I've now used Jacot Plumbing for three different issues. Each time the work was done in a timely manner. The men were efficient and worked quickly. When I had questions they answered them well and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend Jacot Plumbing.

I have used Jacot Plumbing in the past few years and they have been great. Day after Thanksgiving, when the sink wouldn't drain, they came out and Art took care of it. This last year I needed a new garbage disposal installed, easy. This last 2 weeks though, I've needed my hot water heater maintenance done. Last Tuesday they couldn't make it so I rescheduled for today and even called to confirm the appointment this morning and all was good to go. Just received a call that they couldn't make it until this afternoon so I cancelled.

I took time off work to make the appointment, costing me money. Their response was they couldn't leave someone without water. Yet they can leave me without pay. Not sure what happened between previous visits and now... But this not good. Next!

I am the office manager for Servpro, a restoration services company.  We have used several companies for plumbing services but i have to say that our company was impressed with the service given from David/Jacot Plumber this morning, his professionalism and knowledge is top quality.  We will definitely recommend them!! All I can say is FANTASTIC! Mike, Mike, Jesse, and James were the most friendly, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and competent plumbers I have ever contracted. They explained everything well in advance, prepared me for what was to be required, and performed great-looking and functional work. These are the only guys I will be calling in the future for my plumbing needs.

Work done: leak detection, a complete replacement of our water heater - including all code upgrades, a reroute of bad hot-water line currently in our foundation, and some help with water flow in a kitchen sink. The pricing was completely in-line with my expectations (as we should all know by now that competent, quick, and professional services are not something obtained at bargain, handyman prices).

(I am not sure why there are any bad reviews here given the work Mike, Mike, Jesse, and James did for us. To be fair, everyone has their own perception of a service type, and their own level of understanding of what this type of service entails. I have plumbed as a hobby for 35 years and known what plumbing is all about.)

If have zero star I would choose. Seam company different workers have big difference. 2 hours 2 man's job charged me $1585. For the water leaks.Total used $40 dollars parts. Just don't sign on iPod they give to you. They can copy the signature. I won't choose them again. Every body need be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found Jacot here on Yelp and based on previous reviews I felt confident that I would get great service. I needed to use their services for a rental property I have in the area and the tenant complaining of their bathroom sink not draining. I setup the appointment and provided the tenants info. From what my tenant said they were in and fixed the problem and very professional. Overall I am happy with the service provided. The only reason I am not providing 5 stars is the lack of options for payment. As I am an out of town investor I would expect there to be some sort of online payment system for invoices created but that is not the case. I need to call an provide my credit card details which I do not prefer not secure at all. If they are able to implement more convenient payment solutions to the customer I would modify my response easily.

My parents recently had a leak in their bathroom and immediately called Jacot Plumbing. They asked for Justin Jordan because he's helped them before with other plumbing issues - they are very responsive, his work is very professional and their prices are reasonable. Justin is very honest and pleasant, and always patient in explaining exactly what the problem is and providing options for a solution. We'd highly recommend Justin and Jacot Plumbing.

Matt is absolutely fantastic! He and the Jacot team were dependable, executed quality work and were also collaborative on how to solve a few challenges at our new home. We've relied on them for several projects, and I can't recommend them highly enough.  A+++++++

Jacot Plumbing came highly recommended, and now we know why! They responded very quickly (we had a bathtub leak upstairs! ), and Eddie fixed the leak that One Stop Plumbing missed! He was professional and pleasant and answered all of my questions.  He did such a good job that we requested him for additional plumbing issues.

Rude staff and management. Scheduled appointment today to look at my kitchen faucet having issues. Two people showed up which we didn't expect. I explained to them that nowadays we like to minimize traffic in our house and don't really need extra person walking around. I was told it has to be two people or I need to reschedule (after I specifically took time off work to be home for that). Called their office and spoke with manager Tina who was pretty rude and abrupt, didn't want to resolve the situation. I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We had a blockage and water overflow occuring in our bathroom shower/tub and toilets. I called Jacot Plumbing early this morning and was able to get a technician to come out this afternoon as I requested. Michael Flores was the technician assigned and he came out did a superb job! He assessed the situation and explained everything thoroughly. He was friendly, his customer service skills were phenominal and he even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. I knew I was in good hands with this one! I would definitely recommend Jacot Plumbing to anybody needing a good and reliable plumber. They show up on time, get the job done and leave you thankful that you called them first!!!

Eddie of Jacot plumbing is a gem.   If you have ANY plumbing issues, Eddie is the plumber to ask for.  He goes above and beyond the call of duty.  Eddie is a true professional.

We've been using Jacot Plumbing for a while, mostly for replacing stuff that's worn out: faucets, toilets, garbage disposal, etc.  Jacot Plumbing is not cheap.  But, they show up on time every time, take pride in their work, do the job right the first time, and they warranty their work.  Customer service is excellent.  I know if I ever have a problem, they would make it right pronto.  

Sometimes, you get what you pay for, and I'm happy to support a small, local business that pays decent wages and cares about quality and service.  Ever wait and wait and wait for an installer from a big box store to do a job only to f**k it up?  Ever try to get one of those f**k ups corrected?

This company was referred by a family member and very impressed both times they came out. On time the first and called to see if they could come earlier which was a plus that day.. wore masked and explained everything that was needed and went beyond for my 97yr old grandfather.  His house is older and instead of trying to sell us on things we didn't need, took care of the issue. Thank you and will use again.

I am so thankful for Art M. that came out and had to correct work from another plumber that installed piping incorrectly, was not up to code and was doing things unsafe. Art came out to give us a quote and was upfront and honest about everything. He walked us through what he was going to do and what he needed to purchase to complete this job correctly. He was professional and well educated to current codes. After getting a few other bids we called him back to schedule the job. He came a few days later to complete a PE piping install. He was professional and educated in his field. I had a million questions and he answered each one with patience and knowledge. Every step of the way he communicated with me about what he was doing and why he was doing it. After he was completed he cleaned up and I actually mean he cleaned up everything in his work area. He again went over what he did and prepared our bill. He read out what he did as it was written down and took care of the billing. I am so glad that he was able to help us. I felt safe with his work and his background knowledge of what he was doing. After the service was completed we received a thank you card from the Jacot company which I thought was the icing on the cake to great customer service. Good customer service is so rare these days that it makes it special when you get it. Open communication with a customer is key because we (the public) hire people that should be experts in their fields and knowledgeable of what they are doing. Art was both of these things and I would recommend him a million more times.

I've never had a plumber go above and beyond like my guy Eric. I was worried about using a company I didn't know but after seeing their reviews I figured it was worth a shot! And I was not disappointed. I would use Jacot Plumbing again, no question! Prompt arrival, great friendly service and he was done quickly so I could go about my day! Thanks again Eric.

This was a very strange experience , I needed a few repairs done in my bathroom (not an emergency) the hot water in my shower is having issues and needs a filter change and the valves on my bathroom shower sink are a little leaky and might also need to be replaced. On the pulse side they were able to schedule me within a few hours and their estimates are free, which is great because the plumber they sent basically just looked at my shower valve and sink valve said they don't replace the parts and left. He was not very friendly and the experience was a little uncomfortable. What kind of plumber won't even try to repair/replace a fixture. The scheduler was very nice and was even able to fit me in a littler earlier in the day, thank gif because this was a waist of time! The actual repair guy seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful at all. Hopefully another company can help me.

I recently had Mike of Jacot Plumbing out to fix a few things at my house. I needed a new kitchen faucet, had a leaky outside hose bib, and a fixture in one of the showers. They were fantastic, by far the best plumbers I have ever had to the house! Mike fixed everything faster than I thought possible and didn't even charge me for the hose bib which turned out to just be a minor issue. Mike really cared about getting my plumbing done right and was very personable and friendly. They are my plumbers now!

Well, Mike came through for me again. I was having a party with about 15 people and the night before my downstairs toilet stopped working. I called Jacot in the morning, on Saturday, and Mike was over in a couple of hours. He fixed the problem during the party, no mess, fast, and the price was very reasonable. I love these guys!

Finally an amazing Plumber!!  We found this company through Angie's List and had no idea that there were real plumbers who would go the extra mile.  Anything we needed, problem solved.  Chuck was great!  Super down to earth guy and very respectful.  We felt very comfortable with him being in our home.  He wore a mask for his and our safety as well.  Didn't upsell and the prices were great.  Very affordable!  So Chuck fixed our toilette, sink and shower!  Ya, our bathroom needed some tlc. =)  Highly recommend them!  Thank you!

We've used Jacot for about 25 years. They have always been the go to for any plumbing needs. Never the lowest price but you were guaranteed to be up and running with a professional job and the price fit the craftsmanship. We even had them repipe the entire house about 3 or 4 years ago.

The last two years, something has changed in Jacot Plumbing. I don't know if it is a management issue, hiring of less than capable plumbers, etc...???

The last two times, they have done a very sub-par job at a simple drain cleaning job. This last time, they cleared the line, only to have to call them back the next morning to clear it again... For which they charged me a second time for not clearing it the first time. When I pointed out that fact, the plumber then changed the story and said he was charging me to clean the small pipe between the two kitchen sink drains... I called him out on that lie and he said he would lower the price by $20...

Sadly, we will never call Jacot again. Hopefully they rectify whatever has caused their quality to fall and the shady double charging to show it's head.... Think twice before you call them.

John of Jacot Plumbing charged me $200 for a house call to inform me that I had a slab leak, which I already  suspected.   He was at my house for ten minutes, performed no service and charged $200 for the house call. John then mailed me an estimate of $9,745 for  the repair.   I felt taken advantage of.   Master Serve performed the work in a professional manner for alot less money.

Our kitchen sink got clogged on Christmas afternoon, and we were hosting dinner that night.  Michael arrived as scheduled and was very discreet, courteous, unintrusive, and professional while we were welcoming guests and starting dinner.  He unclogged the sink in a timely fashion and cleaned up the area thoroughly.  I would highly recommend.

The next time you need a plumber, these guys are the ones to call. The guys at Jacot Plumbing really know their stuff, and you can trust them to be reliable,  honest, and do a great job.

Charles came to my place earlier today to fix a clogged pipe and was friendly, super knowledgeable, and took care of everything quickly and professionally. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I have an issue. Thank you so much for everything!

Hooking up an ice maker seems like an easy enough job, right? After two hours, a second trip to home depot and a puddle of water on the floor I called Brandon at Jacot. He came over and took care of it in about 30 minutes, and that included fixing the leaky connections that I hooked up. I was trying to save a few bucks and ended up wasting a ton of time. I think I'll stick to happy hour and leave the plumbing to the pros.

This was the first time I have used Jacot Plumbing. They came in to look at my elderly mother's clogged bathtub drain after two other plumbing companies could not clear the drain and quoted us jobs ranging from $6000 to $20,000 to install all new pipes throughout the house for every single drain. Mike Hillis worked hard to clear the cast iron pipe by snaking it, where the other companies had insisted that the only way to remedy the problem would be to dig into the floor and install new pipes. Because of Mike's hard work, determination, and customer service, he saved my elderly mother thousands of dollars in unnecessary plumbing. we are grateful and appreciative of Mike's dedication and care for his customers.

I had a slab leak and a reroute done by a variety of folks from Jacot. They were all friendly and knowledgeable. The only hitch was that they got the wrong water line in the initial diagnosis of the problem. I know slab leaks are tricky business and it happens, but it did cost me another few days without hot water as it just before Thanksgiving, which delayed getting them back out to finish up.

Unbelievable scammers. Started asking around about my occupation to feel me out for how much to gouge me and then asked me to sign an estimate with no prices quoted. If you dont sign a blank estimate with no prices quoted, they will get insulted and leave. Not professional. This is in West Anaheim area.

Johnny Jacot just did a complete PEX (2 showers, 2 toilets, 4 sinks, and 4 hose spigots) repipe of my house and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work he did. Johnny also installed all new shower hardware and shower heads that we bought after they had started the job.

Johnny communicated everything that was going to be happening each day ahead of time (total of 4 days) and took great care to clean up areas that they were working on.

A really outstanding job. I will use Jacot Plumbing for all my future needs and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Jacot to the rescue once again! I've used Jacot for all my plumbing needs for 15+ years now. Referred to them by my home owners insurance because a Rooter company was trying to fleece me for unneeded repairs.

Prompt service, their plumbers go the extra mile, and are quite knowledgeable with common sense advice so that recurring issues don't reappear. They are priced competitively as well.

This is a company that stands behind their work! They have a good crew, arrive on time and get the job done. Victor came out and installed a water pressure gauge and fixed two upstairs showers. We also had a downstairs bathroom faucet in a pedestal sink that resisted both repair and replacement, lol. After a replacement faucet did not fit Jacot Plumbing attempted to repair the old faucet, but it stubbornly leaked off and on.
Finally, I purchased another faucet and Arturo and Mike were able to install it. They credited us for the repair of the old faucet and we are very pleased. I will hire Jacot again and recommend them.

I have no idea how this business has 5 stars. My mom who's 75 called them to help with some plumbing problems we had while trying to install a new washer and dryer. They charged her $50 to come out and assess the situation, $45 for a new hose (that she won't need) . All this was on a Friday, and they told her they will be back on Monday with equipment to see if they will be able to resolve the problem. When they showed up on Monday, they came just to tell her in person they would not be able to do the job. What was this? A company taking advantage of an elderly person who does not know about home repairs. Extremely upset with them. With so many great plumbers don't take your chances!.

We have been using Jacot for years, they were recommended by a family friend (who is also a real estate agent) and they have been our go to plumber for everything.
We've had major emergencies to simple problems, all handled by Jacot. Their plumbers are honest, hard-working, clean and reliable. I've called them to clear drains, fix our water heater, install water lines for a new fridge and install clean outs for a sewer line that didn't have them. Our water heater died on New Year's Day (today) and I called and they said they would send out one of their plumbers asap. This is why we've used them, repeatedly, sung their praises, recommended them to family and friends and written excellent reviews everywhere we can (I thought I had already written a 5 * Yelp review for them, but realized I hadn't and wanted to correct that). When you have a household emergency, (such as no hot water on a holiday weekend and you and members of your family still have to work) Jacot is who you can call. Their prices are fair and they provide costs up front, so there is no question. I've had them find discounts whenever possible and it feels like they're a part of the team when they rescue us. They are excellent communicators and follow through on their claims.

We had a water leak in our yard, paid $750 for them to detect the leak, but Jacot Plumbing failed to detect all of the leaks.  Further, they gave me an estimate of $285 to $485 to repair the PVC pipe, but showed up the next day telling me it would be a multiple of that amount.  I have left two messages to complain, but nobody has returned my calls.

It is one thing to do a job and not do it well.  It is quite another thing to engage in a bait and switch and not return a customer's phone calls.

My 2 year old tankless water heater kept breaking so i wanted a diffrent brand i called Jacot plumbing they sent out Charles he was honest and very professional the very next morning they showed up with the new tankless and new filter that would solve my problems he installed it quikley and made it look great. After that he cleaned his entire mess. i highly recommend Charles and jacot. also the girl Tina answering the phone was great too. very professional. WAY TO GO JACOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't call these guys plumbers more like handymen that know nothing about plumbing. They used tape to wrap a P-trap and called that a repair. Don't be fooled do more research before going with such a remarkably terrible company.

Called Jacot at 7:00 this morning and they were there within 40 minutes! Speedy, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and no BS!! We will never use another plumber!! Thanks Jacot!!

We had the pleasure of having Art M. replace our broken water heater.  He was professional from the start. The first thing he did when I opened the door he introduced himself and gave us a business card with his name and picture on it.  That's a good thing because because of safety issues not everyone is who they say they are. He took about 2.5 hours to install our 50-gallon water heater with the help of his assistant. I think pricing was fair.  I took a star off because he was 2 hours late from the appointment time due to be caught up at another job.  Thus causing my husband to be late for work and I had top leave work early to settle the bill.  Otherwise, he was great and answered all my questions and gave us a warranty of one year.

Just met two of the nicest guys who came out to replace the toilet in the master bathroom.  Jesse and Robert were very kind and respectful.  I have to mention they were on time for my appointment and the work was done quickly.  I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom.  We contacted our AAA insurance and then contacted Jacot to help us handle our leak. They had helped us 2 years ago with another leak and we were very happy with their service then so we wanted them to handle it again.  They immediately come out and identified where the leak was coming from.  It was a leak in a pipe upstairs that was running down the pipe to the downstairs bathroom.  They immediately caped off the leak until the ceiling in the bathroom could be removed and the area was tested for asbestos.  Once all of that was handled they came out immediately to repair the leak and it was wonderful to use our cold water. They were quick to respond, and very professional.  Thank you Jesse we really appreciated it!!

I recently had a main line stoppage and Jacot Plumbing was there on the spot. I was very overwhelmed by my plumbing PROBLEM , their technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. We all have a picture or preconceive idea of what plumbers are (dirty, butt crack, greasy over weight guys) their plumber was the complete opposite clean cut and well mannered. I can not say enough about this company, they turned my plumbing nightmare in to a pleasant experience. THANK YOU !!!

They charged us $320 for 15 minutes of work that included switching out the line for our new gas range. Their explanation is that they charge $165 to move our range out and $165 to move it in again. And that's before any work is actually done. So be careful if you're going to have them work on any appliances that need to be moved to and from the wall.

I scheduled an appointment online through a form.  I got a call 15 minutes later.  Worked with George, great guy and very flexible.  He is based in San Diego but is covering Orange County as well.  We set up a time but I had to cancel it.  George was very professional, would definitely recommend for the future!

I used Jacot plumbing for a leak of unknown origin in my living room that another plumbing company just could not figure out after 1 hour plus. I was a bit nervous after the first plumbing company couldn't help because I thought maybe it was some kind of tough-to-find leak or something. The Jacot tech literally had the exact location and cause of the leak pinpointed in less than 30 minutes. He also was very helpful in explaining to me in plain English what the problem was, why it happened, and what my options were. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is they are one of the more pricey plumbing outfits, but WELL worth it. I would give them 4.5 stars if it was possible.

These guys have always been fantastic and helpful with my mom's house in Lake Forest. They are fair, on time and super honest. We've had to go through major plumbing issues with them and they made it easier. Much appreciated!

Turns out that the company had a glitch in their phone system when I called late the other night. Ultimately, Art came the next day and was awesome. He diagosed the problem, working to minimize the extent that he had to open up the wall. He explained everything, even taking the time to draw things out to be sure I understood. And he fixed the problem efficiently and completely. He was prompt, polite, professional, empathetic, very competent, and just a really nice guy. I was 100% satisfied and would definitely use the company again! Highly recommend them.

John from Jacot Plumbing came out to fix a clogged drain in our dump sink. He was also able to clear out the clogged shower drain in my daughter's bathroom. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job. Would highly recommend Jacot Plumbing.

My insurance company sent out Art from Jacot Plumbing to locate a leaking water pipe under my slab. He was patient and took his time to make sure he located the correct line.
He then came out a second time to open the wall and cap the leak at the manifold.
I would highly recommend him.

Jacot Plumbing was recommended to us by AAA.  I am not big on dealing with plumbers as they tend to upsell everything.  Mike Weil really worked with us and did not try to force us into any other repairs.  He came out and fixed a leak that we have had with minor disruption to our house.  Other plumbers told us it will take 2 - 3 days where it took Mike literally 3 hours to fix the leak, install new fixtures and proceed to replace our water heater.  He was patient and answered all of my mom's questions. The company's free checklist on the house is great too.  He pointed where things may go at some point and recommends that we change them.

I have used Jacot Plumbing  twice now and will be a customer for life.  The plumber's name was Art and he was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly and never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of when he explained the repairs.  He was there to unclog the drain but I also explained that the sink faucet was leaking and he was able to find exactly where the slow drip was coming from.  Ideally it needed to be replaced but when I wasn't ready to do that, he was able to fix it to stop the leaking.  They always clean up after their visit and they wear shoe booties when walking inside.  Even better is the pricing.  Each time I was expecting a big bill and the price was way less than expected and quoted by others.  Tina in the office is super nice and accommodating too.  They are used by Triple AAA so that alone should tell you they are a very reputable company.

We had an old water softener, connected pipes and valves replaced by Johnny. Work was done as promised and everything cleaned up/hauled away. Johnny was extremely pleasant and helpful. We even got a small discount since less materials were needed. What a nice surprise! Thanks, Johnny!

We discovered a major drainage issue three days before our mom was returning home from the hospital.  Jacot Plumbing, and particularly Matt, saved the day!  The house plumbing is old and rather strangely organized and no main clear out could be found.  But Matt sleuthed with neighbors (with similar house design) and carefully drilled into stucco and concrete to find, expose and bring up to current standards a fully hidden and embedded clear out, which saved us significant time and cost.  He was thoughtful, smart and persistent and was patient, helpful and polite in working around other works that was happening around the house.

I responded to an Free Inspection offer that I had received in the mail. The company sent Art Mazandarani, who did the most wonderful job: even though our house is almost brand-new and there is not really anything to do, he took the time to inspect the plumbing thoroughly and explain to me in great detail what he was doing and what problems/costs I might have down the road. As expected, there was no actual plumbing work required, but I was extremely satisfied with Art's work.
In the future, when I will almost certainly have plumbing-related issues, I will definitely contact Jacot and specifically ask for Art to do the job.

I had the pleasure of working with Eddie Arrey a couple of weeks ago. It was a AAA recommendation. Eddie was thorough and honest about each of the issues we were facing. He spoke in terms that were easy to understand and allowed us to make an informed decision. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
