I needed someone to hook my new grill up to the natural gas line.  I searched around and called Apache Plumbing.  This was on a Friday.  I made an appointment for the following Monday.  However, Randal called me Saturday morning and was able to fit me in.  He got to my house, discovered I didn't have all of the parts that I needed to change my grill from propane to natural gas.  He went with me to Lowe's to get what was needed, came back and I was up and running with my new grill in no time.
I will definitely be calling them again for any and all of my plumbing needs.

Really nice people, came out the next day to fix a problem. They were late twice, but apologized and refunded half the cost of the fix because of it. Top people!

I have nothing but great things to say about Come and Plumb It.  Paige was in contact with me almost immediately then was contacted by Courtney who was just as sweet as she could be and very informative about the job.  Cameron arrived way ahead of the scheduled time which was ok'd by me. He was very helpful and made some simple changes that will aid either me or someone else later in life.  Cameron was very quick and did a very professional job. I highly recommend this company for anyone.  The price was also very inline with the job especially considering that it was on a holiday and weekend.  Thanks guys I'll be in touch about some other work in the future.

Yesterday afternoon we experienced a broken water main, and I called Connally Plumbing for service.  We had used them in the past and they were great, so they were our first choice for this job.  The scheduler, Jenny, said they were totally booked up, but she got us on the schedule for first thing this morning.  Josh and Hunter showed up on time and had the break fixed in less than 90 minutes.  They were great to work with, and both were very professional and courteous.  I highly recommend Connally Plumbing, and will certainly use them as the need arises in the future!

Love and strongly recommend this company. My sister's heater went out in the evening and we needed someone to come out and hopefully fix it fast because my sister was having cancer remove surgery the next day. My sister called 2 companies one of the being Radiant whom advertise 24/7 service she explained the urgency, she was told that all her technicians were busy and couldn't come out. My husband call Therasa and said she should disbar her husband to my sister house immediately. As soon as I hung up with my husband he arrived and fix the issue. Glad to know that there is a company that was here to help my sister in need.

Awesome service again from Frank of Trio plumbing. We woke up to a sink leak upstairs. We were panicking, Frank came out within 24 hours and fixed the leak effortlessly. Frank went above and beyond the call and ensured all the other sinks were tightened and no leaks were in them. I would highly recommend Frank and Trio plumbing for any of your emergency and non emergency plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed and their level of professionalism exceeds 5 stars. I will forever use their service.

This company has the nicest staff and are very reliable. Brennan even changed my light bulbs for me while working in the bathroom. I've used them twice now and would highly recommend them!

Been a customer for over four years and one of their master plumbers answered my call and promised me to get back to me about an estimate and never did. Left me completely hanging over an appliance that I needed to have this winter. Completely irresponsible, I even texted him for a week, every day, trying to get his attention. He read every single text message (it gave me the read notification). This is a complete of an operating mess. Stay away.

Andre is an excellent communicator, both before, during and after the job. He allows work to be scheduled for a specific day and time and he hits that appt. His workstyle is quiet and respectful while he is on your property, and he is willing to collaborate with you if you want to be his helper to save time and money, too.
My concern was that I would lose my investment in the art tile that was installed in front of my guest room shower fixture two years ago, but Andre accessed the leaks behind that wall from a hallway and cleaning closet, preserving the guest bath's esthetic.
The great 2021 Texas ice storm was harrowing here, but Andre was worth the wait and we were ecstatic to have running water restored by Andre after 17 days without.

This is the second time that we've worked with Cold is on the Right Plumbing.  The same professionalism, courtesy and expertise shown through to solve my expired water heater situation.  Yes, the tandem teams of Brendin-Nate and Billy-Mike worked expeditiously and cleaned-up as they went---even the bill was not exorbitant.  Wow, twice winners, and we expect many more ---it's an old house, and it'll be nice knowing that we can depend on Brendin and his team.

I needed help with connecting NG line to outdoor kitchen. Chad was great to work with. He took the time fully understand the job and provided a very reasonable quote.
He also tried his best and worked me into his busy schedule to get the job done.

I called Lantz's plumbing from LakeTravisPlumbing.com and left a message on a Friday afternoon, and someone called me back Saturday morning (he called me from a noisy location and I couldn't hear the name of whoever called) and I set up an appointment for 1pm, as we had two faucets leaking.

At 1pm, two very young men pulled up in Lantz's plumbing van.  I'm guessing they were about 20 years old.  They came in and got to work.  The bathroom faucet was leaking because it had the wrong type of plastic pea trap installed.  I don't know why the kitchen faucet was leaking, but I believe it was missing a part (in retrospect, I should have exchanged the faucet).

These two young men spent THREE HOURS messing around with the plumbing.  One of them stood around cussing in our kitchen.  The two of them were having loud conversations that mostly went, F--- this and F---ing that.  Lots of bad language, and after three hours I was frantic for them to leave.

They presented me with a bill for $409 for fixing the leak at two faucets and checking the existing plumbing connections.  This job would have taken a competent plumber less than an hour.

I asked the boys if they thought that was fair, if they'd done $409 worth of work, and they shrugged and said yes, and that I could contact their boss.

I sent Lantz's plumbing an email (using the contact form on their website at LakeTravisPlumbing.com) and it's been 4 days and no one has replied.  Obviously, I'm very upset, and would recommend that you NOT ever use this company for your plumbing needs.

The lady on the phone needs to learn better customer service. Austin is a big city, if being treated with a little respect is your thing, I'd look elsewhere.

Incredible plumber who I will use forever. Nice guy and great rates. Worked on a difficult issue in my house, did fantastic. Never using another plumber. I really cant reccomend him more.

Just had a horrible experience with Pennington Plumbing. Told their office to arrive no earlier than 2 PM and they agreed. Their guys arrived at 1:30 PM and sat in their truck outside my house...didn't call or ring the doorbell. Finally rang doorbell at 2:30 PM. Then tried to charge me starting at 1:30 PM...said that's what their office told them. Had to have a heated discussion with their office in order to get the time/charge reduced. Techs did a good job, but I'll never do business again with anyone who purposely tries to cheat me.

New toilets installed which needed piping changed.  Appointment was easy to make and he arrived as expected.
Work was completed without any issues.

ABC has been great!  We use them for their pest control services.  Jihad is professional, timely/prompt, cares about the work he does, and has a wonderful and friendly personality!  Great customer service all around from scheduling to service provided .  Treated all pest issues well and I have no complaints.
