These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

Called to have a broken house lock replaced, and Nathan arrived in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly and articulate. The lock cylinder was replaced and keyed to match another door lock. Work was done within 10-15 minutes, and a printed receipt provided. Cost was $75, but think they have Angie's list coupon as noted by another reviewer. Speedy and competent service, just what I was hoping for!

I don't write reviews often, but I am very grateful for Steve's work on my truck. He replaced an alternator for my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Steve is amazing and very knowledgeable. He will be my mechanic for all my service and repairs.  Thank you so much Steve!

Absolutely the best locksmith I have dealt with! I manage a valet company and we have had to replace keys, deal with cars being locked with the keys in them, and replacing key fobs every so often. Until now we have had a hard time finding a reliable locksmith that can help us out the hours we need them. These guys were awesome and even helped me program a fob that i ordered after the fact for no charge. I would highly recommend this company for any locksmith needs you have!

Kevin Fehlen and ARCO did another great job.  For openers Stephanie asked for photos of the broken lock so Kevin knew what I needed. Surprisingly Kevin was scheduled in a day or two. Before he arrived he asked if I wanted a knob or a handle. The door is between the garage and the house and the most used. The lock and handle (costs a bit more than a knob) was probably '1995 vintage and Kevin picked it up before he arrived. Although he could "fix" the old lock, it wouldn't be long before something else failed. Kevin mentioned a handle is better than a knob, being easier to open when arms are full with groceries. It took him minutes to replace it because he really knows his stuff. It took me an hour to figure out what was wrong with the old lock!

I was dealing with my fathers untimely passing and coming in from out of town. It was early in the morning when I arrived at my father home and could not find a key. I made a phone call to Bell Lock & Safe, too early for them to pick up the phone. To my surprise, I spoke to someone who assured me that he would be there is less than one hour. Forty minutes later, he arrived and rekeyed the locks within thirty minutes. The gentlemen even provided me with a name and number of who may be able to assist me with some of the junk my father had collected. All in all, they exceeded my expectations.

Upon contacting this company, they responded  right away and we set up an appointment for just a few days later. Corey was on time and professional.  He changed all our locks and reprogrammed our garage code and opener. He was very friendly and made the whole process easy. They make new copies of your keys for you, which was great.

David was able to come to my house to fix my door/lock issue within hours of my call. He was prompt and very friendly. He had my tough door issue fixed within 20 minutes. I was referred to him and would recommend him to others!

These wonderful people came in to the house I just bought and took care of a million little things for me and my family. They not only changed the house locks but the mail lock and even reprogrammed the garage door opener!  They left us with plenty of keys and a second remote for the garage!

Mordy is a life saver! My son and I were locked out of the house after basketball practice 8:30 pm.  West Valley was at the house in 20 minutes.  Mordy is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful!  I can't express how satisfied I am with the service.  Not only did he get us in but he fixed another lock while he was here.

Really enjoyed working with Tom. He was helpful & upfront with the locks of our new house.
He worked efficiently & took care of all our needs. He even offered to reprogram our garage door opener, but that hhad bigger issues.

We had two key fobs for our vehicle go out within a week of each other and needed two new ones ordered and programmed ASAP. Tim was direct about being wary of purchasing cheap knockoffs on Ebay and recommended Amazon which we used as we have Prime and received them within 2 days. He was upfront, honest, and exceedingly fair regarding the pricing of both programming and cutting both of our new keys. Great communication and extremely fast completion of the work with absolutely no hidden costs or surprises. Even provided some recommendations going forward to avoid going through this situation again. Great communication and very easy to talk to.
