The toilet at my store was backed up and not fixable using the standard methods (plunger, Draino Etc). My store manager found Prodigy. They immediately came out to do an estimate. The guy quoted the wrong amount. It was like $50 cheaper than it was supposed to be. I called and spoke to the owner because I don't do well when I'm quoted one number and then later find out it'll be more expensive. The owner explained how the mistake occurred and offered to do the job and replace the toilet at the lower price. Because of this great gesture, I told him we can split the cost. This conversation happened around 6:30 PM we were both happy and I was told they would be able to install the new toilet the next morning. 45 minutes later, my store manager came to my office and said that the Plummer is here for a check. I asked the guy why he needs a check before the job is done. He politely laughed and explained that the new toilet has already been installed.

Very good service! I had a leakage in my kitchen sink. Made the call and scheduling was made right away.  The technician guy came on time and he found out  the problem right away. The problem was fixed in one hour. Very good experience!

Our aprox. 20 yr.old GE water heater started dripping water droplets from the plastic drain valve and at first was thinking of replacing the drain valve only. After multiple consultations with Petar through Yelp, I decided to replace the whole unit instead. Petar was very honest and informative and gave me a very good price. While he was draining the water the faulty valve broke off, so we started using buckets instead, which enabled me to see the filthy water/sediment that was built up over the years.  Was so happy I decided to get a new water heater. Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

Prior to contacting Western Rooter, I had already cleared the drain twice myself in the previous month.  Only when the drain backed up a third time, did I call Western Rooter.  I have used this service in the past when I am unable to remove a clog, and have always found them to be excellent.

The response was great.  I called Western Rooter at 2:50pm on a Thursday and Danny Rosas pulled up to my house around 3:30pm.  Danny evaluated the situation, provided a quote and attempted to clear the sewer pipes.  He quickly realized that there was a larger issue and needed additional help to check the extent of the problem.  Within 30 minutes a second truck pulled up to the house with two additional plumbers and a camera.  While Danny ran the camera, Johnny and Pablo crawled under the house and found a leak in the cast iron pipe.  I had previously checked the pipes, but I didn't perform the thorough inspection Western Rooter did.

At this point I elected to have the sewer system repaired, to replace the cast iron laterals under the house and clear the underground clay pipe to the sump pump pit.  Since it was now 5:00pm, we agreed that a fresh start in the morning would be best.  Danny, Johnny and Pablo returned on Friday promptly at 9:00am, and worked until the job was completed at 7:00pm.

The job included removing and replacing the cast iron sewer pipe under the house and cutting the concrete patio in two places to reach the underground clay pipe. Once the dirt was excavated with a shovel, we could see where tree roots had broken the clay pipe.  A fiberglass pipe liner was installed inside the clay pipe, and the fiber reinforced clay pipe was attached to the new ABS plastic pipe from under the house.  The access holes were backfilled, the area was swept and all debris was removed.  On Monday Western Rooter sent a concrete contractor to repair the access points by pouring and finishing two concrete patches.

I found them on Yelp. They came to fix a clogged pipe in our bathtub. A couple of other plumbers tried and said it was impossible and that all of the pipes would need to be replaced. HR Plumbing was able to unclog the pipe and with a really reasonable price. We will definitely call them in the future. Thank you!

Courtesy Plumbers is a wonderful family owned business. I had a plumbing issue yesterday morning.  I left a message on their 1800 number at 7am. I received a follow-up call within 15 minutes.  I explained my plumbing issue and was told a plumber would be out within 2 hours. Yes, Aaron arrived and took care of my plumbing problem. Aaron was very courteous and took the time to explain to me what was happening and how he resolved the issue. He answered all of my questions.  The best part is the cost. A shout out to Henry Godina of Pierside Plumbing! Henry bailed me out of a real jam today. I had a refrigerator delivered a couple of days ago, and it was being sent back, before another refrigerator arrived. The refrig guys had to turn my water off at the main because they couldn't physically turn the frig water line off with the faucet beneath the sink - it was frozen.

So before the refrigerator got sent back today, I called Henry and yelled help! Not really . He made it over to my house in record time considering he had to stop elsewhere first, just so I wasn't without water half the day. The refrigerator had just departed when he arrived. A new faucet later and my water got turned back on. New refrigerator coming in the next few days, thankfully. (Original is now in the garage) Thank you, Henry, for saving the day! Great service!

Had drainage issues at home and these guys took care of my sister's plumbing problems not too long ago so decided to give them a shot. Glad I did because they were able to help me with my drain and found a possible issue with piping that may be causing the clogging. Ben and Allan were prompt and very professional, told them the issue as soon as they arrived and they got right to it. Took care of the problem in a timely manner and  will definitely recommend these guys.

Had a positive experience today they do great work and are well mannered . The last plumbers I had out here were rude. Cal tech fixed my water heater and now I have hot water again yay! Very happy my issue was resolved.

I called Sanchez Plumbing about a water hammer issue we have been battling. Antonio took the time to speak in depth with me about the issue over the phone asking all of the pertinent questions. He's the 5th plumber to come out and at this point we were exhausted with the issue and getting nowhere with it. He offered to come and do an inspection and provide a free estimate which was very much appreciated after getting nowhere with the other plumbers. He arrived on time for the appointment on the next day with an assistant and explored all areas of concern while explaining in detail what he observed and heard. He was incredibly knowledgable and spoke in terms I could understand. He approached the issue with the intention of solving it, not racing to get out of my home and collecting a check. He provided me with what he felt would be the best solution and cost for the job, but he also gave me the worst case scenario which is what every homeowner wants. Who wants surprises?!

I'm so pleased we found Antonio.  A good plumber is so hard to come by these days.

George arrived early, diagnosed the issue (leaking toilet ring), and went above and beyond to disinfect the area and get us in touch with a restoration company to check out whatever is growing under the floor.  Throughout the process, George was very professional and courteous.  Can't thank him enough.
