Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

We hired Jacob and his team back in January. Jacob was extremely quick in getting the project started. We needed front and back sprinklers and some landscaping to help with our downward sloping lot. They worked with us closely to help us achieve our vision! I am giving them 4 stars because although they were very quick, they began the project without talking all the details out and we to spend to get extra material.
I have had Jacob come out to quote us on other projects and he is super fast to respond and always willing to come help us out.

Highly recommend Big City Plumbing.   BCP installed our new water softener and when there was a problem came to help.  They even helped detect a drain issue that was not related to their work and helped us get going again.  Prompt and professional service.

Our garbage disposal was leaking so I called and they got someone out within a couple of hours. Dan and his assistant were able to install a new disposal which isn't easy with the challenging set-up we have in our old home. They were also able to fix a previous issue from another plumbing company. I have used them several times for various things and each time they are extremely professional, experienced and do such a great job! Thank you!!

My main drained backed up so I called Rapid Rooter.  I had Stu, one of their pluming tech come over and he took care of my problem. He was very professional. He also showed up in a timely manner.   If I ever encounter any plumbing issues, I will call them again for sure.

A very respectful and courteous plumber arrived within only a few hours to fix one of our outside hose bibs. Even as new customers they were able to work us in on the same day! Very professional, very thorough and very good. We had two faucets installed as well as some stopcocks and a cartridge for the shower. The lead plumber- Juan- is a real gem. He explained everything and gave us maintenance guidelines to follow to insure our faucets would give us a lifetime of service. I'd recommend Hill Country Plumbing not only for their expert plumbing skills but for the added tips on keeping our water system as trouble free in the coming years. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. He also tested our water hardness to determine if that led to our problems. And it turns out it did. Thanks Juan and thanks Hill Country Plumbing.

A bad day turned good thanks to Austin. Extremely professional and gave me options and what to expect with each choice. Explained everything he was doing and helped me understand why he was doing it. I would 100% recommend Austin and his team at Premier Plumbing, so much so that work we're getting ready to do at our new home is going to them!

Our 21-year-old hot water died. Braulio had us send pictures, gave us a quote right away, and was able to come out the very next day to replace it. He let us know he was coming, showed up within the estimated time window, and had everything replaced and operational within a couple of hours.

AJ with Greenshire Handyman came by to paint some shutters on my home that I could not reach.  His team did a fantastic job.  The communication was excellent and timely and he was prompt.  He brought the supplies he needed and the shutters look great! Thanks AJ.

Super awesome guy. I called one morning in a panic and his wife answered, and then said she check his schedule and call me back. She called me back within five minutes, and within 45 minutes, he was at our door. He diagnosed a water leak problem for us, and it was a big relief. He was polite, professional, fast, and super competent. I highly recommend him.

No way.  High estimate, then offered 15% discount by email.  Used trivial excuse (did not have correct hose to install water softener, after telling me I did not need to buy they installation kit because they had all of the parts) during job to jack up price again, removing discount.  Work was of substandard quality and the lead plumber did not bother to check his apprentice's work, with the result that another plumber had to come back to correct some of the work.  Worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with in my life.

Mike is an honest, straightforward plumber. He showed up on time fixed my problem and charged a fair price. I'll use him again.

One The only plumbers in the entire 5 county residence.He's fair and honest. A  plumber who made us feel as if we were life long friends... Dependable good  plumber with  experience I have come to rely on!!!

Called for help with a very minor repair to one toilet. My husband was able to give them a detailed description of the problem and what needed to be fixed.   The Quarter Moon office is 1/2 mile from our home.   They said someone could come between 1-4 pm so we arranged our day to be home by 1.   They started calling us at 10:30 wanting to come take care of the repair -- no one was home and wouldn't be until 1 pm.   They called 2 more times trying to get earlier access -- appreciate the enthusiasm, but we arranged our day according to the time window they gave us.  The plumber came, looked at the toilet, didn't have the part to fix it (even though we had explained exactly what needed repair, and it is a common enough plumbing item) -- went to get the part (to Lowe's maybe??) and returned to complete the repair.   While it was repaired to our satisfaction, we got charged extra because of his time to go get/find the part, which really I would expect a plumbing company to have those supplies on their truck, AND we got charged a $6 fuel surcharge, even though we are 1/2 mile from their office.   So....I'm still looking for a reliable, local, plumbing company.

We had clogged pipes and they came out. When they got here my wife was told it would cost $80 and that she needed to get a membership for $15 per month. They ran a snake and said everything was good. The next morning one of our showers was still clogged, so we called and they came back. The same two guys showed up and said we had to pay another $80. We asked about our membership and they didn't know anything about it.  They ran the snake in the shower and said that they should have checked that the day before. The next day I walked outside and the cap was off of our outside main pipe which was full of water and clogged still. My wife called and was informed that she would be charged again even though the job was never finished. We are going to another company and would never recommend this joke of an outfit.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
