We had issues with our roof lately due to its age and we got multiple vendors look at it and everyone said it needs to be replaced however the cost they were suggesting was sky rocketing, then someone suggested us Pelican, from day one Henry who handled our case was very way helpful and ready to provide us with best possible rates. The team is very professional but at the very same time very polite and friendly. Both Henry and Patrick kept us informed abt the progress of our project and provided best service. I would easily recommend them to my friends and family if reqd.

We really had a very pleasant experience with Twin Homes and the owner Manny. We had a bit of a stumbling block in terms of some difficulties behind the wall when we removed our tub and installed a shower. This could have been a relationship disaster but it was handled very well overall. His price was fair and his work was excellent. What more can we say?

I had a water line break in my attic, that then in turn caused a rainforest like scene to take over my living room. I am a single first time home owner and needless to say was pretty shook walking into such a scene. ATI was a preferred provider through my insurance company (USAA) so I gave them a call. Super friendly and calming woman answered the phone and brought me through the process, they were to my house within hours (which is impressive because I live in Prescott, AZ at least an hour and a half drive from Phoenix). Richie the lead supervisor introduced himself and got right down to business. He was friendly and relatable which helped me stay calm through all the chaos. Him and his team got to work right way and quickly took care of all flooding and standing water. From there they set up drying equipment and returned the next day to complete the job. Nothing short of an amazing experience with this company and their employees, because of this I am moving forward and using them for the rest of my repairs. Would recommend to anyone that could use their services!

SHORTER VERSION Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job. Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right. They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want. Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas. Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare. Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches. You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why: their business is nearly all word of mouth. But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly. Yes, perfectly. If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

This is the most unreliable company we have ever dealt with. Any communication that was done was because I called them. They did not return phone messages that were left. We needed restoration on in our kitchen and bathroom due to a water main break, but they never showed me any kind of estimate for restoration. Their reason was that they were negotiating with our insurance company. When I would call that was their only answer and reason as to why the start of restoration was going to be delayed. After ten days of waiting for a response we went with a different company. I Do Not recommend this company to anyone who is in need of restoration. We had to be living in a hotel as we were waiting for repairs start and then be completed. They did not seem to be concerned about me as a client. They required that I pay them our deductible before they could even get started. The start never happened. I will say they were efficient on returning my deductible.

Being a transplant from NY, I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate. Larry Hampton is true NYer. Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal. I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and finding a reliable asbestos abatement company to assist us was extremely difficult and challenging. Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.

This company was extraordinary. They set up their dehumidifiers, came back and removed all drywall that was water damaged and totally cleaned the space
in both closets. Once the roof was replaced, they came back and replaced all the drywall, sealed and repainted both closets. They were very skilled and the closets look brand new. I want to thank them for their professionalism as well.
Sean whose kindness during this challenge diffused my frustration with the length of time it was taking to finish the restoration explaining the roof had to be completed or we would have to start all over. He was right, it rained the following week later and the plastic covering the master closet ceiling was full of water. This company and it's customer service are top notch. My sincere thanks.

Careful!
The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.
The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.
My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.
*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.
I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.
Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.
The crew was good
I wouldn't be tricked into thinking the response below is genuine- as we've been working with one another for 6months.
I stand by my review

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

We had major water damage from our roof after one of Arizona's unexpected rain storms. Copper State came out right away and assessed the damage. They were very informative and even called our insurance for us!! They got a claim set up and were our main liaison to make the process as easy as possible. Copper State always came on time and worked around our crazy schedules. Including helping us out by staying until 10pm just to get the work done on our terms. The entire team was extremely professional and accommodating from our first call all the way to the end of the reconstruction. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely refer our friends and family!!!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. First I had several mold removal experts call me and said they would show up sometime, some never even called me back. Dry force called me back and showed up. I was told by 2 plumbers that I had a mold issue even though I knew it was very minimal but they said I should expect to pay 1 to 2k for the job. The guy from Dry Force came in and he took one look at it and said no work needed to be done and told me I could fix it myself as it was so minimal. He could have charged me for basically doing nothing and I wouldn't have known the difference and I would have paid him. This guy put his ethics and integrity over trying to make a buck. That is so rare these days and I am so grateful as I have limited funds. I wish I remembered his name but this guy deserves a raise, promotion or a medal. I'm very grateful, he was the one that came by and thankful he was honest, I wish I could have afforded to give him a bigger tip but I hope great karma comes his way as he deserves it. Thank you !!!
