and respect, by two or more people. he damaged our newly renovated home in many places and didn't say a word. as the day moved on, i noticed the damages and confronted him. he said, i know. i'm sorry. it felt incredibly dishonest to me that he waited for me to find the damage. he suggested he could sew our upholstered bed frame back together for us and sand down our damaged door frames. once, again, just very unprofessional. the damage included dented flooring, chipped doors/frames, a door that won't shut right, chipped slider door casing, tear in upholstered bed frame, and a lot of dirt and grime all over walls/doors. an unprofessional customer service agent from the company has continually communicated with a lot of rudeness and even hung up on my husband intentionally. as far as the water heater install, we noticed the next day there was water leaking all over the electrical panel. they had to come back out and apparently, the water heater was installed backwards. asap plumbing has failed to remedy the issue after nearly three weeks. we have had to call multiple times a day to get answers and get our case moving. it is still unresolved as of today. our property management has decided to no longer employee these guys and i suggest proceeding with caution, if you choose to work with them yourself.

Ramon and Luis gave me great, fast, courteous service!

I had a pool of water in yard. I managed to dig out the main sprinkler control valve and shut it off. Unfortunately, the water kept leaking. I realized it was the main water line and had to shut off the entire water line at the street. In order to use the water, I had to run outside and turn it on briefly and then turn it off. Thus, we needed repairs done quickly.

They were able to come over about 2 hours after I first called (fortunately, they finished another job early). They had diagnosed the problem very quickly. During the original installation 17 years ago, the pipe was bent a bit to fit in the right place. That's evidently not unusual for copper pipes. But the weight of soil over time bent the pipe causing a leak.

They were able to diagnose and repair the pipe within about 2 hours.

Also, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

From phone call to finished job was less then 4 hours. Service from the receptionist/dispatcher to Andrew, the tech, everything was what service use to be, top of the line customer first. Andrew diagnosed the problems correctly and had worked with cast iron pipe before.
Request Andrew, if you can.
Price was very reasonable particularly in light of the speed in which they came to my home.
I will recommend them to everyone for drainage work.

I rarely write yelp reviews but had to today. Everyone makes mistakes and I wish they'd be willing to admit it and take responsibility. ASAP installed the waterline for our new refrigerator and the plumber took a while, seemingly struggling with the process. Immediately after, we turned on the icemaker to test things out and were surprised it took several hours to produce a few ice cubes. About 12 days later, we discovered a water leak that caused water damage to the adjacent cabinet; when we pulled the fridge out, I noticed the line was under the fridge and there were two holes in the waterline. I called ASAP and they told me it would be hard to prove it was their fault and that they'd send the same plumber (who wasn't available for 4-5 days).

Since we needed someone we could trust who could come sooner, and to seek a second opinon, we hired another company. The other company said it was very clear the waterline had been under the refrigerator for some time, causing it to eventually rupture, that the line was in great shape, and that the only reason for the ruptured line was due to the fact that it had been smashed (Also reason for why it took so long to make ice). He also said extra line shouldn't have been dangling (even if we had moved the fridge ourselves, which we didn't, it shouldn't lead to a ruptured line). He reinstalled the waterline properly in about 15 min vs the long time ASAP took. I called ASAP two more times and sent a detailed email with a photo of the smashed line but they refused to take any responsibility, claiming the line was not dangling (based on the 2 close-up photos they took which were zoomed in and did not show the surrouding area and dangling waterline). I wish I didn't waste my time with them in an attempt to make things right. Beware of ASAP.

Unfortunately Homeowners do not know if their water heaters are installed to code or not. When a plumbing company does a faulty installation, homeowners may never know until they are selling their home and it is called out on a physical inspection. ASAP installed a corrugated flex pipe on the TPR overflow. It should be a smooth bore solid pipe. We reached out to contact them and have them fix their faulty installation and they said they would charge my homeowner. They do not stand behind their work and that is sad. I told them that I was going to yelp them and they still didn't do anything. Oh well......now you know what to look for when you have a water heater installed and who NOT to call. This is the response I received upon telling ASAP that I had written a bad yelp review: We appreciate it. Obviously they do NOT take customer seriously.

Mike came out and did an assessment. He was professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Unfortunately, we have had more than a few leaks and were pulling our hair out at the possibility of yet another leak. There was one, but a minor one that he could've easily capitalized on but, didn't.

Yup, like the other reviews say, he was very down to earth and respectful. I trust Mike. You can too.

Needed assistance installing a new dishwasher along with new 1/4 turn angle stops and hoses. Called ASAP and Jason was assigned to our home. He was in the driveway within an hour. He also called a head so we had an estimated arrival time. Jason F. was professional and efficient. Will definitely use and refer him to friends. THANK YOU Jason!

I can't say enough about how wonderful ASAP Plumbing was. We had a break to the water main on Sunday night. By end of day Tuesday (and no water for 3 days) there had been 2 different plumbing companies out, a dug up lawn, estimates of over $12K and suggestions we were going to need to jack hammer up our driveway - but neither of them could even find the actual leak. We finally got a leak detection service out to locate the leak and then called ASAP Plumbing to come out the next day. After booking a time with dispatch, our technician Jack called to see if we would prefer if he came earlier. He arrived quickly and did the tough work of digging up our planter bed filled with all sorts of roots and fixed the pipe. Once it was fixed and cured and we went around getting everything turned back on and tested he tightened hose bibs and explained to me how things work and what to look out for. He was prompt, courteous and fixed the leak for a fraction of what the other companies had charged. This has been a really stressful experience and we were really grateful for Jack and ASAP Plumbing for helping us out. I would highly recommend them and specifically Jack!

Jack was on point. When he came out he gave us an estimate and was easy to work with. He arrived early and ready to take care of business. ASAP was highly recommend and we are glad we used them. Also, when Jack entered the house he was careful to leave everything clean.

Work completed: ASAP fixed a cracked 2 old pipe.

Bonus: Jack speaks French, he is knowledgeable in his trade and efficient.

We are planning on Using ASAP in our future plumbing needs.

I live in a 1,344sq.ft. mobile home which is 40 yrs old. I knew the day would come when I would need to have the house re-piped/re-plumbed and it finally did. That's when I called ASAP Drain Guys for a bid. They sent Harold out to bid the project and I'm glad they did. Harold was fantastic. He was very professional and informative every step of the way, from the initial bid process to the completion of the job. And this was not an easy job to say the least. Harold had to do all the work under the house with approximately 2 feet of clearance space between himself and the pipes while lying on his back the entire time. His skill and knowledge in addition to his work ethic was very impressive and I felt confident that the job was being done right. This is why I am giving Harold and ASAP Drain Guys a five-star rating. I highly recommend them and be sure you ask for Harold to be your service technician. You won't be sorry.

If you ever need hydro jetting done and it's possible for you to request a technician by name, ask for Jim! He also goes by James of course, Jim was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked diligently. Jim cleared my most problematic landscaping drains around my pool and spa decking and worked hard in doing so, there was time left on the clock and Jim ran the jetter through more of my yard landscaping drains for good measure! I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking to get their hydro jetting job done!
