Edgar was wonderful even during these tough times. We just needed our water heater to be serviced and Edgar was quick to respond and his availability was prompt. He was on time and very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything that was performed and the status of our equipment. Edgar is awesome! I had a last minute emergency and called him at 5pm. He quoted me a cheaper price than others on Yelp, let me know possible ways to address the situation, and was at my house by 5:30pm. The issue was fixed quickly and I couldn't be happier. Christian was called out after we discovered a leak. He was prompt, friendly, and thorough. He fixed the leak and two other outdated dials in two showers. He also explained all that he was doing and why. I'm so glad we used this company!

Prior to putting new landscape in, I had a sewer camera inspection done as a pre-cautionary measure. The previous owners had fixed it themselves and I was concerned it may not have been done properly. There was some sinking in the yard and the camera showed that the original spot repair done was slipping down. When the pipe was exposed It was apparent that in the original repair no gravel was used to support the pipe and metal coupling was used (not the correct one to use for the repair).
I was glad that I found Edgar with Go Plumbing. He seemed to be the most reasonable. Edgar explained ahead of time and during the process everything that needed to be done. He had a subcontractor with a backhoe do the digging, which was a good way to go. This ensured that the dirt was packed down well when put back. This was a concern to me since I was going to have new landscape put in. Edgar and his crew removed the damaged section and replaced it with new ABS pipe and proper coupling and gravel to support the pipe. In addition he installed a property drop clean out so that the sewer system was up to code. It was a pleasure doing business with Go Plumbing. I really felt like I was getting good quality work done at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a water heater emergency and I called Edgar with Go Plumbing and he was able to accommodate me the same day. He was prompt and honest. His trouble-shooting skills are excellent. He was able to figure out what was wrong right away, and fixed it. I highly recommend Go Plumbing and More for your plumbing needs.
Very pleased with experience working with this company. Edgar is quick to respond, professional, fairly priced, accommodating. The tech Christian always arrives on time, is very experienced, friendly, knows his job well and provides good advice.
Hope my water heater doesn't go out of order again anytime soon, but if it does, or when I need to install new one - I'll be calling this company.
Christian repaired our clogged bathtub within 30 minutes. He also made time to check the water pressure of our home. He was nice, friendly, jovial, and knowledgeable.

Was looking for a plumber for a shower that wouldn't get hot and stumbled on them on yelp.
Called and they came out the same day and replaced the cartridge in the shower. Didn't take Miguel very long and he was very nice.
A few days later, there was no hot water again so I called and they sent Edgar out the same day again with no charge and fixed it quickly and now even the water pressure in the shower was better.
Very satisfied and will call them with any future needs for our rental property! Pricing is very good.
Of course our hot water heater would decide to commit suicide late Friday afternoon with Valentine's Day on Sunday and President's Day on Monday. Even us senior citizens don't have any interest in taking cold showers for the next three days. The first thing I always do is call one of the local businesses within our zip code. Always throw the business to a local first if you can. Go Plumbing & more is located close by and Edgar, the owner, answered my call. I explained to him that I needed a water heater replaced ASAP and how cold showers were out of the question. He understood completely. Sunday morning Edgar and one of his Ace employees, Miguel , showed up as promised and installed a brand new water heater. Knowledgeable, experienced professionals had the new water heater installed up to the present code requirements in less than two hours. They were very polite, answered any questions I had and explained everything they had to do since I last had a water heater replaced, 15 years ago. They saved the weekend for these seniors and I will gladly use them again. This newer business will impress you and I recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
I think one of the horrific nightmares a homeowner could face is a water leak. I'm thankful that I chose this company. Edgar was very responsive to my messages and easy to talk to. He didn't rush me to make decisions and gave me pointers on how to deal with the situation. Charlie came out to replace the water heater and was very professional and prompt. Truly a great experience. Edgar came with a great reference and he did not disappoint. We live in an HOA and Edgar walked me through the process of dealing with the red tape and he was a huge help in that process alone. The repair was excellent, the quote was right on, and he and his team were punctual. So happy we have found our go-to plumber.

My water heater started to leak and after my initial investigation, I know my tank is done and needed replacement immediately. I found Go Plumbing on Yelp, I called and got Edgar on the phone. He came to my house, assessed my WH problem and gave me an estimate which I believe is reasonable. I did ask a lot of questions which he answered right on the spot, no bs, no sales pressure. Before I agreed for him to do the work, I asked more questions via text which he immediately answered even it was after 8pm. The next day, as promised, his tech Miguel came before the agreed time. He immediately went to work, installed the WH and completed it in a timely manner. This guy is not only friendly and have good manners, but also good at what he does, professional and thorough in his work. After completing his work, he showed me how to operate my new WH and explained other small details I needed to know even though I have the operator's manual. He did not leave until I am satisfied, and he double check and clean his work. He made sure that there is no problem. He knows the value of time, the customer time and doing his work Right-The-First-Time.
If ever I have another plumbing issue, I will definitely call them again.
We had an issue with our kitchen faucet. Chose Go Plumbing cause of the 5 star reviews of this business!! Edgar was professional, attentive to details and easy communication with text and phone call. He arrived on time as promised and did an excellent job installing a brand new faucet.

Extremely happy and grateful customer here! It was easy to make an appointment for a free estimate, sent them a message in yelp and got quick responses. Charlie, the plumbing technician arrived on time, really professional and nice guy. The estimate cost was reasonable so I agreed to get the repair done right away. I had two sinks that needs repair. Bathroom sink was clogged and kitchen sink was leaking. He explained the problem in detail and easy to understand and fixed them all in about an hour. I am so relieved these problems are finally fixed! Thank you so much Charlie and your team! :)

Very pleased with Go Plumbing! Edgar was responsive on the phone and provided a significantly lower quote than two other plumbers. He was able to come out the same day and install our new tankless water heater, with no cost over runs. He and his associate were easy to work with, prepared for the job, and informative.
I have used Go Plumbing and More 3 times now and have been extremely happy with their service, honesty, professionalism and quick response. It's rare that a plumbing issue can wait, am I right? Even though I ended up having to cancel my appointment with them, I have to say that I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick response. Edgar is awesome! I'm sure that I would have been equally impressed with their service. Definitely give these guys a call and have them help you out the next time you need a plumber.
Having a successful history with GP&M for the last couple of years, it was a no-brainer to use them again for my plumbing issues. Actually, both were more upgrades than anything, but nevertheless, Edgar did an excellent job installing sink fixtures in both my kitchen and bathroom. Of course, since no job is rarely without the need for modifications (or, in my case, fixing what was subpar initial installation), Edgar never missed a beat, having the requisite items on his van to accommodate the tasks. And, as always, Edgar made this customer feel he was the only customer he had the whole day, giving his time, insights, and advice on other potential projects I had questions about. I needed a bidet installed in my master bathroom. Due to the close proximity to the toilet and wall I was unable to install it my self. I messaged Go plumbing and Edgar responded right away. He gave me an estimate and we schedule a time the same day. Christian called before arriving. He was very professional and on time. He even put booties on over his boots to make sure our floor stayed clean, which he suggested! He finished in less than an hour. Payment was easy as he had a tablet and card reader. I would recommend this company.

Quick response when I started calling around in the late afternoon to fix a broken sink pipe. Edgar was able to fix my sink in an hour. He communicates well and knows his craft. Go Plumbing and More has been nothing but professional and straight forward with our project. It all started with a plumbing leak that led to an insurance claim. With the reconstruction of the bathrooms, I was recommended to use Go Plumbing and More. The work that they have done has been prompt, reasonable, and admirable. Our house is old and, as with anything old, it needed some TLC. We re-piped the house out of pocket taking advantage of the demolished bathrooms and decided it was the best thing (considering the condition of the United pipes) and this would also give us peace of mind for a while. The work that they have done thus far is impeccable. They were also responsible for the rough plumbing of the bathroom and will also be doing the finish plumbing. This review is for what they have already done and I can't imagine that the finish plumbing will be anything different. I will keep their contact info for when sh whereby should arise (which thanks to their work will most likely take a long time).

Thankful i found Go Plumbing.. I appreciate Edgar's honesty and trustworthiness, he is thorough and respectful esp w covid restrictions. He and Victor installed pressure regulator etc basically checked all my plumbing concerns, they are pleasant to work with, finished the job quick and efficiently maintaining pleasant and friendly demeanor.. I had an emergency back up of the main drain Friday at 11am. Go Plumbing was awesome and were on sight by 1pm. I had never used them but found Christian to be top notch. He was very professional and listened well. He was diligent in cleaning out the main drain and gave suggestions for if I have future problems.
Edgar was very quick to respond to my inquiry and very professional. I got my quote right after I sent him pictures of my old water heater, he was able to give me a very reasonable estimate that everyone else failed to do. Theres even one company that was going to charge me $99 just to come and take a look at my set up. After talking to 3 contractors, I already knew that no one can beat his quote. Installation was a breeze, showed up on time and put my water heater up to code. Even gave me a veteran/military discount for the labor! Thanks again and expect refferals from me.

My kitchen sink started backing up and had a bad smell. We tried to snake it but that didn't unclog it. We quickly realized we needed a plumber. We contacted Go Plumbing and they were able to send someone out within a couple hours. Miguel predicted what the problem could be and he was spot on. Turns out it was an old rusty cast iron pipe that had corrosion and wasn't letting any water get through. Miguel did an awesome job of locating the pipe, removing it and replacing with new pipes. This was a pretty big job and they were able to do it in a very timely manner. I highly reccomend Go Plumbing for any plumbing problems you may have!

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged on a Sunday. I called my personal friend plumber. My friend plumber does small tasks on the side , from his normal job as a certified plumber. The plumber came to my house. The plumber attempted to unclog the kitchen sink with a snake which did not work. The plumber stated the snake he used was 25 feet and hit an obstruction that could not penetrate the obstruction. The plumber suggested that I call a plumber with longer snake and a camera to view the obstruction.
I checked out Yelp and selected Go Plumbing. The gentleman (later identified as Edgar) who answered the phone was professional and polite. I explained my situation. Edgar, stated to come out Sunday would be overtime and to come out Monday would be regular wages. So I setup the appointment for Monday. Edgar stated, the business located in Otay and my residence was in close proximity and would take no more than 10 minutes to be at my residence. Edgar, sent an email confirming the appointment. Edgar reported as scheduled in a clean well pressed uniform .Edgar snaked the drain. Edgar, then informed me had punctured the obstruction, suggested to hydro jet and use the camera to ensure there was no other obstruction. Note: this validated the previous plumber suggestion, which proved Edgar to be honest, a big plus. I also mentioned the garbage disposal was beginning to leak. Edgar surveyed the problem and suggested a replacement was needed. The work to be done was scheduled 2 days later.
On the day of scheduled work, Edgar and his assistant arrived both dressed in a clean well pressed uniforms.The work was completed with no mess. If you are seeking a Professional who takes pride in their work select GO PLUMBING.

We recently purchased a fixer upper and are extremely inexperienced with everything that needs to be done. Go Plumbing was actually recommended to us by our sewage inspector based on previous clients. The two gentlemen that came out were extremely friendly and answered all of our many questions. Ana scheduled for us and was very responsive with her emails. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
Christian did an awesome job replacing our water heater. It is the 2nd time he has been out to our house now, and he is very thorough. 5 stars for the service, but the water heater itself was a bit pricey. We probably should have shopped around for the water heater first. It looks like another supplier would have been quite a bit cheaper for the same water heater.

Called a bunch of plumbers here in Chula Vista, and almost everyone gave me the same price, but Go Plumbing definitely came out on top, replied fast, and scheduled sooner than most, great customer service!! My wife recently discovered a small leak at the base of the toilet in our guest bathroom. Since it wasn't an emergency type of deal, our kids stopped using that bathroom and I began to shop around for quotes on repairs. Go Plumbing and More provided a very competitive quote, which consisted of an hourly rate plus parts. They said that most repairs like mine can be done in less than an hour. So I booked them for a future date and provided them with my information via Yelp. Their representative was punctual and after reviewing the toilet to see the problem, he said it was likely the ring that needed to be changed. Once the repair was done, he showed me why the ring needed to be replaced, which was very helpful. The original ring that was installed a year ago was too small and the toilet wasn't smashing it. After installing a larger one, putting the toilet back, and caulking around it...the leak was gone...in under an hour. Thanks to the guys at Go Plumbing and More for a great experience!

I was very impressed with work, professional and very accommodating, but most important I felt the price was very good and even on a Sunday there were no extra charges. The response was immediate to my request and from the time I reached out to yelp to the time that Go plumbing arrived , quoted , complete was so fast and the product they introduced ( flexible copper pipes that bend and eliminates the need for endless elbow bends ) was a product I never heard of (as an architect)

I had a backed up kitchen sink that I couldn't get to clear. I found Go Plumbing and More in the Next Door App. I called at 9am to see if they could fit me in today, and they sent Christisn over within the hour. Fantastic work! Christian was very professional and explained things well, and left no trave of mess behind. COVID protocols were followed, including a paperless transaction. The price was less than half that of what plumbers I had contacted on Yelp quoted me! Highly recommend this company. Will use again when plumbing services or installation is needed!!
Hands-down very professional company and there is no BS with Edgar, he knows what he's doing. Been using the company for a couple of years now. Always on time and the prices are very fair. If you feel like you don't want to get ripped off I Definitely highly recommend the company.

I should have call Edgar the first time our kitchen drain clogged up. But since I have been calling this Other Plumbing company many times, I thought that they are the best Plumber for the job. I WAS WRONG.
Edgar is very professional and works with integrity. The best thing about it is he charge me half of the price on Hydro Jet cleaning on my drain line, compare to this so called Plumbing company over at Main Street.
I feel like I just found my new best friend in the plumbing industry.

Simply amazing! We're in the middle of a master bathroom renovation due to a burst shower pipe, and our original plumber seemingly dropped off the face of the Earth early in the project. Our contractor referred us to Go Plumbing and More, and Edgar stepped right in on such short notice to take on this project. We had a new large soaker tub installed where there was once a massive walk-in shower area, they replaced all the copper piping from the prior damage and reconfigured the pipes to work for both tub and shower use. They even found another potential problem area with our sewer drain system and fixed that for us well! Their work is high quality and at a reasonable cost, and wevreally appreciate their transparency and integrity. Thank you Edgar, Victor, and Christian! We will definitely seek you out again for future projects.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink on the side where the garbage disposal is. Charlie at Go Plumbing and More was able to confirm that the leak was not coming from the disposal itself but from the bracket below that attached to the sink. Charlie was quick and efficient in replacing the bracket and resolving my issue.

Professional & down to earth at the same time. I can tell that the owner, Edgar takes pride in his work & reputation. First of all, he was open on a Saturday & quick to call back. He arrived within the time frame that he prescribed. He fixed my water heater in short order & the charge was exactly in line to that quoted over the phone. He explained everything he had done & the parts used, upon completion. I would not hesitate to use his services again & I highly recommend Go Plumbing as a professional, straightforward company.
This plumber is a GOdsend! I've dealt with a few other plumbers before from sloppy scammers to passable plumbers. But GO is an expert engineer! Not only is his work skillful and neat, his timing punctual, his manner cordial, his presentation professional, and his knowledge base of the California code expansive, but his pricing is perfect. I had a shower valve replaced and he worked with me to get the best price possible. I got the quality part I wanted from a local hardware store and had him install it.
He charged me a reasonable price that allowed him to fix my problem and make a living and not a killing---unlike the gorilla from two years ago who charged me so much that I had to borrow money and go on a 12 month payment plan for the exact same job GO did for much much much less, while doing a much much better job than anything I've ever seen.
I'm sticking to GO Plumbing. And if you're reading this and live in the San Diego area, I highly recommend that you go with GO!

The most professional plumbers I've ever encountered. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, timely, and so nice! My water heater gave up and they came out and stopped the leak and replaced my water heater--but beyond that, I never felt for a second like I was being taken advantage of (you know what I mean ladies), and I can't emphasize professional enough. They gave me a referral for remediation of my water damage and it was the most professional and thorough evaluation I received. They didn't just fix my water heater problem and leave me to figure out the rest--in fact, Charlie waited patiently while I spoke (at length) with another technician about damage to make sure I didn't need anything further before he left--thank you so much Edgar, Charlie, Miguel!! That's some Discount Tire level service (iykyk).

I was really happy with their service. Christian was excellent at explaining the various repairs and replacements on the 3 items he worked on; new kitchen faucet replacement, bathroom sink drain changeout and dishwasher drain clean out. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his work and made sure to clean the areas he worked on. I would be sure to use GO PLUMBING on future projects.
After our main sewer line backed up we had several plumbing companies assess what needed to be done. All estimates were in the thousands of dollars. Go Plumbing was the only one to offer a less-expensive (although less permanent) solution. They did the job efficiently and professionally. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Needed an emergency service as one of our showers was not producing hot water & we have family visiting this weekend. Called around & most companies said they charged time & a half since it's weekend or they can do the job on Monday. I was so glad to find Go Plumbing and More. Edgar replied to my request for a quote right away & gave me a reasonable price and did not charge me time and a half. Better yet, he said he could come out this weekend. He did such a great job! Go Plumbing and More gave me a very competitive rate on a kitchen and laundry reroute. They went above and beyond in making sure the plumbing was done correctly. Then, after finding several severely corroded cast iron pipes, they scoped the rest of my plumbing. Thankfully, the rest was in good shape! I've dealt with multiple plumbers and Go Plumbing is by far my best experience. They have done several jobs in my home ranging from installation of water lines/drain pipe for my washing machine to (the not so pleasant) clogs. Edgar is very responsive and can usually have someone out quickly. I recently had to call for issues with a clogged line. Christian did a great job with the repairs. He took the time to explain things before he started and made sure to clean up after he was done. Overall I have found this team to be highly professional, reasonably priced, and honest. I highly recommend them.

Water heater burst and needed a quick replacement. Go Plumbing responded very quickly and were able to get a replacement installed within a couple of hours. They were very professional and the price was less than what I was being quoted from other plumbers.

I had a leaking water heater that was still under warranty. The plummers that installed it said I had to deal directly with the manufacturer myself. I got in contact with Edgar thru yelp. He helped me with the warranty and got me a replacement heater. Great customer service and switched it out fast. I highly recommend Go Plumbing.

I had a great experience at Go Plumbing with Edgar and Christian. I had a slow drain in my shower, which I bid out to Yelp and Edgar contacted me that afternoon saying that they could have someone out the next morning. Christian arrived, snaked and was done within 30 minutes. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to refer my friends or family to them for future work.

This company does deserve their 5 stars. I requested a price quote to change two faucets. The job was a bit harder than usual since my kitchen faucets wasn't like any other ones they've seen or worked with. The plumber just worked on it till he was able to get it off and the quoted amount remained the same.
First time using Go Plumbing and More. Christian re-installed our toilet and installed shower fixtures for our new shower. Christian was quick, clean, and took the time to go over the work he completed and showed us the drain key and how it will work for our new shower. My wife and I were very pleased with his work.
