What a pleasure dealing with a company where they are professional and efficient! I highly recommend them.

Bret from Artisan Home Services came out because we had a bad leak at our water service coming into the house thru the foundation.  He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to explain the details of the proposed job.  He did a meticulously neat job fixing the leak and adding a new shutoff valve at a reasonable price.  
It's great to have found a responsive, reputable plumber at a reasonable price.

MLEC handled a number of electrical repairs/upgrades following a home inspection prior to selling our home in Wayne. They were professional to work with and seemed to be priced fairly. The work quality exceeded expectations and I have since referred them to several friends in the area.

I would recommend him for electrical work. He did a good job with my 200amp service. Also fished some wires for me. He is on time and cleans up before leaving.

We have lived in the Radnor area for over 30 years.  Our home is over 100 years old and we seem always to need an electrician.  This company is hands down the best!!! Timely, organized, clean, professional!  And they use quality products and their work is very professional!  Easy to work with and very responsive!  The very best!

Mark is the absolute best!!! He has helped us out of many an electrical jam and saved us from probable fire !!  He mounted our TV, changed old switches and solved electrical mysteries in our home.  We have used him several times in both of our homes.  I wish I could give him 100 stars!!

They charge a $29 fee just to make an appointment.  They charged $90 by the half hour. I thought they had done a good job, until I discovered that, thanks to a review of my outdoor security camera, I was charged an extra hour and a half for loafing around.

This man does good work and he is very reasonable.   That is first and foremost and should be said.   HOWEVER, he is all over the place.   His ever changing policies, his ridiculous rants on Facebook about customers who aren't satified (which he usually ends up deleting ), his constant patting himself on the back, the confusing and ever changing communication is enough to make you NOT want to like him on social media any more or use his services.    His FB business page is like a users online diary, it is all over the place. Just stick to your job.    Stop posting dumb stuff constantly and let your work speak for itself.   You are destroying your reputation with this nonsense and your all over the place rules that seem to change daily.   Chill.out. my dude.  You are legit starting to look like something is extra sus.

This review is being given by someone who has had Blake do work in my home, recommended to others both personally and in the community,  and also had Blake screw me over not following up when contacted for an emergency after initially speaking to him.   So I have had it all.

I called Jonathan on a Friday afternoon after I had turned off my main power and then was unable to get it to turn back on.  He came out within the hour, diagnosed a bad main breaker and made the trip to get the replacement part.  After he returned, my power was back on in ten minutes.  All of this for what I believe is a reasonable price given the late timing and that it's a holiday weekend.  I would definitely call him again.

We had work done March 2012, recessed lighting in the basement and light fixture fixed in a closet. Work has stood up for 10 months. The complaint that I have is the attention to details. One ceiling outlet was removed without our input, so that entire side of the basement does not have an outlet. Called many times to get issued resolved, people who took a message, but I never received a return call. finally spoke with owner who said he would get back to me, but never did. Had company come to give me an estimate on how much it would be to put in an outlet and electrician called me a liar - that they would never remove the outlet.  light switch in bedroom was replaced with a black light switch instead of white, light switch in basement not attended to, and one light bulb that looked dim when the guys showed us the basement, blew as they left.

They have another company called My Fixit Guy.  TOTAL rip off.  Called them for a handyman.  Needed shower caulked and small hand rail painted.  Charged me $69 Dispatch Fee that does not get credited if work is done.  For an unskilled handyman, they quoted $179 to caulk shower + $179 to paint rail.  My son did both in 1.5 hours.  Would not recommend them at all.

Left in the middle of a job and never came back. Not only did he not finish the work but he also left all of his trash

Didn't do work and were hard to deal with.  Work was ok till it wasn't.  Had to get another electrican to finish and fix their work.

Well, I guess I can officially give this place one star even though it deserves 0 stars. Called this place and ask them to come out for some electrical work. They said they would come out within the week.

A month later and 2 attempts to get them on the phone (both failed) they still are not here  and have yet to even responded... so I took my business elsewhere. $5,000 dollars in electrical work gone. Some people just dont like money or maybe they just dont know what they're doing over here. I guess Ill never know. Goodluck, McMenamins Electrical. The way you guys do business youre going to need it.
