After locking my keys in my freightLiner. I called J&T and Raul the locksmith showed up quickly and after about 10 min, had my truck opened. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise, not to mention the fair price I was given. I highly recommend J&T they're lifesavers!

A couple months later, in the dead-heat of Summer, My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home and vehicle directly in from of our home. I called AA Affordable and he was on his was to another call in another city. Upon learning that we were lock out in the summer heat he immediately re-dispatched himself to our location to assist in reentry to our home. I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Exceptional service.
Got them as a referral, as the company I was using no longer did locksmith services. Went to the office, met a manager and explained what I needed.
He actually dispatched the team to my house the same day.
All I needed was to rekey a lock so I just need to use on key to access all doors.
While I was there, they have a show room full of safes, fire extinguishers and other home safety measures.
I would recommend this place to anyone in need of any security measures for the home of business.

Need a key for my car, went there many times to get it cut. After numerous times I finally left the blank and the key. When I went back to get the newly cut key it was cut wrong and it was so sad too bad and,Norm I assume is the owner,never saw him and they couldn't care less I would never use these people again

Got 4 house keys made, plus a few color rings and a tag. Friendly, fast service. My toddler grandson is a key lover, and the shop was kind enough to give a half dozen old keys for him. He loves them.

These guys are awesome!!!  It's super bowl Sunday and my husband and I run out of the house with our baby to go to the grocery.  Sitting in the driveway we realize we locked ourselves out, which if you are a parent to a baby especially, is your biggest nightmare.  These guys treated this so urgently they were out in a flash and took no time in getting us back in.  I would definitely recommend them again and again !

Would have been 5 stars if the dispatch lady would have been honest about the price. She said and I quote "it's $29 for the service call and $35 for labor, and maybe a little more depending on the method they have to use to open it" maybe a little more... it was $120 more. They used the most basic method to open it. She also couldn't estimate time well because she said 20 minutes and it took an hour. BE HONEST ABOUT THE PRICE. The boys who came to unlock it were great but they need better customer service on the admin side. I paid $180 dollars for a job that took one minute. Literally one minute.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
