Chris was a great Yelp find. I had several rooms where my carpet that had high spots and needed to be repaired.  Chris was very accommodating with schedule and did great work at a great price.  I would definitely recommend him for any carpet repairs you need done.

We hired Moldex to help with mold in a guest bedroom caused by a roof leak, and we are so happy with the results! The owner does the work himself and he is a real expert when it comes to mold and construction work. He knew A LOT about mold and was able to answer all our questions. I was worried that the drywall and paint that was repaired would look different from the rest of the room but it is seamless, you can't even tell where the repair work was done. I thought the price was very fair, I had received quotes from 1 other company and Moldex was cheaper in price. Owner was friendly and very responsive with questions and concerns. We are very happy with the work, thank you Daryl!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. I have been having them clean my carpet since they started in business. They do a great job!!! I have tried a couple of other companies ('cause ya know, you get bored after a while.) Trying other companies was a BIG mistake!!! Either the other companies left stains, or charged soooo much: $450 in one case!!! AND that other company left a big spot: I told the other company I wouldn't pay them until they got the spot out/the other company said they wouldn't come get the spot out until I paid them. Guess it was a stalemate: I sold the house & the other company never came out! LOL!
I went back to 5 Star & won't call anyone else!!! They are great!!! If I have a concern about my carpet cleaning, I call them, voice my concern, they come right out & make it right.

Edward just came out with his crew and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The customer service was impeccable (while I was juggling a sick toddler and two dogs), the job looks AMAZING, and the clean up was perfection. We needed a major trim up on 4 trees and two tree removals. Edward was able to come out, quote us and then within a week, he got the job done at a very affordable price. We also added on fertilizer for the trees. We highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future! Thanks, AZ Desert Tree Care! You saved our trees!

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

Extremely happy with Slate Restoration...they provide excellent customer service  & are reliable!  Very honest & they do great work!  I would highly recommend them!!!

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

Very respectful and professional. Did the job with no trouble! An apartment caught on fire, they came same day to board everything up, along with a few other doors. Well done, and thank you
